Description

Compressor oil return control method and device and air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of compressor oil return control, in particular to a compressor oil return control method and device and an air conditioner.
Background
In the running process of the variable frequency air conditioner, lubricating oil can be discharged out of the compressor along with the refrigerant and enters the condenser, the evaporator and the piping. The portion of the lubricant that is discharged needs to be returned to the compressor by the oil return control, otherwise the compressor may be damaged by starvation.
At present, the air conditioner generally adopts fixed oil return frequency and fixed oil return time, namely, the compressor is controlled to run at the fixed oil return frequency, and when the fixed oil return time is reached, oil return is finished.
However, the compressor frequency is always in the process of changing in the operation process of the air conditioner, and the oil discharge rate is also in the process of continuously changing, generally, the higher the frequency is, the higher the oil discharge rate is, the lower the frequency is, the smaller the oil discharge rate is, namely, the operation frequency of the air conditioner unit is different, and the required oil return amount is different, so that the oil return control mode has poor adaptability under different working conditions. If the oil return time is reached, the oil return is not completed, and the oil return is finished at the moment, so that the oil return amount is possibly too small, the compressor is possibly damaged due to poor lubrication, the service life of the compressor is shortened, and the mechanical part of the compressor is possibly blocked, blocked and stopped when the oil return time is serious, so that the reliability of the whole machine is also reduced; if the oil return time is not reached, the oil return is finished, so that unnecessary oil return time can be increased, the oil return amount is excessive, the energy consumption can be increased, and the energy is wasted.
Aiming at the problems that in the prior art, a compressor adopts fixed oil return frequency and oil return time to return oil and the adaptability is poor under different working conditions, no effective solution is proposed at present.

Example 1
The embodiment provides a compressor oil return control method which is applicable to variable frequency air conditioners.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a compressor oil return control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
s101, when the oil return entering condition is met, acquiring the outdoor environment temperature.
S102, determining oil return frequency and oil return time according to a temperature range where the outdoor environment temperature is located.
And S103, in the oil return process, the current oil return frequency is adjusted according to the condensation temperature and the outdoor environment temperature.
And S104, when the oil return time is reached, exiting the oil return.
The variable frequency air conditioner generally sets different initial operation frequencies of the compressor according to different outdoor environment temperatures, the compressor frequency is always in the process of changing in the operation process of the air conditioner, and the oil discharge rate is also in the process of continuously changing, so that the operation frequencies of the air conditioner unit are different and the required oil return amounts are different under different outdoor environment temperatures. According to the embodiment, different oil return frequencies and oil return times are set according to different outdoor environment temperature ranges through experiments in advance, so that oil return quantity and working condition matching is achieved.
According to the embodiment, the oil return frequency and the oil return time are determined based on the outdoor environment temperature, the current oil return frequency is adjusted according to the condensation temperature and the outdoor environment temperature in the oil return process, and the oil return is stopped when the oil return time is reached. Under different outer ring temperature working conditions, the oil return frequency and the oil return time matched with the current working conditions are adopted, the oil return quantity can be adjusted according to the difference of outdoor environment temperatures, the actual running condition of an air conditioner is combined, the oil return frequency is properly adjusted according to the condensation temperature and the outdoor environment temperature, the most proper oil return frequency can be selected, the proper oil return quantity is ensured, energy is saved, the compressor is well adapted to different working conditions, the problems that the compressor adopts fixed oil return frequency and oil return time to return oil, and the adaptability is poor under different working conditions are solved, and the control is more intelligent.
In one embodiment, determining the oil return frequency and the oil return time according to a temperature range in which the outdoor ambient temperature is located includes: determining a temperature range in which an outdoor environment temperature is located; and determining oil return frequency and oil return time corresponding to the temperature range according to pre-stored information.
The corresponding relation between the temperature range, the oil return frequency and the oil return time is stored in advance, and the corresponding relation is suitable for all air conditioners of the same series and different models, for example, the air conditioners of the same series but different heat exchange amounts and/or different heat exchange amounts can adopt the same corresponding relation. In specific implementation, the corresponding relation can be determined by testing according to an experience value or selecting a representative air conditioner in the same series of air conditioners, and the corresponding relation can be suitable for air conditioners of multiple models, has certain universality and does not need to carry out a large number of experiments on the air conditioner of each model.
According to the embodiment, different oil return frequencies and oil return times are set according to different outdoor environment temperature ranges, the oil return quantity can be adjusted according to the difference of the outdoor environment temperatures, the oil return frequencies and the oil return times of the air conditioner under different loads are ensured to be in a proper range, and the corresponding relations among the pre-stored temperature ranges, the pre-stored oil return frequencies and the pre-stored oil return times have certain universality, so that the experimental test time can be reduced, and the research and development period can be greatly shortened.
