In operation S220, the original information is analyzed to obtain a target contact information set.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the target contact information set may include target contact information corresponding to different objects, respectively. The original information may include structured contact information corresponding to different objects, respectively. The target contact information is structured information. The structured contact information corresponding to each object may characterize a piece of structured contact information. Wherein the object may characterize the user.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, word segmentation processing, keyword matching and similarity matching are respectively performed on each piece of structured contact information, so that structured contact information with high keyword matching degree and high similarity is extracted from original information, and target contact information respectively corresponding to different objects is obtained. The target contact information may represent contact information meeting the specification, that is, the matching degree and the similarity of the target contact information meet respective preset conditions, and the preset conditions may represent respective thresholds of the matching degree and the similarity.
In operation S230, the credibility of the target contact information corresponding to each object is calculated.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the credibility of the target contact information corresponding to each object may be calculated based on the similarity and the matching degree of the structured contact information corresponding to each object.
In operation S240, the contact information corresponding to the target contact information set in the second database is updated according to the credibility of the target contact information corresponding to each object.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, according to the credibility of the target contact information corresponding to each object, under the condition that the credibility is larger than a threshold value, the target contact information can be directly input into the second database to update the contact information corresponding to the target contact information in the second database. In the event that the confidence level is less than the threshold, verification of the target contact information is required.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, for information that needs to be frozen/deleted, policies that prompt the user to confirm or fully-automated processing may be employed. For example, if a person leaves, a corresponding leave mail is provided, and by analyzing the mail, a certain piece of contact information in the second database needs to be frozen or deleted due to the leave relation of the user.
In operation S250, a contact information list associated with the query information is acquired from the second database using the query information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the user can directly acquire the corresponding contact information list from the second database according to the query information. The query information may include a user name, a company name, etc., and may also include related communication requirements.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the user can also obtain the text content written by the user by clicking the embedded button of one-click call under the condition of using the target application, such as the office mailbox and the like, and the query information is obtained by analyzing the text content, so that the contact information list meeting the requirements can be returned to the user.
For example, if a person contacts a company but does not know specific contact information, the person may directly input related query information to obtain an associated contact information list, i.e., obtain contact information associated with the company that wants to contact.
For example, when a mail is sent, names of some related companies exist in the mail content, but contact information related to a user is not determined, the mail content can be analyzed by clicking an embedded button for calling by one key, so that a possibly needed contact information list can be returned.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the original information acquired from the first database is analyzed to obtain the target contact information set, and the credibility of the target contact information corresponding to each object is calculated, so that the contact information corresponding to the target contact information set in the second database can be updated according to the credibility of the target contact information corresponding to each object, the collection, registration, update efficiency and accuracy of the contact information in daily operation and maintenance work are remarkably improved, the query information can be utilized later, the contact information list related to the query information is acquired from the second database, the advantages of the large-scale second database can be exerted, and the overall communication efficiency is improved.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, obtaining raw information from a first database includes: acquiring text information from a target application by using a reading interface of the target application; and carrying out structuring processing on the text information to obtain the original information in the first database so as to obtain the original information from the first database.

In order to facilitate the subsequent analysis of the information, the text information needs to be structured, so that the contact information of different users forms a uniform format.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the information after being structured can be put into the first database for storage, so that the structured information can be directly obtained from the first database later.
Wherein the original information may include structured contact information corresponding to each object. The text information may include information such as a name, a phone call, notes, priorities, and positions corresponding to each object.
For example, the structuring process may be equivalent to placing the content in the text information of different users in a unified table format, with different types of information being placed in corresponding locations in the table. The first row of the table may include names of various types of information, such as names, phones, addresses, positions, and the like, and then information of names, phones, addresses, positions, and the like in text information of different users may be placed in corresponding positions in the table.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the obtained text information is structured to obtain structured contact information, and the obtained structured contact information is put into the first database to be stored, so that the format of the information corresponding to each object is uniform, and the structured contact information can be directly obtained from the first database to be analyzed.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates a flow chart for obtaining a target contact information set in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the method 300 includes operations S310 to S340.
In operation S310, word segmentation processing is performed on each piece of structured contact information, so as to obtain a word segmentation result corresponding to each piece of structured contact information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the word segmentation tool can be utilized to segment each piece of structured contact information, so that a word segmentation result corresponding to each piece of structured contact information is obtained. Wherein the word segmentation tool may comprise a jieba word segmentation tool.
For example, the structured contact information includes an address, for example, if the address is segmented in a city or a county in a province, the segmentation result of the city or the county can be obtained.
