The implementation principle of the smoke exhaust pipeline installation structure in the embodiment of the application is as follows: inserting the guide block 9 of the connecting collar 22 into the guide groove 8 from one side of the pipeline bracket 3, so that the connecting joint pipe 2 is slidingly connected to the upper surface of the pipeline bracket 3, and the connecting joint pipe 2 is positioned in the middle of the upper surface of the pipeline bracket 3; inserting the inserting posts 15 of the positioning support blocks 12 into the inserting grooves 14, so that the positioning support blocks 12 and the limiting blocks 13 are fixedly connected to the upper surface of the pipeline bracket 3, and limiting the moving positions of the connecting joint pipes 2 through the positioning support blocks 12 at two sides; hoisting the smoke exhaust joint pipe 1 above the pipeline brackets 3, so that two ends of the smoke exhaust joint pipe 1 are respectively positioned on the positioning support blocks 12 of two adjacent pipeline brackets 3, and thus, the smoke exhaust joint pipe 1 is initially positioned; finally, the connecting collar 22 is moved so that the first frame of the connecting collar 22 is sleeved outside the end of the smoke exhaust joint pipe 1, and when the limiting rod 41 is aligned with the limiting groove 42, the end of the limiting rod 41 is inserted into the limiting groove 42 under the action of the limiting spring 43, so that the fixed connection of the smoke exhaust joint pipe 1 and the connecting joint pipe 2 is completed. The installation of the whole smoke exhaust pipeline can be completed by repeating the steps.

Claims (9)

1. The smoke exhaust pipeline installation structure is characterized by comprising smoke exhaust joint pipes (1), connecting joint pipes (2) and pipeline brackets (3), wherein two ends of each smoke exhaust joint pipe (1) are respectively positioned on the adjacent pipeline brackets (3); the connecting joint pipe (2) comprises a telescopic pipe (21), two ends of the telescopic pipe (21) are fixedly connected with connecting lantern rings (22), the connecting lantern rings (22) are sleeved outside the end parts of the smoke discharging joint pipe (1), and limiting assemblies (4) used for limiting the end parts of the smoke discharging joint pipe (1) in the connecting lantern rings (22) are arranged on the connecting lantern rings (22).

The smoke exhaust duct mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the limiting assembly (4) comprises a limiting rod (41), a limiting groove (42) and a limiting spring (43), a sliding hole (44) is formed in the side wall of the connecting sleeve ring (22) in a penetrating manner, the limiting rod (41) is connected in the sliding hole (44) in a sliding manner, the limiting groove (42) is formed in the outer side wall of the smoke exhaust pipe (1), and the limiting groove (42) is in plug-in fit with the end part of the limiting rod (41); the limiting spring (43) is sleeved outside the limiting rod (41), one end of the limiting spring (43) is fixed on the limiting rod (41), and the other end of the limiting spring (43) is fixed on the wall of the sliding hole (44).

A smoke exhaust duct mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the end face of the restricting lever (41) is an inclined face, and the inclined face of the restricting lever (41) is arranged in a direction away from the telescopic tube (21); the other end of the limiting rod (41) is provided with a pull ring (5).
4. A smoke exhaust duct mounting structure according to claim 3, wherein the pull ring (5) is hinged to the end of the limiting rod (41), and the outer side wall of the connecting collar (22) is provided with a receiving groove (6) for placing the pull ring (5).
5. The smoke exhaust duct mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein a sealing ring (7) is arranged in the connecting collar (22), and the sealing ring (7) is abutted against the end face of the smoke exhaust joint pipe (1).

The smoke exhaust pipeline installation structure according to claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the pipeline bracket (3) is provided with a guide groove (8), and the guide groove (8) is arranged along the length direction of the smoke exhaust joint pipe (1); the outer side wall of the connecting lantern ring (22) is fixedly connected with a guide block (9) which is in sliding fit with the guide groove (8).

A smoke exhaust duct mounting structure according to claim 1 or 6, wherein one side of one connecting collar (22) is fixedly connected with a supporting rod (10), one side of the other connecting collar (22) is fixedly connected with a loop bar (11), and one end of the loop bar (11) is glidingly sleeved outside the supporting rod (10); the support rod (10) and the loop bar (11) are arranged along the length direction of the guide groove (8), and the support rod (10) and the loop bar (11) are positioned on one side, far away from the pipeline bracket (3), of the connecting lantern ring (22).

The smoke exhaust duct mounting structure according to claim 6, wherein a positioning support block (12) is provided on the upper surface of the duct bracket (3), the positioning support block (12) is provided along the width direction of the smoke exhaust branch pipe, and the end portion of the smoke exhaust joint pipe (1) is placed on the positioning support block (12); limiting blocks (13) are fixedly connected to two ends of the positioning support block (12), and the limiting blocks (13) are abutted to the outer side wall of the smoke exhaust joint pipe (1).

The smoke exhaust pipeline installation structure according to claim 7, wherein the upper surface of the pipeline bracket (3) is provided with a plug-in groove (14), and the bottom surface of the positioning support block (12) is fixedly connected with a plug-in column (15) which is in plug-in fit with the plug-in groove (14); the guide groove (8) is arranged on the side surface of the pipeline bracket (3) in a penetrating way.
