Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a floor brush device 100, which is suitable for performing a cleaning action on a surface to be cleaned to achieve a cleaning effect. The surface to be cleaned can be a ground surface, a wall surface or a surface of an object to be cleaned with different roughness degrees, and the type of the surface to be cleaned is not particularly limited.
The cleaning action can be a dust collection action, a mopping action or a simultaneous dust collection action and mopping action so as to ensure the cleaning efficiency of the floor cleaning equipment.
The floor brush device 100 is mounted and connected to a main unit of the cleaning apparatus. The floor brush device 100 is suitable for cleaning a surface to be cleaned, and the host device is connected with the floor brush device 100 to generate negative pressure in the floor brush device 100, so that when the floor brush device 100 performs cleaning action on the surface to be cleaned, dirt on the surface to be cleaned can enter the floor brush device 100 under the dual actions of a cleaning mechanism of the floor brush device 100 and the negative pressure, thereby realizing cleaning of the surface to be cleaned.
Specifically, the floor brush device 100 includes a floor brush body 10 and a brush tray mechanism 20. The brush plate mechanism 20 is used as the cleaning mechanism and contacts the surface to be cleaned to perform the cleaning operation. The brush plate mechanism 20 comprises a brush plate module 2 and a driving assembly 4, wherein the brush plate module 2 comprises a brush plate 21, and the driving assembly 4 is suitable for driving the brush plate 21 to rotate so as to clean a surface to be cleaned.
In the present embodiment, the rotation axis direction of the brush plate 21 coincides with the height direction (arrow a in the figure) of the floor brush device 100. The purpose of this arrangement is that: compared with a rolling brush with the rotation axis direction parallel to the horizontal direction, since the brush plate 21 in the embodiment rotates in the height direction, the hair is wound on the brush plate 21 in the horizontal direction under the action of the brush plate 21, but the rotation axis of the brush plate 21 is not wound with hair, which affects the rotation of the turntable. In the rotating process of the rolling brush, hair is wound on the rolling brush and gradually moves towards the rotating shaft of the rolling brush along the rotating axis of the rolling brush, so that the hair is wound on the rotating shaft of the rolling brush, and the rotation of the rolling brush is affected. Therefore, the brush plate 21 in the present embodiment can effectively reduce the possibility that hair is entangled to the brush plate 21 to interfere with the rotation of the brush plate 21, thereby improving the cleaning efficiency of the brush plate module 2.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8, the brush tray module 2 further includes a housing 1 detachably connected to the floor brush body 10, and the brush tray 21 is disposed in the housing 1. Wherein a part of the brush plate 21 protrudes out of the housing 1 to be in contact with the surface to be cleaned. Specifically, the brush plate 21 includes a main body 211, gear portions 212 and cleaning portions 213 respectively provided at both ends of the main body 211, and the cleaning portions 213 are provided below the main body 211 in the height direction of the floor brush device 100. Accordingly, the gear portion 212 is disposed above the body portion 211. That is, in the present embodiment, the cleaning portion 213 protrudes out of the housing 1 to be in contact with the surface to be cleaned to perform cleaning work.
The cleaning part 213 comprises at least two brush bars, and the at least two brush bars rotate under the drive of the driving assembly 4 so as to clean the surface to be cleaned. In this embodiment, the number of the brush bars is three, and the three brush bars are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the body 211, so that the surface to be cleaned is uniformly cleaned, and the cleaning force of each cleaning angle of the surface to be cleaned is the same. In other embodiments, the number of the brush strips may be other, for example, four, five, etc., and the present embodiment is not limited to the specific number of the brush strips, and may be determined according to practical situations.
In this embodiment, the brush bar is made of soft rubber. The brush strip made of the soft rubber has certain friction force when contacting with the surface to be cleaned, so that the surface to be cleaned can be cleaned. Meanwhile, the soft rubber is easy to clean and is easy to dry after cleaning, and the problem that the soft rubber is odorous and difficult to clean is avoided when the soft rubber is used for cleaning materials of the mop cloth, so that the cleaning efficiency of the brush disc module 2 and the floor brush device 100 is guaranteed. In other embodiments, the material of the brush bar may be other, such as rubber, and the like, which is not limited herein, and is determined according to practical situations.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the floor brush body 10 has a mounting space, and the brush module 2 can be horizontally detachably mounted in the mounting space, and the mounting and dismounting directions of the brush module 2 are different from the moving directions (arrow b pointing in the figure) of the floor brush device 100. In this embodiment, the attaching and detaching direction (the direction of arrow c in the figure) is different from the moving direction of the floor brush device 100 specifically: the direction of attachment is perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the direction of movement of the floor brush device 100 in the horizontal plane. Wherein, approximately vertical means: the mounting and dismounting direction forms an angle with the moving direction of the floor brush device 100, and the angle of the angle is smaller, for example, within 0 ° -5 °. That is, the brush tray module 2 is laterally installed from one side toward the other side of the floor brush body 10, unlike the manner of up-and-down mounting and dismounting in the related art. The advantages are that: at least one end of the brush plate module 2 may be brought into contact with a surface to be cleaned at one side thereof, thereby achieving edge cleaning to improve cleaning efficiency of the brush plate module 2 and the floor brush device 100.
