In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 9, 14 and 15, the hinged end sealing plug 11 includes a sealing plug sealing portion 112 and a sealing plug sleeving portion 111, the sealing plug sleeving portion 111 is in sealing sleeving connection with the sleeving portion 21 of the hinge 2, the sealing plug sealing portion 112 is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the housing of the electric driving assembly 1, and the sealing plug sleeving portion 112 is in sleeving connection with the sleeving portion 21. The sealing connection can be threaded connection, bonding and clamping by using a sealing ring, and in the embodiment of the invention, the clamping by using the sealing ring is adopted. The above arrangement of the hinge end sealing plug 11 facilitates the connection of the hinge 2 to the body of the electric drive assembly 1 and has a good coaxiality.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 8 to 10, 14, 15 and 17, the electric drive assembly 1 further comprises: the heat conduction protection cylinder 10, the driving motor 12, the reduction gearbox assembly 13 and the output shaft 14 are accommodated in the heat conduction protection cylinder and are sequentially coupled. The heat-conducting protection cylinder 10 is preferably made of metal, and the heat-conducting protection cylinder 10 can be directly attached to the driving motor 12 shell, or can be used for radiating heat of the driving motor 12 shell through the heat-conducting protection cylinder 10 between the heat-conducting silicone grease filling gaps. Each unit of the electric drive assembly 1 is accommodated in the heat conduction protection cylinder 10, so that each unit of the electric drive assembly 1 is well ensured not to be polluted by dust and water vapor, and the reliability of each unit of the electric drive assembly 1 is improved.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, 10, 14, and 15, an output end sealing plug 141 is disposed on the inner wall of the heat conduction protection cylinder 10 at a position corresponding to the periphery of the output shaft 14, the middle of the output end sealing plug 141 is disposed through, the output shaft 14 passes through a through hole (not shown in the drawing) in the middle of the output end sealing plug 141, a gap is left between the through hole and the outer edge of the output shaft 14, and a sealing ring (not shown in the drawing) is clamped in one end of the through hole away from the reduction gearbox assembly 13, where the sealing ring and the output shaft 14 can realize sealing that the two can rotate relatively. The provision of the output sealing plug 141 further ensures the dust-proof and water-proof properties of the electric drive assembly 1.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 8, 10, and 13 to 17, the end button assembly 3 includes: the end button mounting seat 31, the end button body 32, the end cap 33, the telescopic cap spring 34 and the telescopic cap 35; one end of the end button mounting seat 31 is sleeved on the periphery of the output shaft 14 and detachably connected with the output end sealing plug 141, the outer edge of the other end is clamped on the end opening of the heat conduction protection cylinder 10, and the middle part of the end button mounting seat 31 is arranged in a penetrating way; the outer edge of the end button body 32 is clamped to the inner wall of one end of the cleaning roller 202 through a clamping part 322, the middle part of the end button body 32 is arranged in a penetrating manner, the end button body 32 comprises an output shaft sleeved end 321 and a containing end (not shown in the drawing), the sleeved end 321 is sleeved and mounted on the rotating end of the output shaft 14, the containing end is provided with a mounting groove (not shown in the drawing), the periphery of the mounting groove is provided with a clamping part 322 for driving the cleaning roller to rotate, and the clamping part 322 is used for driving the cleaning roller 202 of the cleaning machine 200 to rotate; one end of the telescopic end cap 35 is sleeved on the mounting groove and is limited by a limiting structure between the mounting groove and the telescopic end cap 35, the other end of the telescopic end cap outwards extends towards the direction deviating from the electric drive assembly 1 to form a protrusion, the outer edge of the protrusion is in transition fit with the inner ring of the first bearing 36, and the end of the protrusion is fastened by a gasket through a screw to limit the first bearing 36; the telescopic cap spring 34 is clamped between the telescopic cap 35 and the end button mounting seat 31 so that the telescopic cap 35 extends out of the mounting groove; the end cap 33 has an opening at one end and a closed end, the opening end is sleeved on the outer ring of the first bearing 36, the outer edge of the end cap 33 is clamped on a side wall of the cleaning head housing 201, the closed end can be pressed, and the end cap 33 can push the telescopic cap 35 to shrink backwards in the mounting groove after being pressed.
