Wherein, the metering assembly 10 is connected with the spray head assembly 20, and the liquid medicine metered in the metering assembly 10 is sprayed out of the spray head assembly 20 to realize the administration.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the metering assembly 10 includes a seal member 1, a guide tube member 2, and a fixed cover 3. Wherein the sealing element 1 and the fixed cover 3 are connected with the guide pipe fitting 2, and the sealing element 1 is partially positioned between the guide pipe fitting 2 and the fixed cover 3 in the axial direction of the metering assembly 10 and is pressed by the fixed cover 3.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the seal member 1 includes a fixed support portion 11 and a seal portion 12, the seal portion 12 is provided at one end of the fixed support portion 11, and the seal portion 12 is fixedly connected with the fixed support portion 11. The sealing portion 12 and the fixed supporting portion 11 may be integrally formed or integrally connected by an in-mold insert, or may be integrally connected by adhesion, welding or clamping.
As shown in fig. 5, the fixed support 11 includes a first connection post 111, and a groove 112 is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the first connection post 111. In the present embodiment, the sealing part 12 is formed on the first connection post 111 in an injection molding manner, and the sealing part 12 is embedded in the groove 112, which is advantageous in that the connection stability between the sealing part 12 and the fixing support part 11 is improved, and the separation of the two is prevented. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the sealing portion 12 may be provided by being fitted into the groove 112 by welding, heat-fusing, or bonding. Further, the cross-section of the sealing portion 12 may be generally rectangular (as shown in fig. 5 a), circular (as shown in fig. 5 b), trapezoidal (as shown in fig. 5 c), or other polygonal shape.
Fig. 6 shows a modification of the fixed support portion 11, and as shown in fig. 5, the fixed support portion 11 includes a first connection post 111, one end of the first connection post 111 is provided with a bracket 113, and the bracket 113 is formed with a radial hollowed-out portion 1131. The sealing part 12 is arranged on the bracket 113 in an injection molding mode, and the sealing part 12 fills the radial hollowed-out part 1131 of the bracket 113 and covers the bracket 113. This can enhance the stability of the connection between the sealing portion 12 and the fixed supporting portion 11, preventing the separation of the two. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the sealing portion 12 may be provided so as to cover the bracket 113 by filling the hollowed-out portion of the bracket 113 by welding, hot-melting, or bonding. In addition, it should be understood that the bracket 113 shown in fig. 6 may be separately provided, and a hollowed-out portion may be directly formed at one end of the first connection post 111 for filling and blending the sealing portion 12.
As shown in fig. 4, the fixed support portion 11 further includes a positioning portion 114, and an indication protrusion 1141 is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the positioning portion 114. The indication protrusions 1141 may be saw-tooth, trapezoid, circular arc, or other shapes. The surface of one axial side of the saw-tooth-shaped indication protrusion 1141 may be perpendicular to the outer circumferential surface of the positioning portion 114, the surface of the other axial side may be configured as a slope (as shown in fig. 7 a) or a curved surface (as shown in fig. 7 b), and the top of the saw-tooth-shaped indication protrusion 1141 may be sharp or flat (as shown in fig. 7a and 7 b) or may be arc-shaped (as shown in fig. 7 c). It should be appreciated that the indicator tab 1141 is disposed asymmetrically about any radial plane to indicate direction. Note that the indication protrusion 1141 is not necessarily provided, and if the fixing support part 11 and the sealing part 12 are connected by adhesion, welding or clipping, the indication protrusion 1141 may not be provided.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the indication protrusions 1141 are provided in two rows and are spaced apart from each other in the axial direction of the positioning portion 114. Of course, the invention is not limited thereto, and the indication protrusion 1141 may be only one, or 3, 4 or more. Further, the indicator tab 1141 may be formed in a complete ring shape, or may be formed in one or more arcuate shapes spaced apart from each other.
