In the above embodiment, the left and right fixing structures are only used as auxiliary supports for fixing the decorative frame 2, and the main support functions are also the upper and lower fixing structures, and in other embodiments, the decorative frame 2 may be fixed to the inner door 1 only by the side fixing structures (not shown), i.e., the decorative frame 2 is fixed to the inner door only by the left and right fixing structures, without providing the upper and lower fixing structures 21 and 22.
Specifically, the inner door 1 and the decorative frame 2 are separately connected and fixed through the decorative strip 4 and the handle decorative strip 5, and the upper fixing structure 21 and the lower fixing structure 22 are not arranged, namely, the decorative frame 2 is directly installed and fixed on the inner door 1 through the decorative strip 4 and the handle decorative strip 5 on two sides, and in the scheme, the decorative strip 4 and the handle decorative strip 5 are required to have higher supporting strength, so that the whole decorative frame 2 and the decorative plate 3 can be supported.
The upper fixing structure 21 includes an upper frame connection plate 211 fixed to the frame body 20 and a fastening bolt fixed to the upper support beam 13, and the upper frame connection plate 211 is fixed to the upper support beam 13 by the fastening bolt. The upper frame connecting plate 211 is provided with an upper adjusting chute 210 which is arranged towards the opening of the fastening bolt, and the upper adjusting chute 210 is arranged on the upper frame connecting plate 211 in a extending way along the front-back direction and penetrates through the upper frame connecting plate 211 backwards. The fastening bolts press and fix the upper frame connecting plate 211 on the upper supporting beam 13. The position of the decoration frame 2 along the front and back direction can be conveniently adjusted through the cooperation of the upper adjusting chute 210 and the fastening bolt, the position of the decoration frame 2 can be conveniently adjusted according to the user demand, and the embedded door body has better applicability.
Similarly, the lower fixing structure 22 is fixed by a similar structure to the upper fixing structure 21, and will not be described again.
In this embodiment, the upper fixing structure 21 further has a fixing plate for connecting and fixing the upper frame connecting plate 211 and the upper frame 24, the fixing plate extends downwards from the upper frame 24, the upper frame connecting plate 211 is fixed at the bottom of the upper frame 24, the height of the plane of the upper frame 24 is higher than the height of the upper cross beam 13, the height of the plane of the upper frame 24 is also higher than the height of the plane of the upper frame connecting plate 211, and after the decorative board 3 is installed and fixed, the upper frame connecting plate 211 can be covered by the arrangement of the structure, so that the upper fixing structure 21 can be prevented from being exposed outwards in the front side direction, and the appearance of the embedded door body is improved.
In the above embodiment, the upper frame 24 may directly form a cover for the frame connecting plate 211 in the front side direction, and in other embodiments, since the frame body 20 has a frame structure, the dimension of the upper frame 24 in the vertical direction is relatively small, so that the upper frame 24 cannot form a cover for the frame connecting plate 211, in which case the height of the plane of the upper frame connecting plate 211 is still set to be no higher than the top of the upper frame 24; after the decorative plate 3 is mounted and fixed in the front direction, the decorative plate 3 covers the upper fixing structure 21 in the front direction.
It will be appreciated that, in order to cover the lower fixing structure 22 by the decorative board 3, the lower fixing structure 22 is relatively fixed on top of the lower frame 26, and the height of the plane of the lower frame connecting plate of the lower fixing structure 22 is higher than the height of the plane of the lower frame 26.
Further, as shown in fig. 33-34 and fig. 16-20, the decorative frame 2 further includes an upper decorative strip 6, the upper frame 24 is provided with an upper decorative strip positioning slot 241 disposed with an upward opening, and the upper decorative strip 6 is provided with an upper decorative strip protrusion 60 positioned in the upper decorative strip positioning slot 241.
In this embodiment, the upper molding positioning groove 241 further penetrates the upper frame 24 toward the front side, so that the upper molding protrusion 60 is positioned between the decorative board 3 and the upper frame 24 after the upper molding 6 is installed and fixed, and the upper molding positioning groove 241 may be regarded as an avoidance space formed on the upper frame 24, and the avoidance space is used for positioning the upper molding protrusion 60.
The upper frame 24 is further provided with an upper trim clamping table arranged in the upper trim positioning groove 241, the upper trim protrusion 60 is provided with an upper trim elastic clamping foot buckled with the upper trim clamping table, the upper trim 6 can be prevented from moving towards a direction far away from the upper trim positioning groove 241 through the cooperation of the upper trim elastic clamping foot and the upper trim clamping table, the upper trim 6 is provided with an upper decorative plate extending to the top of the upper frame 24, and the upper decorative plate simultaneously extends to the top of the inner door 1 and covers the inner door 1.
The top of the inner door 1 and the upper fixing structure 21 can be covered by the upper decorative strip 6, and the upper decorative strip 6 is covered by the decorative plate 3 in the front side direction, so that the installation structure and the gap can be prevented from being exposed outwards by the arrangement of the structure, and the attractive appearance of the embedded door body is improved.
In order to stably and fixedly support the upper decorative strip 6, the upper decorative strip 6 further has a first upper decorative strip fastening portion 61 fastened on the door body 1. One end of the upper decorative strip 6 is fixed on the decorative frame 2, and the other end of the upper decorative strip 6 is fixed on the inner door 1, so that the upper decorative strip 6 can be better installed and fixed.
Further, as shown in fig. 26 and 34, the upper part 6 further has a second upper decorative strip fastening portion 62 fastened to the decorative strip 4; the decorative strip 4 is provided with a buckling groove 48 matched with the second upper decorative strip buckling part 62, and the buckling groove 48 is arranged on the inner side of the decorative strip 4.
The upper decorative strip 6 of the embodiment not only plays a role in covering the upper side of the door body 1, but also plays a role in connecting and fixing the decorative strip 4 with the door body 1, so that the decorative strip 4 is more stably installed.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the decorative plate 3 is fixed on the side of the frame body 20 facing away from the inner door 1 and covers the frame body 20, and the dimension of the decorative plate 3 in the width direction in the present embodiment is smaller than the dimension of the inner door 1 in the width direction;
the handle trim 5 has a front trim 52 provided on the front side of the inner door 1 and covering the inner door 1, and the front trim 52 is juxtaposed with the trim 3 in the width direction. The juxtaposition here does not merely mean that the front trim 52 and the trim 3 are opposed to each other in the front-rear direction, but that the two are juxtaposed in the width direction to cover the front side of the inner door 1 at the same time in the front-side direction. It is to be understood that the decorative panel 3 and the front decorative panel 52 may be juxtaposed in a direction opposite to each other in the front-rear direction.
In this embodiment, the front side surface of the inner door 1 is covered by the juxtaposition of the front decorative plate 52 and the decorative plate 3, and the handle decorative strip 5 not only covers the side surface of the inner door 1, but also covers the front side of the inner door 1, so that the attractive appearance is improved, and meanwhile, the user is reminded of the door opening position more remarkably by the arrangement of the front decorative plate 52, and further better user experience is achieved.
Further, the frame body 20 has a smaller width than the inner door 1, and the handle trim 5 has a handle body juxtaposed with the frame body 20 in the width direction, the handle body being fixed to a side surface of the frame body 20, the handle body including the front trim 52 located at a front side of the inner door 1. The front decorative plate 52 is disposed on a side surface of the frame body 20, a plane on which the front decorative plate 52 is disposed is parallel to a plane on which the decorative plate 3 is disposed, and the front decorative plate 52 is disposed opposite to a rear side of the decorative plate 3 in a front-rear direction.