When in use, the end button body 32 is driven to rotate by the output shaft 14 of the electric drive assembly 1, and the clamping part 322 of the end button body 32 is clamped with the drive coupling end 202A at one end of the cleaning roller 202 of the cleaner 200 to drive the cleaning roller 202 to rotate; the driven end 202B of the other end of the cleaning roller 202 may be rotatably mounted to a mounting structure provided on the cleaning head housing 201, for example, may be rotatably mounted to the outer periphery of the motor fixing portion 2011. The locking portion 322 may be configured with a fin-shaped structure that matches with a locking groove formed on the inner wall of the roller assembly 202. When the detachable electric driving device 100 needs to be detached, the end cap 33 is only pressed, and the end cap 33 pushes the telescopic cap 35 to retract, so that the detachable electric driving device can be detached from the clamping position of the cleaning head shell 201 conveniently.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 7, 8 and 10, the outer edges of the end cap 33 and the card interface 2012 of the cleaning head housing 201 are circular, so that in practical use, the end cap 33 and the card interface 2012 do not rotate relative to each other, and the circular shape is merely provided for quick engagement without limitation of direction and angle. Of course, the outer edge shapes of the end cap 33 and the card interface 2012 may be triangular, rectangular, pentagonal, hexagonal, heptagonal, or other regular polygons as required, as long as the shapes of the two can be engaged with each other and do not need to rotate.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, 10, 14 and 15, the limiting structure includes a limiting waist-shaped hole 351 and a limiting pin 37, the limiting waist-shaped hole 351 is opened on the side wall of the telescopic cap 35 along the telescopic direction of the telescopic cap 35, and the limiting pin 37 is inserted through the side wall of the mounting groove to limit the limiting waist-shaped hole 351. The cooperation setting of spacing pin 37 with spacing waist type hole 351 makes flexible cap 35 be difficult for popping out from cleaning head casing 201 and drops, has strengthened the reliability of end cap 33 when using, more importantly, spacing pin 37 with spacing waist type hole 351's cooperation setting has limited flexible stroke of flexible cap 35 under flexible cap spring 34 effect.
In a specific embodiment, the outer circumference of the output shaft sleeve end 321 of the end button body 32 is sleeved with a second bearing 38, the inner ring of the second bearing 38 is in transition fit with the outer circumference of the output shaft sleeve end 321 of the end button body 32, and the outer ring of the second bearing 38 is in transition fit with the end button mounting seat 31. A second bearing 38 is arranged between the end button mounting seat 31 and the output shaft sleeving end 321 of the end button body 32, and the second bearing 38 is matched with a first bearing 36 arranged between the telescopic cap 35 and the end cap 33, and the two groups of coaxially arranged bearings can enable the rotating part of the whole end button assembly 3 to run more stably under high-speed rotation.
In a second aspect, as shown in fig. 4 and 7 to 10, the present invention further provides a cleaning machine 200, where the cleaning machine 200 includes a cleaning head housing 201, a cleaning roller 202, and the detachable electric driving device 100 according to the first aspect, the cleaning head housing 201 has a motor fixing portion 2011, and is hinged to one end of the hinge member 2, and the other end of the hinge member 2 is detachably and electrically connected to the power receiving end 1a of the electric driving assembly 1; the cleaning roller 202 is driven to rotate by the rotation output end 1b of the end knob assembly 3. Since the cleaning machine 200 adopts all the technical solutions of the detachable electric driving device 100 described above, corresponding technical effects are achieved, and further details are omitted.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, 8 and 9, the motor fixing portion 2011 includes a fixing portion body 20111, and a joint accommodating cavity 20112 and a wire harness accommodating cavity 20113 that are formed in the fixing portion body 20111, a pin hole 20114 is formed in a side wall of the joint accommodating cavity 20112, and is used for being matched with a hinge pin 20115 to hinge the corresponding hinge 2, and the wire harness accommodating cavity 20113 is used for allowing a wire harness led out by the hinge 2 to pass through.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 6, 8 and 9, the fixing portion body 20111 is provided with an annular clearance step 20116 at a position corresponding to the pin hole 20114. The arrangement of the annular clearance step 20116 enables the hinge position of the fixed part body 20111 and the hinge 2 to have a larger movable space, so that inconvenience in rotation when the fixed part body 20111 and the hinge 2 are hinged and rotated when the detachable electric driving device 100 is detached is avoided, and the convenience in detachment is improved.
