Therefore, under the condition that the user operation event has a corresponding back-end service request, tracking can be performed according to the target tracking identifier traceId, namely, each back-end service request carries the target tracking identifier traceId, so that the target tracking identifier traceId can be sent to the server side; if the server side needs to access an APM system like Skywalking, the target tracking identifier traceId may be given to the APM system, so that the APM system may send each request to the APM system in series based on the target tracking identifier traceId, for example, the user operation, the page event and the back-end service request may be associated through the target tracking identifier traceId, thereby forming a complete link for user behavior and service processing. In addition, in the case of a user closing a page, the system may send a page close event WebPageLeave, and append a corresponding page identification pageId to the page close event WebPageLeave.
The process specific scenario for the target tracking identification traceId associated page operation identification span Id may be:
when a user inputs data in a form and clicks a submit button, a page click event weblick is triggered and a corresponding page operation identifier span id is generated. At the same time, this operation initiates a request to the backend service, which generates a target tracking identifier traceId. The target tracking identifier traceId is then associated with the page operation identifier span id so that it can be determined which user operation triggered the request. At the same time, the processing result and processing time of the request are also recorded, and the processing result and processing time are also associated with the target tracking identifier traceId. Thus, by identifying the traceId by targeting, user operations, page events, and backend service requests can be correlated to form a complete link of user behavior and service processing. According to the embodiment, by introducing the page identification pageId, the page operation identification span Id and the target tracking identification traceId, all operations and back-end service requests of a user can be tracked more accurately, so that more detailed and more accurate user behavior data are provided, and more effective basis is provided for product optimization.

It should be noted that (1) the search_search_keyword search engine keywords may not be obtained due to different search engine policies. (2) Wherein the attribute value of the last_traffic_source_type includes: paid advertisement traffic, natural search traffic, social networking site traffic, referrer traffic, direct traffic. (3) The last paid advertisement related parameter is an event attribute and does not require any configuration, and will exist in all events. This attribute will hold the utm _source that was last valid.
As shown in fig. 2, the present application further discloses an embodiment, which provides an information processing apparatus based on user operation, including:
the obtaining module 210 is configured to obtain a user operation corresponding to the target page;
the generating module 220 is configured to generate a page operation event corresponding to the user operation according to the page operation identifier corresponding to the user operation and the page identifier of the target page;
the analysis module 230 is configured to perform data analysis according to the page operation event, so as to obtain an analysis result of the user operation behavior.
In one embodiment, the generating module 220 includes:
a first determination unit configured to determine operation attribute information of a user operation;
the first generation unit is used for generating a page operation identifier by adopting the operation attribute information;
and the second generation unit is used for generating a page operation event based on the page operation identifier and combining the page identifier.
In an embodiment, the first determining unit may include:
the first acquisition subunit is used for acquiring operation time corresponding to user operation;
a first determination subunit configured to determine an operation type of a user operation;
and a second determination subunit configured to determine the operation time and the operation type as operation attribute information.
In one embodiment, the analysis module 230 includes:
the second determining unit is used for determining a target tracking identifier based on the service request corresponding to the user operation;
the first analysis unit is used for carrying out operation behavior analysis by adopting event data corresponding to the page operation event based on the target tracking identification to obtain a user operation behavior analysis result.
In an embodiment, the first analysis unit may include:
the third determining subunit is used for determining the page operation identifier associated with the target tracking identifier as a target page operation identifier;
a fourth determining subunit, configured to determine a first operation event from the page operation event including the target page operation identifier;
the first extraction subunit is used for extracting the page identifier in the first operation event and determining the page identifier as a target page identifier;
a fifth determining subunit, configured to determine a page operation event corresponding to the same target page identifier as a second operation event;
a second extraction subunit, configured to extract user operation behavior data from event data of a second operation event;
and the analysis subunit is used for analyzing by adopting the user operation behavior data to generate a user operation behavior analysis result.
In an embodiment, the event data includes an operation time corresponding to the user operation behavior data, and the analysis subunit may include:
the sequencing subunit is used for sequencing the user operation behavior data based on the operation time to obtain a user operation sequence corresponding to the second operation event;
and the analysis result subunit is used for carrying out user operation behavior analysis based on the user operation sequence to obtain a user operation behavior analysis result.
The implementation process of the functions and roles of each module in the above device is specifically shown in the implementation process of the corresponding steps in the above method, and will not be described herein again.
As shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, which includes a processor 310, a communication interface 320, a memory 330, and a communication bus 340, wherein the processor 310, the communication interface 320, and the memory 330 perform communication with each other through the communication bus 340,
a memory 330 for storing a computer program;
in one embodiment of the present application, the processor 310 is configured to implement the information processing method based on the user operation provided in any one of the foregoing method embodiments when executing the program stored in the memory 330.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, the computer program when executed by a processor realizes the information processing method based on user operation provided by any one of the method embodiments, and by acquiring user operation corresponding to a target page and generating page operation events corresponding to the user operation according to page operation identifiers corresponding to the user operation and page identifiers of the target page, data analysis can be performed according to the page operation events, a user operation behavior analysis result is obtained, and further, the operation behavior habit of a user can be determined according to the user operation behavior analysis result, the problem that in the prior art, the accuracy is low due to the fact that only data such as PV and UV are adopted for user behavior analysis is solved, and the accuracy of user operation behavior statistical analysis is improved.