In this embodiment, the width dimension of the frame body 20 is set to be smaller than the width dimension of the inner door 1, so that an installation space is formed on the side surface of the frame body 20, the handle body of the handle trim 5 is installed and fixed in the installation space, more space occupied in the front-rear direction can be avoided, the thickness of the embedded door body in the front-rear direction is not increased, the installation space can be actually regarded as an avoidance space for installing and fixing the handle trim 5 in the front-rear direction, excessive protrusions of the handle trim 5 outside the decorative board 3 after installation and fixation can be avoided, and therefore the thickness of the embedded door body is increased, and the user experience is further affected.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the dimension of the decorative plate 3 in the width direction may be set to coincide with the frame body 20 or may be set to be smaller than the dimension of the frame body 20 in the width direction.
When the dimension of the decorative plate 3 in the width direction is consistent with the frame body 20, the handle body is directly fixed on the side surface of the frame body 20, and the front side surface of the handle decorative strip 5 does not protrude out of the front side surface of the frame body 20. Of course, in other embodiments, the front side surface of the handle decorative strip 5 may also protrude from the front side surface of the frame body 20, and the portion of the handle decorative strip 5 protruding from the front side surface of the frame body 20 may position the decorative board 3 when the decorative board 3 is installed and fixed, so as to facilitate the installation and fixation of the decorative board 3.
When the dimension of the decorative plate 3 in the width direction is smaller than that of the frame body 20, the handle body is further provided with a front fixing plate (not shown) mounted and fixed on the front side of the frame body 20, and the mounting and fixing of the handle trim 5 can be better realized by the arrangement of the scheme, and it is understood that the thickness of the front fixing plate of the handle body in the front-rear direction needs to be smaller in the scheme, so that the thickness of the whole embedded door body is prevented from being increased, otherwise, the avoidance of the mounting space formed on the side edge of the frame body 20 is not significant.
As shown in fig. 10-14 and 31-32, for the convenience of mounting and fixing the handle body on the frame body 20, the handle body further has a connection decorative plate 53 fixed on the side surface of the frame body 20 and covering the side surface of the frame body 20, and the connection decorative plate 53 is fixed on the front decorative plate 52; since the connection trim 53 covers the front side of the frame body 20 and the front trim 52 covers the front side of the inner door 1, the connection trim 53 is disposed perpendicular to the front trim 52.
As shown in fig. 10-14 and fig. 31-32, the handle body further includes the door handle 51, the door handle 51 is disposed on the connection trim 53, the door handle 51 has a plate-shaped structure, a plane where the door handle 51 is disposed on a front side of the front trim 52 and is parallel to the plane where the front trim 52 is disposed, and an operation space 50 is formed between the door handle 51 and the front trim 52. A hand is placed in the operation space 50 and pulls the door handle 51 to open the door body when the door body is opened. It will be appreciated that the door handle 51 may also be a handle piece provided on the connection trim 53, or the door handle 51 may be a handle piece provided directly on the front trim 52.
In this embodiment, the dimension of the connecting trim 52 in the front-rear direction is not smaller than the dimension of the frame body 20 in the front-rear direction, the connecting trim 52 has an outer extension extending forward from the front side of the frame body 20, and the trim 3 abuts against the outer extension after being mounted and fixed.
The above structure is provided such that one end of the connection trim 52 protrudes from the front side of the frame body 20 after being mounted and fixed, and the portion protruding from the front side of the frame body 20 forms the extended extension. The provision of the outer extension can play a role in positioning the decorative plate 3 in the mounting and fixing, and it is understood that the extension of the connection decorative plate 52 in the front side direction may be provided so as not to protrude out of the decorative plate 3.
Of course, in other embodiments, the connecting decoration plate 52 may be disposed so as not to protrude from the front side of the frame body 20, and the decoration plate 3 may cover the connecting decoration plate 52 after being mounted and fixed, but this structure is difficult to control the width of the decoration plate 3, and the production process and the production cost are relatively high.
As shown in fig. 10-14 and fig. 31-32, in this embodiment, the door handle 51 is vertically disposed at an end of the connecting decoration board 52 away from the front decoration board 52, and because in this embodiment, the end of the connecting decoration board 52 away from the front decoration board 52 extends out of the front side surface of the frame body 20 and forms an outer extension portion, the door handle 51 is fixed on the outer extension portion, a plane of the door handle 51 after being installed and fixed is preferably flush with a plane of the decoration board 3, and of course, the plane of the door handle 51 can also protrude outwards from the plane of the decoration board 3, so that positioning of the connecting decoration board 53 on the decoration board 3 is conveniently realized.
The door handle 51 has a smaller width dimension than the front trim 52 in the present embodiment, and is configured to allow the operation space to be exposed to the front side of the trim 2 and the left side of the trim 2, and to open the door body more.
As shown in fig. 14 and 19, in order to facilitate the installation and fixation of the connection decorative plate 53 on the frame body 20, the frame body 20 has a positioning groove 201 provided toward the opening of the connection decorative plate 53, and the handle decorative strip 5 further has a handle positioning plate 54 provided on the connection decorative plate 53, and the handle positioning plate 54 is positioned in the positioning groove 201.
The handle positioning plate 54 is disposed on the side of the connecting decoration plate 53 facing the frame body 20 and protrudes toward the frame body 20, and the handle decoration strip 5 can be positioned on the frame body 20 at least in the front-rear direction by the cooperation of the handle positioning plate 54 and the positioning groove 201. After the positioning is completed, the handle decorative strip 5 is connected and fixed with the frame body 20 through a handle fastener.
As shown in fig. 31, specifically, the connecting trim 53 is fixed to the side of the frame body 20 by a handle fastener, and a handle mounting hole 530 that mates with the handle fastener is provided in the connecting trim 53. The handle fastener may be a bolt or a screw fixed to the frame body 20 in this embodiment, and the handle mounting hole 530 may be a screw hole provided to the frame body 20.
The handle mounting hole 530 is provided on an inner wall of the operation space 50, and the handle mounting hole 530 is provided between the door handle 51 and the front trim 52. The setting of structure like this can form the shielding to the handle fastener under the prerequisite that does not influence handle fastener operation, avoids the outside exposure of handle fastener, and the specific can effectually prevent that handle fastener from exposing to the front side direction, handle fastener is in the front side direction by platelike door handle 51 covers to make the product more pleasing to the eye.
As shown in fig. 5, the handle trim 5 further includes a side trim 55 extending from a side of the inner door 1 to cover the side of the inner door 1, and the side trim 55 is fixed to the front trim 52. The side trim 55 is fixed to the front trim 52, and the connection trim 53 and the side trim 55 are disposed at front and rear sides of the front trim 52, respectively. The side trim 55 is disposed on a plane parallel to the connecting trim 53, and is disposed on the front trim 52 perpendicularly, and extends in both the front and rear directions of the front trim 52.
The side trim 55 serves to cover the side surfaces of the inner door 1 and the side surfaces of the frame body 20 and the gap between the frame body 20 and the inner door 1, thereby making the door body more attractive after being opened.
For better mounting and fixing of the side trim 55, the handle trim 5 further has a handle mounting plate 56 arranged on the side trim 55, the handle mounting plate 56 being arranged on the side trim 55 facing away from the trim 3;
the handle mounting plate 56 is fixed to the door body connecting portion 12 on a side facing away from the decorative plate 3, and the side decorative plate 55 covers a side surface of the door body connecting portion 12.
