The cooling control unit includes a cooling temperature sensor 23 and a cooling pressure sensor 24 connected to a cooling water inlet, a cooling water outlet, a water circulation inlet, and a water circulation outlet of the cooler 21, respectively. In practical use, the cooling temperature sensor 23 and the cooling pressure sensor 24 are used for sensing the water temperature and the water pressure at the cooling water inlet, the cooling water outlet, the water circulation inlet and the water circulation outlet of the cooler 21, the control device 5 can control the working quantity of the cooler 21 according to the water temperature at the cooling water inlet, the cooling water outlet, the water circulation inlet and the water circulation outlet of the cooler 21, and can judge the leakage and the blockage of the pipeline of the cooler 21 connected with the primary side cooling water circulation device 1 and the secondary side water circulation device 3 according to the water pressure at the cooling water inlet, the cooling water outlet, the water circulation inlet and the water circulation outlet of the cooler 21, and when the leakage and the blockage of the pipeline occur, the control device 5 can control the cooling electromagnetic valve 22 at the cooling water inlet, the cooling water circulation inlet and the water circulation outlet of the cooler 21 to stop the working of the cooler 21.
In one embodiment, see fig. 1 and 4. The secondary-side water circulation control unit includes a secondary-side pressure sensor 33 connected in the secondary-side water circulation passage. In practical use, the secondary side pressure sensor 33 is used to sense the water pressure of the secondary side water circulation channel so as to control the operation of the secondary side water circulation pressure compensating device 4 by the control device 5.
In one embodiment, see fig. 1 and 5. The secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing device 4 comprises a water tank 41, a water softener 42, a plurality of pressure supplementing pumps 46 connected in parallel and an expansion tank 47, one end of the water softener 42 is connected with the water tank 41, the other end of the water softener is externally connected with a water supply pipeline, the water tank 41 is connected in a secondary side water circulation channel through the pressure supplementing pumps 46, and the expansion tank 47 is connected in the secondary side water circulation channel. In practical application, the water tank 41 is used for storing softened water of the water softener 42, the pressure compensating pump 46 is used for pumping softened water in the water tank 41 into the secondary side water circulation channel for pressure compensation, the expansion tank 47 is used for balancing water pressure in the secondary side water circulation channel, and when the water pressure in the secondary side water circulation channel is suddenly changed, the pressure suddenly changed can be adapted through expansion or contraction of a capsule in the expansion tank 47, so that a pipeline of the secondary side water circulation channel is prevented from being directly impacted by the pressure suddenly changed, and the pipeline is protected.
The secondary side water circulation pressure-supplementing control unit comprises a pressure-supplementing electromagnetic valve 43, a pressure-relieving electromagnetic valve 44 and a pressure-supplementing water level sensor 45, wherein the pressure-supplementing electromagnetic valve 43 is connected between the water tank 41 and the water softener 42, the pressure-relieving electromagnetic valve 44 and the pressure-supplementing pump 46 are connected between the water tank 41 and the secondary side water circulation channel in parallel, and the pressure-supplementing water level sensor 45 is arranged in the water tank 41. In practical application, the pressure-compensating electromagnetic valve 43 is used for controlling on-off of the water tank 41 and the water softener 42, the pressure-compensating water level sensor 45 is used for sensing the water level in the water tank 41, when the pressure-compensating water level sensor 45 senses that softened water in the water tank 41 is too low, the control device 5 can control the pressure-compensating electromagnetic valve 43 to be connected with the water tank 41 and the water softener 42, so that water in a water supply pipeline is supplemented into the water tank 41 after being softened by the water softener 42, and otherwise, the pressure-compensating electromagnetic valve 43 is controlled to be closed; the pressure relief electromagnetic valve 44 is used for controlling on-off of the water tank 41 and the secondary side water circulation channel, and when the water pressure of the secondary side water circulation channel is too high, the control device 5 controls the pressure relief electromagnetic valve 44 to be communicated with the water tank 41 and the secondary side water circulation channel, so that water in the secondary side water circulation channel can flow into the water tank 41.
In one embodiment, see FIG. 1. A safety auxiliary device 6 is connected between the secondary side water circulation device 3 and the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing device 4, the safety auxiliary device 6 comprises a safety electromagnetic valve 61, one end of the safety electromagnetic valve 61 is connected between the secondary side water circulation device 3 and the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing device 4, and the other end is externally connected with a safety pressure discharging pipeline. In practical application, the safety solenoid valve 61 is used for controlling the on-off of the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing device 4 and the safety pressure discharging pipeline, when the water pressure in the secondary side water circulation channel is higher than the bearing capacity of the pipeline, the control device 5 controls the safety solenoid valve 61 to be connected with the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing device 4 and the safety pressure discharging pipeline, so that water can be discharged into the safety pressure discharging pipeline through the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing device 4 and the safety solenoid valve 61, the pipeline can be protected, and the safety of the pipeline is ensured.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the invention provides a control method of a cooling system of an intelligent mining equipment unit, which comprises a primary side cooling water circulation control method, a cooling control method, a secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing method and a safety auxiliary control method;
the primary side cooling water circulation control method comprises the following steps: when the primary side water level sensor 12 in the corresponding water well senses that the water level of the water well is lower than a set value, the control device 5 controls the submersible pump 11 in the corresponding water well to stop working, and puts the submersible pumps 11 in other high water level water wells into working; when the primary side pressure sensor 15 senses that the water pressure of the primary side cooling water passage is higher than a preset value, the control device 5 controls the automatic filter washer 14 to perform washing; when the cooling temperature sensor 23 at the water circulation outlet of the cooler 21 senses that the water temperature at the water circulation outlet is higher than a preset value, the control device 5 controls the submersible pumps 11 in other wells to be started, so that the other submersible pumps 11 are put into operation to increase the working quantity of the submersible pumps 11, otherwise, controls the other submersible pumps 11 to stop working to reduce the working quantity of the submersible pumps 11;
