Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 6, a foldable stand provided in the first aspect of the present invention includes a first mounting member, a second mounting member, a first support arm and a second support arm hinged to each other, including the first mounting member, the second mounting member, and the first support arm and the second support arm hinged to each other, where the first support arm includes two first support members 110 spaced apart along a front-rear direction, and the second support arm includes two second support members 210 spaced apart along the front-rear direction, and the first support members 110 and the second support members 210 can be relatively rotated to be unfolded or folded close together; the first installation piece comprises two first installation parts 310 which are arranged at intervals along the front-back direction, the two first installation parts 310 are hinged with the two first support pieces 110 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, one ends of the two first installation parts 310, which are close to the second support arms, are respectively and movably connected with a first linkage piece 510, one ends of the first linkage pieces 510 can slide and rotate relative to the first installation parts 310, the other ends of the two first linkage pieces 510 are hinged with the two second support pieces 210 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and one ends of the two first installation parts 310, which are far away from the second support arms, are connected with each other and/or the other ends of the two first linkage pieces 510 are connected with each other; the second installation piece includes two second installation parts 410 that follow fore-and-aft direction interval set up, and two second installation parts 410 are articulated with two second support pieces 210 in one-to-one correspondence, and the one end that every second installation part 410 is close to first support arm all swing joint has second linkage 610, and second linkage 610 can slide and rotate relative to second installation part 410, and two second linkage 610 are articulated with two first support pieces 110 in one-to-one correspondence, and the second linkage 610 that is located the same side articulates with first linkage 510.
Because the other ends of the two first mounting portions 310 are connected with each other and/or the other ends of the two first linkage members 510 are connected with each other, the two first mounting portions 310, the two first linkage members 510, the two second support members 210, the two first support members 110 and the two second mounting portions 410 are linked together, so that one of the first mounting members 110, the second support members 210, the second mounting members, the first linkage members 510 and the second linkage members 610 can be rotated, the bracket folding work can be completed through linkage, for example, when the first mounting members 310 are rotated and closed towards the first support members 110, the first linkage members 510 can drive the second support members 210 to be closed towards the first support members 110, and then the second linkage members 610 are closed towards the second support members 210 and drive the second mounting members 410 to be rotated and closed towards the second support members 210, and thus the bracket folding work can be completed, for example, the bracket folding work can be simplified through the arrangement, and the folding process can be facilitated.
It can be appreciated that the sliding range of one end of the first linkage 510 can limit the range of the relative rotation and expansion of the first support 110 and the second support 210, specifically, during the relative expansion of the first support 110 and the second support 210, since the second linkage 610 located on the same side is hinged to the first linkage 510, when the first linkage 510 slides to the limit position relative to the first mounting portion 310, the first mounting portion 310 is pulled by the first linkage 510 and cannot rotate continuously, and thus the first support 110 and the second support 210 cannot rotate continuously and expand relatively, thereby limiting the range of the relative rotation and expansion of the first support 110 and the second support 210. Similarly, the sliding range of the end of the second linkage member 610 can also define the range of relative rotational deployment of the first support member 110 and the second support member 210.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, specifically, during the folding process of the bracket, the first mounting portion 310 rotates downward from the side of the first support 110 away from the second mounting portion 410 and moves toward the first support 110, the second mounting portion 410 rotates downward from the side of the second support 210 away from the first mounting portion 310 and moves toward the second support 210, the first support 110 and the second support 210 rotate toward each other, and the first link 510 and the second link 610 move between the first mounting portion 310 and the second mounting portion 410.
It should be noted that the hinge manner between the first support arm and the second support arm may take various embodiments. For example, referring to fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments, the first supporting member 110 is provided with a first hinge point and a second hinge point, the first hinge point is located at an upper end of the first supporting member 110, the second hinge point is located at a lower side of the first hinge point, the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 210 located at the same side are hinged to each other at the second hinge point, the first mounting portion 310 and the first supporting member 110 are hinged to the first hinge point, and the second mounting portion 410 is hinged to an upper end of the second supporting member 210; alternatively, in other embodiments, the first support arm further includes a first connection post, the lower end of the first connection post is connected with a first support beam disposed along the front-rear direction, the lower ends of the two first support pieces 110 are connected with each other to form a first U-shaped support piece, the first U-shaped support piece is connected with the upper end of the first connection post, the second support arm further includes a second connection post, the lower end of the second connection post is connected with a second support beam disposed along the front-rear direction, the lower ends of the two second support pieces 210 are connected with each other to form a second U-shaped support piece, and the second U-shaped support piece is connected with the upper end of the second connection post, wherein the first connection post and the second connection post are hinged with each other.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, specifically, when the foldable stand is in the unfolded state, that is, when the first support 110 and the second support 210 are in the relatively unfolded state, the first mounting portion 310 is flush with the second mounting portion 410, so that two ends of the container body can be conveniently mounted on the first mounting portion 310 and the second mounting portion 410 in a one-to-one correspondence.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in some embodiments, a first guardrail 320 is connected between one ends of the two first mounting portions 310 away from the second supporting member 210, so that the first mounting member is U-shaped, which is convenient for a user to operate the first mounting member and improves the strength of the first mounting member; the second guard rail 420 is connected between the ends of the two second installation parts 410 far away from the first support member 110, so that the second installation parts are U-shaped, which is convenient for a user to operate the second installation parts and improves the strength of the second installation parts. When the first support member 110 and the second support member 210 are in the relatively unfolded state, the first mounting member and the second mounting member enclose to form a frame, which can facilitate the installation of the container body and define the container body in the frame. Wherein, the two first installation portions 310 and the first guard rail 320 can be integrally formed, and the two second installation portions 410 and the second guard rail 420 can be integrally formed, so as to facilitate processing and reduce cost.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, it is conceivable that the first mounting portion 310 is provided with a first bar-shaped hole 311 near one end of the second support arm, the first link 510 is connected with a first sliding shaft 511, and the first sliding shaft 511 is rotatably inserted into the first bar-shaped hole 311 and is capable of sliding along the first bar-shaped hole 311; the second mounting portion 410 is provided with a second bar hole 411 near one end of the first support arm, the second linkage 610 is connected with a second sliding shaft 611, and the second sliding shaft 611 is rotatably inserted into the second bar hole 411 and can slide along the second bar hole 411. Thus, during the rotation of the first mounting portion 310 relative to the first supporting member 110, one end of the first linkage member 510 can slide and rotate relative to the first mounting portion 310; during the rotation of the second mounting portion 410 relative to the second supporting member 210, the second linkage member 610 can slide and rotate relative to the second mounting portion 410.
