Fig. 3 shows only a computer device 1 with components 12-13, it being understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 3 is not limiting of the computer device 1 and may include fewer or more components than shown, or may combine certain components, or a different arrangement of components.
In connection with fig. 1, the memory 12 in the computer device 1 stores a plurality of instructions to implement a method of co-current, the processor 13 being executable to implement:
responding to a same-case communication instruction of the same target case, and acquiring associated personnel of the target case;
establishing a group by using the associated personnel, and configuring a group name and a director for the established group to obtain a target group;
responding to a summary generation instruction initiated based on the target group, acquiring case information of the target case from a configuration database, and loading the case information of the target case;
and associating the summary records of each member in the target group based on the case information of the target case, and synchronously displaying the summary records of each member and a real-time dialog box in the target group.
Specifically, the specific implementation method of the above instructions by the processor 13 may refer to the description of the relevant steps in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1, which is not repeated herein.

In the several embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed systems, devices, and methods may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is merely a logical function division, and there may be other manners of division when actually implemented.
The invention is operational with numerous general purpose or special purpose computer system environments or configurations. For example: personal computers, server computers, hand-held or portable devices, tablet devices, multiprocessor systems, microprocessor-based systems, set top boxes, programmable consumer electronics, network PCs, minicomputers, mainframe computers, distributed computing environments that include any of the above systems or devices, and the like. The invention may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer. Generally, program modules include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc. that perform particular tasks or implement particular abstract data types. In a distributed computing environment, program modules may be located in both local and remote computer storage media including memory storage devices.
The modules described as separate components may or may not be physically separate, and components shown as modules may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over multiple network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.
In addition, each functional module in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit. The integrated units can be realized in a form of hardware or a form of hardware and a form of software functional modules.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof.
The present embodiments are, therefore, to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Claims (10)

1. The same-case communication method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
responding to a same-case communication instruction of the same target case, and acquiring associated personnel of the target case;
establishing a group by using the associated personnel, and configuring a group name and a director for the established group to obtain a target group;
responding to a summary generation instruction initiated based on the target group, acquiring case information of the target case from a configuration database, and loading the case information of the target case;
and associating the summary records of each member in the target group based on the case information of the target case, and synchronously displaying the summary records of each member and a real-time dialog box in the target group.
2. The case-sharing method of claim 1, wherein after the target group is obtained, the method further comprises:
responding to an operation instruction initiated to the target group, and acquiring a trigger of the operation instruction;
checking the operation authority of the trigger;
when the operation authority of the trigger passes the verification, operating the target group according to the operation instruction;
the operation instructions comprise a group deleting instruction, a group editing instruction and a group adding instruction.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of synchronously displaying the summary record of each member and the real-time dialog box in the target group, the method further comprises:
in response to a delete instruction for any of the summary records of each member, detecting the identity of the member that triggered the delete instruction;
deleting the arbitrary summary record when the identity of the member triggering the deletion instruction is the director; or alternatively
And refusing to respond to the deletion instruction and sending out early warning information when the identity of the member triggering the deletion instruction is not the director.
4. The case-sharing method of claim 1, wherein after the target group is obtained, the method further comprises:
responding to a right transfer instruction triggered by the director, and determining an assignee according to the right transfer instruction;
changing the assignee to a new director.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of synchronously displaying the summary record of each member and the real-time dialog box in the target group, the method further comprises:
in response to the summary display instruction, determining a target summary from each member's summary record according to the summary display instruction;
displaying a real-time editing interface for the target summary;
wherein the number of target summaries is at least one.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of synchronously displaying the summary record of each member and the real-time dialog box in the target group, the method further comprises:
responding to a historical message inquiry instruction, and calling a historical message record according to the historical message inquiry instruction;
displaying the history message record;
responding to an export instruction of the history message record, and determining a target address and a target format according to the export instruction;
and exporting the history message record to the target address in the target format.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of synchronously displaying the summary record of each member and the real-time dialog box in the target group, the method further comprises:
responding to the recording instruction, determining the number of recordings and a recorder;
detecting a recording starting instruction and a recording ending instruction, and recording according to the recording starting instruction and the recording ending instruction to obtain recording contents;
sending a signature prompt to the designated contact;
and when receiving the signature information transmitted by the appointed contact person, storing the recorded content.
8. A co-occurrence communication device, characterized in that the co-occurrence communication device comprises:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for responding to a same-case communication instruction of the same target case and acquiring associated personnel of the target case;
the establishing unit is used for establishing a group by utilizing the associated personnel, and configuring a group name and a director for the established group to obtain a target group;
the loading unit is used for responding to the summary generation instruction initiated based on the target group, acquiring the case information of the target case from a configuration database and loading the case information of the target case;
and the display unit is used for associating the summary records of each member in the target group based on the case information of the target case and synchronously displaying the summary records of each member and the real-time dialog box in the target group.
9. A computer device, the computer device comprising:
a memory storing at least one instruction; and
A processor executing instructions stored in the memory to implement the co-current method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized by: the computer-readable storage medium having stored therein at least one instruction for execution by a processor in a computer device to implement the method of co-current communication of any of claims 1 to 7.
