Claims (9)

1. The method for linkage of the door control talkback and the ladder control is characterized by comprising the following steps:
binding resident identity information and residence information serving as unique identifiers on house numbers of corresponding residence systems through a cloud system, and caching the resident identity information and residence information by the cloud system to form a resident information base;
collecting visitor visiting information in advance by using an information collecting program, uploading the visitor visiting information to a cloud system to apply for generating visitor data, and placing the visitor data in an automatic updating program library;
the resident and visitor transfer identity information for verification through the information carrier, the information of the entering and exiting personnel is captured through the information collecting device, a capturing result is obtained, and the capturing result is temporarily stored in the access control system;
a signal transmission channel connected with a cloud system is established through an access control system, and a capturing result is sent to the cloud system through the signal transmission channel;
after the preliminary verification of the access control is carried out, uploading information to a cloud system for verification of access rights, if the access rights are available, generating a corresponding standard configuration file through a ladder control protocol adaptation engine arranged in the cloud system, and transmitting the standard configuration file to the access control system;
and placing the standard configuration file in a protocol adapter to perform analysis operation, wherein the analysis operation is to analyze the standard configuration file to obtain corresponding data information such as instruction content, instruction triggering conditions and execution objects of instructions through analysis rules, and send out execution instructions to the ladder control according to the analyzed instruction information and the execution conditions.
2. The method for linkage of door control intercom and ladder control as in claim 1 wherein said information carrier comprises door control intercom, comprising the steps of:
establishing an audio and video channel through dialing, and initiating audio and video signal connection with a resident terminal; judging the identity information of the visitor by switching on the audio and video;
issuing a remote door opening instruction, and sending floor information and the expected arrival time of the elevator;
and analyzing the remote door opening command, analyzing and obtaining a specific execution command through the protocol adapter, and controlling the door access to open and pass through the execution command through electric signal transmission and controlling the elevator to run and issue in a linkage mode.
3. The method for linkage of door control talkback and elevator control according to claim 1, wherein the visitor obtains the user permission information through a token when accessing.
4. The method for linkage of door control intercom and ladder control as in claim 1 wherein said ladder control protocol adaptation engine generating a standard profile process comprises the steps of:
firstly, general call data enter ladder control produced by different ladder control factories, and different ladder control protocols are converted into uniform standard adaptation protocols through function engine adaptation;
secondly, configuring the obtained adaptive protocol and the ladder control, and carrying out debugging and matching on different ladder controls; finishing inputting conditions of linkage of the entrance guard and the ladder control and conditions of triggering execution instructions in different scenes;
and finally, integrating the files for completing ladder control instruction configuration and scene linkage configuration to generate a standard configuration file with a JSON/XML format, and then issuing the standard configuration file to access control equipment through a cloud system.
5. The method for linkage of door control intercom and ladder control as in claim 1 wherein the specific parsing process of the protocol adapter comprises the following steps:
analyzing the configuration file, analyzing linkage configuration, analyzing instruction parameters and constructing instruction objects in the analyzer;
temporarily storing the instruction tasks which are not executed after analysis in a task pool, and waiting for triggering of the execution instructions;
and the instruction meeting the condition in the task pool is screened out by triggering the execution instruction, and the ladder control instruction is issued by the executor.
6. The method for interlinking door control and elevator control according to claim 5, wherein the actuator is in communication connection with a control device of an elevator, and the communication connection is realized through RS-485 or TTL.

The method for linkage of door control intercom and elevator control according to claim 1, wherein the preliminary verification is specifically to check whether the current time period accords with the service time period of the two-dimension code of the visitor, if so, the verification access right is carried out according to the token exchange, and the verification access right further comprises the following steps:
comparing the identity information with visiting information by comparing the acquired visitor information with visitor information stored in advance by a cloud system;
if the comparison result is in accordance, the visitor acquires the access right;
the cloud system issues a door opening instruction of the cloud system for the visitor, and simultaneously extracts corresponding floor information and arrival time of the visitor.

The method for linkage of door control intercom and ladder control as in claim 1 wherein said door control intercom and ladder control linkage method is used in a door control ladder control system comprising: visitor end, access control system, ladder control system, cloud ware and resident end.
9. The method for linkage of door control intercom and ladder control as in claim 8 wherein each part of the door control ladder control system is specifically used for the following aspects:
the visitor terminal is used for showing the visitor two-dimensional code to perform identification verification and dialing operation;
the access control system is used for identifying visitor information, uploading visitor two-dimensional code tokens to the cloud system, exchanging information, checking door opening permission and establishing an audio/video channel through calling;
the ladder control system is used for responding to the execution instruction and linking the entrance guard ladder control;
the cloud server is used for responding to and sending out signals, generating tokens, storing information and checking the door opening authority;
the resident terminal is used for sending visitor data acquisition invitation and sharing visitor two-dimensional codes, responding to a call request and sending a remote door opening instruction.