Specifically, determining the oil return frequency and the oil return time corresponding to the temperature range according to pre-stored information includes:
if the outdoor environment temperature is less than or equal to the first preset temperature and lasts for the first preset time, determining the oil return frequency as the first frequency and the oil return time as the first time;
if the outdoor environment temperature is greater than the first preset temperature and less than or equal to the second preset temperature and lasts for the second preset time, determining the oil return frequency as the second frequency, and determining the oil return time as the second time;
if the outdoor environment temperature is greater than the second preset temperature and less than or equal to the third preset temperature and lasts for the second preset time, determining the oil return frequency as a third frequency and the oil return time as a third time;
if the outdoor environment temperature is higher than the third preset temperature and the first preset time is continued, determining that the oil return frequency is fourth frequency and the oil return time is fourth time;
wherein the fourth frequency < the first frequency < the third frequency < the second frequency, the first time=the third time < the second time < the fourth time.
The first preset temperature, the second preset temperature, the third preset temperature, the first preset time and the second preset time can be set according to actual conditions. The first preset temperature is less than the second preset temperature and less than the third preset temperature. The first preset time and the second preset time can be equal, and the oil return quantity required under the low-temperature working condition and the ultrahigh-temperature working condition is small, so that the first preset time is longer than the second preset time, oil return is started at a later point, and the oil return quantity under the two working conditions is reduced.
According to the embodiment, through different oil return frequencies and oil return times corresponding to different outdoor environment temperature ranges, the oil return quantity can be adjusted according to the difference of the outdoor environment temperatures, the oil return frequencies and the oil return times of the air conditioner under different loads are ensured to be in a proper range, and unnecessary compressor power and power consumption are reduced as much as possible on the premise of ensuring the oil return quantity.
In one embodiment, the adjusting the current oil return frequency according to the condensing temperature and the outdoor environment temperature includes: periodically acquiring the current condensing temperature, and calculating the difference between the current condensing temperature and the outdoor environment temperature; if the difference value is smaller than the lower limit value of the preset temperature range, the current oil return frequency is smaller, and the oil return frequency is increased; and if the difference value is larger than the upper limit value of the preset temperature range, the current oil return frequency is larger, and the oil return frequency is reduced.
The preset temperature range may be set according to practical situations, for example, the preset temperature range is set to 10-20 ℃. In practical applications, the oil return frequency may be adjusted according to a preset amplitude, for example, the oil return frequency is increased or decreased in units of 3 Hz.
According to the embodiment, the fact that the oil return frequency is determined only according to the outdoor environment temperature has certain limitation is considered, and the oil return frequency is obtained according to empirical data or experimental tests, so that after the corresponding oil return frequency is determined according to the outdoor environment temperature, whether the oil return frequency is reasonable or not is further judged, and adjustment is carried out, the oil return frequency can be dynamically adjusted, system protection in the oil return process is prevented, proper oil return quantity can be ensured, power and power consumption of a compressor are reduced, and unnecessary waste is avoided.
Further, after calculating the difference between the current condensing temperature and the outdoor environment temperature, the method further comprises: if the difference value is within a preset temperature range (namely, the difference value is larger than or equal to a lower limit value and smaller than or equal to an upper limit value), acquiring the current air suction temperature and the current evaporation temperature; calculating the difference between the suction temperature and the evaporation temperature; if the difference between the suction temperature and the evaporation temperature is smaller than a preset threshold value, which indicates that the liquid impact risk exists at the moment, reducing the opening of the electronic expansion valve between the evaporator and the condenser; and if the difference value between the suction temperature and the evaporation temperature is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, controlling the air conditioner to maintain the current running state.
The preset threshold may be set according to practical situations, for example, the preset threshold is set to 4 ℃.
The embodiment can prevent liquid impact, avoid damage to the compressor and protect the compressor.
In one embodiment, before the outdoor ambient temperature is obtained, any one of the following is detected, and it is determined that the oil return entry condition is satisfied:
after the starting-up, the accumulated running time of the compressor reaches a third preset time;
after the last oil return is finished, the accumulated running time of the compressor reaches a fourth preset time;
after the last oil return is completed, the accumulated running time of the compressor reaches the accumulated time corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature.
The third preset time and the fourth preset time may be set according to actual situations, for example, the third preset time is set to 2 hours, and the fourth preset time is set to 8 hours. The correspondence between the outdoor ambient temperature and the accumulated time can be obtained and stored in advance through experiments.
The embodiment can reasonably control the air conditioner to enter the oil return.
