The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of some embodiments of a switch carton detection method according to the present disclosure. A flow 100 of some embodiments of a switch carton detection method according to the present disclosure is shown. The method for detecting the paper box of the switch comprises the following steps:
Step 101, controlling a magnetic stripe detection device of at least one exchanger paper box carrying device to detect magnetic stripe information of a magnetic stripe in each exchanger paper box of the assembled exchanger so as to detect exchanger paper box information and obtain an exchanger paper box information group.
In some embodiments, an execution body (e.g., a computing device) of the switch carton detection method may control a magnetic stripe detection device of at least one switch carton handling device to detect magnetic stripe information in each switch carton of an already-loaded switch to detect switch carton information, resulting in a switch carton information set. The switch sheet cassette handling device may be a device for loading switch sheet cassettes. For example, the exchange carton handling device may be a handling trolley in a production plant. Each of the package loading devices is configured with a corresponding magnetic stripe detection device. That is, each of the exchange sheet cassette handling devices is equipped with a magnetic stripe detecting device. The magnetic stripe detection device can sense the corresponding magnetic stripe within a predetermined distance. Each of the switch cartons of the loaded switch may be a switch carton loaded into the package loading device. Each switch carton includes a plurality of switches therein. Here, a pre-installed magnetic stripe is present in each switch box. Through the induction between the magnetic stripe detection device and the magnetic stripe, the magnetic stripe code corresponding to the magnetic stripe can be effectively read. That is, each switch box has a unique corresponding magnetic stripe code. The switch carton information in the switch carton information set may be carton identity information characterizing the loaded switch cartons. For example, the switch carton information may include, but is not limited to: carton identification, carton magnetic stripe encoding.
Optionally, for each of the at least one switch carton handling device described above, the following processing steps are performed:
and controlling the magnetic stripe detection device corresponding to the exchanger paper box conveying device to detect magnetic stripe information with the magnetic stripes in all the exchanger paper boxes of the assembled exchanger so as to detect the exchanger paper box information subset. Wherein the subset of the switch sheet cassette information is information of each switch sheet cassette loaded by the switch sheet cassette handling device.
And a second step of determining the storage position and the paper box volume corresponding to each exchange paper box information in the exchange paper box information subset to obtain a storage position set and a paper box volume set. The storage position can be a placement position of the switch paper box in the switch paper box carrying device. The above-described carton volumes may characterize the size of the occupied space of the corresponding cartons of the switch carton information.
And a third step of determining a paper cassette storage rate and a paper cassette transfer visualization corresponding to the exchange paper cassette transfer device based on the storage position set and the paper cassettes Rong Jiji. Wherein the carton storage rate may characterize the number of cartons loaded by the switch carton handling device. The carton storage may be a number between 0 and 1. The greater the carton storage rate, the greater the number of switch cartons that characterize the switch carton handling device loading. The carton handling visualization may characterize the loading of the switch cartons loaded by the switch carton handling device. As an example, first, the execution body may add the respective sheet cassette volumes in the sheet cassette volume set to obtain an added volume. Then, the additional volume is divided by the size of the space that can hold the articles by the switch carton handling device to obtain the carton storage rate. The executing entity may then generate a carton handling visualization from the collection of storage locations and the cartons Rong Jiji using associated visualization software. For example, the relevant visualization software may be CAD software.
Continuing, when the switch paper box detection method is adopted to detect the switch paper box, the following technical problems generally exist: the change of the magnetism of the magnetic strip is not considered, and when the magnetism of the magnetic strip is low, the detection of the switch paper box is easy to miss.
Optionally, before step 101, the method further includes:
and firstly, verifying the information set of the switch paper box to obtain a verification result. The partial verification process may include, but is not limited to: the number verification process of the switch paper boxes, and serious damage to the switch paper boxes. The verification result may be verification information characterizing whether a sheet problem exists with the sheet information set corresponding to the sheet information set. In practice, carton problem correspondences include: the number of switch cartons problem and the switch carton damage problem.