In operation S320, each word in the word segmentation result is matched with the target keyword with respect to the word segmentation result corresponding to each piece of structured contact information, so as to obtain a matching degree corresponding to each word.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the target keywords may characterize artificially set keywords. And aiming at word segmentation results corresponding to each piece of structured contact information, keyword matching can be carried out on each word in the structured contact information and a set target keyword, so that matching degree corresponding to each word is obtained.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, for each piece of structured contact information, where the degree of matching corresponding to each word is greater than a threshold value, the piece of structured contact information may be indicated as useful; in the event that the degree of match corresponding to each word is less than a threshold, it may be indicated that the piece of structured contact information is not useful. I.e. structured contact information selected based on the degree of matching is relatively valuable.
In operation S330, for the word segmentation result corresponding to each piece of structured contact information and the contact information in the second database, the similarity between each two pieces of contact information is calculated, respectively.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the contact information in the second database may also characterize structured contact information, where the contact information in the second database is information that is extracted before and meets the specification.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the similarity between the structured contact information obtained from the first database can be calculated, and the similarity between the obtained structured contact information and the contact information in the second database can also be calculated.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, for each piece of structured contact information, in the case that the similarity reaches a threshold value, the contact information can be extracted to determine whether to repeat data or information about the same object.
For example, if the similarity between a piece of contact information obtained from the first database and a piece of contact information existing in the second database reaches 90%, it can be determined whether the contact information obtained from the first database and the contact information in the second database are related to the same object, and whether the contact information of the object is updated.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, based on each word in each piece of contact information, extracting features of the words to obtain word vectors corresponding to each word, and performing similarity matching according to the word vectors to obtain similarity.
In operation S340, a target contact information set is obtained from the original information according to the degree of matching corresponding to each word and the degree of similarity between every two pieces of contact information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, according to the matching degree corresponding to each word and the similarity between every two pieces of contact information, the contact information with the matching degree and the similarity being greater than the threshold value can be extracted from the original information to obtain the target contact information set, namely, the contact information meeting the specification is extracted.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, through word segmentation processing, keyword matching and similarity matching on each piece of structured contact information, contact information with high matching and high similarity is selected from original information, so that target contact information meeting specifications is obtained.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, calculating the credibility of the target contact information corresponding to each object includes: for the target contact information corresponding to each object, the credibility of the target contact information corresponding to each object is calculated according to the data corresponding to each evaluation information and the weight corresponding to each evaluation information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the similarity and the matching degree can both represent evaluation information. The rating information may include information sources (referring to whether it is read from mail or obtained from a file), update frequency (referring to the number of updates of contact information of a user in a fixed time), similarity, matching, revision number, user rating, etc.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a weight value can be set for each piece of evaluation information, and the credibility of each piece of contact information is calculated according to the weight value and the data corresponding to the structured contact information and each piece of evaluation information.
In accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure, the confidence level may be referenced by all users, and if the confidence level is below a threshold, an alert may be triggered (e.g., the record is displayed in red), then an information verification process may need to be initiated or an administrator may be alerted to the manual intervention.
For example, if a piece of contact information may not be updated for a year, the reliability of the contact information is low.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the obtained target contact information meeting the specification is recommended, but the information is not necessarily all accurate, so that the reliability needs to be calculated to ensure the accuracy of the obtained target contact information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the credibility of each item of target contact information is calculated based on the evaluation information for reference of a user, so that the target contact information with the credibility lower than the threshold value can be verified to ensure the accuracy of the target contact information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, updating contact information corresponding to a target contact information set in a second database according to a reliability of the target contact information corresponding to each object includes: verifying the target contact information according to the credibility of the target contact information corresponding to each object under the condition that the credibility is lower than a threshold value, so as to obtain a verification result; and updating the contact information corresponding to the target contact information set in the second database according to the verification result.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, for the credibility of the target contact information corresponding to each object, in the case that the credibility is lower than the threshold value, the target contact information needs to be verified to obtain a verification result.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the verification result represents that the target contact information does not have an error, the target contact information can be directly input into the second database to update the contact information corresponding to the target contact information in the second database.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when the verification result represents that the target contact information has errors, the error information in the target contact information can be updated according to the correct information in the verification result, and the updated target contact information is input into the second database.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in the case that the credibility of the target contact information is lower than the threshold value, the accuracy of inputting the information in the second database can be ensured by verifying the target contact information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the above information processing method further includes: periodically verifying the contact information in the second database to obtain a verification result corresponding to each piece of contact information; and under the condition that the verification result represents that the contact information has errors, updating error information corresponding to the contact information in the second database according to the correct information in the verification result.
