Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings.
The disclosure is merely an example, and the present invention is not limited to the description of the embodiments below. Variations that would be readily desirable to one skilled in the art are of course included within the scope of the disclosure. In order to make the description more clear, the dimensions, shapes, etc. of the respective portions may be schematically shown in the drawings by changing them with respect to the actual embodiments. In the drawings, corresponding elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof may be omitted.
Fig. 1 is a diagram showing an overall configuration of an elevator system according to an embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the elevator system includes: a car 11 provided in a building (e.g., an apartment or the like) having a plurality of households; a QR code reader 12 (reading device) provided at a hall floor of the building in the vicinity of a hall door of the car 11; a permit system 13 and a control panel 14 provided in a machine room having equipment related to the operation of the elevator; an resident terminal 15 (1 st portable terminal) held by an resident of a predetermined resident living in the building; and a visitor terminal 16 (2 nd portable terminal) held by a visitor from the building. In the present specification, a hall floor refers to a floor where an entrance and exit of a building are located, and a hall call button having an up-down button that can be registered by any person is not provided in the hall floor in order to prevent free passage into and out of the building. The hall call button that can be registered based on the user information and authentication is not limited to this.
However, in the case of having a hall call button capable of freely making a hall call, authentication and the like are necessary for destination floor registration when entering a car.
The licence system 13 is connected to the control panel 14, for example by a wired connection. The license system 13 is provided near the control panel 14, for example, in the form of an auxiliary panel of the control panel 14, but the arrangement is not limited to this example. In fig. 1, the resident terminal 15 is shown as being inside the building for convenience of explanation (i.e., the resident is inside the building), but the resident terminal 15 may be outside the building (i.e., the resident can use the elevator system of the present embodiment from outside the building). In fig. 1, only the hall floor is shown for convenience of explanation, but a hall call button may be provided near a hall door of a car 11 at a floor other than the hall floor, instead of providing the QR code reader 12.
The QR code reader 12 reads a QR code (registered trademark) displayed on the visitor terminal 16 held by the visitor, and when acquiring various information included in the QR code, transmits the acquired various information to the licensing system 13. The QR code reader 12 is connected to the approval system 13 through a wire or wirelessly. The display order of the QR code in the visitor terminal 16 will be described later.
The licensing system 13 generates a destination layer call described later based on various information acquired from the QR code reader 12, and registers the destination layer call in the control panel 14. Thus, the licensing system 13 may also be referred to as a destination layer call registration device.
The permission system 13 issues a QR code for registering a destination floor call to the hall floor for calling the car 11 whose resident floor is designated as the destination floor for a visitor permitted to visit by the resident. The QR code issued by the licensing system 13 is transmitted to the visitor terminal 16 held by the visitor. The QR code issued by the approval system 13 includes identification information unique to the QR code and information indicating the living layer of the resident who approves the visitor's visit (i.e., destination layer information indicating the destination layer of the visitor).
The control panel 14 controls the operation of the car 11. When the destination floor call generated by the permission system 13 is registered, the control panel 14 controls the operation of the car 11 so that the car 11 in the state where the destination floor is designated is responsive to the hall floor.
The resident terminal 15 is connected to the licensing system 13 in a wireless communication manner. The resident terminal 15 transmits a QR code issuing request to the license system 13 according to an operation of the resident. The QR code delivery request includes floor information indicating a living floor of a living person, living person information indicating a contact pattern of the living person, and visitor information indicating a contact pattern of a visitor. In addition, the QR code delivery request may include, in addition to the above-described various information, date and time information indicating a predetermined date and time period when the visitor has accessed the building. Accordingly, the license system 13 can issue the QR code valid only for the date and time period indicated by the above-described date and time information.
The visitor terminal 16 is connected to the licensing system 13 in a wireless communication manner. The visitor terminal 16 receives the QR code issued and transmitted by the approval system 13. The visitor can call the hall floor by displaying the received QR code on the screen of the visitor terminal 16 and displaying the QR code to the QR code reader 12, thereby calling the car 11 moving on the living floor of the resident who issued the QR code to the permission system 13.
In the present description, the case where the building is an apartment and an resident residing in the apartment uses the resident terminal 15 to transmit the QR code issuing request to the licensing system 13 will be described, but the present invention is not limited to this example, and for example, the building may be an office building in which a worker transmits the QR code issuing request including floor information indicating his own work floor, worker information indicating his own contact, and contact information indicating the contact of a visitor to the licensing system 13. Since persons corresponding to the resident and the staff are persons related to the building, these persons may be collectively referred to as related persons.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing an exemplary functional configuration of the license system 13.
As shown in fig. 2, the license system 13 includes a communication unit 131, a QR code issuing unit 132, an effective code information storage unit 133, an effective/ineffective determination unit 134, a destination layer call generation unit 135, and the like.
The communication unit 131 is a communication interface for communicating with external devices (for example, the QR code reader 12, the resident terminal 15, the visitor terminal 16, and the like).
