Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present disclosure may be more clearly understood, a further description of aspects of the present disclosure will be provided below. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present disclosure and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure may be practiced otherwise than as described herein; it will be apparent that the embodiments in the specification are only some, but not all, embodiments of the disclosure.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The control method of the clothes dryer can be applied to an application scene that a user needs to use the clothes dryer to dry clothes, and can be executed by the control device of the clothes dryer provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, and the control device of the clothes dryer can be realized in a software and/or hardware mode. As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the dryer includes:
s101, controlling the clothes dryer to execute a starting instruction.
Specifically, the start command may be, for example, a drying program start command, and after a user inputs a drying command for starting the dryer, a motor in the dryer starts to operate and drives the drum to rotate through the drum belt, and a heating assembly of the dryer heats to generate a high-temperature air flow, and the high-temperature air flow circulates in the drum to bring water evaporation of laundry out of the drum. The motor rotates forward for a certain time and then rotates reversely for a certain time, so that clothes are scattered, the clothes cannot be intertwined, a large piece of clothes cannot be knotted, the contact area between the clothes and high-temperature air flow is increased, and the drying efficiency is improved. In addition, the starting command may be a belt slip detection starting command, that is, when the clothes dryer needs to detect whether the belt slips, the clothes dryer is controlled to execute the belt slip detection starting command.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the duration of forward rotation and reverse rotation is not particularly limited in the normal operation phase of the dryer.
S102, circularly executing a preset control process until preset parameters of the clothes dryer meet preset conditions.
The preset control process comprises the following steps: acquiring the preset parameters in the process of rotating the motor along the first direction; when judging that the roller belt of the clothes dryer works abnormally according to the preset parameters, controlling the motor to rotate along a second direction, and controlling the acceleration of the motor rotating along the second direction within a first preset duration to be larger than a preset acceleration; wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
Illustratively, a preset parameter during forward rotation of the motor may be detected; when the drum belt of the clothes dryer is judged to work abnormally based on the preset parameters, the motor is controlled to rotate reversely and then rotate positively, and the reverse acceleration of the motor in a first preset time period is controlled to be larger than the preset acceleration. Or, the preset parameters in the motor reversing process can be detected; when the drum belt of the clothes dryer is judged to work abnormally based on the preset parameters, the motor is controlled to rotate forward and then rotate backward, and the forward rotation acceleration of the motor in a first preset time period is controlled to be larger than the preset acceleration.
Specifically, taking the first direction as an example of forward rotation and reverse rotation of the motor, when it is determined that the drum belt of the clothes dryer fails based on the detected preset parameter, for example, the drum belt is loosened or slipped, the motor is controlled to generate a reverse acceleration larger than the preset acceleration within a first preset time, for example, 1 second, that is, generate a larger reverse acceleration to reach the preset rotation speed, so that the motor generates a larger reverse force to return the drum belt to the drum, then the motor can be set to reverse the drum belt at the preset rotation speed for a period of time to stabilize the state of the drum belt, and forward rotation, for example, forward rotation is continued for 30 seconds, so as to ensure normal operation of the start command, and the motor can perform uniform acceleration motion within the first preset time, or perform variable acceleration motion. In addition, the control process corresponding to the motor reversing direction in the first direction is similar, and will not be described again here.
It should be noted that, the first preset duration and the preset rotation speed when the motor is reversed may be set according to the actual use condition of the clothes dryer, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Optionally, the preset parameter may be a drum detection current, and the preset condition is that the drum detection current is greater than or equal to a preset drum current, and the drum belt of the clothes dryer is judged to work abnormally according to the preset parameter, including: and judging that the drum belt of the clothes dryer works abnormally when the drum detection current is smaller than the preset drum current based on the preset parameters.
Specifically, in the process of forward rotation of the motor, the roller detection current is obtained in real time or at set time intervals, and the roller detection current can be, for example, a feedback current fed back to the motor by the roller or a driving current for driving the roller by the motor. When the drum belt of the clothes dryer is loosened or slipped due to aging, excessive clothes, unbalance or other abnormal conditions, the motor cannot normally drive the drum to rotate, so that detected feedback current of the drum and motor driving current are obviously reduced.
Illustratively, when detecting the roller feedback current in the forward rotation process of the motor, the preset roller feedback current is, for example, 0.5A when the roller belt works normally, and when detecting that the roller feedback current is, for example, 0.2A when the motor rotates forward, the condition that the roller belt of the clothes dryer works abnormally is judged; in addition, when the motor driving current is always detected in the process of forward rotation of the motor, when the obtained motor driving current is, for example, 0.8A and is smaller than the preset motor driving current when the drum belt normally works, for example, 1A, the condition that the drum belt of the clothes dryer works abnormally is judged.
It should be noted that, the drum detection current and the preset drum current may be motor driving current or drum feedback current, and the specific magnitude of the preset drum current may be set according to the model and performance of the clothes dryer, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
When the condition that the drum belt of the clothes dryer is abnormal in operation is judged, the motor is controlled to rotate reversely and then rotate positively, the reverse acceleration of the motor in a first preset time period is controlled to be larger than the preset acceleration, the process is circularly executed until the drum detection current obtained when the motor rotates positively is larger than or equal to the preset drum current, at the moment, the drum belt is judged to be sleeved back on the drum again, and the clothes dryer can normally execute a starting instruction.
