The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the toothbrush is cut, the non-cut toothbrush is placed above the toothbrush supporting seat 23, the outer turntable 22 is controlled to rotate, the non-cut toothbrush is placed below the cutting mechanism 3, the pressing seat 43 is controlled to descend through the first synchronous push rod 42, the toothbrush is fixed, the ultrasonic generator 35 is started, the cutting tool 34 is driven to descend through the electric push rod 32, the cutting of the toothbrush is completed, the electric push rod 32 stops controlling the cutting tool 34 to descend after the toothbrush is cut, at the moment, the position of the polishing piece 53 corresponds to the tail part of the toothbrush after the toothbrush is cut, the driving motor 54 and the dust suction fan 66 are started, the polishing piece 53 is controlled to move towards the tail part of the toothbrush while the polishing piece 53 is driven to rotate, the tail part of the toothbrush is polished when being contacted with the frosting surface 64, and residual scraps generated by polishing are pumped into the dust collection bag 67 through the dust suction fan 66, the polishing piece 53 returns to the original position after polishing, the whole body is controlled to return to the original position after the polishing, the cutting mechanism 3 is controlled, the next toothbrush is controlled to move to the lower part of the cutting mechanism 3, and the step is repeated.
