As described above, prior art attempts to improve the manner in which anastomotic ring 10 is removed to avoid damaging the blood vessel during removal have resulted in complex structures of anastomotic ring 10 and inconveniences in the installation and removal of anastomotic ring 10. The vascular anastomosis assembly of the embodiment of the invention facilitates removal of the anastomosis ring 10 from the blood vessel after the end of the blood vessel has grown and healed, and the anastomosis ring 10 has a simple structure.
The structure and operation of the vascular anastomosis assembly according to the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1-5. As shown in fig. 1, the vascular anastomosis assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention is generally composed of a pair of anastomosis rings 10 for respectively hooking and clamping ends of two blood vessels, a pair of holders 20 for holding the pair of anastomosis rings 10 in a desired mounting posture, and a spreader 30 for spreading an opening 12 of the anastomosis rings 10 so as to facilitate passage of the blood vessels through the opening 12.
Anastomotic rings 10 of the present embodiment are designed with openings 12 to facilitate passage of blood vessels through openings 12, wherein the structure of a pair of anastomotic rings 10 may be the same or different, provided that each anastomotic ring 10 has mating side anastomotic structure and circumferential openings 12. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, anastomotic ring 10 is mainly composed of a ring body 11, wherein the ring body 11 is provided with a mating side which mates with another anastomotic ring 10 and a non-mating side which is opposite to the mating side, the ring body 11 is provided with a pin 15 and a socket 16 on the mating side, the mating side of the other anastomotic ring 10 is also provided with a pin 15 and a socket 16, and the pins 15 and the sockets 16 of a pair of anastomotic rings 10 are all circumferentially arranged along the ring body 11 and correspond to each other in position so as to be suitable for the pins 15 and the sockets 16 of the pair of anastomotic rings 10 to be mutually inserted, thereby mutually firmly assembling the pair of anastomotic rings 10.
The ring body 11 extends circumferentially around the center line to form a ring, and is assumed to be axial along the extending direction of the center line and circumferential along the extending direction of the ring body 11.
In one embodiment, the ring body 11 is stepped in the axial direction so as to be easily installed with the holder 20, and in particular, the ring body 11 is formed into a base ring 111 and a mating ring 112 in the axial direction, the mating ring 112 is located at the mating side, the base ring 111 is located at the non-mating side, and the outer diameter of the mating ring 112 is smaller than the outer diameter of Yu Jihuan, so that an annular step is formed at the outer diameter of the ring body 11, on which a fixing portion of the holder 20 can be engaged according to the following description.
In one embodiment, the base ring 111 is formed with a pair of grooves 13 on the mating side, each groove 13 forming a vertical wall 131 in a direction near the center of the base ring 111, the grooves 13 being provided corresponding to an axially thinned portion 132 formed on the base ring 111, the vertical wall 131 and the thinned portion 132 each being for engagement with a fixing portion of the holder 20 described below.
In one embodiment, the ring 11 is formed with an opening 12 along the circumferential direction, so that the ring 11 is in a non-closed shape, the opening 12 is used for passing a blood vessel, and the circumferential gap size of the opening 12 may be larger than the thickness of the double-layer wall of the blood vessel, or the ring 11 may have elasticity, and the opening 12 is opened by a user operating by hands or a tool, so that the gap of the opened opening 12 is ensured to be larger than the thickness of the double-layer wall of the blood vessel.
Since ring body 11 is formed with openings 12, during the process of installing anastomotic ring 10, it is easy for the openings 12 of a pair of anastomotic rings 10 to overlap all or part of the circumference, at this time, since the ends of two blood vessels are not contacted with ring body 11 of a pair of anastomotic rings 10 at openings 12, the ends of two blood vessels at openings 12 are not compressed, thereby resulting in poor local growth healing effect of the ends of blood vessels. To solve this problem, the present invention provides a retainer 20, by which an anastomotic ring 10 can be fixed and the circumferential position of the anastomotic ring 10 is maintained unchanged, as shown in fig. 3, so that a pair of anastomotic rings 10 are mounted together in a state in which openings 12 are offset from each other, and two vessel ends at each opening 12 are abutted against at least one ring body 11, so that the above-mentioned problems are largely avoided.