And secondly, responding to the fact that the verification result represents that the paper box is verified correctly, and carrying out magnetic stripe intensity detection on the paper box corresponding to each piece of paper box information in the paper box information set of the switch so as to generate a magnetic stripe intensity detection result. The detection result of the intensity of the magnetic stripe characterizes the detection result of the intensity of the magnetic stripe configured by the switch paper box. For example, the magnetic strength may be magnetic induction.
And thirdly, determining time information and paper box volume corresponding to each switch paper box information in the switch paper box information set to obtain a time information set and a paper box volume set in response to the fact that the magnetic intensity of the magnetic strip corresponding to the magnetic strip of the switch paper box represented by the magnetic strip intensity detection result meets the preset magnetic intensity condition. The preset magnetic strength condition may be that the magnetic strength of the magnetic stripe is greater than a predetermined strength. The time information may be preset delivery time information of the switch paper box corresponding to the switch paper box information. The preset time information may be a predetermined latest time of the switch box.
Fourth, carton transportation rule information corresponding to the set of switch carton information is determined based on the switch carton transportation information corresponding to the at least one switch carton transportation device, the set of time information, and the carton Rong Jiji. The paper cassette handling rule information may be paper cassette handling rule information. For example, the paper cassette transfer rule may be to carry out the shipment processing of the exchange paper cassettes in batches, or may be to carry out the shipment processing of the exchange paper cassettes sequentially with priority over time. The switch carton portable information may include, but is not limited to: the loading capacity of the switch paper box conveying device, the paper box loading type of the switch paper box conveying device and the loading time of the switch paper box conveying device. As an example, first, the execution body may sort the switch paper box information sets in stages according to the time information sets, to obtain a switch paper box information subset sequence. Wherein the more forward in the sequence of switch carton information subsets, the shorter the corresponding age of the switch carton information subset. The more posterior in the sequence of switch carton information subsets, the longer the corresponding age of the switch carton information subset. And then, for each exchange paper box information subset in the exchange paper box information subset sequence, sorting the exchange paper box information in the exchange paper box information subset according to the paper box volume set and the paper box loadable information corresponding to at least one exchange paper box carrying device to obtain a sorting result. Next, a switch box information sequence for the ordered result sequence is generated. And finally, generating carton conveying rule information for representing sequentially loading packages according to the sequence of the switch carton information in the switch carton information sequence.
And fifthly, sorting the switch paper box information set corresponding to the switch paper box set according to the paper box carrying rule information to obtain a sorting result. The execution body can sequentially sort the switch paper sets corresponding to the switch paper box information sets according to the paper box handling rules corresponding to the paper box handling rule information, and a sorting result is obtained.
And sixthly, carrying out carrying treatment on the switch paper box information set corresponding to the switch paper box set according to the sorting result. The execution body can control at least one exchanger paper box conveying device to convey the exchanger paper box set according to the sorting result and the corresponding paper box conveying rules.
The above related matters serve as an invention point of the present disclosure, and the detection of the switch paper box is omitted. ". Factors that tend to miss detection of switch cartons are often as follows: the change of the magnetism of the magnetic strip is not considered, and when the magnetism of the magnetic strip is low, the detection of the switch paper box is easy to miss. If the above factors are solved, the effect of reducing missing detection of the switch paper box can be achieved. To achieve this, first, the switch paper box information set is subjected to verification processing to obtain a verification result. And then, in response to determining that the verification result represents the verification of the paper box, carrying out magnetic stripe intensity detection on the paper box corresponding to each piece of paper box information in the information set of the paper boxes of the switch so as to generate a magnetic stripe intensity detection result. Therefore, the intensity of the magnetic stripe can be detected for each switch paper box, so that the ex-warehouse failure caused by lower magnetism of the magnetic stripe is avoided. And then, determining time information and paper box volume corresponding to each switch paper box information in the switch paper box information set to obtain a time information set and a paper box volume set in response to determining that the magnetic intensity of the magnetic strip corresponding to the switch paper box represented by the magnetic strip intensity detection result meets the preset magnetic intensity condition. Thereby, it is convenient to set a conveyance rule according to the time information set and the paper cassettes Rong Jiji, so that conveyance and sorting of the paper cassettes are facilitated. Then, based on the sheet cassette transport available information corresponding to the at least one sheet cassette transport device, the time information set, and the sheet cassette Rong Jiji, sheet cassette transport rule information corresponding to the sheet cassette information set is determined. And then, sorting the switch paper box information set corresponding to the switch paper box set according to the paper box conveying rule information to obtain a sorting result. From this, can sort according to the transport rule, promote letter sorting efficiency. And finally, carrying the switch paper box information set corresponding to the switch paper box set according to the sorting result.
