Example 1
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a variable frequency fan control method, it being noted that the steps shown in the flowchart of the drawings may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical order is shown in the flowchart, in some cases the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different from that herein.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a variable frequency fan control method according to an embodiment of the invention, as shown in FIG. 1, comprising the steps of:
step S101, during the operation of a fan, determining a target deviation value according to the high-low pressure difference of the system;
wherein, the target deviation value=the system high-low pressure difference-high-low pressure difference set value.
The system high-low pressure difference is a system high pressure-system low pressure, the pressure value of the system high pressure is detected after the exhaust port of the compressor, and the pressure value of the system low pressure is detected before the suction port of the compressor.
Step S102, if the target deviation value is larger than N, the output frequency of the fan is increased, and then the frequency-increasing speed is controlled according to the actual load of the compressor; where N is the deviation setpoint, preferably N can take the value of 100kPa;
step S103, if the target deviation value is less than or equal to N, maintaining the output frequency of the fan;
and step S104, if the target deviation value is less than or equal to minus N, which means that the current low-temperature working condition exists, the output frequency of the fan is reduced, and then the frequency reduction speed is controlled according to the high-voltage value of the system.
According to the embodiment, the lifting frequency of the fan is judged by detecting the target deviation value, the lifting frequency speed of the fan is controlled according to the actual load of the compressor in a high-temperature working condition, and the lifting frequency speed of the fan is controlled according to the high-pressure value of the system in a low-temperature working condition, so that the running reliability of the unit in the high-temperature working condition and the low-temperature working condition can be ensured, and the running energy efficiency in other working conditions can be ensured.
After the system is started for a period of time, system parameters change, and the fan frequency is coarsely adjusted according to the target deviation value in order to adapt to the change. The target deviation value is directly related to the high-low pressure difference value, and the high-low pressure difference value is most directly related to the normal operation and the capacity energy efficiency of the compressor, so that the fan frequency is controlled in the mode, and the operation of the compressor can be effectively improved and ensured.
Considering that various parameters are dynamically changed during the operation of the system, the fan frequency can be readjusted at intervals in order to adapt to the change of the system. That is, the target deviation value is determined at intervals (for example, 3-5 seconds) according to the system high-low pressure difference, and the fan frequency is adjusted according to the target deviation value. Therefore, the fan frequency can be accurately and timely adjusted according to the running state of the system, and the stable and efficient running of the system can be ensured.
During the running process of the system, the condition of rapid change may occur. Under the high-temperature working condition, the compressor runs under high load, so that the condensation heat required to be released by the system is increased sharply, and if the system is at a conventional frequency-raising speed, the system cannot be stabilized rapidly. In view of the above, the present embodiment provides the following preferred embodiments: raising the output frequency of the fan at a preset raising speed; then, the actual load of the compressor is periodically detected; if the actual load of the compressor is more than or equal to the load set value (for example, the value can be 70%), the frequency raising speed of the fan is increased until the full frequency is reached; if the actual load of the compressor is less than the load set value, the preset frequency raising speed is maintained. Based on the method, the second-level adjustment is carried out on the frequency-increasing speed of the fan according to the actual load of the compressor, so that the compressor can be effectively protected, and the system operation is ensured.
Under the low temperature working condition, the compressor operates under low load, and if the high pressure value is rapidly reduced, the pressure difference is easily protected from being too low, so that the machine set is stopped. In view of the above, the present embodiment provides the following preferred embodiments: reducing the output frequency of the fan at a preset frequency-reducing speed; then, periodically detecting a system high-voltage value; if the system high-voltage value is less than or equal to the high-voltage set value (for example, the value can be 700-900 kPa), the frequency-reducing speed of the fan is increased until the fan is closed; if the system high voltage value is greater than the high voltage set value, the preset frequency reducing speed is maintained. Based on the method, the fan frequency-reducing speed is subjected to secondary regulation according to high-pressure, so that a compressor can be effectively protected, and the system operation is ensured. In conclusion, the fan frequency is finely adjusted, the rapid response system changes, and the stability of the system can be effectively improved.
For the adjustment of the fan frequency, except for the adjustment during the system operation, when the unit is started, the initial frequency of the fan needs to be controlled in order to ensure the efficient starting of the unit and the normal operation of the fan, and specifically, after the unit is started, the fan is started at the preset initial frequency; the wet bulb temperature of the current outdoor environment is detected. The unit condenser is installed in an outdoor environment, and the wet bulb temperature of the outdoor environment refers to the wet bulb temperature of the outdoor surrounding environment where the unit condenser is located. If the wet bulb temperature is less than or equal to T1, the fan is controlled to be closed; if T1 is less than wet bulb temperature is less than T2, controlling the fan to operate at a first preset frequency; if the wet bulb temperature is more than or equal to T2, controlling the fan to operate at a second preset frequency; wherein the first preset frequency is less than the second preset frequency, T1 and T2 are preset values, T1 can take a value between 10 and 15 ℃, and T2 can take a value between 30 and 35 ℃. According to the embodiment, the initial power of the fan is initially adjusted by comparing the ambient wet bulb temperature with the preset temperature, so that the starting efficiency of the unit is improved.
