a foot restraint mechanism disposed on the leg restraint mechanism, the foot restraint mechanism configured to restrain a foot of a patient;
a plurality of constriction mechanisms are arranged, the constriction mechanisms are arranged on the leg restraint mechanisms, and the constriction mechanisms are used for fixing the legs of the patient on the leg restraint mechanisms;
wherein the leg restraining mechanism includes:
the thigh restraint assembly is rotationally connected with the lying plate (2) and is used for restraining and fixing the thigh part of a patient;
the leg restraint assembly is rotationally connected with one side, far away from the lying plate (2), of the thigh restraint assembly, the foot restraint mechanism is installed on one side, far away from the thigh restraint assembly, of the thigh restraint assembly, and the leg restraint assembly is used for restraining and fixing the leg part of a patient.

the first fixing plate (8) and the second fixing plate (9) are respectively in threaded connection with two sides of the first bidirectional screw (10), and the first fixing plate (8) and the second fixing plate (9) perform reverse movement on the first bidirectional screw (10).
