When the tray 2 moves forward to a preset position on the conveying belt 41, through the limit fit between the entering groove 23 and the entering rod 32, the tray 2 can be further prevented from deflecting and shaking integrally, the relative rotation between the tinfoil support 22 and egg tart liquid can be caused by the bottom bearing of the collapse prevention plate 241 and the intermittent shaking action of the shaking rod, and the rough surface of the outer contour of the tray is in vibrating contact with the convex point on the upper part of the anti-sticking ring 212 along with the rotation of the tinfoil support 22, so that the tinfoil support 22 vibrates up and down in a certain degree of freedom, secondary stirring and surface shaking of egg tart liquid are realized, after the tray 2 reaches the preset position of the end part of the cabinet 3, the tray 2 is taken out integrally by a worker and is conveyed into the baking oven for baking, and the set ventilation groove 211 can promote the exchange degree of hot air flow around the tinfoil support 22 at the moment, and promote the baking speed and the forming effect.
