Working principle: when the plastic film casting equipment is used, as shown in fig. 1-7, firstly, plastic melt is extruded through an extrusion mechanism 1, under the action of an existing air knife, the plastic melt is attached to a first cooling roller 41 for cooling, forming and conveying, then, the plastic film is cooled down step by step through a second cooling roller 42 and a third cooling roller 43 in sequence, the cooling speed of the plastic film is promoted to be uniform, the cooling stress is reduced, the flatness and the mechanical property of the plastic film are enhanced, the deformation risk of the plastic film is reduced, the quality of the plastic film is improved, then, the thickness of the plastic film is measured through a thickness measuring mechanism 8, the edge of the plastic film is cut through a cutting mechanism 9, so that the edge integrity of the plastic film is ensured, and finally, the plastic film is wound up through a winding mechanism 10, so that the casting production work of the plastic film is completed.

A plastic film casting apparatus characterized in that: the plastic film rolling device comprises an extrusion mechanism (1) for conveying, heating and melting plastic particles, wherein a casting die head with controllable plastic thickness is connected to the left side of the extrusion mechanism (1), a cooling frame body (2) is arranged on the left side of the extrusion mechanism (1), a center column (3) is fixedly arranged in the cooling frame body (2), a cooling roller set (4) is arranged on an inner bearing of the cooling frame body (2), the cooling roller set (4) is sleeved on the outer side of the center column (3), a shaping frame body is arranged on the left side of the cooling frame body (2), a thickness measuring mechanism (8) is arranged on the right side of the shaping frame body, the thickness measuring mechanism (8) is used for detecting the thickness of a plastic film, a slitting mechanism (9) is arranged on the left side of the shaping frame body, two side corners of the plastic film are cut off by the slitting mechanism (9), and a rolling mechanism (10) capable of rolling the plastic film is arranged at the left end of the slitting mechanism (9);
the air circulation box body (7) is fixedly arranged below the cooling frame body (2), a refrigerator is arranged in the air circulation box body (7), an air outlet (71) and an air inlet (72) are respectively formed in the front end of the air circulation box body (7), the air outlet (71) and the air inlet (72) are respectively connected with the air inlet pipe (31) and the air outlet pipe (32) through pipelines, and the air inlet pipe (31) and the air outlet pipe (32) are respectively arranged in the center column (3) to realize the circulation flow of cold air in the center column (3);
pipe fitting (11) and transfer piece (12), it respectively fixed mounting in the inside of chill roll group (4) and center post (3), and opening (112) have all been seted up at both ends around pipe fitting (11), and the middle part intercommunication of pipe fitting (11) has siphunculus (111), moreover transfer piece (12) are connected with intake pipe (31) and outlet duct (32) respectively, realize the gas circulation.

A plastic film casting apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the cooling roller set (4) comprises a first cooling roller (41), a second cooling roller (42) and a third cooling roller (43), the first cooling roller (41), the second cooling roller (42) and the third cooling roller (43) are respectively sleeved on the outer sides of the three center posts (3), and a synchronous belt assembly (6) is connected between the end parts of the first cooling roller (41), the second cooling roller (42) and the third cooling roller (43) and the output end of the driving motor (5), and the driving motor (5) is mounted on the outer side wall of the cooling frame body (2).

A plastic film casting apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the transfer piece (12) comprises an inner circular ring (121) and an outer circular ring (122) which are arranged inside and outside, a connecting pipe (123) is connected between the inner circular ring (121) and the outer circular ring (122), a cavity (1211) and a runner (1221) are respectively formed in the inner circular ring (121) and the outer side of the outer circular ring (122), and the inner wall of the inner circular ring (121) is communicated with a convex block (124) which is convenient to connect with an air inlet pipe (31) and an air outlet pipe (32).
