S044: and during the period that the intelligent skin care equipment is not connected with the terminal equipment or the cloud server, performing AI analysis on each current skin image of each target area according to the corresponding skin analysis item to obtain a corresponding skin analysis result, and generating a corresponding current skin care scheme according to each current skin analysis result.
When the intelligent skin care device 1 is not connected to the terminal device 2 or the cloud server 3, the main control unit 14 obtains corresponding current skin analysis results according to the current skin images and determines each current skin care scheme according to each current skin analysis result. Namely, the intelligent skin care device 1 provided according to some embodiments of the present application integrates skin detection, analysis, skin care regimen generation and skin care functions, and achieves intelligent skin care efficiently and safely.
S046: and during the period that the intelligent skin care equipment is connected with the terminal equipment but is not connected with the cloud server, each current skin image of each target area is sent to the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment performs AI analysis of a corresponding current skin analysis item based on each current skin image to obtain a corresponding current skin analysis result, and each current skin care scheme is obtained from the terminal equipment. When the intelligent skin care device 1 is connected with the terminal device 2 and the cloud end no-server 3 is not connected, the main control unit 14 sends each current skin image to the APP or the applet in the terminal device 2, and the APP or the applet in the terminal device 2 obtains corresponding current skin analysis results according to each current skin image and determines each current skin care scheme according to each current skin analysis result so as to accelerate the output speed of each current skin care scheme.
S048: and during the period that the intelligent skin care equipment is connected with the cloud server, sending each current skin image of each target area to the cloud server, so that the cloud server performs AI analysis of corresponding skin analysis items based on each current skin image to obtain a corresponding current skin analysis result, and obtaining each current skin care scheme from the cloud server.
When the intelligent skin care device 1 is connected with the terminal device 2 and the terminal device 2 is connected with the cloud non-server 3, the main control unit 14 sends each current skin image to the cloud non-server 3 through the terminal device 2, and the cloud non-server 3 obtains corresponding current skin analysis results according to each current skin image and determines each current skin care scheme according to each current skin analysis result so as to accelerate the output speed of each current skin care scheme.
In some embodiments, each current skin care regimen is obtained from the terminal device 2, comprising in particular: acquiring each current skin care scheme generated according to the current skin analysis result of each target area from an APP or applet of the terminal equipment; or the current skin analysis results of the respective target areas are displayed in the terminal device 2, and the respective current skin care schemes selected or inputted by the user based on the respective current skin analysis results are acquired from the terminal device.
After obtaining the current skin analysis results of each target area, the terminal device 2 may automatically match and generate each current skin care scheme directly according to each current skin analysis result, or may simply display each current skin analysis result to the user, where the user manually inputs each current skin care scheme at the interactive interface of the terminal device 2 according to each current skin analysis result, or selects a corresponding historical skin care scheme from a menu of the interactive interface according to user information to serve as each current skin care scheme.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the user generates the selection key according to the automatic matching corresponding to each target area displayed in the interactive interface of the terminal device 2, and automatically generates the current skin care solution corresponding to the target area according to each current skin analysis result. In other embodiments, the user may also select the current skin care regimen of the target area of the input section according to the interactive interface of the terminal device 2.
In some embodiments, the current skin care regimen includes the operating mode and operating parameters of the corresponding care unit, and S06 specifically includes: according to each current skin care scheme, the care units corresponding to each target area are respectively controlled to execute skin care actions according to the corresponding working modes and working parameters; wherein the operation mode includes at least one of a phototherapy mode, a radio frequency mode, and a micro-current mode.
In some implementations, each care unit 13 includes an LED array for phototherapy of the skin of the target area, an electrode array for radio frequency treatment of the skin of the target area, and a microcurrent device for microcurrent quality of the skin of the target area. The LED array further comprises LEDs capable of emitting different wavelengths, such as yellow LEDs, red LEDs, blue LEDs, infrared LEDs and the like, different phototherapy modes are adopted, and the LEDs working in the LED array are different. For example, in phototherapy mode, the working parameters include blue light with a wavelength of 410nm for suppressing oil and controlling acne, yellow light with a wavelength of 590nm for relieving erythema, red light with a wavelength of 630nm for exciting collagen, and infrared light with a wavelength of 850nm for accelerating metabolism.
In some embodiments, the intelligent skin care method applied to the intelligent skin care apparatus 1 further comprises, after S06: and determining the effectiveness scoring information of the current skin care scheme according to the comparison result between the current skin analysis result of each target area and the subsequent skin analysis result obtained after the skin is protected by the current skin care scheme.
