Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which include various details of the embodiments of the present disclosure to facilitate understanding, and should be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, one of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
In a large project (for example, a large application program is developed by multiple persons or multiple teams together) or a joint debugging project (which means that the workers cooperate to perform docking and debugging after division), project management and risk control of a full life cycle of multiple business systems and multiple persons cooperate (cooperate to perform tasks such as development and testing) are involved. In a development mode based on a single module, each module has strict authority control and code control, and each module is independent and is not suitable for large projects or joint debugging projects. In joint debugging project management, project personnel are scattered on different working groups, the demands and codes of all business lines are controlled by independent authorities, the project personnel are scattered in different demand spaces and code spaces for management, and the spaces lack of correlation, so that the demands and modules related to large projects or joint debugging projects lack of effective correlation; on the other hand, a project manager or a responsible person is required to frequently perform manual association operation, and there are problems of low efficiency, poor accuracy and high executable cost.
Fig. 1 is an example diagram of a manual association operation in joint debugging project management. As shown in fig. 1, in the joint debugging project management, module cards, demand cards, development cards, test cards and line cards related to the project can be added into the joint debugging project management, wherein the module cards comprise a module 1, a module 2, a demand 1, a demand 2, a development 1, a development 2, a test 1, a test 2, a line 1 and a line 2, the modules, namely, functional modules, are obtained through code implementation and encapsulation, the demand refers to business demands and project demands, the development refers to developers, the test refers to testers, and the line refers to personnel responsible for the line task of the project. The associated cards may be manually added by the project manager in the joint debugging project management. The method relies on manual operation, is low in efficiency and high in cost, and cannot sense the influence of single module change on other modules.
Therefore, the present disclosure provides a project management method, in which, based on attribute features of a project, elements having association relationships with the project can be automatically determined, element cards corresponding to the elements having association relationships with the project are recorded to project management spaces corresponding to the project, automatic association of elements in the project is achieved, no manual operation is required, and project management efficiency is improved.
Wherein, the project in the disclosure can refer to large projects, joint debugging projects and the like, which relate to complex projects with multiple requirements, multiple modules and multiple persons and multiple teams for cooperation and docking.
Regarding the disadvantage of "being unaware of the impact of a single module change on other modules", an optimization scheme will be provided later by some embodiments to further address this disadvantage.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario to which an embodiment of the present disclosure is applicable. The application scenario includes a server 201 and a terminal 202: a project management system can be deployed on the server 201, where the project management system can include a plurality of project management spaces, different project management spaces correspond to different projects, element cards corresponding to elements associated with the projects can be recorded in the project management spaces, for example, the project management space 1 records element cards 11, element cards 12 and … …, and the project management space 2 records element cards 21, element cards 22 and … …, so as to uniformly manage project elements in the corresponding projects; the terminal 202 may be plural, and may include, for example, a developer's terminal, a tester's terminal, and the like.
The embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented on a terminal and/or a server, i.e., the project management system may be deployed on a terminal and/or a server, fig. 2 being an example of an implementation of the embodiments of the present disclosure on a server. The terminal may be a personal digital assistant (personal digital assistant, PDA for short), a handheld device with a wireless communication function (e.g., a smart phone, a tablet computer), a computing device (e.g., a personal computer (personal computer, PC for short)), a wearable device (e.g., a smart watch, a smart bracelet), a smart home device (e.g., a smart speaker, a smart display device), etc. The servers can be independent servers or server clusters, and can be local servers or cloud servers.
The following describes the technical scheme of the present disclosure and how the technical scheme of the present disclosure solves the above technical problems in detail with specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that, the embodiments of the present disclosure are applied to the project management system, and the project management system may refer to the example of fig. 2, which is not described herein.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the project management method provided in the first embodiment of the present disclosure includes:
s301, acquiring attribute characteristics of a target item, wherein the attribute characteristics comprise item characteristics and/or element characteristics of associated elements, and element cards of the associated elements are recorded in an item management space corresponding to the target item.
The project management space corresponding to the target project is used for recording an element card of an element associated with the target project, the element refers to a project element, and the project element can comprise at least one of the following: project requirements, functional modules, participants. The project management space corresponding to the target project can be a virtual space in the sense of software, for example, a page area, an element set, a folder and the like, and when a user accesses the project management system, the user can know which elements associated with the project exist through browsing the project management space. The project management space corresponding to the target project may be empty, i.e., no element cards are recorded, such as element cards are not added to the project management space when the project management space is just established; the project management space corresponding to the target project may also have one or more element cards already recorded.
In this embodiment, the item characteristics of the target item may be obtained from item information (such as item description, service to which the item belongs, and item file) of the target item; and/or, in the case that the element card is already recorded in the project management space corresponding to the target project, the project element corresponding to the element card in the project management space is the element associated with the target project, which is referred to herein as the associated element, and the element feature of the associated element may be obtained from the element information (such as some files and texts of the associated element) of the associated element.
S302, determining a target element with an association relation with the target item according to the attribute characteristics.
