Detailed Description
Embodiment one:
referring to fig. 1 to 5, an endoscope for urology department is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, which is mainly used for guaranteeing the collection quality of tissues by a clamp 3, the endoscope includes a lens body 1 and the clamp 3 located in the lens body 1, wherein the lens body 1 is integrally used as an insertion portion, one end of the lens body 1 can extend into a focus position, and the other end of the lens body 1 is fixedly connected with a handle 7 for operating the lens body 1, so that the movement and angle adjustment of the lens body 1 in the focus can be realized.
Furthermore, a clamp channel 2 through which the clamp 3 passes is formed in the mirror body 1, and the clamp 3 can be positioned in the mirror body 1 when the mirror body 1 is used, and can be inserted into the mirror body 1 after the mirror body 1 is used. The outer surface of the handle 7 is integrally provided with a clamp inlet 8 for placing the clamp 3, the clamp inlet 8 is communicated with the clamp channel 2, and the clamp 3 is fed into the clamp channel 2 from the clamp inlet 8 when inserted into the clamp channel 2 and moves to the focus position for collecting or recovering tissues.
The clamp 3 is provided with the chuck 301 at one end far away from the handle 7, when the clamp 3 is sent into a focus, the tissue is collected through the chuck 301 and the clamp is retracted, or the collected tissue is directly pulled out and taken down and then enters the clamp channel 2 again to be collected for the second time, at this time, the collected tissue is often in friction contact with the inner wall of the clamp channel 2, so that the collection quality of the tissue is affected, and the follow-up inspection and comparison of the tissue cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, the cover shell 4 corresponding to the position of the clamping head 301 is slidably mounted on the outer surface of the clamp 3, the cover shell 4 is in a ring shape, so that the collection of the clamping head 301 to the tissue is not affected, and when the clamping head 301 is retracted inwards towards the clamp channel 2 after collecting the tissue, the cover shell can move to the periphery of the clamping head 301 to form a seal for the clamping head 301, so that the tissue is prevented from being in continuous friction contact with the inner wall of the clamp channel 2.
It will be appreciated that the outer surface of the housing 4 has the same diameter as the outer surface of the pliers 3, and that the overall diameter of the collet 301 is less than or equal to the diameter of the housing 4. The dimensions of the collet 301 shown in this embodiment are the same as the housing 4, so that the inner wall of the housing 4 is in contact with the outer surface of the collet 301, and in actual use, the inner wall of the housing 4 is not uniformly separated from the collet 301, so that tissue contact with the inner wall of the collet 301 can be avoided.
In order to position the housing 4 and move it to the periphery of the clamping head 301, an adjusting assembly 5 is arranged between the housing 4 and the pliers 3, and when the pliers 3 move in the pliers passage 2, the housing 4 can be driven to move synchronously in the pliers passage 2 by the adjusting assembly 5.
In this embodiment, the opening and closing of the chuck 301 forms the collection of tissue, and the movement and angular adjustment of the handle 7 with respect to the mirror body 1 are all well known techniques, and will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that: the outer surface of the clamp 3 is provided with a step 304 corresponding to the position of the clamping head 301 for the housing 4 to slide reciprocally. The pliers 3 is provided with a driving part 303 for driving the chuck 301 to open and close at the pliers inlet 8, the driving part 303 can be of a conventional two-stage inner-outer sleeved connecting rod structure, the outer part of the driving part is fixedly connected with the pliers 3 and used for driving the pliers 3 and the chuck 301 to move along the pliers channel 2, the inner part of the driving part is of a connecting rod structure for driving the pliers 301 to be rotationally connected, so that the chuck 301 is opened and closed, and the inner and outer adjustment is not interfered with each other, and is of a conventional mature technology and is not described in detail herein.
Wherein, the interior of the jawset 3 is provided with a cavity 302 for the driving member 303 to move, and the cavity 302 is provided so that the portion of the jawset 3 in the jaw channel 2 is wholly similar to a tubular member. At the same time, the outer surface of the pliers 3 is provided with a sliding groove 305 for cooperating with the housing 4 to form a seat for the adjusting assembly 5.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that: the adjusting component 5 comprises a protruding block 501 in sliding fit with the housing 4 and a pushing block 502 fixedly installed in the sliding groove 305, and inclined holes 503 matched with the shapes of the pushing block 502 are formed on the corresponding surfaces of the protruding block 501 and the pushing block 502. The projection 501 slides along the chute 305 when the housing 4 slides along the step 304, such that the projection 501 is relatively close to the push block 502. In order to achieve the initial positioning of the projection 501 and the housing 4 and the reset after the movement, a first spring 504 is fixedly mounted between the projection 501 and the chute 305, the first spring 504 tending to move the projection 501 away from the push block 502.