the cooling control method comprises the following steps: when the cooling temperature sensor 23 at the water circulation outlet of the cooler 21 senses that the water temperature at the water circulation outlet is higher than a preset value, the control device 5 controls the cooling water inlets of other coolers 21, the cooling electromagnetic valves 22 corresponding to the water circulation inlets and the water circulation outlets to be communicated with the corresponding primary side cooling water channels and secondary side water circulation channels, so that the other coolers 21 are put into operation to increase the working quantity of the coolers 21, otherwise, controls the other coolers 21 to stop working to reduce the working quantity of the coolers 21; when the pressure difference of the water pressure sensed by the cooling pressure sensor 24 at the cooling water inlet and the cooling water outlet of the cooler 21 is larger than a preset value and/or when the pressure difference of the water pressure sensed by the cooling pressure sensor 24 at the water circulation inlet and the water circulation outlet of the cooler 21 is larger than a preset value, the control device 5 controls the cooling electromagnetic valves 22 of the cooling water inlet, the cooling water outlet, the water circulation inlet and the water circulation outlet of the corresponding cooler 21 to be closed so as to stop the corresponding cooler 21;
the secondary side water circulation control method comprises the following steps: when the cooling temperature sensor 23 at the water circulation outlet of the cooler 21 senses that the water temperature at the water circulation outlet is higher than a preset value, the control device 5 controls the other secondary side circulation pumps 32 to be put into operation so as to increase the working quantity of the secondary side circulation pumps 32, otherwise, controls the other secondary side circulation pumps 32 to stop working so as to reduce the working quantity of the secondary side circulation pumps 32; when the secondary side circulation pump 32 in operation fails, the control device 5 controls the other secondary side circulation pumps 32 to be put into operation; wherein, the failed secondary side circulating pump 32 can be checked and maintained without stopping the whole equipment, thereby ensuring that the mining equipment unit 31 does not stop working.
The secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing method comprises the following steps: when the secondary side pressure sensor 33 senses that the water pressure of the secondary side water circulation channel is lower than a preset value, the control device 5 controls the pressure supplementing pump 46 to start, water in the water tank 41 is conveyed into the secondary side water circulation channel, and otherwise, the pressure supplementing pump 46 is controlled to stop working; when the working pressure compensating pump 46 fails, the control device 5 controls the other pressure compensating pumps 46 to work; when the secondary side pressure sensor 33 senses that the water pressure of the secondary side water circulation channel is higher than a preset limiting value, the control device 5 controls the pressure relief electromagnetic valve 44 to be opened, so that water in the secondary side water circulation channel flows back into the water tank 41, and otherwise, controls the pressure relief electromagnetic valve 44 to be closed; when the pressure-supplementing water level sensor 45 senses that the water in the water tank 41 is lower than a preset value, the control device 5 controls the pressure-supplementing electromagnetic valve 43 to be opened, so that the water in the water supply pipeline is supplemented into the water tank 41 after being softened by the water softener 42, and otherwise, controls the pressure-supplementing electromagnetic valve 43 to be closed; wherein, the failed pressure compensating pump 46 can be checked and maintained without stopping the whole equipment, thereby ensuring the operation of the secondary side water circulation pressure compensating device 4.
The safety auxiliary control method comprises the following steps of; when the secondary side pressure sensor 33 senses that the water pressure of the secondary side water circulation channel is higher than a preset safety value, the control device 5 controls the safety electromagnetic valve 61 to be opened, so that the water in the secondary side water circulation channel is discharged through the safety pressure discharge pipeline, and otherwise, controls the safety electromagnetic valve 61 to be closed.
With the above structure, in the cooling process of the mining equipment unit 31, since the control method of the cooling system includes the primary side cooling water circulation control method, the cooling control method, the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing method and the safety auxiliary control method, other equipment which is not in operation can be automatically put into the operation state after failure of the working equipment in the cooling system or overload of cooling is operated under the control of the primary side cooling water circulation control method, the cooling control method, the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing method and the safety auxiliary control method; and under the cooperation of the cooling device 2, the secondary side water circulation device 3 and the control device 5, the working quantity of the secondary side circulation pump 32 can be automatically adjusted according to the cooling effect so as to change the circulation frequency to meet the working conditions of different equipment, so that the device can adapt to complex variable working condition environments and reduce the consumption of energy and electric energy.
In one embodiment, see fig. 1 and 2. The preset value of the cooling temperature sensor 23 at the water circulation outlet of the plurality of coolers 21 is gradually increased. The preset value of the water pressure of the secondary side water circulation channel can be a pressure range value, the preset limiting value of the water pressure of the secondary side water circulation channel is larger than a preset maximum value, and the preset safety value of the water pressure of the secondary side water circulation channel is larger than the preset limiting value; in practical application, the preset values of the cooling temperature sensors 23 at the water circulation outlets of the plurality of coolers 21 are gradually increased, so that frequent start and stop of the coolers 21 can be reduced, the preset value of the water pressure of the secondary side water circulation channel is a pressure range value, and frequent start and stop of the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing device 4 can be reduced.

