Abstract

The invention relates to a water management and distribution system for a central heating boiler for heating domestic water in various locations, and also for heating the locations. All the polymer parts on the water block of the invention are made of the same composite plastic raw material. The most important feature of the invention is that during the water circulation, if the central heating line is blocked, the pressure is evacuated to the return line of the circulation pump in order not to damage the system and not to damage the house facilities. Existing heat exchanger tubing has a one-way permeate bypass system, eliminating the need for additional transfer tubing.

Description

Water block
The present invention relates to a water management and distribution system for a central heating boiler for heating domestic water in various locations and also for heating houses.
The water block of the present invention is composed of two independent parts, namely a domestic hot water system and a central heating system. Domestic hot water heats water used in places such as daily use, drinking and cleaning water. Central heating is used to heat houses.
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hot water system for living space, which is used for providing living water and central heating.
Background
Existing heating systems used in the field are produced by ultrasonic welding, hot plate welding, laser welding methods, and/or O-ring interlocking systems. This results in a more complex structure and results in difficult assembly and manufacturing processes, and also is prone to sealing problems at joints and welds. In addition, the need for additional materials and additional processing is also increasing.
Disclosure of Invention
All the polymer parts on the water block are manufactured from the same composite plastic raw material. Thus, it can be ensured that the influence of temperature, humidity, hydrolysis and the like is kept at a minimum level. In this way the product of the invention is more wear resistant, stronger and more durable than the applications known in the prior art.
One of the most important techniques of the present invention is that it includes "U" shaped tubing and fittings that cannot be produced by injection processes and removed by conventional injection molding techniques. This technique is a technique that produces polymer at different times and combines it with a multicomponent injection molding process (parts with "U" geometry, which cannot be produced using conventional methods and which cannot be removed as hollow parts) to produce a more compact, stronger part. The innovative method can be called a full radius, integral connection bridge using 2K molding technology, and can minimize pressure without using any welding (ultrasonic welding, hot plate welding, laser welding, etc.) or O-type blind plugs.
This technique enables the production of components suitable for the temperature and pressure requirements of the desired geometry without the use of any sealing elements, without the use of joining methods such as ultrasonic welding, hot plate welding, laser welding.
Another feature of the invention, which differs from the prior art, is that if the central heating line is blocked during the water circulation, it empties the pressure through the existing heat exchanger line with the unidirectional osmosis bypass system to the return line of the circulation pump without the need for an additional transfer line, in order not to damage the system and not to damage the premises.
In the context of the present invention, a connection joint is a system produced without using any metal parts other than locking metal. Furthermore, the system is a system made of complex integral composite polymers, without the use of any welding (ultrasonic welding, hot plate welding, laser welding).
DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS
The place consists of two parts, namely, the domestic water (domestic water, drinking water and cleaning requirements) of the existing system is used for heating and the central heating (for heating houses). The following description of the sections refers to fig. 1.

Detailed Description
A domestic hot water system:
since the domestic water heating part interacts with humans (by drinking, cleaning, etc.), it has been designed according to the drinking water standard. Water from the tap water pipe connection enters from the inlet of the plate heat exchanger inlet portion (1), passes through the restrictor (2) and the flow sensor (3), and the adaptor part of the flow sensor (3) into the plate heat exchanger (12), and then passes through the heating system cold water inlet (10). In the plate heat exchanger (12), water is heated according to the flow rate of the water measured by the flow sensor (3) and comes out of a hot water outlet (11) of a heating system of the plate heat exchanger (12). The heated water enters the hot water outlet part of the device connected to the hot water outlet of the plate heat exchanger (12), the temperature of which is controlled by a temperature sensor (13) connected to the outlet part and is fed to the domestic hot water outlet (4) device.
Central heating system:
which is used for radiator heating, floor heating and similar heating systems in a venue. It consists of a closed circuit structure. The circulation pump (9) is a system for managing water flow on a manifold component, a heating system or a plate heat exchanger (12) of the three-way valve (8), and if the flow sensor (3) detects that the running water needs to be heated, the plate heat exchanger (12) or the central heating component can be used for heating the running water at a hot water outlet (11) of the central heating system according to requirements.
Here, the three-way valve (8) manifold has its inlet connected to the combustion centre and one of its outlets connected to the inlet (10) of the plate heat exchanger (12) in the central heating line and the other outlet connected to the heating system hot water outlet (11). A main body part of a bypass valve (7) is connected to a manifold part of the three-way valve (8), which is connected to a heating pipe (11) and a central heating pipe of the plate heat exchanger (12) and is composed of a one-way osmosis valve (7) which is opened at constant pressure. If a blockage occurs in the line of the hot water outlet (11) of the heating device during circulation, the recirculation delivers the water through the central heat supply inlet line of the plate heat exchanger (12) and the central heat supply outlet line of the plate heat exchanger (12) to the suction line of the circulation pump (9), respectively, so that the pressure occurring in the line is reduced (if the pressure exceeds the pressure value of the one-way permeation valve opened at constant pressure (7)). Thus, it can prevent itself and the closed circuit system from being damaged. In this way, the hydraulic block of the present invention can eliminate system pressure without the use of the extra bypass line used in the prior art.
The closed loop must be fully charged to allow the system to operate. The water filling mode of the pipeline is as follows: a U-adapter is connected to the heat exchanger outlet part connected to the main hot water outlet of the plate heat exchanger (12), which part is produced in one piece and which is not capable of producing a hollow heat exchanger by conventional injection methods, water is pumped to the filling valve (5), and then to the backflow breaker (6) or separator part (preventing dirty water in the heating device from mixing with potable water), respectively, to the U-adapter part (which part is produced in one piece and is of a second "U" shape and which is not capable of being made hollow by conventional injection methods), and then water is pumped through the manifold part of the three-way valve (8) into the central heating inlet line of the plate heat exchanger (12).