When the push block 502 contacts, that is, the inclined hole 503 is attached to the push block 502, the push block 502 can be retracted into the housing 4 through the protrusions 501 of the pair of inclined holes 503. Accordingly, the inclined hole 503 and the push block 502 have inclined surfaces having the same inclination direction, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, both are inclined downward and rightward.
Further, the surface of the bump 501 close to the push block 502 is fixedly provided with a transverse block 505, and a second spring 506 is fixedly arranged between the transverse block 505 and the housing 4, and the second spring 506 enables the transverse block 505 to drive the bump 501 to move towards the outside of the housing 4. When the protruding block 501 is contracted towards the inside of the housing 4 under the action of the inclined hole 503 and the protruding block 501, the transverse block 505 is driven to press the second spring 506; correspondingly, a groove 401 is formed in the housing 4 for positioning the bump 501, the lateral block 505 and the second spring 506.
As can be seen from the above structure, the housing 4 slides reciprocally along the outer surface of the pliers 3, and the sliding direction of the projection 501 under the action of the push block 502 and the inclined hole 503 is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the housing 4 along the pliers 3 when the projection 501 moves horizontally along the chute 305 in the same direction as the sliding direction of the housing 4.
In the initial state, the first spring 504 positions the housing 4 away from the collet 301 of the jawset 3, and the second spring 506 positions the boss 501 to protrude from the outer surface of the housing 4. To facilitate movement of the tab 501 into the jaw channel 2 through the jaw entrance 8, the surface of the tab 501 adjacent the jaw 301 may be configured to have an arc, and when the jawset 3 moves the housing 4 and tab 501 into the jaw entrance 8, the arcuate tab 501 may be compressed to automatically retract into the housing 4, thereby allowing the housing 4 and tab 501 to move simultaneously with the jawset 3, and the housing 4 may remain in a position restrained by the first spring 504.
Still further, a clamping groove 508 is formed at the bottom of the bump 501, a guide post 507 corresponding to the clamping groove 508 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the chute 305, and when the bump 501 contacts with the push block 502 and descends through the inclined hole 503, the guide post 507 can be inserted into the clamping groove 508, so as to limit the bump 501 in the horizontal direction. The size of the slot 508 may be slightly larger than the size of the guide post 507, so that the guide post 507 may be smoothly inserted without influence even if the protrusion 501 is slightly shifted in the horizontal direction after the insertion, because the housing 4 may be moved a sufficient distance along the chute 305.
When in use, the lens body 1 is firstly sent into the focus position and then the clamp 3 is sent into the clamp channel 2 through the clamp inlet 8, the convex blocks 501 are contacted with the inner wall of the clamp inlet 8, and the lens body can be automatically retracted into the housing 4 by matching with the surface with radian, so that the synchronous movement of the housing 4 along with the clamp 3 can not be influenced. After the clamp 3 is moved, the clamping head 301 and the housing 4 can both extend out of the clamp channel 2, at this time, the driving piece 303 realizes the collection of tissue by opening and closing the clamping head 301, and the housing 4 drives the protruding block 501 to move out of the clamp channel 2, and then the protruding block 501 can automatically extend out of the housing 4 under the action of the second spring 506 sliding on the transverse block 505.
Then, the driving part 303 drives the jawset 3, the chuck 301 and the collected tissue to retract, and at this time, the surface of the bump 501 away from the chuck 301 abuts against the end of the mirror body 1 and does not move synchronously with the chuck 301, so that the housing 4 is opposite to the chuck 301 and drives the bump 501 to move towards the pushing block 502. When the inclined hole 503 contacts with the push block 502, the push block 502 is contracted towards the inside of the housing 4, at this time, the transverse block 505 synchronously moves and presses the second spring 506, the clamping groove 508 of the push block 502 and the guide post 507 form a clamping engagement, and finally the protruding block 501 is retracted into the housing 4; in the process, the housing 4 may be moved to the periphery of the collet 301 to wrap it. When the projection 501 is retracted into the housing 4, the housing 4 can enter the clamp channel 2 to move synchronously with the clamping head 301, and at this time, the guide post 507 and the clamping groove 508 limit the projection 501 not to be far away from the clamping head 301 under the action of the first spring 504, so that the wrapping effect on the clamping head 301 can be maintained until the housing 4 and the clamping head 301 are pulled out from the clamp inlet 8.
In summary, through the cooperation of the structures of the clamp 3, the chute 305, the housing 4, the bump 501 and the like, the bump 501 and the end of the mirror body 1 are abutted when being pulled out, so that the housing 4 moves to the periphery of the clamp 301 to form a package, the clamp 301 and tissues are protected, friction contact between the clamp 301 and the tissues and the inside of the clamp channel 2 is avoided, the quality reliability of the tissues is ensured, and the damage of the clamp channel 2 is reduced. The overall structure is concise, the clamp 3 can not be influenced to move in the clamp channel 2, the contact between tissues and the inner wall of the clamp channel 2 is avoided, the reliability of the subsequent secondary or more tissue collection can be ensured, and the practicability is higher.
