In one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for preparing the fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric further comprises a second cotton conveying pipeline 18, and the cotton conveying fan 15 is connected with the cotton box 16 through the second cotton conveying pipeline 18.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the preparation device of the fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric further includes a cotton homogenizing fan 19 connected to the cotton box 16, an air outlet 24 of the cotton homogenizing fan 19 adopts a V-shaped flat port design, and the cotton homogenizing fan 19 is used for loosening and mixing the regenerated fibers in the cotton box 16 by air flow, and sending the regenerated fibers into the cotton carding curtain 17; wherein, the cotton homogenizing fan 19 sets up the outside of cotton case 16, just the cotton homogenizing fan 19 through the cotton homogenizing pipe 26 with the inside of cotton case 16 is linked together (the cotton homogenizing pipe 26 set up in the cotton case 16 is inside), the air outlet 24 of cotton homogenizing fan 19 can understand the air outlet 24 of cotton homogenizing pipe 26, the air outlet 24 of cotton homogenizing pipe 26 is towards the inside of cotton case 16.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the cotton box 16 is provided with an air outlet 20 and an air outlet plate 21, the air outlet 20 is used for discharging fiber debris impurities in the cotton box 16, and the air outlet plate 21 is used for discharging air flow of the cotton conveying fan 15; the exhaust opening 20 is disposed at the front end of the cotton box 16, and the exhaust plate 21 is disposed at one side of the cotton box 16.

Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a method for preparing a fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the second embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing a fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric, which is based on the apparatus for preparing a fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric as described above, wherein the method for preparing a fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric includes:
step S100, providing a first cotton net 3 on a conveying mechanism 1 through a first lapping machine 2;
step 200, providing regenerated fiber cotton 5 on the conveying mechanism 1 through a regenerated fiber mechanism, wherein the regenerated fiber cotton 5 is positioned above the first cotton web 3;
step S300, providing a second web 7 to the conveying mechanism 1 through a second lapping machine 6, wherein the second web 7 is located above the regenerated fiber cotton 5;
step S400, the conveying mechanism 1 conveys the first web 3, the regenerated fiber cotton 5 and the second web 7 into at least one hydroentangling mechanism 8;
in step S500, the hydroentangling mechanism 8 outputs a hydroentangled nonwoven fabric.
Example III
The third embodiment of the invention provides a fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric product, which is prepared by adopting the preparation device of the fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric or the preparation method of the fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric.
In practical application, according to the preparation device and method for the fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric and the fabric product, waste materials (waste spunlaced fabric strips 25) are pulled by the roller 22 of the leftover material opener 13 to enter an opening area at a constant speed, are opened into fibers with the length of 20mm-30mm through the opening roller 23, are conveyed to the cotton box 16 through the first cotton conveying pipeline 14 by the cotton conveying fan 15 and the second cotton conveying pipeline 18, are uniformly distributed into cotton layers in the cotton box 16, and the rotating speed of the cotton conveying fan 15 can be automatically adjusted according to the set pressure in the cotton box 16, so that the density of the cotton layers is ensured. The cotton conveying fan 15 conveys the fibers to the cotton box 16 to compact the cotton layer, then the air flow is discharged from the exhaust plate 21, the compacted cotton layer reaches the outlet of the cotton homogenizing fan, the cotton homogenizing fan adopts a high-air pressure low-air-volume design, the air outlet 24 is provided with 5mm-12mm openings, the air outlet 24 adopts a flow guide opening design, the air flow can be used for opening and mixing the fibers for the second time through the air outlet 24 and then smoothly conveying the fibers into the cotton carding curtain 17, the fibers are extruded through the cotton carding curtain 17 to form a uniform cotton layer (regenerated fiber cotton 5) to enter the next working procedure (on the conveying mechanism 1), and impurities such as fiber scraps are discharged into the dust filtering system through the air outlet 20.