And 102, removing each sorting switch paper box information corresponding to the switch paper box information group from the sorting switch paper box information set so as to update the sorting switch paper box information set and obtain an updated switch paper box information set.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may remove respective sorting switch carton information corresponding to the group of switch carton information from the sorting switch carton information set to update the group of sorting switch carton information to obtain an updated group of switch carton information. Wherein the sorting switch carton information set may be a switch carton information set in which the sorting operation has been performed. That is, the sorting switch carton information set is a switch carton information set to be taken out of the warehouse. Wherein each of the updated switch carton information in the updated switch carton information set may be switch carton information for which the current shipment lot is not taken out of the warehouse.
Step 103, setting the paper box warehouse-out state corresponding to each updated switch paper box information in the updated switch paper box information set.
In some embodiments, the execution entity may set a paper box delivery status corresponding to each updated switch paper box information in the updated switch paper box information set. Wherein the paper box out-of-stock state can characterize the out-of-stock state of the switch paper box. For example, the paper cassette out-of-stock status may include: and the paper box is in a state of waiting for being delivered, and the paper box is in a state of delivering next time.
In practice, the execution subject may set the paper box shipment status corresponding to each updated switch paper box information in the updated switch paper box information set to the shipment cancellation status. The out-of-stock cancellation status may characterize this cancellation of the paper cassette out-of-stock process.
And 104, setting the delivery priority corresponding to the updated switch paper box information set.
In some embodiments, the execution body may set a delivery priority corresponding to the update switch paper box information set. The outbound priority may characterize the outbound priority of each switch carton corresponding to the updated switch carton information set.
And 105, carrying out the ex-warehouse processing on each switch paper box corresponding to the updated switch paper box information set according to the ex-warehouse priority.
In some embodiments, the executing entity may perform the outbound processing on each switch box corresponding to the updated switch box information set according to the outbound priority. For example, each of the switch cartons corresponding to the updated switch carton information set may be preferentially taken out of the library.
In practice, the execution body may perform the ex-warehouse processing on each switch paper box corresponding to the updated switch paper box information set by:
And the first step is to perform clustering processing on the updated switch paper box information set to obtain an updated switch paper box information set. Wherein an updated switch carton information set corresponds to a receiving area. That is, each exchange carton information corresponds to an order, and each order corresponds to a receiving area. The individual switch carton information for the same receiving area may be clustered into a group. The receiving area may be in units of a market or may be divided into areas in advance.
Second, for each updated switch paper box information group in the updated switch paper box information group set, the following ex-warehouse step is performed:
a first ex-warehouse step of determining the sum of the volumes of the switch cartons corresponding to the updated switch carton information group as the total volume of the regional transport cartons;
a second ex-warehouse step of determining the sum of the weights of the respective exchange cartons corresponding to the updated exchange carton information group as the total weight of the regional transport cartons;
and a third ex-warehouse step of selecting a target number of transport vehicles from the empty transport vehicles as a target transport vehicle group. And the total transport weight corresponding to the target transport vehicle group is larger than the total weight of the regional transport cartons, and the total transport volume corresponding to the target transport vehicle group is larger than the total volume of the regional transport cartons.
And a fourth ex-warehouse step of controlling at least one exchange paper box conveying device to convey each exchange paper box corresponding to the updated exchange paper box information set to each target transport vehicle corresponding to the target transport vehicle group.
Continuing, when the switch carton detection method of the present application is used to carry out the shipment of switch cartons, it is generally necessary to label the shipment of switch cartons. The conventional labeling mode is as follows: labels are applied to the switch cartons by a technician. However, the inventors have found that the following technical problem is generally present by technicians labeling switch cartons: the labels are singulated, the labels corresponding to the switch paper boxes of different orders are the same, and the labels are difficult to distinguish; in addition, labeling of the switch cartons by technicians is inefficient.