Specifically, the floor brush body 10 has a first side portion, and the peripheral edge of the brush tray 21 disposed adjacent to the first side portion is at least flush with the first side portion. That is, in the present embodiment, the brush tray 21 disposed near the first side of the floor brush body 10 in the brush tray module 2 has its peripheral edge flush with the first side, so that the brush tray 21 can contact the surface to be cleaned located on the first side of the floor brush body 10, and further clean the surface to be cleaned located on the side of the first side of the floor brush body 10, to achieve edge cleaning, and improve the cleaning efficiency of the floor brush device 100.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the driving assembly 4 is disposed in the brush body 10. That is, the drive assembly 4 is disposed outside the housing 1 of the brush module 2. At this time, the floor brush body 10 further has a second side portion disposed opposite to the first side portion, and the floor brush device 100 further includes a connection mechanism 30 disposed at the second side portion, the connection mechanism 30 protruding out of the floor brush body 10 along the moving direction of the floor brush device 100 to form an installation space with the floor brush body 10. In this embodiment, the connection mechanism 30 includes a connection plate with a receiving cavity, which is of a conventional structure and will not be described herein.
Specifically, in the moving direction of the floor brush device 100, the floor brush body 10 has a front portion and a rear portion, and the brush tray module 2 is mounted in the front portion. Wherein the front part is provided with a protrusion extending from the bottom end of the floor brush body 10 toward a direction away from the rear part, so that the protrusion and the connection mechanism 30 form a mounting space.
When the brush module 2 is installed in the installation space, one end of the brush module 2 is connected with the connection mechanism 30. In order to further fix the brush tray module 2 with the floor brush body 10, so as to prevent the brush tray module 2 from tilting on the side far away from the connection mechanism 30 to affect the cleaning efficiency of the brush tray module 2, or prevent the brush tray module 2 from being separated from the floor brush body 10 in the cleaning process to affect the overall cleaning efficiency of the floor brush device 100, in this embodiment, a locking assembly is further provided on the side far away from the connection mechanism 30 of the housing 1. That is, when the brush tray module 2 is installed in the installation space, one end of the brush tray module 2 is connected with the connection mechanism 30, and the other end of the brush tray module 2 is connected with the floor brush body 10 through the locking assembly.
The locking assembly comprises a locking piece connected with the shell 1 and an unlocking piece matched with the locking piece and arranged on the ground brush body 10. It should be noted that the locking member is flush with the end of the brush module 2 away from the connecting mechanism 30, so that the side-to-side cleaning effect of the brush module 2 is not affected. The locking piece is provided on one side of the housing 1 in the moving direction, and the locking piece has a convex portion provided toward the floor brush body 10. Correspondingly, the floor brush body 10 is provided with a concave part matched with the convex part, and one end of the unlocking piece extends into the concave part to be engaged with the convex part. The locking piece and the unlocking piece are matched in the existing structure, and details are omitted here.
The driving assembly 4 is connected with the connecting mechanism 30, and when the brush disc module 2 and the connecting mechanism 30 are installed in the installation space, the driving assembly 4 is connected with the brush disc module 2 to drive the brush disc 21 to rotate. As can be seen from the foregoing, the connection mechanism 30 is provided protruding from the floor brush body 10 in the moving direction. Thus, at least part of the drive assembly 4 is provided with a protruding coupling mechanism 30 such that when the brush plate module 2 is mounted in the mounting recess, at least part of the drive assembly 4 provided with the protruding coupling mechanism 30 can be coupled with the brush plate module 2 to drive the brush plate 21 of the brush plate module 2 in rotation.
In this embodiment, the drive assembly 4 comprises a drive member having a drive head 41, the drive head 41 protruding from the connection mechanism 30. The protruding direction of the driving head 41 is parallel to the dismounting direction of the brush disc module 2, so that the brush disc module 2 can be conveniently mounted and docked.