The handle mounting plate 56 is vertically arranged on the side decorative plate 55, the handle mounting plate 56 extends from the side decorative plate 55 to the direction of the inner door 1, a mounting hole is formed in the handle mounting plate 56, a connecting plate 121 is arranged on the door body connecting portion 12, the handle mounting plate 56 is fixedly attached to one side, deviating from the decorative plate 3, of the connecting plate 121, a handle positioning hole matched with the mounting hole is formed in the connecting plate 121, and a locking piece is simultaneously positioned in the handle positioning hole and the mounting hole so as to realize connection and fixation of the handle mounting plate 56 and the door body connecting portion 12.
Fixing the handle mounting plate 56 on the side of the connecting plate 121 away from the decorative plate 3 can avoid the outward exposure of the connecting part for connecting and fixing the handle decorative strip 5, thereby making the product more beautiful. Of course, in a further embodiment (not shown) the side of the handle mounting plate 56 facing away from the decorative plate 3 is fastened directly to the door body connection 12, in which case the handle mounting plate 56 covers the door body connection 12 in the front direction and does not expose the connection points in the front direction. One of the two embodiments is to bypass the door body connection 12 and fix the side of the door body connection 12 facing away from the trim panel 3, and the other is to directly fix the side of the handle mounting plate 56 facing away from the trim panel 3 to the door body connection 12.
In both the above embodiments, the handle mounting plate 56 is provided to mount and fix the handle to the connecting plate 121, and in other embodiments, the side decorative strip 55 on the handle decorative strip 5 may be directly fixed to the connecting plate 121 without providing the handle mounting plate 56.
It will be appreciated that, for convenience in manufacturing the handle molding 5, the handle molding 5 is integrally formed, and the door handle 51, the connection trim 53, the side trim 55, the front trim 52, and the handle mounting plate 56 are integrally formed by bending sheet metal members.
In this embodiment, the handle trim 5 is disposed on the left side of the frame body 20, covers the left side of the frame body 20 and the left side of the inner door 1, and corresponding trim is disposed on the right side of the frame body 20, to cover the right side of the frame body 20 and the right side of the inner door 1, so as to make the product more attractive.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3-5, the decorative frame 2 further has a decorative strip 4 disposed on the frame body 20, the decorative strip 4 is opposite to the handle decorative strip 5 in position in the width direction, the decorative strip 4 is disposed on the left side and the right side of the frame body 20, the decorative strip 4 is disposed on the side surface of the frame body 20 and is located on the rear side of the decorative board 3, and the decorative strip 4 is covered by the decorative board 3 in the front side direction. The decorative strip 4 covers the side surface of the frame body 20 and the side surface of the inner door 1. The decorative strip 4 is covered by the decorative plate 3, so that the decorative strip 4 is prevented from being exposed outwards in the front side direction, and the attractive appearance of a product is better improved.
The decorative strip 4 is connected and fixed with the frame body 20 and the inner door 1, the decorative strip 4 not only plays a role in covering the side face of the inner door 1 and improving attractiveness, but also plays a role in connecting and fixing the decorative frame 2 with the inner door 1, so that the installation stability of the frame body 20 on the inner door 1 is improved.
As shown in fig. 20-21, the decorative frame 2 further has frame connectors 27, and two ends of the upper frame 24 are respectively connected and fixed with the left frame 23 and the right frame 25 through the corresponding frame connectors 27.
The frame connector 27 includes a connector body 270, and a first connection plate 271 and a second connection plate 272 protruding outward from the connector body 270, wherein a protruding direction of the first connection plate 271 is perpendicular to a protruding direction of the second connection plate 272;
the left frame 23 is provided with a first positioning hole for positioning the first connecting plate 271, and the upper frame 24 is provided with a second positioning hole for positioning the second connecting plate 272; an arc-shaped guiding portion 273 is disposed between a side of the first connecting plate 271 away from the connector body 270 and a side of the first connecting plate 271. An arc-shaped guiding portion 273 is also disposed between a side of the second connecting plate 272 away from the connecting member body 270 and a side of the second connecting plate 272.
The arc-shaped guiding portion 273 can enable one end of the first connecting plate 271 entering the first positioning hole to be smoother, so that the first connecting plate 271 can be conveniently and smoothly inserted and positioned in the first positioning hole. Correspondingly, the arc-shaped guiding part 273 can also enable one end of the second connecting plate 272 entering the second positioning hole to be smoother, so that the second connecting plate 272 can be conveniently and smoothly inserted and positioned in the second positioning hole.
The trim 4 has a trim 41, the trim 41 covering both the side face of the frame body 20 and the side face of the inner door 1, the trim 41 extending to the trim 3 toward one side of the trim 3 and being covered by the trim 3 in the front-side direction.
The decorative plate 41 is arranged to be covered by the decorative plate 3, so that the refrigerating equipment is more integrated when being observed in the front side direction, and a user can not easily see the contact position of the decorative plate 41 and the decorative plate 3 when the door body is closed in the use process, thereby enabling the product to be more attractive.
As shown in fig. 26-27 and fig. 4-5, the molding 4 has a molding positioning member 42 and a molding connecting portion 43 positioned on the frame body 20, the molding positioning member 42 is disposed on the molding 41, the molding positioning member 42 is used for fixing the molding 41 on the frame body 20, and the molding connecting portion 43 is disposed on a side of the molding 41 facing away from the molding 3 and is connected and fixed with the inner door 1.
Specifically, the molding connection portion 43 is fixed to the connection plate 121 on a side facing away from the decorative plate 3, and the decorative plate 41 covers a side surface of the connection plate 121.
The arrangement of the structure can avoid the outward exposure of the connecting plate 121, so that the decorative strip 4 is connected with the inner side of the inner door 1 when being connected and fixed with the inner door 1, and can effectively shield the connecting part and the connecting piece, thereby avoiding the outward exposure of the connecting part and the connecting piece and leading the embedded refrigerator door body to be more attractive.
The decorative strip 4 further comprises a widening plate 44, the widening plate 44 is arranged on one side, away from the decorative plate 3, of the decorative plate 41, the widening plate 44 extends from the decorative plate 41 to the door body 1 and is fixedly attached to one side, away from the decorative plate 3, of the connecting plate 121, and the decorative strip connecting portion 43 is arranged on the widening plate 44.
The molding connection portion 43 may be a mounting hole formed in the widened plate 44, the widened plate 44 is vertically disposed on the decorative plate 41, and after the widened plate 44 is fixedly attached to the connection plate 121, the widened plate 44 and the connection plate 121 are connected and fixed together by a fastener. It will be appreciated that the connecting plate 121 is provided with a mounting hole adapted to the molding connecting portion 43, the fastening member may be a bolt screwed into the mounting hole, and the fastening member may be screwed onto the molding connecting portion 43 at the same time.
The provision of the widening plate 44 can better achieve the connection and fixation with the inner door 1, but in another embodiment, the width of the decorative plate 41 may be set to be sufficiently large, and the side wall of the decorative plate 41 directly covers the connecting plate 111 of the inner door 1 from the front side, so that only the decorative plate 3 can be seen after the embedded refrigerator door is installed and fixed.
As shown in fig. 12-14, the side of the widened plate 44 away from the decorative plate 41 abuts against the side surface of the inner door 1, and the arrangement of the structure can enable the decorative strip 212 to be better attached to the side surface of the inner door 1, so that the decorative strip 212 can be stably installed, and the appearance after installation is attractive.