In a specific embodiment, the outer edge of the hinge portion 23 of the hinge 2 is provided with a bearing mounting step (not shown in the drawing) for mounting a third bearing M, the inner ring of the third bearing M is in transition fit with the bearing mounting step, and the portion of the inner wall of the cleaning roller 202 located at the hinge portion 23 is in transition fit with the outer ring of the third bearing M. A third bearing M is disposed between the outer edge of the hinge portion 23 of the hinge 2 and the inner wall of the cleaning roller 202, and is matched with a first bearing 36 disposed between the telescopic cap 35 and the end cap 31, and a second bearing 38 disposed between the end button mounting seat 31 and the output shaft socket end 321 of the end button body 32, and the three sets of coaxially disposed bearings can make the rotating portion of the entire cleaning roller 202 operate more stably under high-speed rotation. The inner wall of the cleaning roller 202 is located at one end of the hinge 2 and is rotatably connected with the end button of the third bearing M disposed at the outer edge of the hinge portion 23 of the hinge 2, so that the inner wall of the cleaning roller 202 is rotatably supported at a larger distance, radial runout generated in the rotation process of the inner wall of the cleaning roller 202 is reduced to the maximum extent, and small noise of equipment operation is ensured.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the cleaning roller 202 includes an inner cylinder 2021, an outer cylinder 2022, and a coupling portion 2023. The inner cylinder 2021 and the outer cylinder 2022 can slide mutually, be detached and separated, the outer edge of the inner cylinder is provided with T-shaped reinforcing ribs extending along the axial direction, and the outer cylinder 2022 is provided with matching grooves corresponding to the reinforcing ribs in shape. The reinforcing ribs of the inner tube 2021 and the matching grooves of the outer tube 2022, which are matched with each other, can further improve the output capability of the inner tube 2021 for transmitting torque to the outer tube 2022, and can facilitate the disassembly and maintenance of the two. Further, the outer edge of the outer cylinder 2022 is coated with a sponge layer (not shown in the drawing) capable of wiping the surface to be cleaned, and since the sponge layer needs to wipe the surface to be cleaned on one hand and also needs to bear the extrusion of the squeezing strip (not shown in the drawing) of the cleaning head on the other hand, the sponge layer has a certain loss after a period of use by a user, and when the degree of the loss obviously reduces the cleaning capability of the cleaning machine 200, the sponge layer needs to be replaced. The design that the inner cylinder 2021 and the outer cylinder 2022 can be mutually slid, detached and separated can enable a user to conveniently replace the outer cylinder 2022 only when the cleaning roller 202 needs to be replaced, so that the cost for replacing the whole cleaning roller 202 is reduced. The coupling portion 2023 is disposed at one end of the inner cylinder 2021, the coupling portion 2023 is in interference fit with the inner cylinder 2021, and is not easy to slide and rotate with each other, so that in order to further improve the stability of interference fit between the coupling portion 2023 and the inner cylinder 2021, the coupling portion 2023 and the clamping portion 322 of the end button body 32 can be further bonded, and when the end button body 22 rotates, the coupling portion 2023 is driven to rotate synchronously, and the whole cleaning roller 202 is driven to rotate. The coupling portion 2023 is disposed at one end of the inner cylinder 2021, so that the external rotation driving mechanism can be conveniently coupled to one end of the cleaning roller 202 to drive the whole cleaning roller 202 to rotate.