The main control unit 14 re-executes S02 after controlling each of the care units 13 to execute the corresponding skin care action on each of the target areas according to each of the current skin care schemes to obtain the subsequent skin analysis result of each of the current areas, and compares the subsequent skin analysis result of each of the target areas with the current skin analysis result to obtain the effectiveness scoring information of the current skin care scheme. Wherein, the higher the effectiveness score of the current skin care regimen, the better the care effect of the current skin care regimen is indicated. Obviously, according to the intelligent skin care method applied to the intelligent skin care device 1 provided by some embodiments of the present application, a digital skin care closed loop of skin detection-care scheme verification can be realized, and each current skin image of each target area of a part to be cared is acquired through a detection unit in the intelligent skin care device 1, so that a digital quantitative analysis result of each current skin dimension can be generated, and then the current skin care scheme of each target area is customized. The nursing cover 11 in the intelligent skin nursing device 1 is continuously covered on the part to be nursed, and the detection unit 12 arranged on the nursing cover continuously collects the skin image information of each target area so as to synchronously generate the quantitative change trend of the skin analysis result under each skin dimension, thereby being capable of verifying the effectiveness of each current skin nursing scheme (comprising the skin care mode of the nursing unit 13 and various parameters, suggesting matched skin care products and suggested dietary life habits) and further guiding the skin nursing scheme of each target area to be adaptively adjusted. Under the home scene, the skin care closed loop cannot be realized only by the skin care mode of combining the mobile phone photographing skin measurement and the beauty instrument, so that skin care cannot be effectively realized, and the reasons are that the mobile phone photographing skin measurement is limited by the influence of unstable photographing environment, the accuracy of the skin analysis result is low, the fluctuation of the result is large, the change of the skin state appears disordered and cannot be seen as effective trend, the verification of the skin care scheme cannot be realized, and the closed loop skin care cannot be realized.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of an intelligent skin care method applied to an intelligent skin care system according to some embodiments of the present application is shown. In the present embodiment, the intelligent skin care system includes an intelligent skin care device 1, a terminal device 2, and a cloud server 3. As shown in fig. 4, the intelligent skin care device 1 is first turned on, after the intelligent skin care device 1 is turned on, the main control unit 14 in the intelligent skin care device 1 controls the detection unit 12 to perform the highlight and the shooting, that is, controls the light source matched with the corresponding skin analysis item to irradiate the part to be nursed, and then controls the camera corresponding to each target area to respectively collect the image information of each target area, so as to obtain each current skin image of each target. Then, the communication unit 16 in the intelligent skin care apparatus 1 enters a connection state, and the main control unit 14 determines whether the intelligent skin care apparatus 1 is in a connection state with the terminal APP or applet in the terminal apparatus 2, and determines whether the intelligent skin care apparatus 1 is in a connection state with the cloud server 3. When APP (terminal APP in terminal device 2) is OFF and the route (router connected to cloud server 3) is OFF, at this time, intelligent skin care device 1 is not connected to terminal device 2 or cloud server 3, and main control unit 14 itself performs corresponding skin AI analysis based on each current skin image to obtain each current skin analysis result, and then generates each current skin care plan based on each current skin analysis result. When the APP is ON and the route is OFF, in order to increase the processing speed, the main control unit 14 sends the current skin image collected by each camera to the terminal APP or the applet based ON the communication unit 16, so that the terminal APP or the applet performs corresponding skin AI analysis according to each current skin image to obtain each current skin analysis result, generates each current skin care plan according to each current skin analysis result, and sends each generated current skin care plan to the main control unit 14 through the communication unit 16. When the APP is ON and the route is ON, in order to further increase the processing speed and obtain a more accurate skin care plan, the main control unit 14 sends skin detection information, such as each current skin image, to the cloud server 3 through the terminal APP or the applet, the cloud server 3 performs corresponding skin AI analysis according to each current skin image to obtain each current skin analysis result, generates each current skin care plan according to each current skin analysis result, and sends each generated current skin care plan to the main control unit 14 through the communication unit 16. After obtaining each current skin care plan, the main control unit 14 obtains control parameters of each care unit 13 according to each current skin care plan, so as to control each care unit 13 to execute corresponding skin care actions until the care is finished, and the intelligent skin care device 1 is powered off. In some embodiments, the terminal APP or applet also selects a historical skin care plan matching the current skin analysis result from the historical skin care plans stored in the cloud server 3 as the current skin care plan corresponding to each target area. In other embodiments, the terminal APP may also display each current skin analysis result and display a historical skin care plan, so that the user may manually input the current skin care plan of each target area based on the current skin analysis result and the historical skin care plan and the display interface of the terminal device 2.
