Abstract
The invention discloses a tension control device of a grass yarn cladding machine, which comprises a rotating shaft with a central hole and a yarn cylinder wound with artificial lawn yarns, wherein the rotating shaft is vertically arranged and driven to rotate by a driving mechanism, the yarn cylinder is arranged on the rotating shaft, the tension control device comprises a tension pressing ring, the tension pressing ring is provided with a circular ring which is horizontally arranged and a supporting piece connected with the circular ring, the circular ring is sleeved on the rotating shaft between the upper end face of the rotating shaft and the upper end face of the yarn cylinder, and the supporting piece is connected with a frame of the grass yarn cladding machine. The center of the circular ring and the center of the rotating shaft are positioned on the same central axis, and the diameter of an inner hole of the circular ring is larger than the diameter of the rotating shaft positioned between the upper end face of the rotating shaft and the upper end face of the yarn cylinder and smaller than the diameter of the yarn cylinder around which the artificial turf yarn is wound. The invention can effectively control the tension state of the artificial turf yarn, keep stable and reliable, lead the tension of the produced grass filaments to be uniform, and can meet the different tension requirements of different grass filaments.

Technical Field