The QR code delivery unit 132 delivers, when receiving a QR code delivery request transmitted from the resident terminal 15, a QR code for registering a destination floor call designating a resident floor indicated by floor information included in the QR code delivery request as a destination floor. The QR code issued by the QR code issuing portion 132 includes identification information for specifying the QR code and destination layer information corresponding to the resident layer of the resident who requested the issuance of the QR code. Based on the visitor information contained in the received QR code issuing request, the issued QR code is transmitted to the visitor terminal 16.
As information related to a valid QR code (hereinafter, referred to as "valid code information"), the valid code information storage unit 133 stores identification information of the valid QR code in association with resident information indicating a contact method of an resident who requested the issuance of the QR code specified by the identification information, as shown in fig. 3. For example, according to the valid code information 133a shown in fig. 3, the QR code including the identification information "id1" is a valid QR code, and the contact method of the resident who requested the issuance of the QR code is "mail address 1".
Each time a QR code is issued by the QR code issuing portion 132, valid code information is generated by the licensing system 13 (QR code issuing portion 132) and stored in the valid code information storage portion 133. Although details will be described later, after a certain time has elapsed since the generation of the destination layer call, the valid code information corresponding to the QR code for generating the destination layer call is deleted from the valid code information storage portion 133.
The valid/invalid determination unit 134 performs processing for determining whether the QR code read by the QR code reader 12 is a valid QR code or an invalid QR code. The valid QR code is a QR code which has not been used for generating a destination layer call, and has valid code information stored in the valid code information storage unit 133. The invalid QR code is a QR code that has been used for generation of a destination layer call and has not stored valid code information in the valid code information storage unit 133.
The destination layer call generation unit 135 generates a destination layer call using destination layer information included in the valid QR code. The generated destination layer call is output to the control panel 14 and registered. The destination layer call generation unit 135 is configured to notify an occupant who requested the issuance of a valid QR code (destination layer information included therein) of arrival of the visitor when generating a destination layer call using the QR code. Further, when generating a destination call using a valid QR code (destination information included therein), the destination call generating unit 135 deletes the valid code information corresponding to the QR code from the valid code information storing unit 133 after a predetermined time has elapsed since the generation of the destination call.
Next, an operation example of the elevator system according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the timing chart of fig. 4.
First, the resident terminal 15 attempts to log in to the license system 13 according to the operation of the resident. Thereafter, the resident terminal 15 transmits a QR code issuing request including the floor information, resident information, and visitor information input in response to the operation of the resident to the permission system 13 (step S1). In this example, the resident terminal 15 transmits the QR code issuance request after logging into the license system 13, but the resident terminal 15 may transmit the information for proving the resident of the building to the license system 13 by further including the information in the QR code issuance request without attempting to log into the license system 13. In the case where the QR code issuance request is transmitted after logging into the license system 13, or in the case where the information for proving that the resident of the building is included in the QR code issuance request and transmitted, only the person (resident in this case) of the building can transmit the QR code, and therefore, the security can be ensured.
The QR code issuing unit 132 of the permission system 13 issues a QR code for registering a destination floor call designating a living floor indicated by floor information included in the received QR code issuing request as a destination floor when the QR code issuing request transmitted from the resident terminal 15 is received (step S2). The issued QR code includes identification information unique to the QR code and destination layer information for designating a living layer indicated by the floor information included in the received QR code issuing request as a destination layer.
The QR code issuing section 132 of the approval system 13 generates valid code information in which identification information included in the issued QR code and resident information included in the received QR code issuing request are associated, and stores the generated valid code information in the valid code information storage section 133 (step S3). Next, the QR code issuance portion 132 of the approval system 13 transmits the mail including the issued QR code to the mail address (i.e., the visitor terminal 16) indicated by the visitor information included in the received QR code issuance request (step S4).
The visitor terminal 16 receives the mail including the QR code transmitted from the approval system 13 (step S5). Then, when the visitor who holds the visitor terminal 16 arrives at the building where the resident is located, the visitor terminal 16 displays the QR code included in the received mail, and performs an operation of presenting (showing) the QR code to the QR code reader 12 provided in the hall (step S6).
The QR code reader 12 reads the QR code displayed on the visitor terminal 16, and acquires the identification information and the destination layer information included in the QR code (step S7). The acquired identification information and destination layer information are transmitted to the license system 13 (step S8).
The validity/invalidity determination section 134 of the license system 13 confirms whether or not valid code information including the received identification information is stored in the valid code information storage section 133 when the identification information and the destination layer information transmitted from the QR code reader 12 are received, and determines whether or not the QR code read by the QR code reader 12 is a valid QR code.
Fig. 4 illustrates a process in which, as a result of the above determination, valid code information including the received identification information is stored in the valid code information storage unit 133, and the QR code read by the QR code reader 12 is valid. As a result of the determination, when the valid code information including the received identification information is not stored in the valid code information storage unit 133 and the QR code read by the QR code reader 12 is invalid, the approval system 13 does not generate a destination layer call for the visitor who presented the QR code to the QR code reader 12.