When the trim 4 is fixedly connected with the inner door 1, the fixedly connected component winds the back surface of the connecting plate 121, namely, one surface of the connecting plate 121 deviating from the decorative plate 3, so that the exposure of the fixed component in the front side direction and the lateral direction of the inner door 1 can be avoided, and the beauty of the product can be better improved.
In order to conveniently realize the mounting and fixing of the decorative board 41, in this embodiment, the decorative strip 4 is mounted and fixed on the side surface of the frame body 20 by a fastening manner.
The frame body 20 is provided with a containing space 202 which is arranged towards the opening of the decorative plate 41, the decorative strip positioning piece 42 is arranged on the decorative plate 41 and extends towards the inner door direction, and the decorative strip positioning piece 42 is positioned in the containing space 202.
A connecting plate 45 arranged in parallel with the decorative plate 3 is arranged on one side of the decorative plate 41 facing the decorative plate 3, and the connecting plate 45 is positioned in the accommodating space 202 and covered by the decorative plate 3.
The connection plate 45 is fixed on the decoration plate 41 and is vertically connected with the decoration plate 41, and the connection plate 45 is arranged in parallel with the decoration plate 3 and is covered by the decoration plate 3.
As shown in fig. 17, the frame body 20 is provided with a decorative board mounting portion 204 and a decorative board mounting portion 205 that are fixedly attached to the decorative board 3, the decorative board mounting portion 205 and the decorative board 3 form the accommodating space 202 therebetween, and the connecting plate 45 is positioned in the accommodating space 202.
In order to provide a better installation effect for the decorative board 3, after the decorative strip 4 is installed and fixed, the connecting plate 45 positioned in the accommodating space 202 has the following characteristics: the side of the trim panel mounting portion 204 facing the trim panel 3 is flush with the side of the web 45 facing the trim panel 3. The above-described structure requires that the connection plate 45 cannot protrude beyond the front side of the decorative plate mounting portion 204 in the direction of the decorative plate 3 after positioning. If the connection plate 45 protrudes outward from the outer surface of the decorative plate mounting portion 204, interference with the mounting of the decorative plate 3 may be caused, affecting the mounting fixation of the decorative plate 3.
Specifically, the molding 4 is fixed to the right frame 25, so the right frame 25 has a frame body 251 and a frame connecting plate 252 disposed on the frame body 251, the frame connecting plate 525 is disposed on the side of the frame body 251 facing the decorative board 41, the accommodating space 202 is formed between the frame connecting plate 252 and the decorative board 3, and the connecting plate 45 is fixed to the frame connecting plate 525 and is accommodated in the accommodating space 202.
It will be appreciated that the trim panel mounting portion 204 is disposed on the bezel body 251 and the trim panel mounting portion 205 is disposed on the bezel web 252.
As shown in fig. 4 and 13, the size of the frame connection plate 252 in the front-rear direction is smaller than the size of the frame body 251 in the front-rear direction, and the frame connection plate 252 is provided on the side of the frame body 251 and away from one end of the decorative plate 3, so that a receiving space 202 for receiving the connection plate 45 is formed at the front side of the frame connection plate 252 and the position of the decorative plate 3.
The convenient installation of the decorative strip 4 is realized through the setting of the accommodation space 202, the decorative strip 4 is buckled on the right frame 25 in the actual use process, and the decorative strip 4 is finally installed and fixed from the side direction after the installation and the fixation of the decorative plate 3, so the installation and the fixation of the decorative strip 4 can be realized through the setting of the accommodation space 202.
In order to realize the installation and fixation of the molding 4 on the frame body 20, the molding positioning member 42 includes an elastic clamping member, and a clamping table 203 matched with the elastic clamping member is disposed in the accommodating space 202. The clamping table 203 is disposed on the molding mounting portion 205, and the positioning of the molding positioning member 42 in the accommodating space 202 is achieved through the cooperation of the elastic clamping member and the clamping table 203, so that the movement of the molding 4 along the opening direction of the accommodating space 202 can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 28-30, for the purpose of conveniently installing and fixing the elastic clamping member, a clamping leg positioning plate 46 parallel to the connecting plate 45 is disposed on a side of the decorative plate 41 facing the frame body 20, the elastic clamping member has a clamping member body 421 clamped and positioned between the connecting plate 45 and the clamping leg positioning plate 46, and an elastic clamping leg 422 disposed on the clamping member body 421, and the elastic clamping leg 422 is buckled on the clamping table 203. The hook of the elastic pin 422 is adapted to the clamping table 203 and hooked on the clamping table 203, and the connecting plate 45 can be positioned in the accommodating space 202 and on the right frame 25 more stably by matching the elastic pin 422 with the clamping table 203.
The pin positioning plate 46 is provided with a first pin positioning groove 461, and the clamping member body 421 is provided with a pin positioning protrusion 423 that cooperates with the first pin positioning groove 461 to limit the movement of the clamping member body 421 along the opening direction of the accommodating space 202.
The snap fit of the clip foot positioning protrusion 423 and the first clip foot positioning groove 461 is to restrict the movement of the molding positioning member 42 in the width direction.
The pin positioning plate 46 is further provided with a second pin positioning groove 462, and the clamping member body 421 is provided with a pin positioning protrusion 424 that cooperates with the second pin positioning groove 462 to limit the movement of the clamping member body 421 along the direction perpendicular to the opening of the accommodating space 202. The cooperation of the second clip leg positioning groove 462 and the clip leg positioning rib 424 can limit the movement of the molding positioning member 42 in the vertical direction. The second pin positioning slots 462 are provided in plurality, and correspondingly, the pin positioning ribs 424 are also provided in plurality.
Further, in order to better realize the fastening and fixing of the decorative board 4 and the frame body 20, a movable space 425 for elastically bending the elastic fastening pin 422 toward the connecting plate 45 is provided between the elastic fastening pin 422 and the connecting plate 45.
The clamping member body 421 has a first side 4211 facing the connecting plate 45 and a second side 4212 facing away from the connecting plate 45, and the elastic clamping leg 422 is disposed on the clamping member body 421 and near the second side 4212, that is, after the elastic clamping leg 422 is mounted and fixed, the distance between the elastic clamping leg 422 and the first side 4211 is greater than the distance between the elastic clamping leg 422 and the second side 4212, and after the elastic clamping leg 422 is mounted and fixed, the movable space 425 is formed between the elastic clamping leg 422 and the connecting plate 45.
Further, in order to enhance the strength of the installation and fixation of the molding 4, the molding 4 further has a plurality of reinforcing ribs 47 disposed on the trim 41, the reinforcing ribs 47 are disposed on the trim 41 toward one side of the inner door, and the stability of the molding 4 can be enhanced by the disposition of the reinforcing ribs 47. Further, the end of the reinforcing rib 47 remote from the trim panel 41 is preferably abutted against the side wall of the inner door 1 and/or the trim frame 2 for better enhancing the stability of the trim 4.
For the convenience of the installation and fixation of the decorative board 3 and the frame body 20, one side of the decorative board 3 facing the inner door 1 is simultaneously fixed and attached to the left frame 23, the right frame 25, the upper frame 24 and the lower frame 26. The decorative board 3 is fixedly supported through four frames, so that a better fixed supporting effect can be achieved.