Wherein, in the case that the attribute characteristics of the target item include the item characteristics of the target item, the item characteristics may reflect the item elements associated with the target item to a certain extent, and in the case that the attribute characteristics of the target item include the element characteristics of the associated elements, the similarity and commonality of the elements associated with the target item may be utilized to determine the target element having an association relationship with the target item based on the element characteristics of the associated elements. Therefore, the target element having the association relationship with the target item may be determined based on the item characteristics of the target item and/or the element characteristics of the association element.
In this embodiment, a target element having an association relationship with a target item may be searched for in a plurality of elements according to an attribute feature of the target item, for example, a target element having an association relationship with a target item may be matched out of a plurality of elements by an attribute feature based on a feature matching manner, for example, a target element having an association relationship with a target item may be searched for by a correspondence relationship between an attribute feature and an item element, for example, some models, such as an analysis model and a prediction model, may be used to analyze and predict a target element having an association relationship with a target item based on an attribute feature.
S303, recording element cards corresponding to the target elements in the project management space.
The element cards can be page cards, and the element cards recorded in the project management space are displayed on the page, so that project elements associated with the target project can be made clear at a glance.
In this embodiment, element cards corresponding to target elements are recorded in the project management space, so that elements associated with target projects are managed in a unified manner through the project management space.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the target element with the association relation with the target item is automatically determined based on the item characteristics of the target item and/or the element characteristics of the association element corresponding to the recorded element card in the item management space, so that the element card of the target element is automatically recorded in the item management space, the automatic recording of the element card of the association element is realized, namely, the automatic association of the element associated with the item is realized, and the efficiency of item management is effectively improved.
Considering element cards in which the project management space may already have associated elements recorded, several implementations may be provided to avoid recording duplicate cards in the project management space:
in one possible implementation, it may be determined whether the element card corresponding to the target element is recorded in the project management space, and if the element card corresponding to the target element is not recorded in the project management space, the element card corresponding to the target element may be added in the project management space.
In yet another possible implementation manner, the element card corresponding to the target element is recorded in the project management space, and in the recording process, if the element card same as the element card corresponding to the target element exists in the project management space, the element card is replaced by the element card corresponding to the target element, otherwise, the element card corresponding to the target element can be directly added in the project management space.
In yet another possible implementation manner, when determining the target element, the target element having an association relationship with the target item may be determined according to the attribute characteristics in a plurality of item elements of which the element card is not recorded in the item management space, so as to realize leak detection and deficiency repair of the element associated with the target item.
Based on the item elements may include item requirements and/or functional modules, the following implementations may be provided:
in the case where the project element includes a project requirement, in one possible implementation, the associated element includes an associated requirement, the project feature of the target project may include a project requirement document of the target project and/or the element feature of the associated element may include a requirement content description of the associated requirement. Therefore, the project requirement document and/or the requirement content description are utilized to determine the target requirement with the association relation with the target project, and the accuracy of determining the target requirement is improved.
In the case where the item element comprises a functional module, in one possible implementation, the association element comprises an association module, and the element characteristics of the association element may comprise code information of the association module. Therefore, the characteristic that the functional module is a code implementation is utilized, the code information of the association module is utilized to determine the target module which has an association relation with the target item, and the accuracy of determining the target module is improved.
Corresponding embodiments are provided below for automatically recording an element card of a requirement associated with a target item and an element card of a module associated with the target item in an item management space.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure. Based on the association element including the association module and the element feature of the association element including the code information of the association module, as shown in fig. 4, the project management method provided by the second embodiment of the disclosure includes:
s401, acquiring code information of an association module of the target item, wherein element cards of the association module are recorded in an item management space corresponding to the target item.
The element cards of the association module are recorded in the project management space corresponding to the target project, and the element cards indicate that the association relation between the association module and the target project is recorded in the project management space.
The function module is an algorithm module realized by codes, so that the code information of the function module can accurately and fully reflect the characteristic information of the function module, and more function modules with association relation with target items can be discovered more accurately by utilizing the code information of the association module.
In this embodiment, the code information of the associated module may be obtained from a code space of the associated module, where the code space may be a code storage address, a code library, or the like.
S402, determining a target module with an association relation with a target item based on code information of the association module and a module relation diagram, wherein the module relation diagram is constructed based on code information of a plurality of functional modules and is used for reflecting upstream and downstream calling relations among the plurality of functional modules.
Wherein a block relationship graph may be pre-constructed. In the process of constructing the module relation graph, the upstream and downstream call relations among the plurality of functional modules can be carded based on the code information of the plurality of functional modules, and the module relation graph capable of reflecting the upstream and downstream call relations is established based on the upstream and downstream call relations among the functional modules.
In this embodiment, the code information of the association module may embody the identifier of the association module and/or the call condition of the association module to other modules, and the function module having the upstream and downstream call relationship with the association module may be found in the module relationship diagram based on the code information of the association module.
