Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the base 1 is provided with a test mechanism for detecting a welding position, the test mechanism comprises a test frame 38 fixed on the base 1, a beating frame 39 arranged on the test frame 38 in a lifting manner, a beating piece 40 arranged elastically with the beating frame 39, and a loudspeaker 41 fixedly connected with the beating frame 39, the beating piece 40 is opposite to a welding position of a material and a vehicle, lifting of the beating frame 39 on the test frame 38 is realized through an electric push rod or an oil cylinder, the beating piece 40 adopts a metal rod, the elastic connection manner of the beating piece 40 and the beating frame 39 is the same as the elastic connection manner of the marking piece 9 and the support 8, the beating frame 39 is provided with a beating hole, the beating piece 40 slides in the beating hole, the top end of the beating piece 40 is fixedly connected with a handle, the beating piece 40 is sleeved with a spring, two ends of the spring are fixedly connected with the handle and the beating frame 39 are fixedly connected with an electromagnet 25, and the electromagnet 25 is used for adsorbing the handle, and when the electromagnet 25 is in a stretching state with the handle; when the electromagnet 25 is powered off and demagnetized, the striking member 40 strikes the welding position under the action of the elastic force of the spring, and the loudspeaker 41 amplifies the striking sound so that the worker can judge whether the welding position meets the standard, and when the striking sound is crisp, the sound is crisp and bright without noise or abnormal sound. When abnormal sound occurs, the sound may be clunk, dumb or other abnormal sounds may occur.
If the knocking sound is insufficient to judge whether the welding position meets the standard or not, and the welding position quality is detected by utilizing the amplitude, the testing mechanism further comprises a vibration assembly for accurately detecting the welding position condition, the vibration assembly comprises a vibration frame 42, a vibration rod 43 and a vibration box 44 fixedly connected with the vibration rod 43, the vibration frame 42 is lifted, the lifting of the vibration frame 42 is also realized by adopting an electric push rod or an oil cylinder, a vibration block 45 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the vibration box 44, the vibration block 45 is provided with a slide hole matched with the vibration box 44 in a sliding manner, the side wall of the slide hole is provided with a vibration groove 46 for the movement of the vibration block 45, the bottom end of the vibration groove 46 is in a closed arrangement, the top end of the vibration groove is in an open arrangement, and the vibration rod 43 is made of a material with larger amplitude and good transmission effect; when the welding position needs to be detected in a vibrating manner, the vibrating frame 42 is lowered to the position where the vibrating rod 43 is abutted against the welding position, the vibrating block 45 moves to the position in the middle of the vibrating groove 46, water is filled in the vibrating box 44, and when the vibrating rod is knocked on the welding position, the vibrating rod 43 drives the vibrating box 44 to vibrate, so that light materials such as plastics are selected for the vibrating box 44, whether the welding position has a problem or not can be obtained by observing the ripple condition of the water in the vibrating box 44, a literature exists when the ripple is larger, if the ripple is small and less, the amplitude is proved to be small, and the welding position meets the standard.
The implementation principle of the automobile threshold side beam welding and positioning device is as follows: placing a material at a position between two clamping plates 3, wherein a gap exists between the material and a supporting plate 2, a driving motor 5 controls a double-head threaded rod 4 to rotate, the clamping plates 3 move along the length direction of a sliding rod 6, and the two clamping plates 3 clamp and fix the material; when the bottom end of the marking piece 9 is abutted to the part of the material outside the clamping plate 3, the spring is in a stretching state, the sealing ring is abutted to the surface of the material and is extruded to deform, the two servo motors are driven to rotate in opposite directions, the test paper 10 between the winding rollers 11 is gradually put down, the abutting rod 15 is controlled to move towards the material, the abutting rod 15 drives the test paper 10 to the position abutted to the material, the abutting area of the test paper 10 and the material is the end surface area of the abutting rod 15, the test paper 10 is in a straight state at the moment, so that other unused test paper 10 is not influenced, the abutting position of the test paper 10 and the material is close to the abutting position of the marking piece 9, if the material is offset, water remains at the initial position of the marking piece 9 and the material abutted to the moment, and because the water has fluidity, the test paper 10 is selected to be used for the cobaltous chloride test paper 10 in the embodiment, the test paper 10 is changed into red after the water encounters the test paper 10, the color sensor 14 is controlled to be connected with a buzzer through a PLC, the color sensor 14 is identified to the buzzer after the red, and the trigger sound is generated, and the worker is reminded that the material is offset.
When the electromagnet 25 is powered off and demagnetized, under the action of the gravity block 17, the pull rope 22 drives the corresponding rack 24 to move towards the direction away from the material, under the transmission action of the gear 23 and the other rack 24, the impact block 16 is driven towards the back of the material to impact, the spring corresponding to the impact block 16 is in a stretched state, the impact block 16 impacts the material, at the moment, if the test paper 10 cannot be discolored, the clamping stability of the material by the clamping plate 3 is proved, and if the test paper 10 is discolored, the clamping plate 3 is required to be used for clamping the material further; after the impact detection of the material is completed, the reciprocating plate 19 is required to push the gravity block 17 to the initial position, the pull rope 22 is in a loose state, and the impact block 16 returns to the impact hole 18 under the action of the limiting block and the spring.
After the detection of whether the clamping between the material and the clamping plate 3 is stable is completed, at the moment, polyurethane is pressed into the abutting cavity 28 from the barrel 26 by the pump, the polyurethane rapidly expands to form foam and fills the abutting cavity 28, the cleaning rollers 29 are also positioned in the abutting cavity 28, the two cleaning rollers 29 are also wrapped by the polyurethane, after the abutting cavity 28 is filled, the hardening agent in the hardening barrel 27 is pressed into the abutting cavity 28 by the pump, the polyurethane is further accelerated to be solidified, the abutting effect of the material is realized by the solid polyurethane, and the seamless welding between the material and an automobile is ensured; the cleaning roller 29 is heated to soften the nearby solid polyurethane, so that the cleaning roller 29 is conveniently pulled out, after the cleaning roller 29 is pulled out, a cavity is formed in the solid polyurethane at the moment, a pump presses cleaning agent into the solid polyurethane abutting against the cavity 28, the cleaning agent is also used for cleaning the solid polyurethane close to the clamping plate 3, the cleaning roller 29 is combined to clean the solid polyurethane close to the clamping plate 3, the clamping plate 3 can be separated from materials rapidly, and the separation work of the clamping plate 3 and the materials is completed.
When the electromagnet 25 is powered off and demagnetized, the striking member 40 strikes the welding position under the action of the elastic force of the spring, and the loudspeaker 41 amplifies the striking sound so that the worker can judge whether the welding position meets the standard, and when the striking sound is crisp, the sound is crisp and bright without noise or abnormal sound. When abnormal sound occurs, the sound may be clunk, dumb or other abnormal sounds occur; when the beating rod beats the welding position, the vibration rod 43 drives the vibration box 44 to vibrate at the moment, whether the welding position has a problem or not can be obtained by observing the ripple condition of water in the vibration box 44, the bigger the ripple is, the literature exists, if the ripple is small and less, the amplitude is proved to be small, and the welding position accords with the standard.

Claims (10)
