It should be noted that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
All the descriptions of the upper, lower, left, right, longitudinal, transverse and the like in the present invention are relative concepts, and are only used for clearly expressing the orientation or direction of the components, and are not intended to be a complete limitation of the technical features. As long as the relative orientation concept of the technical features satisfies the description of the present invention, it belongs to the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides an indoor wall panel, which includes a bottom beam 1, a column 2, a beam 3, a wall panel 4 and a fixing member 5; the upright posts 2 are vertically arranged, and the bottom beams 1 are horizontally arranged at the bottoms of the upright posts; the cross beam 3 is horizontally arranged and arranged on the upright post 2; the fixing member 5 is connected to the cross beam 3 in a sliding manner, and the front surface of the fixing member 5 is convexly provided with fixing sheets 6 extending to two sides; the two sides of the wall panel 4 are provided with fixing grooves 7 matched with the fixing pieces 6, and the fixing grooves 7 are provided with dismounting notches 8 with the size larger than that of the fixing pieces 6; the wall panel 4 is fixed on the surface of the cross beam 3 through the fixing member 5, the wall panel 4 is supported on the bottom beam 1, the back surface of the wall panel is tightly attached to the cross beam 3, and the fixing piece 6 enters along the dismounting notch 8 and is clamped in the fixing groove 7 to tightly hook and fix the wall panel 4.
During installation, the bottom beam 1, the upright posts 2 and the cross beams 3 are installed at first to form a complete framework structure. The fixing member 5 is then fitted over the cross member 3 so as to be free to slide on the cross member 3. Then, the position of the fixing member 5 is adjusted to be aligned with the two sides of the wall panel 4, and the wall panel 4 and the fixing member 5 are connected to finish the installation: specifically, the dismounting notch 8 is aligned with the fixing piece 6 of the fixing member 5, the wall panel 4 is pressed to enable the fixing piece 6 to enter the fixing groove 7, and then the wall panel 4 is put down, so that the fixing piece 6 slides along the fixing groove 7 to hook the wall panel 4. At this time, the weight of the wall panel 4 sits on the bottom beam 1 and is transferred to the ground, and the fixing member 5 is used only for stabilization of the wall panel 4.
The conventional wall panel 4 is a composite board including a metal veneer, or a stone board. The wall panel 4 of the invention can work in cooperation with the fixing member 5 only by processing the fixing groove 7 and the dismounting notch 8 on the two sides. The specific material of the wall panel 4 is not limited herein. In this embodiment, a metal veneer composite board with a sheet metal process is used as the wall panel 4.
Preferably, the cross beam 3 is provided with a sliding rail extending along the axial direction, the back side of the fixing member 5 is provided with a sliding part 9 matched with the sliding rail, and the sliding part 9 is connected to the sliding rail in a sliding way.
Preferably, the fixing pieces 6 of the fixing member 5 are provided with two pieces, which extend to the left and right sides respectively, and the two fixing pieces 6 are arranged in a vertically staggered manner; the dismounting notches 8 on the two sides of the wall panel 4 are arranged in a staggered mode.
The two fixing sheets 6 can respectively act on the two spliced wall panels 4. Since the fixing sheets 6 need to bear a certain force from the wall panel 4, a large burden is placed on the material between the two fixing sheets 6 if the fixing sheets 6 are arranged side by side. The fixing pieces 6 arranged in a staggered mode can lighten the stress of materials, so that the fixing pieces 6 are firmer and more reliable and are not easy to damage.
The structure of the fixing member 5 is particularly suitable for sheet metal manufacturing. Preferably, the fixing member 5 is formed by a sheet metal, the fixing plate 6 protrudes forward from the front surface of the fixing member 5, and the opening is arranged laterally, so as to form the fixing plate 6 extending to two sides. Thus, the fixing member 5 can be produced by only one-time stamping of the metal plate, so that the production efficiency is very high, and the cost advantage is good.
Further, the top and bottom edges of the fixing piece 6 extend rearward to form a sliding portion 9, and the fixing member 5 is slidably connected to the cross beam 3 via the sliding portion 9. The sliding part 9 can be obtained by stamping and bending a sheet metal for the connection of the mating cross beam 3.
Preferably, the cross beam 3 is C-shaped in cross section. The C-shaped cross beam 3 is easy to form and low in cost, and a sliding rail is naturally formed inside the cross beam to be matched with the fixing member 5.
Further preferably, the beam 3 is provided with an adhesive tape 10 extending along the axial direction, and the back surface of the wall panel 4 is tightly attached to the adhesive tape 10; the adhesive tape 10 is fixedly arranged on the front end face of the cross beam 3, and the adhesive tape 10 is provided with outer wrapping edges which are respectively wrapped on the two sides of the front top and the bottom of the cross beam 3.
The outer wrapping edge ensures that the adhesive tape 10 is not easy to fall off, and also ensures that the back surface of the wall panel 4 can be attached to the adhesive tape 10 for buffering after the installation is completed, and cannot contact with the front top bottom edge of the cross beam 3.
As a further preferable improvement, the adhesive tape 10 is provided with inner wrapping edges which are respectively wrapped on the upper inner edge and the lower inner edge of the C-shaped opening of the cross beam 3.
Example two
The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that: the wall panel 4 is made of stone or wood, and the fixing groove 7 is formed by cutting, so that a larger contact area exists inside.
Referring to fig. 4 to 5, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that the fixing piece 6 of the fixing member 5 is provided with an inwardly protruding reinforcing rib. The stiffening ribs have two functions:
first, the strength of the fixing piece 6 can be improved, so that the fixing piece 6 is not easily deformed and damaged.
Secondly, can contact with fixed slot 7, make stationary blade 6 more accurate to the spacing of fixed slot 5, and then make the fixed of shingle nail 4 more accurate, the rugged condition between the panel can not appear. Even if the fixing piece 6 has a slight tolerance or an installation error in the field, which results in slight deflection of the fixing piece 6, the protruding reinforcing rib ensures that the position of the contact point with the fixing groove 5 is limited to a specific range.
The other technical features, such as the adhesive tape 10, the cross-sectional structure of the cross beam 3, etc., can be designed according to the first embodiment, and will not be described herein.
The inner wrapping has the same wrapping effect as the outer wrapping, and can enable part of the material of the adhesive tape 10 to extend into the sliding rail, when the wall panel 4 is installed, the wall panel 4 has an outward traction effect on the fixing member 5, and at the moment, the fixing member 5 is pressed on the inner wrapping edge of the adhesive tape 10, so that friction force limiting is better provided, and rigid contact with the cross beam 3 is avoided.
The indoor wall panel provided by the invention can enable each wall panel 4 to be independently disassembled and assembled, and the trouble of punching and installing the hooking component on the back surface of the wall panel 4 is avoided in the production process. Although the fixing member 5 is added, the component is not exposed after being installed, and is attractive and firm. The fixing member 5 can slide and is universal for wall panels 4 with all widths, and the fixing member 5 can be formed by stamping a metal plate, so that the cost is low.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