It is envisioned that in some embodiments, the foldable stand further includes a first limiting structure, and the first limiting structure can limit the first support 110 and the second support 210 from further rotating and expanding when the first support 110 and the second support 210 are in the relatively expanded state.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, it is conceivable that in some embodiments, the first limiting structure may include the first sliding shaft 511 and an inner wall at one end of the first strip-shaped hole 311, when the first support member 110 and the second support member 210 are in a relatively unfolded state, the first sliding shaft 511 abuts against the inner wall at one end of the first strip-shaped hole 311, and since the second linkage member 610 located at the same side is hinged to the first linkage member 510, the first sliding shaft 511 and the inner wall at one end of the first strip-shaped hole 311 cooperate to form a limiting effect, so that the first linkage member 510 and the first mounting portion 310 cannot move in a relatively unfolded direction, and further the first support member 110 and the second support member 210 are limited to continue to rotate and unfold, and in addition, the first linkage member 510 can also form a support for one end of the first mounting portion 310 near the second mounting portion 410.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, it is conceivable that in some embodiments, the first limiting structure may include the second sliding shaft 611 and an inner wall at one end of the second bar-shaped hole 411, when the first support member 110 and the second support member 210 are in a relatively unfolded state, the second sliding shaft 611 abuts against the inner walls at two ends of the first bar-shaped hole 311, and the second sliding shaft 611 and the inner wall at one end of the second bar-shaped hole 411 cooperate with each other to form a limiting effect, so that the second linkage member 610 and the second mounting portion 410 cannot move in a relatively unfolded direction, and further the first support member 110 and the second support member 210 are limited to continue to rotate and unfold, and in addition, the second linkage member 610 can also form a support for one end of the second mounting portion 410 near the first mounting portion 310.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 4, it is conceivable that in some embodiments, the first limiting structure may include two limiting members 710 hinged to each other, where one ends of the two limiting members 710 facing away from each other are hinged to the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 210 on the same side in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and when the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 210 are in a relatively unfolded state, an included angle between the two limiting members 710 is 180 degrees, so that the two limiting members 710 cooperate with each other to pull the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 210, which can limit the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 210 to continue to rotate and unfold, and also can improve the strength of the bracket in the unfolded state. In addition, the strength of the bracket in the unfolded state can be further improved by forming two limits by the cooperation of the two limiting members 710 and the cooperation of the first sliding shaft 511 and the inner wall of one end of the first bar-shaped hole 311.
Of course, in the specific implementation process, two limiting members 710 may be optionally not provided, and the first sliding shaft 511 and the inner wall at one end of the first strip-shaped hole 311 are mutually matched to form a limiting effect, or the two limiting members 710 may be optionally matched to form a limiting effect, and the first sliding shaft 511 and the inner wall at one end of the first strip-shaped hole 311 are not matched to form a limiting effect.
It should be noted that, the first limiting structure may also adopt other arrangement modes, for example, the first limiting structure includes a limiting post disposed on the first supporting member 110, and when the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 210 are in a relatively unfolded state, the limiting post is located at the lower side of the second supporting member 210 and abuts against the second supporting member 210, so that the limiting post can limit the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 210 to continue to rotate and unfold, and meanwhile, the limiting post can be supported on the second supporting member 210.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, it is conceivable that in some embodiments, one end of the two first linking members 510 away from the first mounting portion 310 is connected with a first supporting rod 520, one end of the two second linking members 610 away from the second mounting portion 410 is connected with a second supporting rod 620, when the first supporting member 110 and the second supporting member 210 are in a relatively unfolded state, the first supporting rod 520 is flush with the second supporting rod 620, and thus, the first supporting rod 520, the second supporting rod 620, the two first linking members 510, the two second linking members 610, the first mounting member and the second mounting member enclose to form a containing cavity 800, the container body can be inserted into the containing cavity 800, and the first supporting rod 520 and the second supporting rod 620 can be supported at the bottom of the container body.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the first supporting rod 520 is connected with two first linkage members 510 to form a U-shaped member, which can be integrally formed, so as to facilitate processing and reduce cost; the second support bar 620 and the two second linkage members 610 may also be connected to form a U-shaped member, which may be integrally formed, so as to facilitate processing and reduce cost.