The vascular anastomosis assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a pair of retainers 20 for respectively retaining a pair of anastomotic rings 10, each retainer 20 being formed with a retaining portion which cooperates with a ring body 11 of the anastomotic ring 10 to achieve circumferential restraint of the anastomotic ring 10. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, each holder 20 is generally U-shaped, including a pair of fixing arms 22 and a connecting arm 21 connected to the root of the pair of fixing arms 22, and a fixing portion is provided inside each fixing arm 22. Specifically, the fixing portion is formed by a fixing stand 221 and a fixing groove 222, the fixing groove 222 is formed by recessing on the fixing arm 22, the fixing stand 221 is formed by protruding structures on two sides of the recessing, and the thinned portion 132 of the ring body 11 can be inserted into the fixing groove 222, so that the fixing stand 221 performs clamping and limiting on the anastomotic ring 10 in the axial direction.
In one embodiment, a pair of fixing tables 221 are formed to extend in parallel on opposite sides to each other, such that the fixing tables 221 form flat surfaces on opposite sides to each other for cooperation with the vertical wall 131 of the ring body 11, and the rotational displacement of the ring body 11 in the circumferential direction is restricted due to the abutment of the vertical wall 131 of the ring body 11 against the surface of the fixing tables 221, thereby positioning the circumferential angle of the opening 12. With the retainer 20 of this structure, the thinned portion 132 of the ring body 11 is inserted into the fixing groove 222 from the U-shaped opening of the retainer 20, and it is understood that the insertion direction of the thinned portion 132 of the ring body 11 into the fixing groove 222 can be selected to be two, so that the angles of the openings 12 of the two ring bodies 11 can be defined, and the use is more convenient.
When the spreader 30 is used to expand the gap to the opening 12, the contact plates 34 of the spreader 30 can be inserted into the opening 12, and the pair of contact plates 34 can be operated away from each other, thereby expanding the distance between both ends of the opening 12. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, distractor 30 comprises a pair of bodies and a contact plate 34 disposed at the distal ends of the bodies, each body including a front portion 32 and a handle portion 31, front portion 32 being adapted to provide a sufficient moment arm for contact plate 34 to separate, handle portion 31 being adapted for grasping and ease of operation by a user, and a pin 33 being disposed between front portion 32 and handle portion 31 to pivotally connect the pair of bodies.
In the process of expanding the gap between the spreader 30 and the opening 12, the slipping phenomenon between the contact plate 34 and the opening 12 end is easy to occur, and a mutually positioned matching structure needs to be arranged between the contact plate 34 and the opening 12 end. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the open 12 end of the ring body 11 forms a recess 14, and the contact plates 34 are provided with protrusions 341 on sides away from each other, the protrusions 341 being capable of being inserted into the recess 14, thereby preventing the contact plates 34 from slipping off the open 12 end.
According to the vascular anastomosis assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention, vascular end anastomosis is performed specifically by the following steps:
s1, fixing the end parts of the two sections of blood vessels with a pair of anastomotic rings 10 respectively. Specifically, the blood vessel is passed axially through anastomosis ring 10, and the vessel ends are everted, with prongs 15 passing through the everted portions of the vessel ends to retain the blood vessel.
S2, inserting a pair of anastomotic rings 10 into the fixator 20. In particular, different angular positions of thinned portion 132 and opening 12 of anastomosis ring 10 are designed and manufactured, as desired for use, so that, upon insertion of retainer 20, different angular positions of opening 12 are obtained.
S3, inserting the pins 15 and the sockets 16 of the anastomotic ring 10 into each other by using the pair of retainers 20 aligned with each other, thereby clamping the everting portions of the two blood vessel ends between the pair of ring bodies 11. In this state, the positions of the openings 12 of the pair of ring bodies 11 are staggered, so that the everting parts of the two blood vessel ends can be basically pressed and attached in the whole circumferential direction, and in one embodiment, the two openings 12 are mutually deviated by 180 degrees, and the more the distance between the two openings 12 is, the smaller the attaching influence of the everting area is.
And S4, allowing the end parts of the two sections of blood vessels to grow and heal with each other after a period of time.
S5, after the end parts of the two sections of blood vessels grow and heal, the pair of anastomotic rings 10 are detached, and each anastomotic ring 10 is taken out of the blood vessel through the opening 12, so that the whole blood vessel suturing operation is completed.
Any references to directions and orientations in the description of the embodiments herein are for convenience only and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention in any way. The description of the preferred embodiments will refer to combinations of features, which may be present alone or in combination, and the invention is not particularly limited to the preferred embodiments.
