In order that the above-described aspects may be better understood, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present invention may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for automatically generating information to be handled in a medical record nursing information system, where the method of the present embodiment may include the following steps:
s10, analyzing the effective nursing information at a designated time point based on the effective nursing information of each patient in the nursing medical record information system, and generating a regular expression of nursing frequency of each patient in a first designated time period.
Specifically, the effective care information refers to care information corresponding to the latest version of care plan after the update of the care plan, which includes information such as a corresponding care frequency abbreviation expression and a corresponding care requirement, and the care information execution time point is after the current time point;
the nursing plan is a dynamic decision process for designing how to meet the needs of patients, increase the comfort of the patients, maintain and promote the functions of the patients and promote the rehabilitation of the patients based on nursing diagnosis;
care diagnosis refers to a clinical judgment about the response of an individual, household or community to existing or potential health problems and life processes, and is the basis for nurses to choose care measures to achieve the desired outcome;
the nursing measures are specific methods and means for nurses to assist patients to achieve nursing targets, and prescribe the ways and steps of nursing activities for solving health problems;
the nursing frequency refers to the frequency of nursing measures implemented on patients to achieve nursing targets;
the appointed time point is zero in the early morning;
the first appointed time period is from zero in the morning to twelve hours in the evening;
for example, a nursing staff makes a dedicated nursing plan for each patient and stores the nursing plan in a nursing medical record information system of a hospital, and the system automatically generates a regular expression of nursing frequency of each patient on the same day according to effective nursing information of each patient in the early morning hours every day;
wherein, a care plan formulated by a nursing staff for the patient A comprises a care measure in compliance with a doctor's advice to eat a certain dose of the medicine A, the frequency is tid.ac, chinese corresponding to the abbreviated expression of the care frequency is queried in a frequency dictionary and is interpreted as three meals a day before the nursing staff confirms the information of the patient A, and a regular expression 3-1#d-8:00,12:00 and 18:00 corresponding to the care frequency of the patient A is generated as shown in figure 2;
if the Chinese interpretation corresponding to the abbreviated expression of the nursing frequency does not exist in the frequency dictionary, sending a configuration message for configuring the Chinese interpretation corresponding to the abbreviated expression of the designated nursing frequency to a designated operator, and regenerating a corresponding rule expression when receiving response information of the configuration message and obtaining the Chinese interpretation corresponding to the abbreviated expression of the designated nursing frequency;
for example, if the chinese explanation corresponding to the abbreviated expression tid.ac of the care frequency in the above example does not exist in the frequency dictionary, a configuration message for configuring the chinese explanation corresponding to tid.ac is sent to the designated operator, and when the chinese explanation corresponding to tid.ac configured by the designated operator is received three meals a day ago, a corresponding rule expression 3-1#d-8:00,12:00,18:00 is generated according to the preset rule.
S20, generating at least one piece of information to be handled of each patient according to the nursing type according to the regular expression of the nursing frequency.
Calculating the number of information to be handled which needs to be generated according to the rule expression and a preset rule, acquiring the execution period and the execution time point of each piece of information to be handled, and packaging the number of information to be handled, the execution period and the execution time point of each piece of information to be handled as a map set;
the map set includes: the number of the information to be handled, the execution period and the execution time point of each piece of information to be handled are required to be generated.
As shown in fig. 2, the preset rule is: the rule expression is composed of three parts, the first part (number of executions) refers to the number of executions that need to be performed in one cycle; the second part (cycle number # cycle unit) refers to what cycle the measure needs to be executed in, and can be month (m), week (w) and day (d); the third part (time point) means that the measure needs to be executed at a certain time point of one period, and the period is time division (format is 00:00) when day, the period is week number (Monday is 1, tuesday is 2, etc.), and the period is month number (Monday is 1, monday is 2, etc.).
Optionally, the frequency is designed into an enumeration type according to the generated expression, so that direct value analysis is facilitated, and the system operation efficiency is improved;
specifically, the system acquires the enumeration type of tid.ac through the key value of tid.ac frequency, acquires a rule expression (3-1#d-8:00, 12:00, 18:00) through the enumeration of tid.ac, acquires the number of bars to be handled "3" through "-" segmenting the expression, and encapsulates "num" as key value key and "3" as value into map; dividing the expression by "#", obtaining an execution cycle number "1" and an execution cycle "d" (as shown in fig. 2, d represents the execution cycle as a day), packaging "unitNum" as a key and "1" as a value into the map, and packaging "unit" as a key and "d" as a value into the map; the execution time points of "8:00,12:00,18:00" are obtained, the "time" is used as a key, and the "8:00,12:00,18:00" is used as a value to be packaged into the map.
The care types include temporary measures and long-term measures;
specifically, inquiring the number of to-be-handled information items to be generated and an execution period in the map set, and if the number of to-be-handled information items to be generated is 1 and the execution period is 0, judging that the nursing type is a temporary measure, and generating only one piece of to-be-handled information;
if the number of the to-be-handled information pieces to be generated is greater than 1 and the execution period is greater than 0, judging that the nursing type is a long-term measure, and generating to-be-handled information of the patient in a first appointed time period according to the calculated number of the to-be-handled information pieces to be generated.
For example, three messages to be handled are generated at the early morning hours of each day according to the above-mentioned regular expressions 3-1#d-8:00,12:00,18:00, respectively, eight in the morning, twelve in the noon, and six in the afternoon.
If the time point of the admission is ten am, after the caretaker clicks the button for generating the to-do information, the system sends out an instruction for generating temporary to-do information of the first day, and when receiving the instruction, the system generates temporary to-do information of the first day of admission according to the instruction, and at the moment, the system only generates two to-do information of taking a certain dose of A medicine at twelve am and taking a certain dose of A medicine at six pm.
Monitoring whether the effective nursing information of the patient is changed or not in real time, and if the effective nursing information of the patient is monitored to be changed, generating updated to-be-handled information according to the changed effective nursing information and covering the original to-be-handled information;
for example, if one of the care measures in the care plan of the patient B is to measure the body temperature once a day, and if the doctor in the morning makes a ward round, the patient's condition is aggravated, and the care measure is changed to three-time-measurement inquiry, and if the system detects that the effective care information of the patient B is changed, the information to be handled is updated from the original body temperature once a day to the body temperature three-time-measurement.
And prompting the nursing staff according to the execution time point of the information to be handled.
For example, when half an hour before the execution time point of the information to be handled, the system reminds the nursing staff terminal of sending the information to remind the nursing staff of doing nursing preparation work;
alternatively, the message alert may be an audible ringing alert or a pop-up alert, or the like.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the device have the advantages that the generation of the content to be handled is more accurate due to the adoption of the intelligent system generation, and the risk of human error can be reduced;
because the daily content to be handled is automatically generated through the specific rules, the generation of the nursing measures to be handled according to the configuration frequency can be realized, invalid repeated screening can be reduced, the consumption of system resources can be reduced, and the speed and the efficiency of screening can be improved, so that the generation speed of the content to be handled is greatly improved;
because an enumeration type structure is adopted, the method is convenient for direct value analysis in the process of generating the information to be handled, and is beneficial to improving the operation efficiency of the system;
whether the effective nursing information of the patient is changed or not is monitored in real time, so that the condition that the nursing plan is changed at any time can be dealt with, and the generation of the content to be handled is more flexible;
because the personal reminding is carried out on the nursing staff before the execution time point of each piece of information to be handled, the nursing staff is ensured to be able to do nursing preparation work before each piece of information to be handled, and therefore, the method can effectively reduce the error probability of the nursing staff in the nursing work.