In addition, when oil return is carried out, the electronic expansion valve between the evaporator and the condenser can be adjusted to be larger of the initial step number and the current step number corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature, so that high-pressure protection is avoided. When the oil return is exited, the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to an initial step number corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature, after a certain time (such as 2 minutes), the compressor is controlled to recover to the frequency before the oil return, and the air conditioner is controlled to operate according to the normal control logic.
Example two
The compressor oil return control method described above is described below in connection with one specific embodiment, however, it should be noted that this specific embodiment is only for better illustrating the present application, and is not meant to be a undue limitation on the present application. The same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments are explained, and the present embodiment will not be repeated.
As shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic structural diagram of an air conditioner, the air conditioner includes: a compressor 1, a condenser 2, an electronic expansion valve 3, an evaporator 4, a condensing fan 5, an evaporating fan 6, an electric heater 7, an exhaust pressure detection device 8 and an intake pressure detection device 9. An exhaust temperature sensing bulb is provided at the exhaust port of the compressor 1, and an intake temperature sensing bulb is provided at the intake port of the compressor 1.
The condensing temperature can be calculated by detecting the discharge pressure and the evaporating temperature can be calculated by detecting the suction pressure. Of course, the condensing temperature and the evaporating temperature can also be directly detected by the related temperature sensing bulb.
The oil return control will be described below by taking a cooling mode as an example.
1. Oil return entering condition:
when the air conditioner detects any one of the following conditions, oil return operation is performed, and lubricating oil is recovered from the corresponding pipelines:
(1) After the air conditioner power supply is started, the accumulated running time of the compressor reaches 2 hours;
(2) After the last oil return operation is finished, the accumulated operation time of the compressor reaches 8 hours;
(3) After the last oil return operation is finished, the accumulated running time of the compressor reaches the accumulated time corresponding to the current outer ring temperature range.
When the mode of the whole machine is switched, the running time of the compressor is not recalculated, and the compressor continues to accumulate the running time when the whole machine enters the refrigeration or dehumidification mode next time. And the oil return operation is not carried out in the initialization running process of the compressor. When the anti-freezing protection frequency reduction occurs, oil return is not carried out, and the accumulated running time of the compressor is not cleared.
2. The oil return operation process comprises the following steps:
(1) When the outdoor ambient temperature T is less than or equal to the first preset temperature T1 and the duration reaches T1 (corresponding to the first preset time), the compressor enters into the oil return operation, the oil return frequency is f1, and the oil return time is T2 (corresponding to the first frequency and the first time).
(2) When the outdoor ambient temperature T is greater than the first preset temperature T1 and less than or equal to the second preset temperature T2 for a time T3 (corresponding to the second preset time), the compressor enters into the oil return operation, the oil return frequency is f2, and the oil return time is T4 (corresponding to the second frequency and the second time).
(3) When the duration time of the outdoor environment temperature T greater than the second preset temperature T2 and less than or equal to the third preset temperature T3 reaches the time T3, the compressor enters into the oil return operation, the oil return frequency is f3, and the oil return time is T5 (corresponding to the third frequency and the third time).
(4) When the duration time that the outdoor ambient temperature T is greater than the third preset temperature T3 reaches T1, the compressor enters into the oil return operation, the oil return frequency is f4, and the oil return time is T6 (corresponding to the fourth frequency and the fourth time).
Where T1 < T2 < T3, e.g., t1=25 ℃, t2=45 ℃, t3=60 ℃. f4 < f1 < f3 < f2, for example f1=50 to 60Hz, f2=60 to 70Hz, f3=55 to 60Hz, f4=40 to 45Hz. t1 > t3, for example, t1=5 to 6h, t3=4 to 5h. t2=t5 < t4 < t6, for example, t2=3 to 4min, t4=4 to 5min, t5=3 to 4min, t6=6 to 8min.
According to experimental verification, the compressor has lower running frequency at low outer ring temperature (low-temperature refrigeration above 0 ℃), low load of the compressor at low frequency, low rotating speed, low abrasion to the cavity of the compressor, no need of frequent oil return to lubricate the compressor, proper reduction of oil return times during low-frequency running, and frequency reduction for oil return. Under the rated working condition, the unit has higher running frequency and higher oil discharge rate, oil return is needed under the condition of higher frequency, and the oil return running time is slightly longer than that under the low ring temperature. Under the ultra-high temperature working condition, the operating frequency of the air conditioning unit is far lower than the operating frequency under the rated working condition, the flow of the refrigerant is smaller, the oil discharge amount is smaller, the required oil return amount is also smaller, the oil return frequency can be properly reduced, and the oil return time is prolonged.