As described above, when it is determined that the valid code information including the received identification information is stored in the valid code information storage unit 133, the destination layer call generation unit 135 of the license system 13 generates a destination layer call using the destination layer information transmitted from the QR code reader 12 and registers the destination layer call in the control panel 14 (step S9). The control panel 14 controls the operation of the car 11 based on the destination floor call registered by the permit system 13, and causes the car 11 to respond to the hall floor (step S10). Accordingly, the visitor can ride the car 11 moving to the resident floor of the resident and move to the resident floor of the resident. Further, although a detailed description is omitted here, when a visitor returns from a living floor to a hall, the visitor can call the car 11 to the living floor by pressing a hall call button provided near a hall door of the living floor.
When the destination call is generated and registered in the control panel 14 by the processing in step S9, the destination call generating unit 135 of the permission system 13 transmits a mail notifying the arrival of the visitor to the mail address (i.e., the resident terminal 15) indicated by the resident information included in the valid code information storage unit 133 including the received identification information (step S11).
Then, the destination layer call generation unit 135 of the license system 13 performs a process of invalidating the QR code specified by the identification information by deleting the valid code information including the identification information transmitted from the QR code reader 12 from the valid code information storage unit 133 after a predetermined time has elapsed since the destination layer call was generated and registered in the control panel 14 by the process of the above-described step S9 (step S12).
According to the elevator system described above, the function of the security door can be added to the elevator, and it is possible to restrict movement of the resident or a person other than the visitor who has previously received access permission from the resident to a floor other than the hall floor. On the other hand, a visitor who has previously received access permission from an occupant can travel to the entrance of the occupant's house while taking an elevator without contacting the occupant when arriving at the building. Accordingly, for example, in a case where the visitor is an express delivery person and the resident wants to leave the product before the resident leaves the entrance, the express delivery person can go to the entrance of the resident's house to carry out the placement delivery even if the resident is not present and the express delivery person only holds the QR code issued and transmitted from the permission system 13.
Further, since the QR code that has been used once in the generation of the destination layer call becomes an invalid QR code and cannot be used later, it is possible to prevent one QR code from being used many times by a visitor, and to ensure the security of a building.
In general, in an elevator system in which a safety door is linked, it is necessary to provide a safety door, a server room for managing various information related to the elevator system, and the like, and there is a problem that the elevator system of the present embodiment can be introduced only into a building having a certain scale because of the relationship of the introduction cost and the installation space, but the elevator system of the present embodiment does not need to provide a safety door, and the permission system 13 can be provided so as to be an auxiliary disk of the control disk 14, and thus the elevator system can be introduced into a small-scale building (for example, an apartment, a small-scale office building, and the like).
Further, in the elevator system of the present embodiment, since the QR code is transmitted and received by using mail, when the resident and the visitor use the elevator system, it is not necessary to install a specific application in the resident terminal 15 and the visitor terminal 16, and the elevator system can be easily used.
In the present embodiment, the license system 13 issues the QR code based on the QR code issuance request transmitted from the resident terminal 15, but the license system 13 may issue the QR code based on the QR code issuance request transmitted from the visitor terminal 16. For example, a visitor who expects to visit the resident house a predetermined number of times or more (for example, a relative of the resident), or a visitor who obtains a permission to issue a QR code from the resident in advance, may transmit a QR code issuing request to the license system 13 using a terminal held by the visitor (i.e., the visitor terminal 16). Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the trouble (the trouble of sending the QR code issuance request to the license system 13) caused to the resident at each visit by the visitor expected to visit a predetermined number of times or more. In addition, the QR code delivery request transmitted from the visitor terminal 16 preferably includes, in addition to the floor information, the resident information, and the visitor information, information indicating the name of the visitor, information indicating the scheduled time of visit, and the like. Further, when the QR code is issued based on the QR code issuing request transmitted from the visitor terminal 16, the license system 13 preferably notifies the resident terminal 15 of the case where the QR code is issued to the visitor, the name of the visitor, and the scheduled time for visit based on various information included in the QR code issuing request. Accordingly, the resident can grasp "who", "when to schedule", "whether the QR code is issued or not.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the QR code including the identification information and the destination layer information is issued by the license system 13 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this example, and the license system 13 may issue a two-dimensional code, a bar code, or the like other than the QR code including the identification information and the destination layer information. In this case, by providing a reading device capable of reading information (for example, a two-dimensional code, a bar code, or the like) issued by the license system 13 in place of the QR code reader 12 at the hall floor, the same operations as the series of operations shown in fig. 4 can be performed.
According to one embodiment described above, an elevator system having a function corresponding to a security door and capable of being introduced into a small-scale building, and a destination floor call registration device included in the elevator system are provided.
In addition, although several embodiments of the present invention have been described, these embodiments are presented as examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These novel embodiments can be implemented in various other modes, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and gist of the invention, and are included in the invention described in the claims and the scope equivalent thereto.