Further, glue or glue layers are arranged between the decorative plate 3 and the left frame 23, the right frame 25, the upper frame 24 and the lower frame 26, and the decorative plate 3 is fixedly supported through the glue layers.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 19, taking the installation and fixation of the decorative frame 2 on the right frame as an example, the frame body 251 is further provided with a colloid groove 250 for accommodating the adhesive layer, the colloid groove 250 is disposed on the frame body 251 and concavely arranged in a direction away from the decorative board 3, and the colloid groove 250 is configured to provide avoidance for the adhesive layer, so that the adhesive layer is stuck on the decorative board 3 through the adhesive layer, the adhesive layer does not protrude out of the outer surface of the frame body 251, and the decorative board 3 can still be fixedly attached to the frame body 251.
It will be appreciated that the left frame 23, the upper frame 24 and the lower frame 26 also have corresponding frame bodies and colloid grooves disposed on the frame bodies, which are not described herein.
As shown in fig. 8 and 22-25, the decorative frame 2 further has a vibration conducting member 28 disposed on the frame body 20, the decorative plate 3 is a rock plate or glass having a plate-like structure, and four edges of the decorative plate 3 having a plate-like structure are respectively fixed on four frames of the frame body 20 having a frame structure, so that a center position of the decorative plate 3 having a plate-like structure is suspended, thereby being capable of better generating vibration.
As shown in fig. 8, a knocking module 15 is disposed on one side of the inner door 1 facing the decorative plate 3; the vibration conducting piece 28 is opposite to the knocking module 15 in position and is in contact with the knocking module 15, and one side, away from the knocking module 15, of the vibration conducting piece 28 is fixedly connected with the decorative plate 3. The vibration conduction piece 28 can better conduct the vibration generated by the decorative plate 3 after knocking to the knocking module 15 of the door body 1.
The vibration conducting piece 28 can be directly abutted with the knocking module 15, and vibration generated by the decorative board 3 can be quickly conducted to the knocking module 15 through the vibration conducting piece 28 after the decorative board 3 is knocked.
In another embodiment, the vibration conducting member 28 may also be directly connected and fixed to the striking module 15.
The knocking module 15 is used for obtaining knocking on the decorative board 3 and transmitting a signal to an automatic door opening system after the knocking, and the automatic door opening system can realize automatic opening of the embedded door body.
The embedded door body in the prior art is generally used for directly installing and fixing the cabinet door on the inner door of the refrigerator, the knocking vibration is transmitted through the knocking cabinet door, and the knocking vibration is transmitted to the knocking module 15 through the whole cabinet door, and the cabinet door is used as a whole door plate, so that the thickness of the whole door plate is generally large, and the larger thickness inevitably causes the vibration to be unobvious, so that the vibration transmission effect is influenced.
According to the invention, the plate-shaped decorative plate 3 is installed and fixed on the inner door 1 of the refrigerator through the decorative frame 2, and as the decorative frame 2 is provided with a frame structure, the plate-shaped decorative plate 3 is installed on four frames of the decorative frame 2, the decorative plate 3 can generate larger vibration by knocking the plate-shaped decorative plate 3, and the vibration generated after the decorative plate 3 is knocked is transmitted to the knocking module on the inner door 1 through the vibration conducting piece 28 on the decorative frame 2, so that the sensitivity can be effectively improved; the vibration conducting member 28 also serves to strengthen the support of the decorative plate 3 during the process of conducting vibration.
In addition, in this embodiment, the vibration conducting member 28 is specifically a reinforcing beam connected and fixed between the left frame 23 and the right frame 24, and the vibration conducting member 28 can also enhance the firmness of the decorative frame 2 while conducting vibrations.
In another embodiment, the vibration conducting member 28 may be fixed only on the decorative board 3, and the two ends of the vibration conducting member 28 are not connected with the decorative frame 2, so that the vibration conducting member does not play a role in fixedly supporting the decorative frame 2. In this way, vibrations can be transmitted better, and the vibration-conducting member 28 may simply be a metal tube or a metal rod or other structural connection member provided between the decorative plate 3 and the striking module 15, which is not described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 22 to 24, the shock-conducting member 28 in this embodiment has a tubular structure, and has a conducting member body 281 and a conducting member through hole 280 provided inside the conducting member body 281 and penetrating the conducting member body 281.
The vibration conducting piece 28 is an aluminum alloy piece, the conducting piece body 281 can be integrally formed by the aluminum alloy piece, the vibration conducting piece 3 is arranged into a tubular structure to form a hollow conducting piece through hole 280 inside, and the vibration conduction can be better realized, so that the sensitivity of knocking the door body and automatically opening the door is improved.
The cross section of the conductive member body 281 is rectangular and has a conductive front side plate 282, a conductive rear side plate 283 and a conductive side connecting plate 284 which are oppositely arranged, the conductive member through hole 280 is formed by surrounding the conductive front side plate 282, the conductive rear side plate 283 and the conductive side connecting plate 284, the conductive front side plate 282 is fixedly attached to the decorative plate 3, and the conductive rear side plate 283 is abutted against the knocking module 15.
The cross section of the conductive member body 281 is set to be rectangular so as to be more suitable for the decorative frame 2 of the frame structure, and the conductive front side plate 282 forming the rectangular structure can be better attached to the decorative plate 3, so that the contact area with the decorative plate 3 is increased, and vibration generated after the decorative plate 3 is knocked can be better received.
The vibration conducting piece 28 is fixed on the left frame 23 through the conduction fastening assembly 7;
as shown in fig. 22-23, the inner side wall of the conductive member body 281 is provided with a plurality of mounting pipes 285, the left frame 23 is provided with a left frame perforation opposite to the mounting pipes 285, and the conductive fastening assembly 7 is inserted through the left frame perforation and positioned in the mounting pipes 285.
The installation pipe 285 is provided with an installation hole matched with the conduction fastening component 7, the installation hole is opposite to the left frame perforation, the conduction fastening component 7 is positioned in the installation hole of the installation pipe 285 after being installed and fixed, the installation hole can be a threaded hole, the corresponding conduction fastening component 7 is a screw, and the conduction fastening component 7 is in threaded connection with the installation pipe 285.
To facilitate the manufacture of the shock conductors 28 without the provision of internal screw threads on the inner wall of the mounting hole provided in the mounting tube 285, the conductive fastening assembly 7 is positioned in the mounting hole by means of an interference fit, and the conductive fastening assembly 7 may be a bolt positioned in the mounting tube 285 or a pin positioned in the mounting tube 285.
As shown in fig. 23, the mounting pipe 285 includes a support pipe body 2851 and support ribs 2852 provided on the side walls of the support pipe body 2851 and the conductive body 281, and the support pipe body 2851 is fixed to the inner side wall of the conductive body 281 by the support ribs 2852.
As shown in fig. 7, in order to avoid the conductive fastening assembly 7 from causing expansion fracture of the mounting tube 285 after being positioned on the mounting tube 285, an expansion notch 2853 is provided on a side of the support tube body 2851 facing away from the support rib 2852, and the expansion notch 2853 is provided on a side wall of the support tube body 2851 and exposes a mounting hole of the support tube 255 to the outside.
In addition, one side of the support pipe body 2851 is fixedly connected to the support pipe body 2851 through the support ribs 2852, and the other side of the support pipe body 2851 is provided with an expansion notch, so that the manufacture of the support pipe 2551 can be conveniently realized, and the support pipe 2551 and the support pipe body 2851 can be conveniently formed integrally through the arrangement of the structure.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 8-9, the shock conductors 28 are secured to the left rim 23 by a conductive fastening assembly 7;
the conductive fastening assembly 7 includes a conductive connector 71 and a fastening bolt provided outside the conductive body 281, and the conductive connector 71 is fixed to the left bezel 23 by the fastening bolt.