In other embodiments, in order to ensure the cleaning efficiency of the floor brush device 100, so that the brush tray 21 can clean the surface to be cleaned in place, the driving assembly 4 may further include a reduction gearbox connected to the driving member, where an output shaft of the reduction gearbox protrudes out of the connection mechanism 30, and the reduction gearbox can reduce the driving force of the driving member and then transmit the driving force to the brush tray module 2, so that the brush tray 21 of the brush tray module 2 can clean the surface to be cleaned sufficiently.
Wherein, the number of the brush discs 21 is at least two, and at least two brush discs 21 are distributed along the dismounting direction. At this time, the brush plate module 2 further includes a transmission assembly 3, and the transmission assembly 3 is disposed in the housing 1 and adapted to transmit the driving force of the driving assembly 4 to at least two brush plates 21. Specifically, the transmission assembly 3 includes a switching head 31 connected to the driving head 41, a switching gear 32 connected to the switching head 31, a first transmission gear 33 meshed with the switching gear 32, and a second transmission gear 34 provided between adjacent two brush disks 21. As can be seen from the foregoing, the brush discs 21 have the gear portions 212, so the first transmission gear 33 is meshed with the gear portion 212 of one of the brush discs 21, and the second transmission gears 34 are respectively meshed with the gear portions 212 of the adjacent two brush discs 21 to drive at least two brush discs 21 to rotate.
Also, as is clear from the foregoing, the rotation axis direction of the brush plate 21 coincides with the height direction of the floor brush device 100, and therefore, in the present embodiment, both the conversion gear 32 and the first transmission gear 33 are bevel gears so that the conversion gear 32 and the first transmission gear 33 can be vertically distributed. The turntable is driven to rotate by being provided with a conversion gear 32 and a first transmission gear 33 to convert the driving force in the horizontal direction of the driving piece into the driving force in the height direction. Correspondingly, the driving head 41 of the driving member is connected with the conversion head 31, the driving head 41 rotates to drive the conversion head 31 to rotate, thereby driving the conversion gear 32 to rotate, and then driving the first transmission gear 33 and the brush discs 21 meshed with the first transmission gear 33 to rotate, and driving the other brush disc 21 to rotate through the second transmission gear 34 arranged between the two adjacent brush discs 21.
In the direction of assembling and disassembling the brush tray module 2, a dirt sucking port 102 is provided in the middle of the floor brush body 10. That is, in the present embodiment, the dirt suction port 102 is provided at the front center of the floor brush body 10, and when the brush tray module 2 is mounted to the floor brush body 10 in the mounting/dismounting direction, the brush tray module 2 is located at the front side of the dirt suction port 102.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the number of brush discs 21 is at least two, and at least two brush discs 21 are distributed on both sides of the dirt suction opening 102. At this time, the turning directions of at least two brush plates 21 are opposite, and the turning directions of at least two brush plates 21 are turned toward the dirt suction port 102. The purpose of this arrangement is that: both brush plates 21 rotate towards the dirt absorbing opening 102, so that dirt can enter the dirt absorbing opening 102 under the action of centrifugal force in the rotation process of the brush plates 21, and the cleaning efficiency of the brush plate module 2 and the floor brush device 100 is further improved.
In this embodiment, the brush plate module 2 includes adjacent first and second brush plate modules. That is, in the present embodiment, the brush module is provided with two. In other embodiments, the number of brush modules may be other, for example, three, four, etc., which are not specifically limited herein, and may be determined according to practical situations. In this case, for convenience of distinction, the three brush modules are referred to as a first brush module, a second brush module, and a third brush module, respectively.
Meanwhile, the first brush tray module and the second brush tray module each include at least two brush trays 21. In the present embodiment, both the first brush tray module and the second brush tray module are provided with two brush trays 21. The two brush discs 21 are connected in the same way as described above, i.e. the two brush discs 21 are connected by a second transmission gear 34. In other embodiments, the number of brush discs 21 of the first brush disc module and the second brush disc module may be other, for example, three, four, etc., and the connection manner is also engaged by the second transmission gear 34, which is not limited herein specifically, and depends on the actual situation.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, as can be seen from the foregoing description, the middle portion of the floor brush body 10 is provided with a dirt sucking port 102. The brush disc modules in this embodiment are provided with two brush disc modules, namely a first brush disc module and a second brush disc module, which are respectively located at two sides of the dirt absorbing port 102. Thus, also in order to increase the cleaning efficiency of the brush module 2 and the floor brush device 100, the transmission assembly 3 further comprises a first gear set 35, the first gear set 35 being arranged between the first brush module and the second brush module.