Optionally, the preset parameter is a drum related rotation speed, the preset condition is that the drum related rotation speed is greater than or equal to the preset drum related rotation speed, and the judging of the abnormal operation of the drum belt of the clothes dryer according to the preset parameter includes: and judging that the drum belt of the clothes dryer works abnormally when judging that the drum related rotating speed is smaller than the preset drum related rotating speed according to the preset parameters.
Specifically, in the process of forward rotation of the motor, the related rotation speed of the roller is obtained in real time or the related rotation speed of the roller is obtained at intervals, and the related rotation speed of the roller can be the rotation speed of the roller or the rotation speed of the motor. When the drum belt of the clothes dryer is loosened or slipped and the like, the motor rotates but the drum does not rotate or the drum cannot normally rotate, such as the situation of clamping and the like when the drum rotates, the detected drum rotating speed and the detected motor rotating speed are obviously reduced.
Specifically, the rotation speed associated with the drum, that is, the rotation speed associated with the drum, may be the rotation speed of the drum, which can directly represent the rotation condition of the drum, or may be the rotation speed of a motor for driving the drum to transfer, which is positively related to the rotation speed of the drum. The related rotating speed of the roller is smaller than the related rotating speed of the preset roller, the rotating speed of the roller can be smaller than the preset rotating speed of the roller, or the rotating speed of the motor can be smaller than the preset rotating speed of the motor, and at the moment, the abnormal operation of the roller belt of the clothes dryer can be judged.
For example, when detecting the drum rotation speed in the forward rotation process of the motor, presetting the drum-related rotation speed to be 50 revolutions per minute, and judging that the drum belt of the clothes dryer is abnormal in operation when the detected drum rotation speed is reduced to 20 revolutions per minute; in addition, in detecting the motor rotation speed, for example, when the preset motor rotation speed is 60 rpm, for example, the detected motor rotation speed is reduced to 30 rpm, for example, it is determined that the drum belt of the dryer is abnormal in operation at this time.
It should be noted that, the drum related rotation speed and the preset drum related rotation speed may be motor rotation speeds, or drum rotation speeds, and the specific size of the preset drum related rotation speed may be set according to the model and performance of the clothes dryer, which is not limited in the embodiment of the disclosure.
When the condition that the drum belt of the clothes dryer is abnormal in operation is judged, the motor is controlled to rotate reversely and then rotate positively, the reverse acceleration of the motor in a first preset time period is controlled to be larger than the preset acceleration, the process is executed circularly until the drum-related rotating speed obtained when the motor rotates positively is larger than or equal to the preset drum-related rotating speed, and at the moment, the drum belt is judged to be sleeved back on the drum again, so that a starting instruction can be executed normally.
Optionally, the preset parameters include a drum detection current and a drum related rotation speed, and the preset conditions are that the drum detection current is greater than or equal to a preset drum current and the drum related rotation speed is greater than or equal to a preset drum related rotation speed, and the drum belt of the clothes dryer is judged to work abnormally according to the preset parameters, including: and judging that the roller belt of the clothes dryer works abnormally when judging that the roller detection current is smaller than the preset roller current according to the preset parameters and/or judging that the roller related rotating speed is smaller than the preset roller related rotating speed according to the preset parameters.
Preferably, the drum belt operation condition of the clothes dryer may be judged by integrating the magnitude of the drum detection current with the preset drum current and the magnitude of the drum-related rotational speed with the preset drum-related rotational speed, and by way of example, when the drum detection current is, for example, 0.5A or less than the preset drum current of 0.8A and the drum-related rotational speed is, for example, 30 rpm or less than the preset drum-related rotational speed of 50 rpm, it may be judged that the drum belt operation of the clothes dryer is abnormal.
In addition, the working condition of the drum belt of the clothes dryer can be judged only by judging the magnitude of the drum detection current and the preset drum current, or the working condition of the drum belt of the clothes dryer can be judged only by judging the magnitude of the drum related rotation speed and the preset drum related rotation speed, which is not limited in the embodiment of the disclosure, and the specific judging mode can be understood by referring to the above embodiment, and the embodiment of the disclosure is not repeated.
Optionally, the controlling the motor to rotate along the second direction, and controlling the acceleration of the motor rotating along the second direction within the first preset time period to be greater than a preset acceleration, includes: controlling the motor to accelerate to rotate to a maximum rotation speed along the second direction, and maintaining the rotation along the first direction after a second preset time period; wherein the second preset time period is longer than the first preset time period. Taking the first direction as the forward and reverse direction of the motor as an example, the motor can be controlled to rotate forwards after rotating reversely, and the reverse acceleration of the motor in a first preset time period is controlled to be larger than the preset acceleration, and the method comprises the following steps: controlling the motor to accelerate and reversely rotate to the maximum rotating speed, and maintaining forward rotation after a second preset time period; the second preset time period is longer than the first preset time period. In addition, the control process corresponding to the motor reversing direction in the first direction is similar, and will not be described again here.