Claims (9)

1. The control method of the cooling system of the intelligent mining equipment unit is characterized by comprising a primary side cooling water circulation device, a cooling device, a secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing device and a control device, wherein the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing device is used for supplementing water to the secondary side water circulation device;
the primary side cooling water circulation device comprises a submersible pump arranged in a plurality of water wells and a plurality of primary side electromagnetic valves connected in parallel, and the plurality of submersible pumps are connected with the cooling device through the plurality of primary side electromagnetic valves connected in parallel after being connected in parallel;
the cooling device comprises a plurality of coolers which are connected in parallel, one side of the cooler is provided with a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet, the other side of the cooler is provided with a water circulation inlet and a water circulation outlet, the cooling water inlet of the cooler is connected with a submersible pump to form a primary side cooling water channel, and the cooling water inlet, the water circulation inlet and the water circulation outlet of the cooler are respectively connected with a cooling electromagnetic valve;
the secondary side water circulation device comprises a mining equipment unit formed by connecting a plurality of mining equipment in parallel and a plurality of secondary side circulation pumps connected in parallel, one end of the mining equipment unit is connected with a water circulation inlet of the cooler through the secondary side circulation pump, and the other end of the mining equipment unit is connected with a water circulation outlet of the cooler to form a secondary side water circulation channel;
the primary side cooling water circulation control unit is used for controlling the start and stop of the submersible pumps and the switch of the primary side electromagnetic valve so as to control the submersible pumps to be put into operation or stop operation;
the cooling control unit is used for controlling the on-off of cooling electromagnetic valves of a cooling water inlet, a water circulation inlet and a water circulation outlet of a plurality of coolers so as to control the coolers to be put into operation or stop operation;
the secondary side water circulation control unit is used for controlling the start and stop of a plurality of secondary side circulation pumps;
the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing control unit is used for controlling the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing device to supplement water to the secondary side water circulation device;
the control method of the cooling system of the intelligent mining equipment unit comprises a primary side cooling water circulation control method, a cooling control method, a secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing method and a safety auxiliary control method;
the primary side cooling water circulation control method comprises the following steps: when the primary side water level sensor in the corresponding water well senses that the water level of the water well is lower than a set value, the control device controls the submersible pump in the corresponding water well to stop working, and puts the submersible pumps in other high water level water wells into working; when the primary side pressure sensor senses that the water pressure of the primary side cooling water channel is higher than a preset value, the control device controls the automatic filtering cleaner to perform cleaning; when the cooling temperature sensor at the water circulation outlet of the cooler senses that the water temperature at the water circulation outlet is higher than a preset value, the control device controls the submersible pumps in other wells to be started, so that the other submersible pumps are put into operation to increase the working quantity of the submersible pumps, otherwise, the other submersible pumps are controlled to stop working to reduce the working quantity of the submersible pumps;
the cooling control method includes: when the cooling temperature sensor at the water circulation outlet of the cooler senses that the water temperature at the water circulation outlet is higher than a preset value, the control device controls the cooling water inlets of other coolers, the cooling electromagnetic valves corresponding to the water circulation inlets and the water circulation outlets to be communicated with the corresponding primary side cooling water channel and secondary side water circulation channel, so that the other coolers are put into operation to increase the working quantity of the coolers, otherwise, the control device controls the other coolers to stop working to reduce the working quantity of the coolers; when the pressure difference of the water pressure sensed by the cooling pressure sensor at the cooling water inlet and the cooling water outlet of the cooler is larger than a preset value and/or when the pressure difference of the water pressure sensed by the cooling pressure sensor at the water circulation inlet and the water circulation outlet of the cooler is larger than a preset value, the control device controls the cooling electromagnetic valves of the cooling water inlet, the cooling water outlet, the water circulation inlet and the water circulation outlet of the corresponding cooler to be closed, so that the corresponding cooler stops working;
the secondary side water circulation control method comprises the following steps: when the cooling temperature sensor at the water circulation outlet of the cooler senses that the water temperature at the water circulation outlet is higher than a preset value, the control device controls other secondary side circulation pumps to be put into operation so as to increase the working quantity of the secondary side circulation pumps, otherwise, controls other secondary side circulation pumps to stop working so as to reduce the working quantity of the secondary side circulation pumps; when the working secondary side circulating pump fails, the control device controls other secondary side circulating pumps to work;
the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing method comprises the following steps: when the secondary side pressure sensor senses that the water pressure of the secondary side water circulation channel is lower than a preset value, the control device controls the pressure compensating pump to start, water in the water tank is conveyed into the secondary side water circulation channel, and otherwise, the pressure compensating pump is controlled to stop working; when the pressure compensating pump in operation fails, the control device controls other pressure compensating pumps to be put into operation; when the secondary side pressure sensor senses that the water pressure of the secondary side water circulation channel is higher than a preset limiting value, the control device controls the pressure relief electromagnetic valve to be opened, so that water in the secondary side water circulation channel flows back into the water tank, and otherwise, the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed; when the pressure-supplementing water level sensor senses that the water in the water tank is lower than a preset value, the control device controls the pressure-supplementing electromagnetic valve to be opened, so that the water in the water supply pipeline is supplemented into the water tank after being softened by the water softener, and otherwise, the pressure-supplementing electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed;
the safety auxiliary control method comprises the following steps of; when the secondary side pressure sensor senses that the water pressure of the secondary side water circulation channel is higher than a preset safety value, the control device controls the safety electromagnetic valve to be opened, so that water in the secondary side water circulation channel is discharged through the safety pressure discharge pipeline, and otherwise, the safety electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed.
2. The method for controlling a cooling system of an intelligent mining equipment unit according to claim 1, wherein an automatic filter cleaner is connected in series to each of the primary side solenoid valves.

