The embodiment of the invention relates to a dispensing needle residual glue wiping device and dispensing equipment with the same.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the device for wiping residual glue on a dispensing needle head according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cleaning seat 10, a cleaning roller brush 20, a rotary telescopic driving device 30, and a blowing seat 40.
Specifically, the cleaning seat 10 has a liquid reservoir H10 for containing cleaning liquid, and the top of the liquid reservoir H10 has an opening. The cleaning seat 10 can be configured in various shapes as long as a liquid storage tank H10 can be provided, for example, the cleaning seat 10 has a rectangular block structure. The liquid storage tank H10 is used for storing cleaning liquid, and the cleaning liquid can be water, alcohol or other solutions which are favorable for wiping the dispensing needle heads and promote the separation of residual glue and the dispensing needle heads. The liquid storage groove H10 can be designed into various shapes, so that the cleaning rolling brush 20 can be conveniently installed and the dispensing needle can be inserted, in the example of fig. 1, the liquid storage groove H10 is a rectangular groove, and the opening of the liquid storage groove H10 is positioned on the top surface of the cleaning seat 10.
The cleaning rolling brush 20 is rotatably arranged in the liquid storage tank H10 and can be contacted with the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank H10 so as to wipe the dispensing needle. The cleaning roller brush 20 may be a brush, a sponge brush, or the like, and the cleaning roller brush 20 has an axis, and the cleaning roller brush 20 may rotate around its own axis. In a specific application, the liquid level of the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank H10 is not suitable to be higher than the cleaning roller brush 20, but a part of the cleaning roller brush 20 is kept above the liquid level, and is rubbed with the dispensing needle by the part, so that the cleaning roller brush 20 can be contacted with the cleaning liquid in the rotating process, the dispensing needle is cleaned, and the dispensing needle can be prevented from directly entering the cleaning liquid.
The rotary telescopic driving device 30 is connected with the cleaning roller brush 20, and is used for driving the cleaning roller brush 20 to rotate and reciprocate along the axis of the cleaning roller brush. The rotary telescopic drive device 30 may employ, but is not limited to, a rotary telescopic motor. It is possible to provide two degrees of freedom, one of which is rotation about the axis of the cleaning roller brush 20 and the other of which is reciprocating in the direction of the axis of the cleaning roller brush 20. The cleaning rolling brush 20 is driven to rotate by the rotary telescopic driving device 30 and axially reciprocate, so that the cleaning rolling brush 20 can wipe the dispensing needle up and down and can wipe the dispensing needle left and right, and the cleaning effect of the dispensing needle can be remarkably improved by the combined wiping action of the rotary telescopic driving device 30 and the cleaning rolling brush.
The blowing seat 40 is provided with a needle hole H40 and a blowing channel H41, the needle hole H40 is used for accommodating the dispensing needle, the blowing channel H41 is communicated with the needle hole H40 and is used for blowing air into the needle hole H40 so as to clean residues on the dispensing needle. The blowing seat 40 may be constructed in various shapes, and may be fixed to the cleaning seat 10, but may be fixed to an external device. The air blowing seat 40 is mainly used for blowing air to the dispensing needle after the dispensing needle is wiped by the cleaning rolling brush 20, so that residues on the dispensing needle fall off. Since there may be residual glue that is not completely removed after the dispensing needle is wiped, and cleaning liquid that adheres to the surface of the dispensing needle, the cleaning effect of the dispensing needle can be improved by blowing the dispensing needle with the blowing seat 40. In use, the air inlet of the air supply channel H41 of the air blowing seat 40 needs to be connected to an air source device, and air with a certain pressure is provided by the air source device and is blown into the needle hole H40 through the outlet of the air supply channel H41, so as to blow the dispensing needle in the needle hole H40.
In specific application, the dispensing needle head residual glue wiping device is usually matched with a dispensing machine, when a product is required to be dispensed, a dispensing valve on the dispensing machine is moved together, glue is ejected from a dispensing needle head outlet of the dispensing valve, a dot or line with a certain shape and size is formed, and the dot or line is accurately coated on the product. When one or more dispensing operations are completed, the dispensing needle needs to be cleaned. At this time, the dispensing needle moves to above the cleaning seat 10 and contacts the cleaning roller brush 20. The rotary telescopic driving device 30 drives the cleaning rolling brush 20 to rotate and reciprocate along the axis of the rotary telescopic driving device, cleaning liquid is adsorbed on the cleaning rolling brush 20, and residual glue on the dispensing needle head can be effectively removed through rotary wiping and reciprocating wiping. And then the dispensing needle is controlled to move into the needle hole H40 of the blowing seat 40, and the air source equipment is controlled to work to provide air with certain pressure into the air supply channel H41, and the air enters into the needle hole H40 from the air outlet of the air supply channel H41 and is blown to the dispensing needle, so that residues on the dispensing needle, such as residual glue and cleaning liquid, are further removed. After the cleaning process, the dispensing needle head can be kept clean and can be used for dispensing next time, so that the stability and accuracy of dispensing are improved.