The oil return amount required by the cases (1) and (4) is small, t1 > t3, and the oil return of the cases (1) and (4) can be reduced by starting the oil return of the compressor at a later time. The condition (4) corresponds to an ultra-high temperature working condition, the compressor operating frequency is lower than that of the condition (1), if the oil return frequency corresponding to the condition (4) is high, the exhaust pressure can be increased, and high-pressure protection can possibly occur, so that f4 is less than f1. In the case (4), considering that the oil return frequency is reduced, the corresponding oil return time is longer, and a certain margin can be provided for the oil return amount. Most of the time of the unit is in the temperature range of the condition (2), the outer ring temperature corresponding to the condition (2) is lower than the outer ring temperature corresponding to the condition (3), t4 is more than t5, the oil return time is properly improved, and sufficient oil return can be ensured.
After the oil return frequency and the oil return time are determined according to the outdoor environment temperature, oil return can be started, the compressor is increased to the determined oil return frequency, and the electronic expansion valve is opened to the larger one of the initial step number and the current step number corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature.
Considering that the oil return frequency is determined only according to the outdoor environment temperature and has a certain limitation, the oil return frequency is obtained according to empirical data or experimental tests, in order to enable the control method to have universality, the control method can adapt to air conditioners with different heat exchange amounts and different configurations, and further judges whether the formulated oil return frequency is reasonable or not, the embodiment further comprises the following steps:
determining corresponding oil return frequency according to outdoor environment temperatureThen, the current condensing temperature is detected, and the condensing temperature T is calculated Condensation And the outdoor ambient temperature T. When T is Condensation When T < [ delta ] T1, the current oil return frequency is smaller, and the oil return frequency needs to be increased, specifically, the oil return frequency is increased in units of 3 Hz. When T is Condensation When T >. DELTA.T2, it is indicated that the current oil return frequency is too large, the oil return frequency needs to be reduced, specifically in 3 Hz. Therefore, the oil return frequency can be dynamically regulated, the system is prevented from being protected in the oil return process, the proper oil return quantity can be ensured, the power and the power consumption of the compressor are reduced, and unnecessary waste is avoided. Delta T1 corresponds to the lower limit value of the preset temperature range, delta T2 corresponds to the upper limit value of the preset temperature range, [ Delta ] T1, [ Delta ] T2]I.e. a preset temperature range. For example, the current condensation temperature may be detected every 30 seconds, and the determination and the adjustment of the oil return frequency may be performed until the oil return is completed.
When T is Condensation T is at [. DELTA.T1,. DELTA.T2]When the temperature is within the range, the evaporation temperature T is detected Evaporation And an intake temperature T Inhalation of air Then calculate T Inhalation of air -T Evaporation If T Inhalation of air -T Evaporation At the temperature of less than 4 ℃, the risk of liquid impact is shown, and the electronic expansion valve is closed down at the moment so as to protect the compressor. If T Inhalation of air -T Evaporation And if the temperature is more than or equal to 4 ℃, the air conditioner maintains the current running state.
In the oil return operation or the oil return operation preparation process of any system, the compressor of the corresponding system is not stopped.
In the oil return process, protection or faults are met, oil return is finished in advance, the oil return running time is cleared, and the accumulated running time of the compressor is not cleared.
3. Oil return is finished:
when the oil return running time reaches the oil return time determined according to the outdoor environment temperature, the oil return is stopped, the electronic expansion valve is opened to the initial step number corresponding to the current outdoor environment temperature and maintained for 2min, the frequency before the oil return of the compressor is recovered, the outdoor fan is automatically regulated, the oil return mark is cleared, the oil return timer is cleared, and the air conditioner is controlled to run according to the normal control logic.
As shown in fig. 3, a schematic diagram of the relationship between the outdoor environment temperature and the oil return frequency of the compressor includes the following steps:
s301, detecting the outdoor environment temperature T.

As shown in fig. 4, the oil return control flow chart includes the following steps:
s401, determining oil return frequency and oil return time according to outdoor environment temperature.
S402, judging whether T is satisfied Condensation -T is within a preset temperature range, if yes, S404 is entered, and if no, S403 is entered.
S403, raising or lowering the oil return frequency in units of 3 Hz.
S404, judging whether T is satisfied Inhalation of air -T Evaporation If yes, go to S405, if no, go to S406.
S405, closing the opening of the electronic expansion valve.
S406, the air conditioner keeps the current state to continue running.
In summary, this embodiment adopts the oil return frequency and the oil return time that match with current operating mode under different outer ring temperature operating modes, can adjust the oil return volume according to outdoor ambient temperature's difference to combine the air conditioner actual operation condition, further carry out suitable adjustment to oil return frequency according to condensing temperature and outdoor ambient temperature, can select the most suitable oil return frequency, guarantee suitable oil return volume, the energy saving adapts to different operating modes well, has solved the compressor and has adopted fixed oil return frequency and oil return time to return, the relatively poor problem of adaptability under different operating modes, and control is more intelligent.
