and a third step of: if the user wishes to use a certain intelligent service, the user can select the service and enter a registration process; in the intelligent service booklet module, the user needs to provide necessary information including basic information, description, license information and access control rules of the service; the intelligent service management module allocates a unique identifier for the service; the user can choose to save the registration information and complete the registration process; once the registration is successful, the user can perform customized configuration on the registered intelligent service according to the requirements of the user; in the intelligent service configuration sub-module, a user can determine parameters, data sources, input/output formats of services and integration modes with other services; the user can save the configuration information to ensure that the intelligent service operates according to the requirements;
fourth step: the user can enter an intelligent service monitoring sub-module to monitor the performance and the running state of the configured intelligent service in real time; the user can view performance indexes, logs, error reports and tracking information requested by the user; if the user needs to update the registered intelligent service, they can enter an intelligent service update sub-module; the user may perform an update operation, such as upgrading to a new version, modifying a configuration, or applying a security patch;
fifth step: a user can enter a data analysis module to analyze user data and intelligent service data; the data analysis module will generate user behavior analysis, performance reports and suggested improvements to optimize the use of the service; users may use security and compliance sub-modules to ensure the security and compliance of intelligent services, such as applying appropriate security policies and regulations;
sixth step: the user may integrate data for different intelligent services using the data integration and reporting sub-module and generate a customized report.

Claims (9)

1. The intelligent service integrated management system based on the SaaS platform is characterized in that: a server for hosting the SaaS platform and managing the intelligent services; a user interface module: the user interface module is communicated with the server and is used for receiving and displaying the request, feedback and service information of the user; and a data storage module: a data storage module configured to store user data, intelligent service data, and configuration information; intelligent service management module: an intelligent service management module configured to manage a plurality of intelligent services, including registration, configuration, monitoring, and updating of the intelligent services; the intelligent service execution module: an intelligent service for executing the user request, cooperating with the intelligent service management module to determine an optimal service execution policy; and a data analysis module: is configured to analyze the user data and the intelligent service data to generate service suggestions and refinement policies.

The SaaS platform-based intelligent service integrated management system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent service management module comprises an intelligent service booklet module, and wherein the intelligent service registration submodule allows enterprise customers to register their intelligent services into the system, including providing basic information, descriptions, license information and access control rules for the services, each registered intelligent service being assigned a unique identifier; the intelligent service management module comprises an intelligent service configuration sub-module which allows enterprise clients to perform customized configuration on registered intelligent services according to requirements of the enterprise clients, wherein the intelligent service configuration sub-module comprises the steps of determining parameters, data sources, input/output formats of the services and integrating modes with other services.

The SaaS platform-based intelligent service integrated management system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent service management module comprises an intelligent service monitoring sub-module responsible for monitoring the performance and running state of the configured intelligent service in real time, the intelligent service monitoring sub-module providing performance index, log, error report and tracking information of user request; the intelligent service management module comprises an intelligent service updating sub-module which allows enterprise clients to update registered intelligent services, including but not limited to upgrading to new versions, modifying configurations and applying security patches; the intelligent service management module includes a service directory and target management sub-module that allows enterprise customers to view all available intelligent services, their functionality and version information, and that supports assigning services to specific targets to ensure that the services are properly mapped to specific needs within the enterprise.

The SaaS platform based intelligent service integrated management system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent service management module further comprises an enterprise level configuration sub-module, a cost management and billing sub-module, a troubleshooting and support sub-module, a security and compliance sub-module, and a data integration and reporting sub-module.

The SaaS platform-based intelligent service integrated management system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent service execution module comprises a user request receiving module, a service information retrieving module, a service execution policy decision module, a service execution module, a real-time monitoring module and an artificial intelligent auxiliary decision execution sub-module, wherein the service execution policy decision module further comprises a data analysis and matching module, a resource allocation module and an execution plan generating module, the artificial intelligent auxiliary decision execution sub-module supports decision making by using machine learning and data analysis technologies, the artificial intelligent auxiliary decision execution sub-module trains a model to make decisions according to dynamic changes of historical performance and user requirements, and optimizes execution policies.

The SaaS platform based intelligent service integrated management system according to claim 1, wherein the server side is configured to communicate with a plurality of user devices through a network to provide services of the SaaS platform; the user interface module is configured to communicate with the user device through a Web browser or mobile application; the data storage module is configured to employ distributed storage techniques to ensure security and scalability of the data.

The SaaS platform based intelligent service integrated management system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent service management module is configured to support multiple types of intelligent services including, but not limited to, natural language processing, machine learning, image processing; the data analysis module is configured to generate user behavior analysis, performance reports, and suggested improvement measures.

The integrated management system for intelligent services based on the SaaS platform according to claim 1, wherein the server side, the user interface module, the data storage module, the intelligent service management module, the intelligent service execution module and the data analysis module communicate with each other through API interfaces; the user interface module is configured to support multiple languages and multiple device accesses.
9. The application method of the intelligent service integrated management system based on the SaaS platform is characterized by comprising the following working steps:
the first step: opening a Web browser or mobile application and accessing a login page of the system, inputting valid login credentials, such as a user name and password, clicking a login button to access the system;
and a second step of: once logged in successfully, the user will be directed to the dashboard or service directory of the system; in the service directory, the user can browse all available intelligent services, including various types such as natural language processing, machine learning, and image processing; the user can view basic information, description and version information of each service;