In a third aspect, the present invention also provides a method of maintaining a removable electric drive apparatus as described in the first aspect, comprising the steps of:
the first step, press the said end button assembly to realize the separation of the said detachable electric drive unit from a sidewall of the said cleaning head shell;
a second step of continuing to rotate the detachable electric driving device around the hinge joint of the motor fixing part until one side of the cleaning roller leaves a side wall of the cleaning head shell;
thirdly, the cleaning roller is pulled out from one side far away from the motor fixing part along the outer surface of the detachable electric driving device, and the cleaning roller is taken down;
holding the motor heat conduction protection cylinder, pulling out the held part of the detachable electric driving device towards the direction deviating from the motor fixing part by force, and separating the held part of the detachable electric driving device from the electric connection end of the hinge piece;
fifthly, the separated held part of the detachable electric driving device is further detached to form a motor heat conduction protection cylinder, a driving motor, a reduction gearbox assembly and an end button assembly;
step six, replacing the corresponding faulty assembly, and then assembling each assembly again to form a part of the detachable electric driving device which is held by the separated assembly, and tightly butting the part with the electric connection end of the hinge piece;
seventhly, pushing the cleaning roller inwards along the outer surface of the detachable electric driving device from the end button assembly end towards the motor fixing part to finish the clamping installation of the cleaning roller on the detachable electric driving device;
eighth, while pressing the end button assembly, the detachable electric driving device which is sleeved with the cleaning roller is continuously rotated around the hinge joint of the motor fixing part until the end button assembly is clamped back to one side wall of the cleaning head shell again.

Claims (15)

1. A detachable electric driving device installed between two opposite side walls of a cleaning head housing for driving a cleaning roller to rotate, comprising:
the electric driving assembly comprises an electric connection end and a rotation output end, and the rotation output end is provided with an output shaft which is driven to rotate by electricity;
one end of the hinge component is detachably and electrically connected with the power-on end, and the other end of the hinge component is hinged with a motor fixing part on one side wall of the cleaning head shell;
the end button assembly comprises an input end and a clamping end, the input end is coupled with the output shaft, the outer edge of the input end is coupled with the cleaning roller and drives the cleaning roller to rotate, and the clamping end is clamped with the other side wall of the cleaning head shell and has a movable stroke along the axial direction of the electric drive assembly;
the electric drive assembly may be quickly separated from the hinge at the power receiving end during maintenance.
2. The detachable electric drive of claim 1, wherein said hinge comprises:
the sleeving part is sleeved with the power-on end of the electric driving assembly;
the plug-in component is arranged in the middle of the sleeving part of the hinge component and is matched with the electric connecting component arranged at the electric connecting end;
and the hinge part is arranged at the back of the sleeving part and is used for being hinged with the motor fixing part.
3. The removable electrical drive of claim 2, further comprising a hinged end seal plug mounted to the electrical terminal, the electrical connector extending through a middle portion of the hinged end seal plug.
4. A removable electrical drive as claimed in claim 3 wherein the hinged end sealing plug comprises a sealing plug sealing portion and a sealing plug socket portion, the sealing plug sealing portion being sealingly connected to the housing inner wall of the electrical drive assembly, the sealing plug socket portion being socket-connected to the socket portion.
5. The detachable electric drive of claim 1 wherein said electric drive assembly further comprises: the heat conduction protection cylinder, the driving motor and the reduction box assembly are accommodated in the heat conduction protection cylinder, and the driving motor, the reduction box assembly and the output shaft are sequentially coupled in the heat conduction protection cylinder.
6. The detachable electric drive unit of claim 5 wherein said thermally conductive protective cylinder inner wall is provided with an output end sealing plug at a location corresponding to the periphery of said output shaft.
7. The detachable electric drive of claim 6 wherein said end button assembly comprises:
one end of the end button mounting seat is sleeved on the periphery of the output shaft and detachably connected with the output end sealing plug, and the outer edge of the other end of the end button mounting seat is clamped on the opening at the end part of the heat conduction protection cylinder;
the middle part of the end button body is arranged in a penetrating way and comprises an output shaft sleeving end and an accommodating end, the sleeving end is sleeved and arranged at the rotating end of the output shaft, the accommodating end is provided with an installation groove, and the periphery of the installation groove is provided with a clamping part for driving the cleaning roller to rotate;
one end of the telescopic cap is sleeved on the mounting groove and is limited by a limiting structure between the mounting groove and the end cap, the other end of the telescopic cap is provided with a bulge deviating from the mounting groove, and the outer edge of the bulge is in transition fit with the inner ring of the first bearing;
the telescopic cap spring is clamped between the end cap and the end button mounting seat so that the end cap extends out of the mounting groove;
and one end of the end cap is sleeved on the outer ring of the first bearing, and the other end of the end cap is clamped with one side wall of the cleaning head shell.