Referring to fig. 5, a data flow diagram of an intelligent skin care system according to some embodiments of the present application is shown. In the intelligent skin care system provided in some embodiments of the present application, the intelligent skin care system includes a user end formed by the intelligent skin care device 1 and the terminal device 2, and an operation end formed by the cloud server 3 and an operation background. At the user end, the intelligent skin care device sends skin detection data, such as skin images or skin analysis results of each target area, to the terminal APP or applet in the terminal device 2, and the terminal APP or applet in the terminal device 2 outputs a corresponding skin care scheme to the intelligent skin care device 1 to determine control parameters of each care unit 13 in the intelligent skin care device 1 and control the intelligent skin care device 1 to perform device upgrade. At the operation end, the terminal APP or applet in the terminal device 2 outputs user data to the cloud server 3, so that the cloud server outputs a complete skin care scheme to the terminal APP or applet in the terminal device 2, and controls the terminal device 2 to perform device upgrade. Further, at the operation end, the cloud server 3 outputs user data to the operation background, and the operation background controls the cloud server 3 to output a user operation algorithm upgrading instruction and a client upgrading instruction according to the user data.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a data processing flow of an intelligent skin care device or system provided in some embodiments of the present application. The data processing process of the intelligent skin care device or system applying the intelligent skin care method provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the large data processing processes of image preprocessing, image AI processing, skin state analysis and obtaining a skin care scheme.
In some embodiments, each camera in the intelligent skin care device 1 may be a visible light camera or an infrared camera, the capturing manner of each camera capturing the skin image of each target area may be capturing a video stream of each target area, and then one frame with sharpness meeting a preset condition is selected from the video stream as the corresponding current skin image. In other embodiments, each camera may also directly photograph each target area to directly obtain each current skin image of each target area. In this embodiment, taking the video stream of the target area acquired by each camera as an example, first, image preprocessing is performed on a selected skin image in the data stream of each camera. The image preprocessing comprises automatic exposure AF, automatic focusing AE, distortion correction, color correction CCM, white balance correction AWB and picture compression. Then, image AI processing is performed on each current skin image after pretreatment, image quality evaluation is performed on each skin image, for example, whether the definition of each current skin image meets the requirement is evaluated, and then ROI extraction is performed on each skin image meeting the definition so as to perform feature extraction on the skin of each target area. And then, based on the extracted features of each target area, performing AI analysis of the corresponding skin analysis items on each target area, namely performing skin state analysis to obtain skin analysis results of each target area. Wherein each skin analysis item comprises skin texture, red area, acne (porphyrin), mottle, skin color, etc. Finally, based on the skin analysis result of each target area, the skin care plan of each target area is obtained. The skin care plan of the target area includes a care plan output from the intelligent skin care apparatus 1, and daily care advice and care plan evaluation for caring for each target area. The care regimen evaluates the scoring information of the current skin care regimen obtained as described above.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of an intelligent skin care method applied to a terminal device 2 according to some embodiments of the present application. A schematic structural diagram of the terminal device 2 is shown in fig. 8, which comprises a second memory 201 and a second processor 202, the second processor 202 implementing the steps of the intelligent skin care method according to any one of the present application applied to the terminal device 2 when executing a computer readable program stored in the second memory 201. The intelligent skin care method applied to the terminal device 2 according to some embodiments of the present application includes S12 and S14, and the specific descriptions of the respective steps are as follows.
S12: when the current skin image of each target area of the part to be treated under the irradiation of different light sources is obtained, carrying out AI analysis on each current skin image of each target area according to skin analysis items to obtain the current skin analysis result of each target area; wherein, different light sources are respectively matched with different skin analysis items.
S14: and displaying each current skin analysis result, acquiring each current skin care scheme determined based on each current skin analysis result, and sending each current skin care scheme to a main control unit in the intelligent skin care equipment so that the main control unit can control each care unit in the intelligent skin care equipment to execute corresponding skin care operation on each target area according to each current skin care scheme.
The detailed description and explanation of the respective steps in the skin care analysis method applied to the terminal device provided according to some embodiments of the present application may refer to the corresponding description in the above-mentioned intelligent skin care method applied to the intelligent skin care device 1. The skin care analysis method applied to the terminal device 2 according to some embodiments of the present application and the intelligent skin care method applied to the intelligent skin care device 1 according to some embodiments of the present application can achieve the same technical effects, and are not described here again.