In practice, the execution body may perform the ex-warehouse processing on each switch paper box corresponding to the updated switch paper box information set by:
first, a value display file for the switch value display information is generated. The switch value display information may be information showing switch-related value content. For example, the exchange value display information may refer to the value (total value) of each exchange included in the exchange paper box.
And a second step of generating a value display image according to the value display file. The value display image may be an image displaying content related to value presentation information.
Wherein the second step may comprise the sub-steps of:
and a first sub-step, performing page rendering on the value display file to obtain a first rendered value page. A built-in temporary browser may be started to render the value display file to obtain a first rendered value page.
And a second sub-step, screenshot is carried out on the first rendering value page, and an initial value display image is obtained. And capturing the first rendering value page by using preset Phantom Js to obtain an initial value display image.
And a third sub-step of generating a value display image according to the initial value display image. First, the initial value display image is subjected to image editing to obtain an edited image. Then, a value display image is generated from the edited image. The initial value display image may be cropped and scaled equally to the image using the croppr plug-in to generate an edited image. The edited image may be determined as a value display image.
Optionally, performing image stitching on the value display image and at least one decoration image to obtain a stitched image.
Optionally, a page file for the stitched image described above is generated. And constructing a webpage by utilizing a template library or a module which is generated in advance so as to realize operations such as online typesetting layout and the like and obtain a webpage file aiming at the spliced image.
Optionally, performing page rendering on the page file to obtain a second rendering value page. And starting a built-in temporary browser to perform page rendering on the page file to obtain a second rendering value page.
Optionally, screenshot is performed on the second rendering value page, and a value display preview image is obtained.
Optionally, the value display preview image is displayed and stored.
And thirdly, responding to receiving the submitted information corresponding to the value display image, and generating initial value bill information corresponding to the value display image. The submission information may be information for submitting the value display image. In practice, the commit information may be a commit operation request. The initial value order information may be order information for which order details have not been filled. Wherein the initial value sheet information has a value display image stored thereon. First, the execution subject may determine the type of image content to which the value display image corresponds. And then, screening out the order single-sided order template corresponding to the image content type from the order surface template library to serve as a target order single-sided order template. And then filling the value display image into a corresponding position in the target order template to obtain a filled order template serving as initial value template information.
Fourth, in response to receiving the value face order release information corresponding to the target value activity, combining each piece of switch order information in the switch order information set with the initial value face order information to generate switch order single-face order information, and obtaining a switch order single-face order information set. Wherein one exchange order information corresponds to one updated exchange carton information. Each of the exchanges included in the updated exchange carton information represents a respective exchange required for one exchange order information.
And fifthly, carrying out face sheet printing on each piece of switch order single-face sheet information in the switch order single-face sheet information set so as to be attached to a switch paper box corresponding to updated switch paper box information.
And sixthly, controlling the associated switch paper box carrying device to carry out ex-warehouse treatment on each switch paper box on which the face sheets are attached. That is, the sheet cassette handling device is controlled to transfer each sheet cassette attached with the sheet to the associated transport vehicle.
Optionally, performing an image removal process from the value display image stored in the image storage terminal, and storing the value display image in an associated cloud.
The related content is taken as an invention point of the present disclosure, solves the technical problem of three label singleization, and labels corresponding to the switch paper boxes of different orders are the same and are difficult to distinguish; in addition, labeling of the switch cartons by technicians is inefficient. ". Factors that are inefficient in label placement are often as follows: the labels are singulated, the labels corresponding to the switch paper boxes of different orders are the same, and the labels are difficult to distinguish; in addition, labeling of the switch cartons by technicians is inefficient. If the above factors are solved, the effects of customizing the label and improving the label pasting and placing efficiency can be achieved. To achieve this effect, first, a value display file for the switch value display information is generated. And then, generating a value display image according to the value display file. Then, in response to receiving the submitted information corresponding to the value display image, initial value sheet information corresponding to the value display image is generated. Thus, by generating the initial value sheet information, the sheet information can be ordered for a plurality of switches in a subsequent batch, and the corresponding sheet information set can be efficiently generated.