As shown in fig. 25, the conductive connecting member 71 includes a transverse connecting plate 711 fixedly attached to the outside of the conductive member body 281, and a vertical connecting plate 712 perpendicular to the transverse connecting plate 711, and the vertical connecting plate 712 is fixedly attached to the inner side of the left frame 24.
The conductive connecting piece 71 is actually an angle steel formed by vertically setting a transverse connecting plate 711 and a vertical connecting plate 712, two sides of the angle steel are respectively fixed on the vibration conducting piece 28 and the left frame 23, and the vibration conducting piece 28 is fixedly supported on the left frame 24 by using the angle steel as a connecting piece, so that the fixed support can be better realized, and it can be understood that corresponding conductive connecting pieces 711 are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the vibration conducting piece 24 and are fixedly connected with the left frame 24.
In another embodiment, the vibration conducting piece 28 can be used for fixing the outer side of the vibration conducting piece 28 on the inner side of the left frame 23 through the conductive connecting piece 71, and meanwhile, the connection and fixation of the mounting tube 285 and the left frame 23 are realized through the threaded fit of the bolt and the mounting tube in the vibration conducting piece 28. The inner side and the outer side of the vibration conducting piece 28 are respectively provided with a corresponding structure for fixedly supporting the left frame 23, so that the stability of the fixed support of the vibration conducting piece 28 is enhanced.
In addition, the above embodiments all disclose a connection and fixation manner of the vibration conducting member 28 and the left frame 23, and in another embodiment, the vibration conducting member 28 may be connected and fixed with the right frame 24 in the same manner, which is not described herein.
After the decoration frame 2 is installed on the inner door 1, the decoration frame 2 is provided with a length direction along the vertical direction, the vibration conducting piece 28 is arranged at a position on the middle of the decoration frame 2, namely, the vibration conducting piece 28 is arranged at a position, close to the upper frame 21, of the decoration frame 2 in the length direction, and the arrangement of the structure is better for facilitating the operation of personnel and the knocking of a user on the decoration plate.
In all the above embodiments, the decoration plate 3 is directly adhered to the frame body 20 by glue, and the decoration plate 3 may be also mounted and fixed on the frame body 20 by lateral plugging or vertical plugging.
As shown in fig. 35 to 39, when the decorative plate 3 is mounted and fixed by means of lateral insertion, the decorative frame 2 includes a first support member and a second support member which are disposed opposite to each other in the width direction, a first mounting member 31 and a second mounting member 32 are disposed on a side of the decorative plate 3 facing the frame body 20, the first mounting member 31 is positioned on a side of the first support member facing the second support member, and the second mounting member 32 is fixed on a side of the second support member facing away from the first support member.
In this embodiment, the decorative board 3 is actually installed and fixed on the side surfaces of the first supporting member and the second supporting member through the first installing member 31 and the second installing member 32 respectively, and the decorative board 3 is installed and fixed on the side surfaces, so that the decorative board 3 can cover the installing member, thereby improving the beauty of the product.
The first mounting piece 31 is arranged to be positioned on the first supporting piece, the second mounting piece 32 is fixedly arranged on the second supporting piece, so that the first mounting piece 31 can be positioned on the first supporting piece when being arranged, and the second mounting piece 32 is fixedly connected after the positioning is finished, thereby realizing assembly more conveniently. Furthermore, the provision of the second mounting element 32 for the final fixed connection on the side of the second support element facing away from the first support element makes it possible to achieve a more convenient operation.
In this embodiment, the left frame 23 is the first supporting member, and the right frame 25 is the second supporting member. The first support member and the second support member are two rims of the frame body 20 in this embodiment.
Of course, in another embodiment, the first supporting member and the second supporting member may be vertical connecting beams disposed between the upper frame 24 and the lower frame 26, and the decorative plate 3 is fixed on two vertical connecting beams disposed opposite to each other. Compared with the scheme that the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece support the frame serving as the frame body, the scheme that the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece are vertical connecting beams is more difficult in the assembly process, and interference of the left frame and the right frame is avoided when the decorative plate 3 is installed and fixed on the vertical connecting beams.
Since the first mounting member 31 is disposed on the side of the left frame 23 facing the right frame 24, that is, the first mounting member 31 is disposed between the left frame 23 and the right frame 24, the first mounting member 31 is limited to the positional relationship of the left frame 23 and the right frame 24, so that the operation space is limited, and it is inconvenient to achieve connection fixation of the first mounting member 31 and the left frame 23.
As shown in fig. 7 to 11, in this embodiment, a first positioning portion is disposed on a side of the left frame 23 facing the right frame 24, and the first mounting member 31 has a mounting member positioning portion 311 that is in plug-in fit with the first positioning portion.
The positioning part 311 of the mounting piece on the first mounting piece 31 is positioned on the first positioning part in a plugging and matching mode, so that the mounting and positioning of the first mounting piece 31 on the left frame 23 are conveniently realized, and the inconvenience of the operation of the first mounting piece 31 and the left frame 23 caused by limited space is avoided.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the first positioning portion is a left frame positioning groove 231 provided on the left frame 23, and the mounting member positioning portion 311 is a positioning protrusion provided on the first mounting member 31 and adapted to the left frame positioning groove 231. The first mounting member 31 is positioned on the left frame 23 through the cooperation of the left frame positioning groove 231 and the positioning protrusion, so that the operation is more convenient to realize.
It will be appreciated that in another embodiment, the first positioning portion is a positioning protrusion provided on the left frame 23, and the mounting member positioning portion 311 is a positioning groove provided on the first mounting member 31, where the positioning groove is adapted to the positioning protrusion.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, for better installation and fixation, the left frame positioning slot 231 is disposed on the side surface of the left frame 23 and near to the decorative board 3, that is, the left frame positioning slot 231 is disposed on the side surface of the left frame 23 and the left frame positioning slot 231 is located at a central position deviated from the side surface of the left frame 23, the left frame 23 has a left frame front side 232 disposed toward the decorative board 3 and a left frame rear side 233 disposed away from the decorative board 3, and a distance between the left frame positioning slot 231 and a plane where the left frame front side 232 is located is smaller than a distance between the left frame positioning slot 231 and the plane where the left frame rear side 233 is located. The setting of structure can be more convenient realize the grafting location of location protrusion in left frame constant head tank 231 like this to can effectually avoid left frame 23 and decorative board 3 to take place to interfere when the cooperation of location protrusion and left frame constant head tank 231.
In this embodiment, the first mounting member 31 further has a mounting member body 310, the mounting member positioning portion 311 is disposed on the mounting member body 310, the mounting member body 310 has a cube structure and has a fixing surface that is fixedly attached to the decorative board 3, the mounting member body 310 is disposed between the left frame 23 and the right frame 24, and the mounting member positioning portion 311 is disposed on a side of the mounting member body 310 facing the left frame 23.
The mounting piece positioning portion 311 is disposed on a side surface of the mounting piece body 310 and far away from one side of the decorative board 3, the mounting piece positioning portion 311 is disposed on a side surface of the mounting piece body 310 and deviates from a center position of the side surface of the mounting piece body 310, the mounting piece positioning portion 311 has a plate-shaped structure, a plane of the mounting piece positioning portion 311 is parallel to a plane of the decorative board 3, a gap portion is formed between the mounting piece positioning portion 311 and the decorative board 3, and the mounting piece positioning portion 311 and the left frame positioning groove 231 can be matched more conveniently through the arrangement of the structure.