Wherein, even cotton fan's effect does: the fan air outlet 24 adopts a small outlet high air pressure design, and the outlet adopts a V-shaped flat port design mode, so that the cotton layers can be uniformly diffused to two sides and can be conveyed to a cotton conveying curtain.
The formed cotton layer and the fiber web formed by the first cotton web 3 and the second cotton web 7 form a sandwich structure, and the fiber layer enters a hydro-entangled system (hydro-entangled mechanism 8). The upper, middle and lower layers of fibers form a fluffy spunlaced nonwoven material in a tight-loose-tight state under a spunlaced system. Wherein the gram weight range of the upper layer and the lower layer of the net is 20g/m 2 -50g/m 2 The gram weight range of the middle interlayer fiber cotton layer is 100g/m 2 -300g/m 2
The selected waste spunlaced fabric 25 is any openable spunlaced fabric, and the fibers formed, whether or not they can be re-carded by a carding machine, can be fed directly into the hopper 16.
The middle sandwiched fiber layer can be composed of fibers which can not be combed after conventional opening; or may be composed of special functional fibers; may be composed of different colored fibers; the fiber composition of different titer is different; the fibers used may be mixed by one or more fibers.
The hydro-entangled non-woven material formed by the method has the structure of ultrahigh gram weight, compact entanglement at the upper and lower sides and loose entanglement in the middle, so that the formed hydro-entangled non-woven material is fluffy, strong in moisture absorption capacity and high in liquid carrying rate; and the special function of the corresponding fiber can be realized by adding the waste functional fiber or some functional fibers can not be used on the surface and placing the functional fibers on the middle fiber cotton layer, so that the production cost is reduced, and the fiber waste material can be reused. The product can be applied to wiping, oil absorption, makeup removing cotton, medical dressing, sanitary products and the like.
The invention adopts the waste spunlaced fabric to enter the middle of two layers of fiber webs through an opening cotton outlet device, so as to form the fluffy spunlaced nonwoven material with an ultra-high gram weight sandwich structure, wherein the upper and lower entanglement is tight, and the middle entanglement is loose. The waste spunlaced fabric used in the invention is a spunlaced non-woven fabric which is cut by conventional products, is a spunlaced fabric edge strip, a waste fabric sample, a raw end product and the like and can not be used as normal products or sold continuously. The used waste spunlaced nonwoven fabric can be composed of conventional viscose and polyester fibers; can be composed of PLA, chitosan fiber, polyimide fiber and other fibers with special functions (biodegradable fiber, high emissivity far infrared fiber, anion fiber, antibacterial deodorizing fiber, flame retardant fiber, fragrant fiber and the like); can be composed of fibers with different titer (0.5D-2.0D); can be composed of fibers with different lengths (20 mm-30 mm); can be composed of fibers formed by opening water-jet cloth with different colors; the water-jet cloth with single component can be selected, and the mixture of multiple components can be selected. The formed intermediate fiber layers have different styles, and the fiber compositions of the prepared spunlaced nonwovens are also different.
In a word, the preparation device, the preparation method and the fabric product of the fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric form a regenerated fiber cotton layer by utilizing the waste spunlaced nonwoven fabric, and enter the middle of two layers of cotton nets to form the ultra-high gram weight fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric with different styles; fully utilizes the waste spunlaced nonwoven fabric, and simultaneously can be added with the spunlaced fabric prepared by functional fibers; the functional spunlaced nonwoven fabric with the function can be prepared by using a small amount of or waste functional spunlaced fabric; not only waste recycling, but also cotton layer is directly formed without opening and carding, thus improving production efficiency and reducing cost.