Claims (5)

1. An information processing method based on user operation, comprising:
acquiring user operation corresponding to a target page;
generating a page operation event corresponding to the user operation according to the page operation identifier corresponding to the user operation and the page identifier of the target page;
carrying out data analysis according to the page operation event to obtain a user operation behavior analysis result;
generating a page operation event corresponding to the user operation according to the page operation identifier corresponding to the user operation and the page identifier of the target page, including:
determining operation attribute information of the user operation;
generating the page operation identifier by adopting the operation attribute information;
generating the page operation event by combining the page identification based on the page operation identification;
the determining operation attribute information of the user operation includes:
acquiring operation time corresponding to the user operation;
determining the operation type of the user operation;
determining the operation time and the operation type as the operation attribute information;
performing data analysis according to the page operation event to obtain a user operation behavior analysis result, including:
determining a target tracking identifier based on a service request corresponding to the user operation;
based on the target tracking identification, carrying out operation behavior analysis by adopting event data corresponding to the page operation event to obtain an analysis result of the user operation behavior;
and performing operation behavior analysis by adopting event data corresponding to the page operation event based on the target tracking identifier to obtain an analysis result of the user operation behavior, wherein the analysis result comprises the following steps:
determining the page operation identifier associated with the target tracking identifier as a target page operation identifier;
determining a first operation event from the page operation event containing the target page operation identifier;
extracting the page identifier in the first operation event, and determining the page identifier as a target page identifier;
determining the page operation event corresponding to the same target page identifier as a second operation event;
extracting user operation behavior data from event data of the second operation event;
and analyzing by adopting the user operation behavior data to generate the analysis result of the user operation behavior.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the event data includes an operation time corresponding to the user operation behavior data, the analysis performed using the user operation behavior data, and the generating the user operation behavior analysis result includes:
based on the operation time, sequencing the user operation behavior data to obtain a user operation sequence corresponding to the second operation event;
and carrying out user operation behavior analysis based on the user operation sequence to obtain the user operation behavior analysis result.
3. An information processing apparatus based on a user operation, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring user operation corresponding to the target page;
the generation module is used for generating a page operation event corresponding to the user operation according to the page operation identifier corresponding to the user operation and the page identifier of the target page;
the analysis module is used for carrying out data analysis according to the page operation event to obtain an analysis result of the user operation behavior;
the generation module comprises:
a first determination unit configured to determine operation attribute information of the user operation;
the first generation unit is used for generating the page operation identifier by adopting the operation attribute information;
the second generation unit is used for generating the page operation event by combining the page operation identifier based on the page operation identifier;
the first determination unit includes:
the first acquisition subunit is used for acquiring the operation time corresponding to the user operation;
a first determining subunit configured to determine an operation type of the user operation;
a second determination subunit configured to determine the operation time and the operation type as the operation attribute information;
the analysis module comprises:
the second determining unit is used for determining a target tracking identifier based on the service request corresponding to the user operation;
the first analysis unit is used for carrying out operation behavior analysis by adopting event data corresponding to the page operation event based on the target tracking identification to obtain an analysis result of the user operation behavior;
the first analysis unit includes:
a third determining subunit, configured to determine the page operation identifier associated with the target tracking identifier as a target page operation identifier;
a fourth determining subunit, configured to determine a first operation event from the page operation event including the target page operation identifier;
the first extraction subunit is used for extracting the page identifier in the first operation event and determining the page identifier as a target page identifier;
a fifth determining subunit, configured to determine the page operation event corresponding to the same target page identifier as a second operation event;
a second extraction subunit, configured to extract user operation behavior data from event data of the second operation event;
and the analysis subunit is used for analyzing by adopting the user operation behavior data and generating the user operation behavior analysis result.
4. The electronic equipment is characterized by comprising a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory are communicated with each other through the communication bus;
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the user operation-based information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 2 when executing a program stored on a memory.
5. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the user-operation-based information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 2.