The control method of the cooling system of the intelligent mining equipment unit according to claim 1, wherein the primary side cooling water circulation control unit includes primary side water level sensors respectively provided in the water well and primary side pressure sensors connected in the primary side cooling water passage.

The control method of the cooling system of the intelligent mining equipment unit according to claim 1, wherein the cooling control unit includes a cooling temperature sensor and a cooling pressure sensor connected to a cooling water inlet, a cooling water outlet, a water circulation inlet and a water circulation outlet of the cooler, respectively.
5. The control method of the cooling system of the intelligent mining equipment unit according to claim 1, wherein the secondary-side water circulation control unit includes a secondary-side pressure sensor connected in a secondary-side water circulation passage.

The control method of the cooling system of the intelligent mining equipment unit according to claim 1, wherein the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing device comprises a water tank, a water softener, a plurality of pressure supplementing pumps connected in parallel and an expansion tank, one end of the water softener is connected with the water tank, the other end of the water softener is externally connected with a water supply pipeline, the water tank is connected into the secondary side water circulation channel through the pressure supplementing pump, and the expansion tank is connected into the secondary side water circulation channel.

The method for controlling a cooling system of an intelligent mining equipment unit according to claim 6, wherein the secondary side water circulation pressure-compensating control unit comprises a pressure-compensating electromagnetic valve, a pressure-releasing electromagnetic valve and a pressure-compensating water level sensor, the pressure-compensating electromagnetic valve is connected between the water tank and the water softener, the pressure-releasing electromagnetic valve and the pressure-compensating pump are connected in parallel between the water tank and the secondary side water circulation channel, and the pressure-compensating water level sensor is arranged in the water tank.

The control method of the cooling system of the intelligent mining equipment unit according to claim 1, wherein a safety auxiliary device is connected between the secondary side water circulation device and the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing device, the safety auxiliary device comprises a safety electromagnetic valve, one end of the safety electromagnetic valve is connected between the secondary side water circulation device and the secondary side water circulation pressure supplementing device, and the other end of the safety electromagnetic valve is externally connected with a safety pressure discharging pipeline.