It can be understood that the decorative board 3 is provided with a plurality of first mounting pieces 31, and the plurality of first mounting pieces 31 are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the decorative board 3, so that the decorative board 3 can be mounted and fixed better through the plurality of first mounting pieces 31.
As shown in fig. 13, the minimum distance L between the mounting member body 310 and the edge of the decorative plate 3 in the width direction is not smaller than the dimension of the left frame 23 in the width direction, so that the decorative plate 3 covers the left frame 23 after the decorative plate 3 is mounted and fixed. The minimum distance between the mounting member body 310 and the edge of the decorative plate 3 is set to be greater than the width of the left frame 23, so that the first mounting member 31 can cover the whole left frame 23 after being mounted and positioned, and the left frame 23 is prevented from being exposed outwards, so that the product is more attractive.
As shown in fig. 11, a positioning hole is formed in a side, facing away from the left frame 23, of the right frame 24, the second mounting member 32 abuts against the right frame 24 and is provided with a mounting hole opposite to the positioning hole, and the embedded door body further has a locking member positioned in the positioning hole and the mounting hole at the same time. The locking member is preferably configured as a bolt threadedly coupled within the locating hole.
The mounting hole runs through along the transverse direction, when the decorative board 3 is mounted and fixed, the first mounting piece 31 is positioned in the first positioning part on the left frame 23, the second mounting piece 32 is directly abutted on the side wall of the right frame 24 after the positioning of the first mounting piece 31 is finished, and the mounting hole on the second mounting piece 32 is penetrated through a bolt and is in threaded connection with the right frame 24, so that the mounting and fixing of the second mounting piece 32 on the right frame 24 are conveniently realized.
Further, as shown in fig. 12 to 13, a plurality of second mounting members 32 are provided, and the plurality of second mounting members 32 are mounted and fixed on the decorative board 3 along the vertical direction of the decorative board 3, the second mounting members 32 are in one-to-one correspondence with the first mounting members 31, and the height of the second mounting members 32 is lower than the height of the first mounting members 31.
Because the second mounting piece 32 is different from the first mounting piece 31 in height, after the first mounting piece 31 is positioned, the second mounting piece 32 can be directly abutted against the right frame 24, and the second mounting piece 32 can play a role in limiting downward offset movement of one side, far away from the first mounting piece 31, of the decorative board 3 and plays a certain positioning role, so that the second mounting piece 32 and the right frame 24 are more conveniently connected and fixed.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, the embedded door body may further have a decorative strip 4 and a handle decorative strip 5 that are the same as those of the above embodiment. The two embodiments differ only in the manner in which the trim panel 3 is mounted and secured.
As shown in fig. 40-43, in the scheme that the decorative board 3 is vertically inserted into the decorative frame 2, the frame body 20 further includes a plurality of connection beams 29, and the connection beams 29 are fixedly connected between the left frame 23 and the right frame 23; a mounting portion 33 is provided on a side of the decorative plate 3 facing the inner door, and the decorative plate 3 is hung on the connecting beam 29 through the mounting portion 33.
In this embodiment, the decorative board 3 is suspended on the decorative frame 2 by means of suspension, and then the decorative board 3 and the decorative frame 2 are integrally installed and fixed on the inner door 1, so that the decorative board 3 is conveniently installed and fixed, and the decorative frame 2 is integrally installed and fixed on the inner door 1 as a supporting frame of the decorative board 3.
Further, in order to conveniently realize the installation and fixation of the decorative plate 3, the side of the decorative plate 3 facing the inner door 1 is attached to the frame body 20. The decorative plate 3 is arranged to be attached to the frame body 20, so that the frame body 20 can form a support for the decorative plate 3, the contact area between the frame body 20 and the decorative plate 3 is increased, and the stability of installation and fixation of the decorative plate 3 is improved.
It will be appreciated that the decorative board 3 is fixedly attached to the left frame 23, the upper frame 24, the right frame 25 and the lower frame 26 at the same time. Further, set up colloid or colloid layer between decorative board 3 and frame body 20, specifically, all have colloid or glue film in the position of decorative board 3 and left frame 23, go up frame 24, right frame 25 and lower frame 26 contact laminating, play the effect of fixed stay decorative board 3 through the setting on colloid and colloid layer better.
The frame body 20 is further provided with a colloid groove for accommodating the adhesive layer, the colloid groove is arranged on the frame body 20 and concavely arranged in a direction deviating from the decorative board 3, the left frame 23, the upper frame 24, the right frame 25 and the lower frame 26 are respectively provided with the colloid groove, and the colloid groove is arranged at the inner edges of the left frame 23, the upper frame 24, the right frame 25 and the lower frame 26. The glue groove is arranged to provide avoidance for the glue layer, so that after the glue layer is pasted, the glue does not protrude out of the outer surface of the frame body 241, and the decorative plate 3 can still be fixedly attached to the frame body 20.
As shown in fig. 9, in this embodiment, a plurality of connection beams 29 are arranged along the length direction of the decorative frame 2, a connection beam positioning portion 291 is provided on the upper side of each connection beam 29, and the mounting portion 33 is in plug-in fit with the connection beam positioning portion 291.
The connection beam positioning portion 291 includes a positioning hole provided at the connection beam 29 and opened upward in the present embodiment, and the mounting portion 33 includes a positioning protrusion 331 fitted with the positioning hole. The mounting part 33 is matched with the connecting beam 29 in a plugging manner through the matching of the positioning protrusion 331 and the positioning hole, so that the mounting and fixing of the decorative plate 3 are realized conveniently.
Of course, in another embodiment, the positioning hole is provided on the mounting portion 33, and the positioning protrusion 331 may be directly provided on the connection beam 29.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, in order to better realize the installation and fixation of the positioning protrusion 331 on the connecting beam 29, the connecting beam 29 is further provided with a connecting beam through hole 292 penetrating the connecting beam 29 in a direction perpendicular to the decorative plate 3, and the connecting beam through hole 292 is communicated with the positioning hole; the positioning protrusion 331 is provided with a mounting portion through hole opposite to the connection beam through hole 292; the positioning piece is positioned in the mounting part through hole and the connecting beam through hole 292 at the same time to realize the mounting and fixing of the positioning protrusion 331 on the connecting beam 29.
The positioning member may be a pin shaft simultaneously positioned in the mounting portion through hole and the connecting beam through hole 292 or a bolt simultaneously screwed in the mounting portion through hole and the connecting beam through hole 292. The positioning protrusion 331 can be effectively placed through the setting of the positioning piece to slide from the positioning hole, so that the function of better fixing and supporting the decorative plate 3 is achieved.
The mounting portion 33 further has a mounting block 332 provided on the decorative plate 3, the mounting block 332 being supported above the connection beam 29, and the positioning protrusion 331 being provided on a side of the mounting block 332 facing the connection beam 29.
The mounting block 332 has a cubic structure and has a fixing surface to be fixed to the decorative plate 3. The positioning protrusion 331 is disposed on a side of the mounting block 332 and is far away from the side of the decorative plate 3, the positioning protrusion 331 is disposed on a bottom surface of the mounting block 332 and is deviated from a central position of the bottom surface of the mounting block 332, the positioning protrusion 331 has a plate-shaped structure, a plane on which the positioning protrusion 331 is disposed is parallel to a plane on which the decorative plate 3 is disposed, a gap is formed between the positioning protrusion 331 and the decorative plate 3, and the positioning protrusion 331 and the positioning groove can be more conveniently matched by the arrangement of the structure.
