Claims (9)
1. The small molecular detection data analysis system comprises a sensor module, a data acquisition preprocessing module, a data processing analysis module, a user interface module, a report deriving module, a standardization module, an updating module and a security module, and is characterized in that:
the system comprises a sensor module, a data acquisition preprocessing module, a data processing analysis module, a user interface module, a report deriving module, a standardization module, an updating module and a security module, wherein the sensor module, the data acquisition preprocessing module, the data processing analysis module, the user interface module, the report deriving module, the standardization module and the updating module are in communication connection;
the sensor module is connected with the data acquisition preprocessing module in a unidirectional way, and transmits the original data to the data acquisition preprocessing module in a unidirectional way for subsequent processing;
the data acquisition preprocessing module is connected with the data processing analysis module in a unidirectional way, and transmits the processed data to the data processing analysis module in a unidirectional way for further analysis;
the data processing analysis module is connected with the user interface module in a bidirectional way, and transmits an analysis result to the user interface module and receives input and control commands of the user interface module;
the user interface module is connected with the report export module in a unidirectional way, the user interface module transmits an export request to the report export module in a unidirectional way, and the report export module sends a generated report to the user interface module;
the data processing analysis module is connected with the report deriving module in a one-way, and sends an analysis result to the report deriving module to trigger report generation;
the user interface module is in bidirectional connection with the data export module, exchanges information with the data export module through the bidirectional connection, sends export requests, and transmits exported data;
the standardized module is connected with the data processing and analyzing module in a one-way, and sends standardized information to the data processing and analyzing module so as to ensure the compatibility of the system and industry standards;
the user interface module sends an update request to the update module through the bidirectional connection, and the update module sends update information to the user interface module through the bidirectional connection;
the security module is in communication connection with other modules, and the security module establishes unidirectional or bidirectional connection with the other modules so as to ensure confidentiality and integrity of data transmission.
2. The small molecule assay data analysis system of claim 1, wherein:
the sensor module includes an optical sensor and an electrochemical sensor for measuring a physical or chemical property in a sample, generating raw data.
3. The small molecule assay data analysis system of claim 2, wherein:
the data acquisition and preprocessing module comprises a data acquisition unit and a preprocessing unit;
the data acquisition and preprocessing module acquires the original data output by the sensor to the system through the data acquisition unit;
the data acquisition and preprocessing module performs signal amplification, filtering and correction processing on the original data through the preprocessing unit.
4. A small molecule assay data analysis system according to claim 3, wherein:
the data processing analysis module comprises a data processing software unit and a data analysis algorithm unit;
the data processing analysis module processes data through the data processing software unit and performs denoising, correction and alignment operations;
the data processing and analyzing module utilizes an algorithm to interpret and analyze data through a data analyzing algorithm unit.
5. The small molecule assay data analysis system of claim 4, wherein:
the user interface module includes a GUI element;
the user interface module provides a user-friendly interface through the GUI unit, real-time data display, experimental control and result visualization.
6. The small molecule assay data analysis system of claim 5, wherein:
the report and export module comprises a report generating unit and a data export unit;
the report and export module automatically generates an experiment result report through a report generating unit;
the reporting and export module provides flexible data export options by allowing a user to export data to other analysis tools through a data export unit.
7. The small molecule assay data analysis system of claim 6, wherein:
the standardized module is used for implementing industry standards and ensuring interoperability of the system with other devices and software.
8. The small molecule assay data analysis system of claim 7, wherein:
the updating module is used for providing a periodic updating mechanism of system firmware and software, adapting to new technology and algorithm and implementing remote firmware/software updating function.
9. The small molecule assay data analysis system of claim 8, wherein:
the security module is used for implementing data encryption, identity verification and access control, and uses an encryption algorithm, multi-level identity verification and authority control.