In one possible implementation, the module relation graph may include a plurality of sub-graphs, one sub-graph corresponding to each function module, nodes in the sub-graphs representing functions in the function modules, edges between nodes in the module relation graph representing call relationships between functions, and the function module upstream and downstream call relationships including function call relationships. Based on this, S402 may include: searching candidate modules with function calling relations with the association module in the module relation diagram according to the function identifications and the function calling links of the functions in the association module; among the candidate modules, a target module is determined. Therefore, the function call relation of the functional modules in the module relation diagram accurately reflects the upstream and downstream relation between the functional modules, and further accuracy of determining the target modules is improved.
When the module relation graph is constructed, function identification and function call links in the function module can be identified in code information of the function module, nodes corresponding to the functions are constructed based on the function identification, edges between the nodes are established based on the function call links, so that call relations between the functions corresponding to the nodes are represented through the edges between the nodes, and therefore subgraphs corresponding to the function module can be obtained by combining the nodes and the edges. Because function call relations can exist between the function modules, the function call relations between the function modules can be identified in the code information of the function modules, and connection between sub-graphs corresponding to the function modules is established based on the function call relations between the function modules. For example, when the function a in the function module a calls the function B in the function module B, a node representing the function a in the sub-graph corresponding to the function module a may be connected to a node representing the function B in the sub-graph corresponding to the function module B.
Wherein the function identification may be a function name.
In the implementation manner, a sub-graph corresponding to the association module can be searched in the module relation graph; based on the function identification of each function in the association module, searching the nodes corresponding to each function in the subgraph, based on the function call links in the relationship module, searching the target nodes with connection relation with the nodes corresponding to each function in the rest subgraphs of the module relationship graph except the subgraphs corresponding to the association module, and determining the candidate module as the functional module where the target node is located. In the process of determining the target module in the candidate modules, the target module can be determined to be the candidate module, or the target module can be further screened from the candidate modules in order to find the functional module which is more closely related to the related module.
In one possible implementation, determining the target module among the candidate modules may include: determining an association weight between the association module and the candidate module based on a function call relationship between the association module and the candidate module in the module relationship diagram; and screening the candidate modules based on the association weight to obtain the target module.
The function call relation between the association module and the candidate module can associate the association degree or the mutual influence degree between the association module and the candidate module.
In this embodiment, a connection edge between the association module and the candidate module may be determined in the module relationship diagram, where the connection edge between the association module and the candidate module reflects a function call relationship between the association module and the candidate module, and an association weight between the association module and the candidate module is determined based on the connection edge between the association module and the candidate module; the target module may be determined to be a functional module in the candidate modules, where the association weight between the candidate modules and the association module is greater than the weight threshold, or the candidate modules may be ranked according to the association weight, and a preset number of functional modules are selected from the ranked candidate modules according to the order of the association weights from large to small, so as to determine that the target module is the preset number of functional modules.
In one possible implementation, in determining the association weight between the association module and the candidate module based on the connection edges between the association module and the candidate module, the association weight between the association module and the candidate module may be determined based on the number of connection edges between the association module and the candidate module. The more the connecting edges between the association module and the candidate module are, the more functions representing calling relations exist between the association module and the candidate module are, the higher the association degree and the interaction degree between the association module and the candidate module are, and the higher association weight can be determined for the association module and the candidate module. Therefore, the accuracy and rationality of the association weight between the association module and the candidate module are improved, the association degree and the interaction degree between the association module and the candidate module are accurately reflected, and the screening accuracy of the target module is improved.
In one possible implementation, in determining the association weight between the association module and the candidate module based on the connection edge between the association module and the candidate module, the association weight between the association module and the candidate module may be determined according to the type of the connection edge between the association module and the candidate module. The type of the connection edge may include a direct connection and an indirect connection, and if the connection edge is a direct connection, a larger association weight is determined for the association module and the candidate module, and if the connection edge is an indirect connection, a smaller association weight is determined for the association module and the candidate module. Thus, based on the distinction between direct connection and indirect link, the accuracy and rationality of the association weight between the association module and the candidate module is improved.
In one possible implementation, after determining the association weight between the association module and the candidate module, the target module may be determined in the candidate module in combination with the association weight between the association module and the candidate module, the service type to which the association module belongs, and the service type to which the candidate module belongs. Therefore, the accuracy of determining the target module is improved by combining the association weight and the service type.
The service type of the association module is determined according to the function identification of the function in the association module, and the service type of the candidate module is determined according to the function identification of the function in the candidate module. The function identifier comprises a service type, and the service type of the function can be determined based on the function identifier of the function, so that the service type of the function module where the function is located is determined. For example, if the prefix of the function name is Ad, the service type to which the function belongs is advertisement, if the prefix of the function name is Video, the service type to which the function belongs is Video, and if the prefix of the function name is Net, the service type to which the function belongs is network.
In this implementation manner, it may be determined that the target module is a functional module, in the candidate modules, having a correlation weight greater than a weight threshold and belonging to the same service type as the correlation module, or the candidate modules may be sorted according to the correlation weights, and a preset number of functional modules, in which the correlation module belongs to the same service type as the correlation module, are screened out from the sorted candidate modules according to the order of the correlation weights from large to small, so as to determine that the target module is the preset number of functional modules.
S403, recording the element card corresponding to the target module in the project management space.
