The PVC foaming plate has insufficient hardness and tensile strength, limits the application scene, and increases the thickness of the plate and the use cost of customers when the requirement on the bearing capacity of the material is high.

fourth, trimming: conveying the primary blank obtained in the third step into a trimming device, and trimming the primary blank according to the actual width requirement;
step five, cutting: and (3) conveying the primary blank obtained in the step four to a plate cutting device, and cutting the primary blank according to the actual length requirement to obtain a finished product.
