the scaling sub-module is used for scaling the image to be analyzed based on preset scale parameters when receiving the image to be analyzed and the distance value acquired by each external damage bird repellent device, and generating a corresponding characteristic analysis image;

and when the early warning mark is the second early warning mark, generating a third early warning analysis result with construction damage.
Further, the executing module 305 includes:
the first control sub-module is used for controlling the external-damage bird-repellent device to continuously collect images to be analyzed when the early-warning analysis result is a first early-warning analysis result;
the second control sub-module is used for controlling the starting of the ultrasonic element of the external-damage bird-repellent device when the early-warning analysis result is the second early-warning analysis result;
and the third control sub-module is used for controlling the alarm of the external-damage bird repellent device to be started when the early warning analysis result is the third early warning analysis result.
The fourth embodiment of the invention also provides an electronic device, which comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program; the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the overhead line outward breaking warning method of the above embodiment.

when receiving the images to be analyzed and the distance values acquired by the external-damage bird-scaring devices, performing image preprocessing operation on the images to be analyzed to generate target analysis images;
generating a corresponding characteristic character string according to the target analysis image and a preset external broken database;
inputting the distance value into a preset evaluation database, and matching the distance value with a corresponding similarity threshold;
generating corresponding early warning analysis results according to the comparison results of the characteristic strings and the similarity threshold associated with the characteristic strings;
and controlling the external-damage bird repellent device to execute corresponding early warning operation according to the early warning analysis result.
2. The overhead line outward-breaking early warning method according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing an image preprocessing operation on the image to be analyzed to generate a target analysis image includes:
scaling the image to be analyzed based on preset proportion parameters to generate a corresponding characteristic analysis image;
and performing binarization processing on the characteristic analysis image to generate a target analysis image.
3. The overhead line outward-breaking early warning method according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating the corresponding characteristic character string according to the target analysis image and a preset outward-breaking database comprises:
calculating the number of similar point bits between the target analysis image and a characteristic image of a preset external broken database;
determining the maximum number of similar point bits as a number of target point bits, and extracting a feature identifier of a feature image corresponding to the number of target point bits;
and carrying out feature marking operation on the target point digit by adopting the feature identifier to generate a corresponding feature character string.

The overhead line outward breaking early warning method according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating a corresponding early warning analysis result according to a comparison result of each of the characteristic strings and a similarity threshold value associated with the characteristic string comprises:
judging whether the number of target point bits of each characteristic character string is larger than or equal to a similarity threshold value associated with the characteristic character string;
if any target point bit number is smaller than the similarity threshold value associated with the characteristic character string, generating a first early warning analysis result without risk of external damage;
if the number of the target point digits is larger than or equal to the similarity threshold value associated with the characteristic character string, determining the maximum number of the target point digits as the number of the early warning points, and extracting the early warning identification of the characteristic character string associated with the number of the early warning points;
when the early warning mark is a first early warning mark, a second early warning analysis result with bird damage is generated;
and when the early warning mark is the second early warning mark, generating a third early warning analysis result with construction damage.
5. The overhead line external damage warning method according to claim 3, wherein the step of controlling the external damage bird repellent device to perform a corresponding warning operation according to the warning analysis result comprises:
when the early warning analysis result is a first early warning analysis result, the external-broken bird repellent device is controlled to continuously collect images to be analyzed;
when the early warning analysis result is a second early warning analysis result, controlling the ultrasonic element of the external-damage bird-driving device to start;
and when the early warning analysis result is a third early warning analysis result, controlling an alarm of the external-damage bird repellent device to be started.
6. An overhead line external damage early warning system, which is characterized in that the system relates to an overhead line to be analyzed, a plurality of external damage bird repelling devices are arranged on the overhead line to be analyzed, and the system comprises:

the characteristic character module is used for generating a corresponding characteristic character string according to the target analysis image and a preset external broken database;

the early warning analysis module is used for generating corresponding early warning analysis results according to the comparison results of the characteristic character strings and the similar threshold values associated with the characteristic character strings;
and the execution module is used for controlling the external-damage bird repellent device to execute corresponding early warning operation according to the early warning analysis result.

the comparison sub-module is used for calculating the number of similar points between the target analysis image and the characteristic image of the preset external broken database;
the selecting sub-module is used for determining the maximum similar point digit as a target point digit and extracting a characteristic identifier of a characteristic image corresponding to the target point digit;
and the characteristic character acquisition sub-module is used for carrying out characteristic marking operation on the target point digit by adopting the characteristic identifier to generate a corresponding characteristic character string.
