The invention discloses an intelligent operation and maintenance on-line monitoring device of a cold rolling uncoiler, wherein vibration sensors of the device are respectively arranged on a motor load side of the cold rolling uncoiler, bearing seats at two ends of an input shaft and an output shaft of a gear box, sound sensors are respectively arranged on the bearing seats at two ends of the input shaft and the output shaft of the gear box, a signal control disc box is arranged on one side of the cold rolling uncoiler, a data acquisition module, a signal preprocessing module, an acquisition condition judging module and a network communication module are arranged in the signal control disc box, the data acquisition module acquires the signals of the vibration sensors and the sound sensors, the signals are processed by the signal preprocessing module and then transmitted to an intelligent terminal through the network communication module, the acquisition condition judging module receives signals transmitted by the signal control disc box and gives fault state early warning to the cold rolling uncoiler after being processed. The device monitors the cold rolling uncoiler in real time and accurately gives an alarm prompt.

Most of the traditional cold rolling uncoilers are operated and maintained through spot inspection, annual inspection and the like, faults can not be monitored and diagnosed in time in the production operation process, normal and reliable operation of the cold rolling unit is seriously affected, and certain potential safety hazards exist.