Claims (10)

1. A device for preparing a fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric with ultra-high gram weight, which is characterized in that the device for preparing the fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric comprises:
a conveying mechanism;
the first lapping machine is positioned above the conveying mechanism and is used for providing a first cotton web, and the first cotton web is arranged on the conveying mechanism;
the regenerated fiber cotton mechanism is positioned above the conveying mechanism, is used for providing regenerated fiber cotton, is arranged on the conveying mechanism and is positioned above the first cotton net;
the second lapping machine is positioned above the conveying mechanism and is used for providing a second cotton web, and the second cotton web is arranged on the conveying mechanism and is positioned above the regenerated fiber cotton; and
at least one water jet mechanism arranged behind the conveying mechanism;
the conveying mechanism can drive the first cotton web, the regenerated fiber cotton and the second cotton web to enter the hydroentangling mechanism, so that the hydroentangled non-woven fabric is obtained.
2. The apparatus for preparing a fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric according to claim 1, further comprising a winding mechanism connected to an output end of the spunlaced mechanism, wherein the winding mechanism is used for collecting the spunlaced nonwoven fabric.
3. The apparatus for producing a bulk spunlaced nonwoven fabric of claim 1, further comprising:
a first carding machine connected with the first lapping machine, wherein the first carding machine is used for carding first fibers and providing the carded first fibers for the first lapping machine; and
and the second carding machine is connected with the second lapping machine and is used for carding second fibers and providing the carded second fibers for the second lapping machine.
4. The device for preparing fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric according to claim 2, wherein the number of the at least one spunlaced mechanism is two, and the two spunlaced mechanisms are sequentially arranged behind the transmission mechanism and in front of the winding mechanism.
5. The apparatus for producing a fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric according to claim 1, wherein the regenerated fiber cotton mechanism comprises:
the leftover material opener is used for opening the waste spunlaced cloth strips into regenerated fibers;
one end of the first cotton conveying pipeline is connected with the output end of the leftover material opener;
one end of the cotton conveying fan is connected with the other end of the first cotton conveying pipeline;
the cotton box is connected with the other end of the cotton conveying fan through a feeding hole; and
the cotton carding curtain is arranged in the discharge hole of the cotton box;
wherein the regenerated fibers sequentially enter the cotton box through the first cotton conveying pipeline and the cotton conveying fan;
wherein the cotton carding curtain is used for extruding the regenerated fibers to form the regenerated fiber cotton.
6. The apparatus for producing a fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric of claim 5, further comprising a second cotton conveying pipeline, wherein said cotton conveying fan is connected with said cotton box through said second cotton conveying pipeline.
7. The device for preparing the fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric according to claim 5, further comprising a cotton homogenizing fan connected with the cotton box, wherein an air outlet of the cotton homogenizing fan is designed to be a V-shaped flat opening, and the cotton homogenizing fan is used for carrying out opening mixing on regenerated fibers in the cotton box through air flow and sending the regenerated fibers into the cotton carding curtain.
8. The device for preparing the fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric according to claim 5, wherein the cotton box is provided with an air outlet and an air exhaust plate, the air outlet is used for discharging fiber chips and impurities in the cotton box, and the air exhaust plate is used for discharging air flow of the cotton conveying fan.
9. A method for preparing a fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric based on the preparation device of the fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric as claimed in claims 1-8, which is characterized in that the preparation method for the fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric comprises the following steps:
step S100, providing a first cotton web on a conveying mechanism through a first lapping machine;
step 200, providing regenerated fiber cotton on the conveying mechanism through a regenerated fiber mechanism, wherein the regenerated fiber cotton is positioned above the first cotton web;
step S300, providing a second cotton net to the conveying mechanism through a second lapping machine, wherein the second cotton net is positioned above the regenerated fiber cotton;
step S400, the conveying mechanism conveys the first cotton web, the regenerated fiber cotton and the second cotton web into at least one water needling mechanism;
and S500, outputting the spunlaced non-woven fabric by the spunlace mechanism.
10. A fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric product prepared by the preparation device of the fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric according to any one of claims 1-8 or by the preparation method of the fluffy spunlaced nonwoven fabric according to claim 9.