Embodiment two:
referring to fig. 1 to 8, in order to further reduce damage to the jaw channel 2 and improve daily protection of the collet 301, the adjustment assembly 5 is modified such that the cover 4 is positioned at the periphery of the collet 301 in the initial state, and the cover 4 is movable toward the jawset 3 (i.e., away from the collet 301) when the collet 301 is opened, and the cover 4 is returned toward the collet 301 when the collet 301 is closed.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 8, the adjusting component 5 includes a first rack 5001 fixedly connected with the driving member 303, a second rack 5002 slidably matched with the pliers 3, and a block 5006 fixedly connected with the housing 4, wherein the block 5006 is located in the chute 305, and a third spring 5007 is fixedly installed between the surface of the block 5006 far from the chuck 301 and the chute 305, and the housing 4 and the block 5006 have a tendency to move away from the chuck 301 under the action of the third spring 5007.
A common drive connection between the first rack 5001 and the second rack 5002 is provided with a gear 5003 rotatably mounted within the jawset 3, wherein the chute 305 is in communication with the cavity 302 to facilitate placement of the second rack 5002 and the gear 5003. A first pull rope 5004 is fixedly arranged between the cavity 302 and the square block 5006, and a roller 5005 which is used for the first pull rope 5004 to bypass is rotatably arranged on the second rack 5002. When the driving member 303 moves toward the chuck 301, the chuck 301 is driven to open, and at this time, the first rack 5001 can move out of the jaw channel 2, and the gear 5003 drives the second rack 5002 and the roller 5005 to move away from the chuck 301, and at this time, the first pull rope 5004 is released under the action of the third spring 5007, and the block 5006 and the housing 4 can move away from the chuck 301 (i.e., move along the step 304 toward the jawset 3). The driving member 303 drives the first rack 5001 to move reversely when the chuck 301 is closed, so that the second pulling cord 603 stretches to reset the housing 4.
In the above structure, the roller 5005 can move synchronously with the second rack 5002, so that the movement stroke provided for the square 5006 after the first pull rope 5004 is released is longer than the movement stroke of the second rack 5002 and the roller 5005, and a principle similar to a movable pulley is formed, so that the housing 4 can be quickly separated from the chuck 301, and interference with the opening of the chuck 301 is avoided. Thus, the first pull cord 5004 also serves to keep the housing 4 in an initial state always outside the collet 301.
In use, the cover 4 is located at the periphery of the chuck 301 by the clamp 3, the chute 305, and the cover 4, and the operation and effects are the same as those of the first embodiment, and the description thereof will not be repeated. The difference is that: the housing 4 is continuously wrapped around the periphery of the collet 301, and the housing 4 is always located around the periphery of the collet 301 as the pliers 3 enter the jaw channel 2 through the jaw access 8 and move out of the jaw channel 2. When the driving member 303 moves towards the direction of the sliding slot 305 to open the chuck 301, the first rack 5001 can be driven to move synchronously, the first rack 5001 can drive the second rack 5002 and the roller 5005 to move away from the chuck 301 through the gear 5003, so that the first pull rope 5004 is released to drive the housing 4 and the block 5006 to move away from the chuck 301 rapidly through the roller 5005, thereby facilitating the collection of tissues by the chuck 301. After the collection is finished, the driving piece 303 resets to enable the clamping head 301 to be closed, at the moment, the second rack 5002 moves reversely to enable the first pull rope 5004 to be stretched finally, and the housing 4 and the square 5006 can be driven to reset to enable the housing 4 to restore to the state of wrapping the clamping head 301.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the diameter of the collet 301 is preferably smaller than the diameter of the inner wall of the housing 4, so as to further avoid interference with the opening of the collet 301.
In the first embodiment, the bump 501 is in friction contact with the inner wall of the clamp channel 2 under the action of the second spring 506, which still causes damage to the clamp channel 2, and the clamp 3 is required to drive the chuck 301 and the housing 4 to move a long distance for the bump 501, otherwise, the bump 501 may not be able to move out of the clamp channel 2, and thus the subsequent movement of the housing 4 is not able to be realized, which has a certain limitation in use.
