Abstract
A liquid supply system for a portable bathing machine, comprising: a clear water container, a shower gel container, a clear water pump and a shower gel pump which are arranged in a main machine of the bath machine; the spray nozzle, the water outlet switch, the shower gel outlet switch and the pipe joint are arranged on the brush head; a clear water pipe and a shower gel pipe which are arranged in a hose connecting the host and the brush head; the pipe joint comprises a first joint, a second joint communicated with the first joint and a third joint communicated with the first joint, wherein the first joint is connected with the nozzle, the second joint is connected with the clear water pipe, and the third joint is connected with the shower gel pipe. Because the shower gel and the clear water adopt mutually independent conveying pipelines, the shower gel can be prevented from being remained on skin, the pipe joint ensures that the clear water and the shower gel are output from the same nozzle, the structure of the brush head is simplified, and the shower gel and the clear water are better dispersed to the whole working surface of the brush head.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bathing machines, in particular to a liquid supply system of a portable bathing machine, which can absorb sewage after bathing simultaneously in the process of water spraying and bathing, wherein the liquid supply system is used for applying one of clear water and bath lotion to skin in response to a switching signal.
Background
The portable bathing machine can absorb sewage after bathing simultaneously in the water spraying bathing process, the sewage after bathing can not be scattered from skin, and the skin is not required to be wiped by towels after bathing, so that the portable bathing machine has the characteristics of less water consumption and convenient use. Most of the existing portable bathing machines have no function of applying the bath cream to the skin, so that improvement is necessary.

The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, terms such as first, second, etc. used in this application are used to distinguish between different components that have the same name, and do not include meaning for importance, precedence, etc.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the portable bathing machine includes a main machine 100, a brush head 300, a hose 200 connecting the main machine 100 and the brush head 300, and a liquid supply system. When the water outlet switch 302 is turned on, the fresh water pump 106 is started, the fresh water in the fresh water container 104 is pumped out under the action of the fresh water pump 106, the fresh water is conveyed to the second joint of the pipe joint 308 in the brush head 300 along the fresh water pipe 202 in the hose 200, then enters the nozzle 307 in the brush head 300 from the first joint of the pipe joint 308, and finally is applied to the skin 400 from the nozzle 307 through the water outlet hole 305. When the water outlet switch 302 is turned off, the fresh water pump 106 is stopped, so that the fresh water vessel 104 stops feeding fresh water to the nozzle 307.
When the body wash switch 303 is turned on, the body wash pump 107 is activated, the body wash in the body wash container 105 is drawn out by the body wash pump 107, the body wash is transferred along the body wash pipe 201 in the hose 200 to the third joint of the pipe joint 308 in the brush head 300, then enters the nozzle 307 in the brush head 300 from the first joint of the pipe joint 308, and finally is applied to the skin 400 from the nozzle 307 through the water outlet hole 305. When the shower switch 303 is turned off, the shower pump 107 is stopped, so that the shower container 105 stops supplying the shower gel to the nozzle 307.
According to the liquid supply system of the portable bath machine, on one hand, the bath lotion and the clear water adopt the mutually independent conveying pipelines, so that the bath lotion can be independently applied to the skin 400, and the clear water can be independently sprayed to the skin 400, so that the skin 400 can be washed by the clear water after the bath lotion is used for bathing, and the residual bath lotion on the skin 400 can be avoided. On the other hand, since the nozzle 307, the fresh water pipe 202 and the body wash pipe 201 are connected through the pipe joint 308, so that the fresh water and the body wash are outputted from the same nozzle 307, the structure of the brush head 300 is simplified, and when the nozzle 307 is arranged corresponding to the center of the working face 304 of the brush head 300, both the body wash and the fresh water can be outputted from the center of the working face 304 of the brush head 300, and both the body wash and the fresh water can be better dispersed to the whole working face 304 of the brush head 300.
The working surface 304 of the brush head 300 is the surface that opposes the skin 400 during bathing.
Illustratively, the brush head 300 includes a working surface 304 and a handle 301, the working surface 304 is provided with a water outlet hole 305 and a backflow hole 306, the working surface 304 is circular, the water outlet hole 305 is disposed at the center of the working surface 304, the nozzle 307 corresponds to the water outlet hole 305, the backflow hole 306 includes a plurality of backflow holes 306 disposed around the center of the working surface 304. A sewage container 101 and a vacuum motor 102 are provided in the main unit 100, a sewage pipe 203 is provided in the hose 200, one end of the sewage pipe 203 is connected to the return hole 306, the other end of the sewage pipe 203 is connected to the sewage container 101, and the vacuum motor 102 is connected to the sewage container 101 to provide suction force for sucking sewage into the sewage container 101. The vacuum motor 102 is started or stopped in response to the water outlet switch 302, specifically, when the water outlet switch 302 is turned on, the vacuum motor 102 is started, when the water outlet switch 302 is turned off, the vacuum motor 102 is stopped, or when the water outlet switch 302 is turned off, the vacuum motor 102 is stopped after a set time delay.
Illustratively, the outlet switch 303 and outlet switch 302 are provided on the handle 301 of the brush head 300, preferably in a position that: when the user holds the handle 301 to perform a bathing operation, the user can change the state of the switch by a finger, for example, turning the switch on or turning the switch off.