According to the dispensing needle residual glue wiping device and the dispensing equipment with the same provided by the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning rolling brush 20 is driven to rotate by the rotary telescopic driving device 30 and reciprocate along the axis of the cleaning rolling brush, and the cleaning rolling brush is positioned in the liquid storage tank H10, so that the cleaning rolling brush 20 adsorbed with the cleaning liquid simultaneously performs rotary wiping and reciprocating wiping, a more sufficient cleaning effect can be achieved, in addition, after wiping and cleaning, the dispensing needle is blown by the blowing seat 40, residues (including residual glue and cleaning liquid) on the dispensing needle are further clarified, and a relatively more thorough cleaning effect can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the dispensing needle residual glue wiping device further includes a capping mechanism 50, where the capping mechanism 50 is disposed on the cleaning seat 10, so as to open or close the opening.
In particular applications, when it is desired to clean the dispensing needle, the capping mechanism 50 opens the opening and the dispensing needle moves over the cleaning seat 10 and into contact with the cleaning roller brush 20. And then a cleaning process of cleaning the roll brush 20 and the blowing seat 40 is performed. When cleaning is completed, the dispensing needle is removed from over the cleaning seat 10 and the capping mechanism 50 closes the opening. Thus, when the cleaning seat 10 is not in use, the opening can be closed by the capping mechanism 50, thereby protecting the cleaning liquid from the outside, avoiding the problems of volatilization, deterioration, external pollution and the like of the cleaning liquid due to long-term exposure to the air, and preventing the cleaning liquid in the cleaning seat 10 from being spilled.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the axis of the cleaning roller brush 20 extends in a horizontal direction, the rotary telescopic driving device 30 is fixed on one side surface of the cleaning base 10, and the rotary telescopic driving device 30 has a telescopic rod, and the telescopic rod extends into the cleaning base 10 and is coaxially connected with the cleaning roller brush 20.
In this embodiment, the axis of the cleaning roller brush 20 extends along the horizontal direction, so that the cleaning roller brush 20 can rotate around the horizontal axis during operation, and the dispensing needle extends along the vertical direction, so that the cleaning roller brush 20 and the dispensing needle have a larger contact area, and the cleaning effect is improved. The rotary telescopic driving device 30 is arranged on one side of the cleaning seat 10, so that coaxial connection with the cleaning rolling brush 20 is conveniently realized, and stable driving of the cleaning rolling brush 20 is realized.
It is understood that the rotary telescopic driving device 30 may be a rotary telescopic motor in the prior art, and the structure and the working principle of the rotary telescopic motor are well known to those skilled in the art, and are not described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2 and fig. 4 to 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, the capping mechanism 50 includes a sliding base 501, a cover 502 and a cover driving device 503, and the sliding base 501 is connected to the cleaning base 10 through a guide rail assembly 504. The rail assembly 504 may be a linear rail, which enables guiding the sliding seat 501 in a horizontal direction, i.e., the sliding seat 501 may slide in a horizontal direction along the rail assembly 504. The shape and size of the sliding seat 501 may be designed according to actual needs, as long as it can be connected to the cover 502 and the cover driving device 503.
A cover plate 502 is provided over the cleaning base 10 and connected to the slide base 501. The cover plate 502 may be a planar structure made of metal, plastic, rubber, etc., as long as it covers the opening of the cleaning seat 10. The cover plate 502 and the sliding seat 501 may be directly connected, and other intermediate components may be used to connect together. The cover plate 502 is movable with the movement of the slide holder 501 and is switchable between an open position and a closed position.
A cover plate driving device 503 is connected to the sliding seat 501, and is used for driving the sliding seat 501 to slide along a horizontal direction so as to switch the cover plate 502 between an open position and a closed position. When the cover plate 502 is in the open position, the cover plate 502 is positioned on one side of the cleaning seat 10 to open the opening, and when the cover plate 502 is in the closed position, the cover plate 502 is positioned above the cleaning seat 10 and is attached to the cleaning seat 10 to seal the opening.
The cover plate driving device 503 may take various different forms and structures as long as the pushing and pulling force in the horizontal direction of the slide seat 501 can be achieved. For example, the cover plate driving device 503 may be a cylinder, a linear motor, or a combination of a rotary motor and a screw transmission assembly.