8. The detachable electric drive of claim 7 wherein the limit structure comprises a limit waist-shaped hole and a limit pin, the limit waist-shaped hole is formed in the side wall of the end cap along the extension and retraction direction of the end cap, and the limit pin is arranged on the side wall of the mounting groove in a penetrating manner so as to limit the limit waist-shaped hole.
9. The detachable electric drive of claim 7 wherein said end button body is provided with a second bearing around the outer circumference of said end button body, said second bearing inner race is in transition fit with said end button body around the outer circumference of said end button body, and said second bearing outer race is in transition fit with said end button mount.
10. A cleaning machine comprising a cleaning head housing, a cleaning roller and a removable electric drive according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
a motor fixing part is arranged on one side wall of the cleaning head shell and hinged with one end of the hinge piece, and the other end of the hinge piece is detachably and electrically connected with the power-receiving end of the electric drive assembly;
the cleaning roller is driven to rotate by the clamping end of the end button assembly.
11. The cleaning machine of claim 10, wherein the motor fixing portion includes a fixing portion body, and a hinge head accommodating cavity and a wire harness accommodating cavity which are formed in the fixing portion body, wherein a pin hole is formed in a side wall of the hinge head accommodating cavity, the pin hole is used for being matched with a hinge pin to hinge the corresponding hinge member, and the wire harness accommodating cavity is used for allowing a wire harness led out by the hinge member to pass through.
12. The cleaning machine of claim 11 wherein said fixed portion body has an annular clearance step at a location corresponding to said pin hole.
13. The cleaning machine of claim 10 wherein the outer edge of the hinge portion of the hinge member is provided with a bearing mounting step for mounting a third bearing, the inner race of the third bearing is in transition fit with the bearing mounting step, and the inner wall of the cleaning roller at the second end of the hinge member is in transition fit with the outer race of the third bearing.
14. The cleaning machine of claim 10 wherein said cleaning roller comprises an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, and a coupling; the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder can slide mutually, be disassembled and separated, the coupling part is arranged at one end of the inner cylinder, and the coupling part and the inner cylinder are in interference fit or adhesion; the outer edge of the outer cylinder is coated with a sponge layer which can wipe the surface to be cleaned.
15. A method of maintaining a removable electric drive as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising:
the first step, press the said end button assembly to realize the separation of the said detachable electric drive unit from a sidewall of the said cleaning head shell;
a second step of continuing to rotate the detachable electric driving device around the hinge joint of the motor fixing part until one side of the cleaning roller leaves a side wall of the cleaning head shell;
thirdly, the cleaning roller is pulled out from one side far away from the motor fixing part along the outer surface of the detachable electric driving device, and the cleaning roller is taken down;
holding the motor heat conduction protection cylinder, pulling out the held part of the detachable electric driving device towards the direction deviating from the motor fixing part by force, and separating the held part of the detachable electric driving device from the electric connection end of the hinge piece;
fifthly, the separated held part of the detachable electric driving device is further detached to form a motor heat conduction protection cylinder, a driving motor, a reduction gearbox assembly and an end button assembly;
step six, replacing the corresponding faulty assembly, and then assembling each assembly again to form a part of the detachable electric driving device which is held by the separated assembly, and tightly butting the part with the electric connection end of the hinge piece;
seventhly, pushing the cleaning roller inwards along the outer surface of the detachable electric driving device from the end button assembly end towards the motor fixing part to finish the clamping installation of the cleaning roller on the detachable electric driving device;
eighth, while pressing the end button assembly, the detachable electric driving device which is sleeved with the cleaning roller is continuously rotated around the hinge joint of the motor fixing part until the end button assembly is clamped back to one side wall of the cleaning head shell again.