Compared with the first embodiment, through the cooperation of the structures such as the second rack 5002, the roller 5005, the first pull rope 5004 and the cover shell 4, the cover shell 4 is positioned at the periphery of the chuck 301 in the initial state, so that daily effective protection of the chuck 301 can be realized, the cover shell 4 can be automatically and quickly moved away when the chuck 301 is opened for tissue collection, the opening of the chuck 301 is not influenced, and the cover shell 4 can be automatically reset to restore the package state when the chuck 301 is completely closed, so that the protection effect on the chuck 301 and the tissues is realized; and the chuck 301 is not required to be driven to move a long distance, so that the device is applicable to more complicated focus conditions and the burden of medical staff can be reduced. The whole scheme combines with the switch of chuck 301 together, and need not to set up the protruding lug 501 of relative housing 4 outer salient, and then avoid taking place frictional contact with the inside of pincers passageway 2, can effectively avoid causing the damage to the inner wall of pincers passageway 2, and to the protection effect of chuck 301 when daily use better, the suitability is stronger.
Embodiment III:
referring to fig. 1 to 10, in order to avoid the falling of the tissue collected by the collet 301, the housing 4 is improved, a sealing component 6 is rotatably mounted on the surface of the housing 4 away from the jawset 3, and the sealing component 6 can seal the surface of the housing 4 away from the jawset 3, thereby sealing the collet 301, and even if the tissue falls off from the collet 301, the tissue will not fall into the jawset 2 due to the influence of the curved mirror body 1 and the jawset 2.
Further, the number of the sealing components 6 is two, and the sealing components 6 are designed in a semicircular shape as a whole, when the cover shell 4 is positioned at the periphery of the clamping head 301 to form a package, the two sealing components 6 are in a closed state to seal the surface of the cover shell 4 away from the clamp 3; when the cover 4 is removed from the collet 301 to avoid interference, the two closure assemblies 6 are turned to open, again avoiding affecting the opening and collection of the collet 301.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that: the closing assembly 6 comprises a support 601 rotatably mounted on the surface of the housing 4 far away from the pliers 3, a baffle 602 in a semicircular design is fixedly mounted on the surface of the support 601, the two baffles 602 form a circle when being attached to close the end of the housing 4, and the baffles 602 can rotate to a state that the other side is parallel to the end of the housing 4 based on the support 601.
In order to realize the corresponding movement of the baffle 602, a second pull rope 603 extending from the inside of the housing 4 and fixedly connected with the step 304 is fixedly coiled on the outer surface of the support 601, and meanwhile, a torsion spring (not shown in the figure) is sleeved on the outer surface of the support 601, when the housing 4 moves along the step 304 towards the pliers 3, the second pull rope 603 is released so that the torsion spring can drive the support 601 and the baffle 602 to rotate, and the end part of the housing 4 is released from being closed so that the clamping head 301 can be smoothly moved out to collect tissues.
When the clamp is used, the cover shell 4 can be positioned outside the clamp 301 through the structures such as the clamp 3 and the cover shell 4, the cover shell 4 is positioned outside the clamp 301 in an initial state through the cooperation of the structures such as the roller 5005, the first pull rope 5004 and the cover shell 4, so that the protection effect is improved, when the clamp 301 is opened to collect tissues, the cover shell 4 can be automatically and quickly moved away to form avoidance, and the working process and the effect of the part are the same as those of the second embodiment, and the repeated description is omitted. The difference is that: when the cover shell 4 moves towards the direction of the clamp 3 to avoid the clamping head 301, the second stay rope 603 is released, the support 601 drives the baffle 602 to rotate through the torsion spring, the end part of the cover shell 4 is unblocked, and the clamping head 301 can be smoothly moved out to collect tissues. After collection, the housing 4 can be reset to be in a wrapped state, at the moment, the second pull rope 603 is stretched to drive the two baffles 602 to rotate and attach, so that the end of the housing 4 is closed, and at the moment, the clamping head 301 and tissues are comprehensively protected by the housing 4 and the baffles 602.
In the second embodiment, when the clamp 3 is withdrawn through the clamp channel 2, the lens body 1 and the clamp channel 2 are bent differently when entering the focus position, so that the clamp 301 is left in the clamp channel if falling off when driving the collected tissue, that is, the overall sanitation is affected, the subsequent collection of the tissue cannot be ensured, and a certain limitation of use exists.
Compared with the second embodiment, through the cooperation of the structures of the housing 4, the second pull rope 603, the support 601, the baffle 602 and the like, when the housing 4 is positioned outside the clamping head 301, the two baffles 602 can be attached to form comprehensive protection, so that tissues are prevented from falling into the clamp channel 2, when the housing 4 is moved away from the clamping head 301, the two baffles 602 can be automatically opened, and interference is formed on the clamping head 301 to ensure the normal opening collection of the clamping head 301. The whole scheme is combined with the movement of the housing 4, and the sealing of the baffle 602 to the housing 4 has better protection effect on the clamping head 301 in daily use, so that the possibility of pollution of the clamping head 301 can be reduced, and more requirements in actual use are met.