In one embodiment, the pipe joint 308 is a three-way joint.
Alternatively, the coupler 308 may be a multi-way coupler, such as a four-way coupler, with the fourth coupler of the four-way coupler being used to couple to other sources of liquid, such as fragrance liquid. Or when no other liquid source is arranged, the fourth joint is closed by a plug.
In one embodiment, the body wash pump 107 is a metering pump. In this embodiment, since the body wash pump 107 employs a dosing pump, the amount of the body wash applied can be precisely controlled, and excessive or insufficient body wash applied to the skin 400 due to inexperience can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the top of the body wash container 105 includes a filling hole 1051, a ventilation hole 1053, and a check valve 1056 provided at the ventilation hole 1053, and the check valve 1056 is unidirectional in a direction from the outside to the inside of the body wash container 105. In this embodiment, the user can supplement the body wash to the body wash container 105 through the liquid filling hole 1051 without taking out the body wash container 105 from the main body 100, and has the advantage of conveniently supplementing the body wash. The ventilation holes 1053 can keep the balance of the internal and external air pressure of the shower gel container 105, and the one-way valve 1056 is arranged, so that the shower gel in the shower gel container 105 can not be poured out after the main machine 100 is accidentally inclined.
In one embodiment, the one-way valve 1056 is a duckbill valve made of silicone, and the duckbill valve is integrally formed with the orifice cover 1052 of the fill orifice 1051. The orifice cover 1052 is connected to the body wash container 105 via the connecting posts 1054 to prevent the orifice cover 1052 from being lost.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the clear water container 104, the body wash container 105 and the sewage container 101 are provided independently of each other. When in use, a user can independently take any one of the clean water container 104, the shower gel container 105 and the sewage container 101 from the host 100, and the shower gel container has the advantage of convenient use.
Specifically, the main machine 100 includes a receiving chamber, and the top of the main machine 100 includes an inlet for the container to enter and exit the receiving chamber, and the clear water container 104, the shower gel container 105, and the sewage container 101 are disposed in the receiving chamber side by side in the horizontal direction. In this embodiment, the user can take the clear water container 104, the shower gel container 105 and the sewage container 101 upward from the main machine 100, and since the three containers are horizontally arranged side by side, any one container is taken from the main machine 100 without being interfered by other containers.
In one embodiment, a wire 204 is disposed in hose 200, a water outlet switch 302 and a shower gel outlet switch 303 are electrically connected to wire 204, wire 204 is electrically connected to controller 103 in host 100, and controller 103 is electrically connected to clear water pump 106, shower gel pump 107 and vacuum motor 102. In this embodiment, the water outlet switch 302 and the shower gel outlet switch 303 are disposed on the handle 301 of the brush head 300, so that a user can switch water outlet or shower gel outlet in the process of operating the brush head 300 to wash the shower, and the shower gel device has the advantage of convenient use, and due to the controller 103, delay control can be conveniently realized through the controller 103, for example, when the water outlet switch 302 is closed, the vacuum motor 102 is stopped after delay setting time, and the effect of better absorbing the shower water on the skin 400 can be achieved.
Illustratively, the outer wall of the host 100 is provided with a hose receiving recess 108, and the hose 200 is receivable in the recess 108.
Therefore, in the liquid supply system of the portable bath machine, on one hand, the bath lotion and the clear water adopt the mutually independent conveying pipelines, so that the bath lotion can be independently applied to the skin 400, and the clear water can be independently sprayed to the skin 400, so that the skin 400 can be washed by the clear water after the bath lotion is used for bathing, and the residual bath lotion on the skin 400 can be avoided. On the other hand, since the nozzle 307, the fresh water pipe 202 and the body wash pipe 201 are connected through the pipe joint 308, so that the fresh water and the body wash are outputted from the same nozzle 307, the structure of the brush head 300 is simplified, and when the nozzle 307 is arranged corresponding to the center of the working face 304 of the brush head 300, both the body wash and the fresh water can be outputted from the center of the working face 304 of the brush head 300, and both the body wash and the fresh water can be better dispersed to the whole working face 304 of the brush head 300.

the pipe joint is a three-way joint.
3. The liquid supply system of a portable bathing machine of claim 1, wherein:
the bath lotion pump is a constant delivery pump.
4. The liquid supply system of a portable bathing machine of claim 1, wherein:
the top of the body wash container comprises a liquid injection hole, an air vent and a one-way valve arranged on the air vent, and the one-way valve is conducted unidirectionally in a direction from the outside to the inside of the body wash container.
5. The liquid supply system of a portable bathing machine of claim 4, wherein:
the one-way valve is a duckbill valve, and the duckbill valve and the hole cover of the liquid injection hole are integrally formed.
6. The liquid supply system of a portable bathing machine of claim 1, wherein:
the clear water container, the shower gel container and the sewage container of the bath machine are mutually independent.
7. The liquid supply system of a portable bathing machine of claim 6, wherein:
the main machine comprises a containing cavity, the top of the main machine comprises an imbedding port for a container to enter and exit the containing cavity, and the clear water container, the shower gel container and the sewage container are arranged in the containing cavity side by side along the horizontal direction.