According to the embodiment, the frequency raising speed is controlled according to the load of the compressor under the high-temperature working condition, the frequency lowering speed is controlled according to the high-pressure value under the low-temperature working condition, and the output frequency of the fan is controlled through periodic detection and periodic adjustment. The problem of low reliability of operation of the unit under high-temperature and low-temperature working conditions in the conventional fan control method is solved, and the problem of low energy efficiency of operation of the unit under other working conditions in the conventional fan control method is solved.
Example 2
FIG. 2 is a flow chart of overall control of a fan according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, including the steps of:
step S201, after the unit is started, an air conditioner water pump is started first. And (3) detecting whether the system gives an abnormal alarm or not before the compressor is started for A (5-10) seconds, detecting whether each protection logic acts or not, and starting the fan at a default frequency if the protection logic does not act. Based on the above, the cooling can be started in advance, the compressor is protected, and the normal operation of the unit is ensured.
And then executing fan start-stop and initial frequency control:
after the fan is started, the temperature of the ambient wet bulb is detected and compared with preset temperatures T1 and T2.
(1) If the wet bulb temperature is less than or equal to T1, the fan is turned off;
(2) if T1 is less than wet bulb temperature is less than T2, the fan operates at P2 frequency;
(3) if the wet bulb temperature is not less than T2, the fan operates at the frequency of P1. T1 can take on a value of 10-15 ℃, T2 can take on a value of 30-35 ℃, P1 can take on a value of 40-50Hz, and P2 can take on a value of 20-30Hz.
The fan power is preliminarily adjusted by comparing the ambient wet bulb temperature with the preset temperature, so that the starting efficiency of the unit can be improved.
Step S202, primary regulation of fan frequency: after a certain time B (e.g., 5-10) seconds of fan operation, the target deviation value is detected every C (e.g., 3-5) seconds and compared to the target deviation value set point N (e.g., 100 kPa), and the fan frequency is adjusted every D (e.g., 3-5) seconds. Wherein, the target deviation value= (high-low differential pressure value-high-low differential pressure set value).
(1) If the target deviation value is greater than N (for example, 100 kPa), the fan output frequency is increased;
(2) if N is less than the target deviation value and less than or equal to N (100 kPa), the output frequency of the fan is maintained;
(3) if the target deviation value is less than or equal to minus N, the output frequency is reduced.
After the unit is started for a period of time, system parameters can change, and in order to adapt to the change, the fan frequency is coarsely adjusted according to the target deviation value. The target deviation value is directly related to the high-low pressure difference value, and the high-low pressure difference value is most directly related to the normal operation and the capacity energy efficiency of the compressor, so that the fan frequency is controlled in the mode, and the operation of the compressor can be effectively improved and ensured.
During the running process of the system, various parameters are dynamically changed, and in order to adapt to the change of the system, the fan is readjusted at intervals. Specifically, the loop determination process is as follows:
during operation, the target bias is detected every C (e.g., 3-5) seconds. After each adjustment, the fan is operated at a frequency D (e.g., 3-5) seconds and after D (e.g., 3-5) seconds the target deviation value is compared with the deviation set point N again.
Thereafter, a secondary adjustment of the fan frequency is performed:
step S203, detecting the actual load of the compressor every C (e.g. 3-5) seconds when the fan is in the ascending state; if the actual load of the compressor is more than or equal to a load set value E (for example, 70%), the frequency raising speed of the fan is increased until the full frequency is reached; if the actual load of the compressor is less than the set value E, the normal frequency-raising speed (preset frequency-raising speed) is returned.
During the running process of the system, the condition of rapid change may occur. Under the high-temperature working condition, the compressor runs under high load, so that the condensation heat required to be released by the system is increased sharply; if the system is not stabilized quickly at the conventional frequency raising speed. Therefore, the second-level adjustment is carried out on the frequency-increasing speed of the fan according to the load of the compressor, so that the compressor can be effectively protected, and the system operation is ensured.
And S204, if the target deviation value of minus N is smaller than or equal to N, maintaining the output frequency of the fan.
In step S205, when the fan is in the down-conversion state, the system high voltage value is detected every C (e.g., 3-5) seconds. If the system high-voltage value is less than or equal to the high-voltage set value F (for example, 700-900 kPa), the frequency reduction speed of the fan is increased until the fan is closed; if the system high voltage value is greater than the high voltage set value F, the normal frequency reduction speed (preset frequency reduction speed) is returned.
Under the low temperature working condition, the compressor operates under low load, and if the high pressure value is rapidly reduced, the pressure difference is easily protected from being too low, so that the machine set is stopped. Therefore, the fan frequency-reducing speed is subjected to secondary regulation according to high-pressure, so that the compressor can be effectively protected, and the system operation is ensured. In conclusion, the fan frequency is finely adjusted, the rapid response system changes, and the stability of the system can be effectively improved.