In some embodiments, each skin care regimen determined in S14 by obtaining each current skin analysis result includes one of the following steps:
step one: generating a corresponding current skin care plan according to the current skin analysis result;
step two: obtaining each current skin care plan according to the skin care plan input by the user based on the current skin analysis result;
step three: selecting a corresponding historical skin care plan from a historical skin care plan library according to the current skin analysis result by a user to obtain a corresponding current skin care plan;
step four: and sending the current skin analysis result to a cloud server, and acquiring a current skin care scheme generated by the cloud server based on the current skin analysis result.
In some embodiments, the terminal APP or applet in the terminal device 2 generates each skin care plan corresponding to each target area according to each skin analysis result of each target area, including: the current skin care regimen for each target area is determined based on the current skin analysis results, the prior skin analysis results, and the prior skin care regimen corresponding to the prior skin analysis results for each target area.
In some embodiments, the terminal APP or applet in the terminal device 2 further includes, before performing AI analysis of the respective current skin images of each target area for the corresponding skin analysis items to obtain the current skin analysis results of the respective target areas: and respectively carrying out image preprocessing on each current skin image of each target area, wherein the image preprocessing comprises at least one of automatic exposure, automatic focusing, distortion correction, color correction, white balance correction and picture compression.
In some embodiments, the terminal APP or applet in the terminal device 2 is further configured to determine the validity score information of the current skin care solution according to a comparison result between the current skin analysis result of each target area and the subsequent skin analysis result obtained after the skin care using the current skin care solution after executing S14.
Some embodiments of the present application also provide an intelligent skin care device 1 as shown in fig. 2 and a terminal device 2 as shown in fig. 8. The terminal device 2 may be a smart phone. Since the device structures shown in fig. 1 and fig. 8 have been described in detail, and the intelligent skin care device 1 and the terminal device 2 according to some embodiments of the present application achieve the same technical effects as the intelligent skin care method according to the embodiments of the present application, which are not described here.
The embodiment of the application further provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements each step in the intelligent skin care method according to any embodiment of the application, and can achieve the same technical effect, so that repetition is avoided, and no further description is provided herein. Among them, a computer readable storage medium such as Read-only memory (ROM), random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic disk or optical disk, and the like.

acquiring a current skin care scheme of each target area, wherein the current skin care scheme is determined based on a current skin analysis result of the corresponding target area, and the current skin analysis result is obtained by carrying out AI analysis on the skin analysis items matched with the current skin analysis result based on the corresponding current skin image;
and respectively controlling the nursing units corresponding to each target area to execute corresponding skin nursing actions according to each current skin nursing scheme.

The intelligent skin care method according to claim 1, wherein each of the skin analysis items comprises at least one of a skin color analysis item, a texture analysis item, a red area analysis item, a porphyrin analysis item, a wrinkle analysis item, an acne analysis item, and a spot analysis item;
The light source matched with the skin color analysis item is a white light source, the light source matched with the texture analysis item is a parallel polarized light source, the light source matched with the red area analysis item is a cross polarized light source, the light source matched with the porphyrin analysis item is an ultraviolet light source, the light sources matched with the wrinkle analysis item and the acne analysis item are respectively one of a parallel polarized light source and a white light source, and the light source matched with the spot analysis item is a cross polarized light source.
3. The intelligent skin care method according to claim 1, wherein said obtaining a current skin care regimen for each of said target areas comprises:
performing AI analysis on the corresponding skin analysis items on each current skin image of each target area to obtain corresponding current skin analysis results;
and respectively generating the corresponding current skin care schemes according to the current skin analysis results, or sending the current skin care analysis results to a terminal device so as to acquire the current skin care schemes from the terminal device, or sending the current skin analysis results to a cloud server so as to acquire the current skin care schemes from the cloud server.
4. The intelligent skin care method according to claim 1, wherein said obtaining a current skin care regimen for each of said target areas comprises:
during the period that the intelligent skin care equipment is not connected with a terminal equipment or a cloud server, performing AI analysis corresponding to the skin analysis item on each current skin image of each target area to obtain a corresponding skin analysis result, and generating a corresponding current skin care scheme according to each current skin analysis result;
transmitting each current skin image of each target area to the terminal equipment during the period that the intelligent skin care equipment is connected with the terminal equipment but is not connected with the cloud server, so that the terminal equipment performs AI analysis of the corresponding current skin analysis item based on each current skin image to obtain a corresponding current skin analysis result, and each current skin care scheme is obtained from the terminal equipment;
and during the period that the intelligent skin care equipment is connected with the cloud server, sending each current skin image of each target area to the cloud server, so that the cloud server performs AI analysis corresponding to the skin analysis item based on each current skin image to obtain a corresponding current skin analysis result, and obtaining each current skin care scheme from the cloud server.
5. The intelligent skin care method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein obtaining each of the current skin care regimens from the terminal device comprises:
