The shower head 3 is provided with a plurality of water spray holes 320, and the shower head 3 is detachably and rotatably arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting plate 1 and is provided with an avoiding position disconnected with the water outlet 11 and an extraction position communicated with the water outlet 11. The driving piece 4 is arranged on the mounting plate 1, the driving piece 4 is respectively in transmission connection with the powder sealing piece 2 and the shower head 3 so as to synchronously drive the powder sealing piece 2 and the shower head 3 to mutually approach and jointly move to the extraction position, and the shower head 3 is positioned under the powder sealing piece 2; or, the powder sealing sheet 2 and the shower head 3 are driven to be far away from each other, so that the powder sealing sheet 2 moves to the grinding position and the shower head 3 moves to the avoiding position.
In this embodiment, the driving member 4 synchronously drives the powder sealing sheet 2 and the shower head 3, so that the powder sealing sheet 2 and the shower head 3 are close to each other and move to the extraction position together, or drives the powder sealing sheet 2 and the shower head 3 to move away from each other, so that the powder sealing sheet 2 moves to the grinding position and the shower head 3 moves to the avoiding position. The hot water flows along the circumferential direction of the face cover 32 through the drainage channel 3220 and flows to the water spraying holes 320 in the drainage ring 322 through the cuts 3221, so that the hot water is uniformly distributed on the face cover 32 and uniformly sprayed through the water spraying holes 320, and the phenomenon that the hot water is concentrated to a single position to cause insufficient coffee extraction is avoided.
Further, the inner bottom surface of the face cover 32 is further provided with a diversion rib plate 323, and a part of the outer edge of the water spraying hole 320 in the drainage ring 322 is circumferentially provided with the diversion rib plate 323. The diversion rib plate 323 is approximately a semicircular plate, and the semicircular plate is concentric with the water spraying hole 320 and surrounds the circumferential edge of the water spraying hole 320, so that the diversion rib plate 323 has a certain blocking effect on the water inflow of the water spraying hole 320, and the phenomenon that the water of the water spraying hole 320 close to the drainage channel 3220 flows too much and the water of the water spraying hole 320 far from the drainage channel 3220 flows too little is avoided. Meanwhile, the outer side of the diversion rib plate 323 has a certain guiding and drainage function on hot water, so that enough hot water can flow into the water spraying holes 320 positioned at the center of the face cover 32, the spraying quantity of the water spraying holes 320 at all positions in the drainage ring 322 is ensured to be approximately equal, and the spraying uniformity of the water spraying holes 320 is improved.
Further, the inner bottom surface of the face cover 32 is a circular arc surface with a concave center, namely the inner bottom surface of the face cover 32 is approximately spherical, so that the guiding and drainage effects can be achieved on hot water, the hot water can flow to the center position from the edge of the face cover 32 under the action of gravity, the spraying uniformity of the water spraying holes 320 is further improved, the coffee powder is completely soaked and extracted, and the taste of the coffee is guaranteed.

Claims (10)
1. A coffee machine, comprising:
the mounting plate (1) is arranged in the shell (10) of the coffee machine, and the mounting plate (1) is provided with a water outlet (11) and a powder outlet (14);
the powder sealing sheet (2) is arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting plate (1) in a sliding manner and is provided with a grinding position for opening the powder outlet (14) and an extraction position for sealing the powder outlet (14);
the shower head (3) is provided with a plurality of water spray holes (320), and the shower head (3) is detachably and rotatably arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting plate (1) and is provided with an avoidance position disconnected with the water outlet (11) and an extraction position communicated with the water outlet (11);
the driving piece (4) is arranged on the mounting plate (1), the driving piece (4) is respectively in transmission connection with the powder sealing piece (2) and the shower head (3) so as to synchronously drive the powder sealing piece (2) and the shower head (3) to mutually approach and jointly move to the extraction position, and the shower head (3) is positioned under the powder sealing piece (2); or, the powder sealing sheet (2) and the shower head (3) are driven to be far away from each other, so that the powder sealing sheet (2) moves to the grinding position and the shower head (3) moves to the avoiding position.

A coffee machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom surface of the mounting plate (1) is fixedly provided with a rotation shaft (12); the shower head (3) is detachably sleeved on the rotating shaft (12) and can rotate around the rotating shaft (12) between the avoiding position and the extraction position.
3. Coffee machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said gondola water faucet (3) comprises:
the bottom shell (31) comprises a main shell (311) and a supporting arm (312), wherein a water inlet (310) which can be communicated with the water outlet (11) is formed in the main shell (311), the supporting arm (312) is outwards extended from the main shell (311), the supporting arm (312) is rotationally sleeved on the rotating shaft (12), and the driving piece (4) is in transmission connection with the supporting arm (312);
the surface cover (32) is buckled on the main shell (311), and a plurality of water spraying holes (320) are formed in the surface cover (32).

A coffee machine according to claim 3, wherein the output end of the driving member (4) is connected with a first connecting rod (5), one of the first connecting rod (5) and the supporting arm (312) is provided with a first sliding hole (3121), the other of the first connecting rod (5) and the supporting arm (312) is provided with a first guide post (51), and the first guide post (51) is slidably arranged in the first sliding hole (3121).
5. A coffee machine according to claim 3, wherein one of the main housing (311) and the face cover (32) is provided with a snap arm (321), the other of the main housing (311) and the face cover (32) is provided with a snap groove (313), and the snap arm (321) is snapped into the snap groove (313).

A coffee machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the inner bottom surface of said cover (32) is circumferentially provided with a drainage ring (322), the circumferential side wall of said cover (32) and said drainage ring (322) enclose a drainage channel (3220), said water outlet (11) is communicable with said drainage channel (3220), at least part of said water spouts (320) are located in said drainage ring (322), said drainage ring (322) is circumferentially provided with a plurality of slits (3221) at intervals, and said drainage channel (3220) is communicable with the inside of said drainage ring (322) through a plurality of said slits (3221).

The coffee machine according to claim 6, wherein the inner bottom surface of the face cover (32) is further provided with a diversion rib plate (323), and a part of the outer periphery of the water spraying hole (320) in the drainage ring (322) is circumferentially provided with the diversion rib plate (323).
8. A coffee machine according to claim 6, characterized in that the inner bottom surface of the cover (32) presents a central concave arc surface.
9. Coffee machine according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the output end of the driving member (4) is connected with a second connecting rod (6), one of the second connecting rod (6) and the powder sealing sheet (2) is provided with a second sliding hole, the other of the second connecting rod (6) and the powder sealing sheet (2) is provided with a second guide pillar (21), and the second guide pillar (21) is slidably arranged in the second sliding hole in a penetrating way.
10. Coffee machine according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the bottom surface of the mounting plate (1) is provided with two guide plates (13) opposite, the guide plates (13) and the mounting plate (1) enclose a slideway, two ends of the slideway extend to the grinding position and the extraction position respectively, and the powder sealing sheet (2) is arranged in the two slideways in a sliding way.
