Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a high-density special glue dispensing and injecting device for a shoemaking production line, which includes: a stirring barrel 1, a stirring motor 3, a pump 6 and a liquid level sensor 8; the upper end of the stirring barrel 1 is provided with a feed inlet 2; the stirring motor 3 is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the stirring barrel 1, a main shaft of the stirring motor 3 is connected with a stirring shaft 4, the stirring shaft 4 stretches into the stirring barrel 1, and the stirring shaft 4 is connected with stirring blades 5; the pump 6 is arranged outside the stirring barrel 1, an inlet of the pump 6 is communicated with the lower part of the stirring barrel 1 through a pipeline, and an outlet of the pump 6 is connected with an output pipeline 7; the liquid level sensor 8 is arranged in the stirring barrel 1, and the signal output end of the liquid level sensor 8 is connected with the liquid level alarm 9.
The stirring barrel 1 is a stainless steel barrel with 130L solvent, the charging port 2 is funnel-shaped, water and a preparation can be introduced for charging, and the stirring motor 3 at the top drives the stirring shaft 4 and the stirring blade 5 which extend into the barrel to rotate for stirring. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, on the basis of embodiment 1, the lower end of the stirring motor 3 is provided with a connecting seat 11, the connecting seat 11 is rotatably provided with a coupling 12, and the main shaft of the stirring motor 3 is connected with the upper end of the stirring shaft 4 through the coupling 12.
The stirring shaft 4 can be replaced by the shaft coupling 12 in the connecting seat 11, so that the stirring shaft 4 and the stirring blades 5 can be maintained conveniently.
Example 4
Referring to fig. 1, on the basis of example 1, a twin stirring blade is provided on stirring shaft 4.
The stirring blades 5 on the stirring shaft 4 are duplex stirring blades, so that the stirring efficiency of the stirring shaft 4 on glue preparation can be improved.
Example 5
On the basis of example 1, a primary glue station 13, a secondary glue station 14 and a treatment agent station 15 are connected to the outlet line 7.
The pump 6 can be connected with a plurality of containers such as a primary glue station 13, a secondary glue station 14, a treating agent station 15 and the like through the output pipeline 7 to dispense glue and inject glue for a plurality of glue spraying stations.
Example 6
Referring to fig. 3, on the basis of embodiment 5, the primary glue station 13, the secondary glue station 14 and the treating agent station 15 are all provided with a liquid level meter 16, the output end of the liquid level meter 16 is connected with a liquid level controller 17, and the signal output end of the liquid level controller 17 is connected with an electric control switch of the pump 6.
The liquid level controller 17 adopts a singlechip or a PLC, and after the liquid level controller 17 receives a signal of one of the liquid level meters 16, the liquid level controller 17 indicates that the container of one of the primary glue station 13, the secondary glue station 14 and the treating agent station 15 is full, and at the moment, the liquid level controller 17 shuts down the pump 6 to avoid overflow of the glue injection container.