When the drum belt is abnormal according to the preset parameters during the forward rotation of the motor, the motor is controlled to accelerate to the maximum rotation speed achieved by the clothes dryer with a larger acceleration, for example, the maximum acceleration achieved by the clothes dryer within 1 second, and the drum belt is rotated forward after continuously reversing at a constant speed for a second preset time period, for example, 30 seconds, so that the drum belt can be sleeved on the drum more firmly, the third preset time period of the forward rotation of the motor can be 30 seconds, and the preset parameters are continuously detected in real time or are detected at intervals during the forward rotation of the motor. And when the preset parameters of the clothes dryer still do not meet the preset conditions, circularly executing the preset control process of the motor for accelerating the reverse rotation to the maximum rotation speed and then rotating forward until the preset parameters of the clothes dryer meet the preset conditions.
It should be noted that, specific values of the second preset duration and the third preset duration of the forward rotation of the motor may be set according to actual use conditions of the clothes dryer, so that the second preset duration is longer than the first preset duration, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Optionally, the control method of the clothes dryer further includes: acquiring the cycle execution times of a preset control process; when the cycle execution times exceed the preset times, the clothes dryer is controlled to carry out abnormal prompt on the roller belt.
Specifically, the preset cycle number of the preset control process can be obtained first, for example, the preset cycle execution number is 5, and when the actual cycle execution number has reached 6, it is indicated that the belt cannot be sleeved on the drum by the reversing force of the clothes dryer at this time, the clothes in the drum cannot be shaken off and turned over normally along with the rotation of the drum, the danger that part of the clothes has too high temperature easily occurs, and at this time, the clothes dryer can be controlled to send out the early warning information of the abnormality of the drum belt, so that the user is prompted to close the clothes dryer in time and overhaul the drum belt.
For example, a display prompting device may be disposed on the clothes dryer, the display prompting device may be, for example, an LED signal lamp, and when the cycle execution frequency exceeds the preset cycle execution frequency, the LED signal lamp is controlled to emit a continuous light or a flashing light or other warning signal.
In addition, a sound prompting device can be arranged on the clothes dryer, and when the cycle execution times exceed the preset cycle execution times, the sound prompting device can play a 'drying abnormality' or other prompting sentences with similar semantics. The sound prompting device may be other devices that can send out sound to prompt, such as a buzzer, etc., and when the drum belt is abnormal, the buzzer can send out buzzing sounds such as long buzzing or intermittent buzzing, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the disclosure.
Optionally, the cycle of executing the preset control process until preset parameters of the dryer meet preset conditions further includes: acquiring working parameters of a motor; alternatively, the operating parameters may include the rotational speed of the motor and/or an operating feedback signal from the motor; when the motor faults are judged according to the working parameters of the motor, the clothes dryer is controlled to prompt the motor faults; and when the motor is judged to be normal according to the working parameters of the motor, circularly executing a preset control process until the preset parameters of the clothes dryer meet preset conditions.
Specifically, in order to distinguish whether the failure type of the dryer is a belt failure or a motor failure, the operation parameters of the motor may be detected before the preset control process is cyclically performed until the preset parameters of the dryer satisfy preset conditions, to determine whether the motor fails. For example, when the motor fails, the fluctuation value of the motor rotation speed is obviously increased, so that the fluctuation value of the motor rotation speed in unit time can be detected to judge whether the motor fails, when the obtained difference value between the maximum value and the minimum value of the motor rotation speed in unit time is 30 revolutions per minute, for example, and is larger than the preset difference value of 5 revolutions per minute, for example, the motor working state is unstable at the moment, and the motor is judged to fail. In addition, when the motor breaks down, the working feedback signal sent by the motor also changes obviously, so that the working feedback signal sent by the motor can be detected to judge whether the motor breaks down, for example, when the voltage value of the working feedback signal sent by the motor is 10V for example and is smaller than the preset voltage value of 5V for example, the motor is judged to break down.
When the abnormal condition of the motor is judged, the control reminds the user of the motor fault, for example, text prompt information of the motor fault can be displayed through the display prompt device, prompt sentences such as 'motor fault' can be played through the sound prompt device, in addition, the user can be prompted in other modes to cause the motor to fail, and the embodiment of the disclosure is not limited to the situation. The specific magnitude of the preset difference value of the motor rotation speed and the preset voltage value of the working feedback signal sent by the motor can be set according to the actual use condition of the clothes dryer, and the embodiment of the disclosure is not limited to this.
It should be noted that, the rotation speed of the motor and the working feedback signal sent by the motor may be obtained simultaneously to determine the fault condition of the motor, or the rotation speed of the motor may be obtained only as the working parameter of the electrode to determine the fault condition of the motor, or the working feedback signal sent by the motor may be obtained only to determine the fault condition of the motor, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present disclosure.
When the motor is judged to work normally based on the working parameters of the motor, the preset control process described in the above embodiment is executed in a circulating manner until the preset parameters of the clothes dryer meet the preset conditions, and the specific implementation can be understood by referring to the above embodiment, and the embodiments of the disclosure are not repeated herein.