When it is desired to clean the dispensing needle, the cover plate drive 503 is operated and applies a force in a direction (e.g., horizontally) such that the slide mount 501 moves along the rail assembly 504 and moves the cover plate 502 to the open position. At this time, the cover plate 502 is located at one side of the cleaning seat 10 to open the opening of the cleaning seat 10, so that the dispensing needle can enter the cleaning seat 10 and contact with the cleaning roller brush 20. And then a cleaning process of cleaning the roll brush 20 and the blowing seat 40 is performed. When cleaning is completed, the cover plate driving device 503 works in the opposite direction and applies force in the opposite direction, so that the sliding seat 501 moves along the guide rail assembly 504 and drives the cover plate 502 to move to the closed position. At this time, the cover plate 502 is located above the cleaning seat 10 and is attached to the cleaning seat 10 to seal the opening of the cleaning seat 10, so as to prevent the cleaning liquid from volatilizing or being contaminated.
In this embodiment, the opening and closing of the opening of the cleaning seat 10 are realized by the cover mechanism 50 composed of the sliding seat 501, the cover plate 502 and the cover plate driving device 503, so that the sealing and releasing of the cleaning liquid are realized, and the structure is simple and the opening and closing are reliable.
Referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, a sealing ring is provided on the cleaning base 10, and the sealing ring surrounds the opening. The function of the seal ring is to enhance the sealing performance of the cleaning seat 10 and prevent the cleaning liquid from leaking from the opening or the outside air from entering the cleaning seat 10.
The capping mechanism 50 further comprises a pressing component 505, configured to press the cap plate 502 against the sealing ring when the cap plate 502 is in the closed position, so as to form a more reliable sealing effect.
When cleaning is completed, the cover plate driving device 503 works in the opposite direction and applies force in the opposite direction, so that the sliding seat 501 moves along the guide rail assembly 504 and drives the cover plate 502 to move to the closed position. At this time, the pressing assembly 505 synchronously acts and applies downward pressure, so that the cover plate 502 is pressed and attached on the sealing ring, and forms a closed space with the cleaning seat 10, so that the sealing effect is better, and the cleaning liquid can be effectively prevented from volatilizing, spilling or being polluted.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, the pressing assembly 505 includes a side pushing plate 505a and a pressing member 505b, the side pushing plate 505a is provided on the sliding seat 501 and is elastically floatable in a vertical direction, the side pushing plate 505a has a pressing inclined surface S505, and the cover plate 502 is fixed on the side pushing plate 505 a. Illustratively, the side push plate 505a is located on one side of the wash seat, and the cover plate 502 is secured to the top of the side push plate 505a by fasteners such as screws. Meanwhile, the bottom of the side push plate 505a is elastically coupled with the sliding seat 501 so that the side push plate 505a can elastically float in the vertical direction.
The pressing piece 505b is disposed on the cleaning seat 10, when the cover plate 502 moves from the open position to the closed position, the pressing inclined surface S505 abuts against and slides relatively to the pressing piece 505b, so that the pressing piece 505b generates downward pressure on the pressing inclined surface S505, so that the side pushing plate 505a drives the cover plate 502 to float downward, and the cover plate 502 is pressed against the sealing ring along with the downward floating of the side pushing plate 505 a.
That is, the pressing member 505b is dynamically matched with the pressed slope S505, so that when the cover 502 slides to the closed position, the pressing member 505b can apply a downward pressure to the pressed slope S505, so that the side pushing plate 505a elastically floats downward, and further drives the cover 502 to press against the sealing ring. Specifically, when the cover plate 502 is in the open position, the pressing member 505b is away from the side pushing plate 505a, and the pressing member 505b does not contact the pressed inclined surface S505 on the side pushing plate 505a, in which case, the side pushing plate 505a is not acted upon by external force, and is in the floating state, there is a gap between the cover plate 502 and the top surface of the cleaning base 10. When the cover plate 502 moves from the open position to the closed position, the cover plate 502 gradually moves to the upper side of the cleaning seat 10, the pressed inclined surface S505 on the side pushing plate 505a approaches to the pressing member 505b and directly contacts with the pressing member 505b, and as the side pushing plate 505a continues to move, the pressing member 505b slides relatively with the pressed inclined surface S505, the pressing member 505b generates downward pressure on the pressed inclined surface S505, so that the side pushing plate 505a can drive the cover plate 502 to generate a downward pressing action, and the cover plate 502 is further pressed on the sealing ring on the top surface of the cleaning seat 10, thereby realizing reliable sealing.
In this embodiment, the pressing assembly 505 adopts a combination structure of the side pushing plate 505a and the pressing member 505b, and utilizes the matching relationship between the pressing member 505b and the pressed inclined surface S505 on the side pushing plate 505a to realize the pressing action generated in the closing process of the cover plate 502, which has a simple structure, and the linkage closing action ensures the reliability of the closing seal of the cover plate 502.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, a notch H505 is formed in the side pushing plate 505a, and the pressed slope S505 is located in the notch H505, where the size of the notch H505 is enough to allow the pressing member 505b to be inserted.