One connecting beam 29 is fixedly connected with a plurality of mounting portions 33, the plurality of mounting portions 33 are arranged on the decorative plate 3 in parallel along the width direction, a plurality of connecting beams 29 are arranged on the frame body 20, and the plurality of connecting beams 29 are arranged in parallel along the length direction. The decorative plate 3 is fixed on the connecting beams 29 at the same time, and the decorative plate 3 can be supported better by fixedly supporting the decorative plate 3 through the connecting beams 29. It is also understood that in this embodiment, the trim 4 or the handle trim 5 is installed and fixed in the same manner as the above embodiment, and will not be described herein again.
In all of the above embodiments, the trim 4 or the handle trim 5 is mounted and fixed to the frame body 20 as a separate component, and in another embodiment, the frame body 20 has a pair of side frames 8 disposed opposite to each other in the width direction, and the side surfaces of the inner door 1 are covered by the side frames 8 themselves. The trim strip 4, which in essence in this embodiment is intended to cover the sides of the inner door 1, is actually part of a side frame 8, which side frame 8 is arranged extending in the direction of the inner door 1 to form a wrap around the sides of the inner door 1 and to form a cover for the sides of the inner door 1.
As shown in fig. 44 to 51, in an embodiment, a portion of the side frame 8 extending toward the inner door is directly fixed to the inner door 1, and a portion of the side frame 8 extending toward the inner door 1 and disposed beside the inner door 1 may be used as a connection structure for connecting the fixed frame body 20.
The side frame 8 comprises a side frame body 81 and a side decorative strip 82 extending from the side frame body 81 to the inner door direction, the side decorative strip 82 is opposite to the side surface of the inner door 1 and covers the side surface of the inner door 1, and one side, deviating from the decorative plate 3, of the side decorative strip 82 is fixed on the inner door 1.
The side trim 82 is provided with a side trim connecting portion 83 on one side facing away from the inner door 1, the inner door 1 is provided with a door body 11 and a door body connecting piece 12 arranged on the door body 11, the door body connecting piece 12 comprises a connecting plate 121 protruding outwards from the side wall of the door body 11, the side trim connecting portion 83 is fixed on the connecting plate 121, and the side trim 82 covers the connecting plate 121 in the front side direction.
The side molding 82 includes a side trim 821 and a side widening 822 extending from the side frame body 81 in the direction of the inner door and covering the side surface of the inner door,
The side widening plate 822 is disposed on a side of the side trim 821 remote from the side frame body 81, and the side trim connecting portion 83 is disposed on the side widening plate 822.
The side widening plate 822 is fixedly attached to the connecting plate 121 on a side facing away from the decorative plate 3, and the side widening plate 822 covers the connecting plate 121 in the front direction.
A side positioning groove 823 is formed in the side widening plate 822 towards one side of the connecting plate 121; the side decorative strip connecting portion 83 is disposed in the side positioning groove 823, and the connecting plate 121 is adapted to the side positioning groove 823 and is positioned in the side positioning groove 823.
The connecting plate 121 is accommodated in the side positioning groove 823, and the outer surface of the connecting plate 121 facing away from the decorative plate 3 is flush with the outer surface of the side widening plate 822 facing away from the decorative plate 3.
The side decorative strip connecting part 83 is a threaded hole arranged on the side widening plate 822, the threaded hole is provided with an inlet arranged at the bottom of the side positioning groove 823, and the connecting plate 121 is provided with a connecting plate perforation opposite to the threaded hole; the door body connector 12 also has a lock bolt threadedly coupled to the threaded bore.
The lock bolt is provided with a lock nut, one side of the connecting plate 121, which is away from the side trim connecting part 83, is also provided with an avoidance hole which is matched with the lock nut to accommodate the lock nut, the avoidance hole and the connecting plate perforation are coaxially arranged and communicated, and the size of the avoidance hole is larger than that of the connecting plate perforation.
The side widening plate 822 protrudes from the side trim 3 toward the inner door 1, and a side of the side widening plate 822 facing away from the side trim 821 abuts against a side surface of the inner door 1.
The side frame body 81 and the side decorative plate 821 are integrally formed, the side frame body 81 has a columnar structure, the cross section of the side frame body 81 is rectangular, and the side decorative plate 821 extends outwards from one side surface of the side frame body 81.
The dimension of the decorative plate 3 in the width direction is not smaller than the dimension of the decorative frame 2 so that the decorative plate 3 forms a cover for the decorative frame 2.
The dimension of the decorative plate 3 in the width direction is not smaller than the dimension of the frame body 20 in the width direction so that the decorative plate 3 covers the decorative frame 2. The decorative panel 3 preferably has the same size as the decorative frame 2 in the width direction. The decorative plate 3 forms complete coverage to the decorative frame 2 and covers the front side of the decorative frame 2, so that after the embedded door body is installed and fixed, a complete plane is formed on the front side of the door body 1, and the embedded door body is more attractive after being installed and fixed.
In this embodiment, the size of the frame body 20 is set to be larger than that of the door body 1, so that the frame body 20 and the side decorative strips 82 are matched to form a package for the inner door 1, the frame body 20 and the side decorative strips 82 on two sides form a groove body with an opening facing inwards, so that the inner door 1 is positioned and accommodated in the groove body, and finally, the decorative frame 2 is covered by the decorative plate 3 in the front side direction. The side trim 82 can cover the gap between the decorative frame 2 and the door body 1 effectively at the same time, and the decorative frame 2 is fixed in a mounting manner and can be covered effectively at the same time, so that the attractive appearance of the product is improved.
In the above embodiments, the molding for covering the side surface of the inner door 1 is integrally formed with the frame body 20, it can be understood that the mounting and fixing manner of the decorative board 3 and the frame body 20 in this embodiment may be the manner of the above embodiments, that is, the manner of sticking, or the manner of laterally inserting or hanging inserting in the vertical direction, which will not be described herein.
It can be appreciated that another embodiment of the present invention also discloses a refrigeration device, including the embedded door body, a box body, and a refrigeration device disposed in the box body, where the embedded door body is disposed on the box body.

Claims (13)

1. An embedded door body, comprising: an inner door, a decorative frame and a decorative plate; the decorative frame comprises a frame body positioned between the inner door and the decorative plate, and an upper fixing structure and a lower fixing structure which are arranged on the frame body and distributed along the length direction, wherein the upper fixing structure and the lower fixing structure are both fixed on the inner door; the decorative plate is installed and fixed on the frame body.

The embedded door as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the frame body is provided with a frame structure and comprises a left frame, an upper frame, a right frame and a lower frame which are sequentially connected end to end, wherein the upper fixing structure is arranged on the upper frame, and the lower fixing structure is fixed on the lower frame;
the inner door is provided with a door body, an upper supporting beam arranged at the top of the door body and a lower supporting beam arranged on the door body, wherein the upper fixing structure is fixedly arranged on the upper supporting beam, and the lower fixing structure is fixedly arranged on the lower supporting beam.

The embedded door as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the upper fixing structure comprises an upper frame connecting plate fixedly connected with the inner door, wherein the upper frame connecting plate is arranged on one side of the upper frame facing the inner door, and the height of a plane where the upper frame connecting plate is located is not higher than the top of the upper frame;
the upper frame covers the upper fixing structure in the front side direction and/or the decorative plate covers the upper fixing structure in the front side direction after the decorative plate is installed and fixed.
