An insulating layer 3243 is provided on the top surface of the slider 324. When the elastic sheet 326 is pressed, the small C section 3253 is flattened to a certain extent, so that the small C section 3253 contacts with the top surface of the sliding block 324, and the risk of electric leakage is increased; an insulating layer 3243 is provided on the top surface of the slider 324 such that the small C-section 3253 at most contacts only the insulating layer 3243, thereby preventing leakage.
The insulating layer 3243 can be a plastic layer, although in other embodiments, the slider 324 can be integrally formed from an insulating material.
The slider 324 is provided with an insertion hole, an insulating sleeve 3241 is disposed in the insertion hole, and the threaded hole 3242 is formed in the insulating sleeve 3241. The insulating sleeve 3241 prevents leakage between the bolt and the slider 324, improves safety, and the insulating sleeve 3241 can be made of insulating plastic.
The opening of the sliding groove 312 may also be provided with a rubber strip, where the length of the rubber strip is consistent with the length of the sliding groove 312, and the upper side of the rubber strip is connected to the upper side of the opening of the sliding groove 312, and the rubber strip seals the opening of the sliding groove 312.

The moving beam 321 is provided with an avoidance port 328 with an upward opening, the avoidance port 328 penetrates through the moving beam 321 in the length direction of the platform structure 31, and the second ultraviolet disinfection lamp penetrates through the avoidance port 328.
The length of the second ultraviolet sterilizing lamp is slightly shorter than that of the platform structure 31, so that the light emitted by the second ultraviolet sterilizing lamp can sterilize the upper side of the transport case.
The sterilizing structure 32 interferes with the second ultraviolet sterilizing lamp when moving left and right; the second ultraviolet sterilizing lamp irradiates ultraviolet rays downwards to sterilize the upper side surface of the transport case, the sterilizing structure 32 is also arranged on the lower side of the platform structure 31, and the sterilizing structure 32 can interfere with the second ultraviolet sterilizing lamp when moving left and right; therefore, the moving beam 321 is provided with the escape opening 328, the opening of the escape opening 328 is upward, and the second ultraviolet sterilizing lamp passes through the escape opening 328 in the left-right direction, thereby preventing the aforementioned interference problem.