The pressing member 505b is a cylindrical member which is arranged opposite to the notch H505 in the horizontal direction, and whose axis is parallel to the pressing inclined surface S505; the pressure receiving slope S505 is formed to be inclined downward from above in a direction from the open position to the closed position.
When the cover 502 moves from the open position to the closed position, the cylindrical member enters the notch H505, and the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member contacts the pressed slope S505.
In use, after the dispensing needle is cleaned, the cover plate driving device 503 drives the sliding seat 501 to move along the guide rail assembly 504, and drives the cover plate 502 to move toward the closed position, and the side pushing plate 505a gradually approaches the cylindrical member. When the cover plate 502 approaches the closed position, the cylindrical member enters the notch H505, and the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member is in contact with the pressure-receiving inclined surface S505. Due to the inclination angle of the pressed inclined surface S505 and the acting force of the cylindrical member, the side pushing plate 505a will be pressed downward, so that the side pushing plate 505a drives the cover plate 502 to float downward, and can be pressed against the sealing ring.
In this embodiment, the notch H505 is disposed on the side pushing plate 505a, the pressed inclined plane S505 is disposed in the notch H505, and the cylindrical member is used as the pressing member 505b, so, on one hand, the notch H505 is utilized to cooperate with the cylindrical member to ensure that the cylindrical member can accurately contact with the pressed inclined plane S505 in the notch H505, on the other hand, the notch H505 also plays a role in limiting the cylindrical member, so that the closing position can be defined, on the other hand, the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical member contacts with the pressed inclined plane S505, so that the friction force between the two is small, thereby being beneficial to improving the reliability of downward floating of the side pushing plate 505 a.
It can be appreciated that the pressing member 505b may be configured as a roller, and the cooperation between the surface of the roller and the pressed inclined surface S505 may also generate downward pressure, and the roller may also rotate during the relative rotation between the roller and the pressed inclined surface S505, so as to ensure smaller resistance between the roller and the pressed inclined surface S, and smoother relative movement, thereby improving reliability of the pressing action. In addition, the pressing member 505b may be configured as various block members, such as wedge-shaped blocks, adapted to be inserted into the notch H505, and the block members have a pushing surface, which may be a flat surface, a curved surface, etc., that is in a direction to be engaged with the pressed slope S505. As long as the pressure receiving slope S505 can be acted on, a downward pressure is generated on the pressure receiving slope S505.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, a guide post 5011 is provided on the sliding seat 501, and a guide hole is provided on the side pushing plate 505a to slidably fit with the guide post 5011. Illustratively, there are two guide posts 5011, with the two guide posts 5011 being spaced apart in the horizontal direction by the top of the slide mount 501. Correspondingly, two guide holes are formed in the bottom of the side pushing plate 505a, and the two guide holes are in one-to-one sleeved fit with the two guide posts 5011. The guide post 5011 may be cylindrical, such as a bolt, a post, or the like. The side push plate 505a is enabled to stably slide in the vertical direction along the guide post 5011 by the sliding fit of the guide hole with the guide post 5011.
The guide post 5011 is sleeved with a spring 505c, one end of the spring 505c abuts against the sliding seat 501, and the other end of the spring 505c abuts against the side pushing plate 505a, so as to provide a vertical upward elastic force, and force the cover plate 502 to elastically float upward to be separated from the cleaning seat 10.
When the cover plate 502 is in the open position, since the side pushing plate 505a is far away from the pressing member 505b, the side pushing plate 505a is not subjected to other external forces, and under the condition that no external force is involved, the elastic force provided by the spring 505c forces the cover plate 502 to be in the floating state, at this time, a gap is formed between the cover plate 502 and the cleaning seat 10, so that the cover plate 502 is separated from the cleaning seat 10, and the separated state of the gap is convenient for the cover plate 502 to be moved from the open position to the closed position more smoothly. While the cover plate 502 is moved to the closed position, the pressing member 505b generates a downward pressure against the pressing slope S505 on the side pushing plate 505a, so that the side pushing plate 505a floats downward, and at this time, the spring 505c is compressed, storing elastic energy. Thereafter, when the cover 502 is moved to the open position again, the elastic release of the spring 505c enables the cover 502 to float up quickly, thereby achieving automatic separation from the cleaning base 10.
In this embodiment, the cooperation between the spring 505c and the side pushing plate 505a realizes the elastic floating of the side pushing plate 505a and the cover plate 502 in the vertical direction, and has a simple structure, so that the cover plate 502 is ensured to automatically float up and down, and the floating is reliable and stable.
