Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating diabetic nephropathy
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation and application of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to application of a traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparation of medicines for preventing and treating diabetic nephropathy.
Background
Diabetes mellitus is a clinically common endocrine and metabolic abnormality disease and is mainly characterized in that the continuous abnormal rise of blood sugar level can lead to various complications of patients, and the complications mainly comprise eye injury, microvascular injury and the like. Diabetic Nephropathy (DN) is one of the most common microvascular complications, leading to both a higher risk and mortality of chronic renal failure. In the current clinic, aiming at DN, drugs are mainly used for treating, usually blood sugar and blood pressure reducing lipid reducing and anticoagulation drugs are used for controlling the blood sugar level of patients, biguanides such as metformin, sulfonylurea glimepiride, alpha glycoside inhibitor acarbose and the like are used for relieving symptoms, but the effect is not ideal.
In traditional Chinese medicine, diabetic nephropathy belongs to the scope of diabetes, and is considered that DN is related to yin qi loss, five viscera injury, concurrent depression, heat, blood stasis, phlegm and the like caused by long-time diabetes and kidney deficiency of patients, and the diseases are caused by deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin during early onset, and the deficiency of yang qi and kidney spleen, and the decline of kidney yang, internal accumulation and turbidity toxin, and weak manifestations of five viscera, so that effective treatment needs to be carried out as early as possible to improve the illness state. It can be seen that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease should follow the principles of tonifying qi and nourishing yin, activating blood and resolving stasis, tonifying kidney and securing essence, warming yang and transforming qi, etc.
The glycolipid cleaning granule is a hospital preparation in Jiangsu province, mainly comprises radix pseudostellariae, polygonum multiflorum, roasted stiff silkworm, winged euonymus twig, medlar, semen cassiae, radix trichosanthis and other medicines, and is mainly used for treating diabetes mellitus, and related diseases such as reducing blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, reducing insulin, increasing insulin sensitivity and regulating blood fat. Patent CN 2010101832736 discloses a basic prescription and the dosage thereof, 8-20 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 5-15 parts of roasted stiff silkworm, 5-15 parts of winged euonymus twig, 8-20 parts of medlar and 10-20 parts of herba lycopi. The preparation takes tonifying liver and kidney, resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis as a treatment rule, integrates the functions of nourishing liver, tonifying kidney, promoting blood circulation, resolving phlegm, removing fat and dredging collaterals into one furnace, and is especially suitable for people with diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia belonging to liver-kidney yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis and obstruction of collaterals. In the prior art, similar formulas are disclosed more, but specific dosage and specific compatibility principles are not disclosed, and specific researches on diabetic nephropathy are not developed. The invention is based on rhizoma polygonati, roasted stiff silkworm, winged euonymus twig, medlar and herba lycopi as main drugs, and the use amount of each main drug is definitely and adjusted according to the cause of disease, and the salvia miltiorrhiza which can activate blood and tonify kidney is added on the basis of the formula, so that the salvia miltiorrhiza removes blood stasis without hurting the vital energy, is a key drug for activating blood, and is proved by modern clinical researches, and tanshinone IIA and water-soluble salvianolic acid compounds can regulate blood sugar and are used for DN patients. Patients are always in a high-sugar and diuretic state and blood stasis is common, so that the red sage root and safflower, red paeony root and the like are matched with each other to achieve good effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The kidney deficiency causes yin qi loss, and fructus corni and cherokee rose fruit which are used for tonifying kidney, nourishing yin, astringing and inducing astringency are added, so that modern clinical researches show that the fructus cherokee rose fruit and fructus corni water extract can inhibit vascular ACE. Rhizoma Cibotii for nourishing liver and kidney is added, and fructus Lycii is added to enhance the effects of nourishing kidney yin, replenishing vital essence and nourishing blood, and fructus Lycii extract polysaccharide can enhance the kidney protecting function of diabetes. The rhizoma anemarrhenae and the radix trichosanthis are added for combination, so that the effects of clearing heat, nourishing yin and purging pathogenic fire are enhanced, and the effects of tonifying and strengthening body resistance are achieved without helping evil.