In the present embodiment, the material of the fixing support portion 11 is a plastic material (such as polyether ether ketone or polybutylene terephthalate) or other materials, and the material of the sealing portion 12 is a silica gel, rubber or other materials.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, one end of the guide tube 2 is provided with a first mounting hole 21, and a first connection post 111 is inserted into the first mounting hole 21 to connect the sealing member 1 and the guide tube 2, and the sealing portion 12 abuts at least the hole bottom surface of the first mounting hole 21. The first connecting post 111 and the first mounting hole 21 may be connected in an interference fit, and the sealing portion 12 abuts against the hole side wall surface and the hole bottom surface of the first mounting hole 21, so that the sealing portion 12 is effectively prevented from being extruded and then enters into a gap matched with the hole, and sealing stability of the sealing portion 12 may be improved. The interference fit amount may be 0 to 0.2mm, preferably 0.02 to 0.07mm. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and the first connecting post 111 and the first mounting hole 21 may be clearance-fitted, and the sealing portion 12 may abut against the hole bottom surface of the first mounting hole 21.
In the present embodiment, the length of the whole formed by the first connection post 111 and the sealing portion 12 in a natural state (i.e., before being mounted into the first mounting hole 21) is greater than the depth of the first mounting hole 21. In this way, when the first connecting post 111 and the sealing portion 12 are inserted into the first mounting hole 21, the positioning portion 114 abuts against the end surface of the guide pipe member 2, and the sealing portion 12 is pressed to some extent, which is advantageous in improving the sealing property.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the guide tube 2 includes an axial hole wall surface 211 and a radial hole wall surface 212 for defining the first mounting hole 21, and the sealing portion 12 abuts against the axial hole wall surface 211 and the radial hole wall surface 212. Preferably, the connection between the axial hole wall surface 211 and the radial hole wall surface 212 is transited by an arc surface 213 (as shown in fig. 8 a) or transited by an inclined surface 214 (as shown in fig. 8 b), which is beneficial to the sealing part 12 to better fit the axial hole wall surface 211 and the radial hole wall surface 212 and improve the tightness. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the axial hole wall surface 211 and the radial hole wall surface 212 may be directly connected perpendicular to each other (as shown in fig. 8 c).
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the fixed cover 3 and the guide pipe 2 are fastened by screw. Of course, the invention is not limited to this, and the fixed cover 3 and the guide tube 2 may be clamped, welded or fixedly connected by other means.
The fixed cover 3 has a pressing portion 31, and the pressing portion 31 abuts against the positioning portion 114, and the positioning portion 114 abuts against the end face of the guide pipe 2.
As shown in fig. 3, the fixing support part 11 further includes a second connection post 115 having one end connected to the positioning part 114, and the fixing cover 3 has a second mounting hole 32, and the second connection post 115 is inserted into the second mounting hole 32. The second connection post 115 has a tapered outer peripheral surface 1151, where a cross section of an end of the tapered outer peripheral surface 1151 near the positioning portion 114 is larger, the end is in interference fit connection with the second mounting hole 32, the interference may be 0 to 0.2mm, preferably 0 to 0.1mm, and a cross section of the other end of the tapered outer peripheral surface 1151 far from the positioning portion 114 is smaller, and the other end is in clearance fit with the second mounting hole 32, where the clearance may be 0.02mm to 0.4mm. Thus, the above-mentioned clearance fit facilitates the fixing cap 3 to be sleeved on the second connecting post 115, and the above-mentioned interference fit facilitates the fixing cap 3 to better compress the sealing member 1, and may have better centering property. It is to be noted that, the end of the tapered outer peripheral surface 1151 near the positioning portion 114 may be in interference fit with the second mounting hole 32, or may be in clearance fit, or may be reasonably selected according to actual needs. In another embodiment, the angle between the tapered outer peripheral surface 1151 and the axis of the seal 1 may be 1 to 30 degrees, preferably 2 to 10 degrees.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has at least the following advantages:
(1) In the sealing element, the sealing part is fixedly connected with the fixed supporting part, so that the sealing part cannot relatively rotate or slide in the sealing part, the sealing stability and the accuracy of liquid medicine metering can be improved, and the service life of the sealing element can be prolonged; meanwhile, the sealing element is easy to assemble, batch matching assembly is not needed, the yield of assembly and the stability of assembly are effectively improved, and the assembly difficulty and the production cost can be reduced.
