The invention discloses a stainless steel strip slitting, cutting, flattening and winding device which comprises an unreeling machine, a dividing and cutting machine, a flattening machine and a winding machine which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of a steel strip, wherein a first steel strip supporting roller and a second steel strip supporting roller are arranged between the dividing and cutting machine and the flattening machine, and the second steel strip supporting roller is higher than and behind the first steel strip supporting roller. According to the strip cutting, flattening and winding device for the stainless steel strips, after the strips are separated, the adjacent strips are not overlapped, so that the surface quality of the strips is not affected.

Technical Field

Background
Stainless steel pipes are formed by bending, welding, shaping, etc. steel strips. In the raw materials of the steel belt, the width of the steel belt coil is larger, the wide steel belt is required to be cut into a plurality of narrower steel belts before the steel pipe is manufactured, and the narrow steel belts are respectively transferred to corresponding production lines after being wound. After the strip has been slit, a plurality of narrower strips are conventionally moved forward in parallel with each other and passed through a flattening machine and a rolling machine. Because the unreeling machine and the reeling machine are powered, in order to avoid the steel belt from being broken in the middle due to the reeling and unreeling speed difference, a certain length needs to be reserved for the narrow steel belt between the slitting machine and the flattening machine and the narrow steel belt naturally sags. However, when a plurality of narrow steel strips are arranged in parallel, the problem that adjacent steel strips overlap each other easily occurs due to the thin thickness of the steel strips, and once overlapping occurs, scratches are easily caused on the surfaces of the steel strips, thereby reducing the surface quality of the steel pipes and reducing the yield.

As a further improvement of the invention, a first receiving table and a second receiving table are arranged between the splitting machine and the flattening machine, and the first receiving table, the first steel belt supporting roller, the second steel belt supporting roller and the second receiving table are sequentially arranged along the horizontal direction.

1. after the wide steel belt is cut into a plurality of narrow steel belts through the splitting machine, one of the two adjacent narrow steel belts bypasses the upper part of the first steel belt supporting roller, the other one bypasses the upper part of the second steel belt supporting roller, and then the two narrow steel belts uniformly extend towards the input end of the flattening machine.
2. The first receiving table and the second receiving table can play a good guiding role on the narrow steel belt, and shaking of the narrow steel belt in the moving process is prevented. The first guide roller can reduce the resistance of the narrow steel belt in the moving process, so that the narrow steel belt is conveyed more smoothly, the energy consumption is reduced, and the risk of damage to the narrow steel belt is reduced.
3. The narrow steel strips can be orderly arranged before entering the flattening machine through the strip dividing and correcting mechanism, and enter the flattening machine at proper intervals to flatten the surfaces of the steel strips.
4. The guide compression roller group enables adjacent narrow steel belts to be rearranged into a parallel state before entering the slitting correction mechanism, so that correction procedures are convenient to carry out.

The stainless steel strip slitting, cutting, flattening and winding device comprises an unreeling machine 1, a slitting machine 2, a flattening machine 4 and a winding machine 10 which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the steel strip, wherein a first steel strip supporting roller 61 and a second steel strip supporting roller 62 are arranged between the slitting machine 2 and the flattening machine 4, and the second steel strip supporting roller 62 is higher than and behind the first steel strip supporting roller 61. The slitting machine 2 is of prior art construction.
After the wide steel belts 9 are cut into a plurality of sections of narrow steel belts 91 which are arranged in parallel through the splitting machine 2, one of the two adjacent narrow steel belts 91 bypasses the upper part of the first steel belt supporting roller 61, the other one bypasses the upper part of the second steel belt supporting roller 62, and then the two narrow steel belts 91 uniformly extend towards the input end of the flattening machine 4, in this way, the two adjacent narrow steel belts 91 can generate non-parallel parts in the middle and mutually interpenetration, and the interpenetration part can form an effective limiting effect, so that the problem that the narrow steel belts are not easy to overlap with each other can be solved, thereby ensuring that the surface quality of the steel belts is not influenced, and the yield of the steel pipes is high, as shown in fig. 2.
The flattening machine 4 comprises an upper pressing plate and a lower pressing plate which are oppositely arranged, the lower pressing plate is fixed on a base of the flattening machine 4, the upper pressing plate is connected with an air cylinder arranged on the base, and the upper pressing plate is driven to move towards the lower pressing plate through the air cylinder, so that the narrow steel belt 91 can be clamped in the middle to be flattened.
A first receiving table 71 and a second receiving table 72 are further arranged between the slitting machine 2 and the flattening machine 4, and the first receiving table 71, the first steel belt supporting roller 61, the second steel belt supporting roller 62 and the second receiving table 72 are sequentially arranged along the horizontal direction. The second steel strip support roll 62 is higher than the second receiving station 72.
The first guide roller 73 is provided on both the top surface and the oppositely disposed side surface of the first receiving stage 71 and the second receiving stage 72. The first guide roller 73 may contact the narrow steel strip 91 to reduce resistance to the narrow steel strip 91 during movement.
A strip separating and correcting mechanism 3 is arranged between the second steel strip supporting roller 62 and the flatting mill 4. The slitting correction mechanism 3 is of a structure in the prior art.
A guiding press roller set 8 is arranged between the second steel belt supporting roller 62 and the slitting correction mechanism 3, and the guiding press roller set 8 comprises two second guiding rollers 81 which are respectively arranged up and down. In addition, the second guide rollers can be arranged at the input end of the slitting machine 2 and the output end of the flattening machine 4 and used for supporting the steel belt, so that the steel belt can be ensured to move stably.
