By shortening the first electric push rod 5, the first electric push rod 5 pulls the support plate 4, and the support plate 4 is driven to move toward the side close to the rotating wheel 25. As shown in fig. 4-7, when the galvanized layer on the surface of the bolt body 14 undulates, the rotating wheel 25 drives the connecting frame 19 and the support 22 to rotate, the connecting frame 19 and the support 22 act on the thickness measuring assembly 20 when rotating anticlockwise or clockwise, and the rotating angle of the connecting frame 19 and the support 22 can be amplified by utilizing a three-stage speed increasing structure formed by the first gear 2001, the second gear 2002, the third gear 2003, the fourth gear 2004, the fifth gear 2005 and the sixth gear 2006, the angle of the galvanized layer on the surface of the bolt body 14 is known by the scale marks on the fixing rod 2009 through the upward and downward movement of the rack 2007 on the outer side of the limit sliding block 2008 by amplifying the angle change value of the connecting frame 19 by the thickness measuring assembly 20.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the rolling condition detection work is performed on different positions of the bolt body 14 by adjusting the position of the rotating wheel 25 on the guide rod 24, and during detection, the comparison detection is performed by recording thickness rolling of each region of the bolt body 14 when not galvanized and then detecting thickness rolling of the corresponding region of the galvanized bolt body 14. When the detection mode is switched, through lifting the connecting frame 6, the first electric push rod 5 is detached from the supporting block 7, then the supporting plate 4 and the first electric push rod 5 are removed from the rotating plate 3 through the through hole at the rear side of the limiting groove 15, the base 1 is rotated anticlockwise, the whole fixed frame 12 is horizontally arranged, the rotating plate 3 is dragged to carry out movable detection, during normal measurement, bolts are fixed in the supporting component 13 on the device to carry out measurement, when the bolts exceeding the fixed range are measured, the base 1 is pulled to carry out movable measurement through rotating the rotating plate 3, the flatness of the table top of the supporting table can be measured in advance by utilizing movable measurement, so that the accuracy in subsequent measurement is ensured, the movable detection can be seen in combination with fig. 1, after the supporting plate 4 and the first electric push rod 5 are detached, the rotating plate 3 is kept unchanged, other parts except the rotating plate 3 are rotated anticlockwise through the whole base 1, and then the rotating plate 3 can be dragged to enable the rotating plate 3 to move on the table top, and the movable detection function is realized.
