Abstract
The invention discloses a flat sheet cleaning agent and a using method thereof. In the invention, the compound antibacterial complexing agent comprises 100 parts by weight of burdock fruit extract, 110 parts by weight of mugwort leaf extract, 120 parts by weight of camphor leaf extract and 300 parts by weight of liquid ozone mixture; the compound antibacterial complexing agent is added into the raw materials for cleaning, so that mixed bacteria cannot easily grow on the surface of the cleaned flat sheet, the lasting antibacterial property of the flat sheet is improved, meanwhile, the nano titanium dioxide hydrosol matched with the anti-fogging compound agent is uniformly dispersed in the cleaning liquid, the anti-fogging compound antibacterial cleaning agent has high storage stability and excellent photocatalytic performance, and a functional layer can be formed on the outer surface of the spectacle lens, so that the atomization phenomenon of the surface of the spectacle lens can be effectively avoided, and the convenience of the flat sheet in use in winter is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of flat sheet cleaning agents, and particularly relates to a flat sheet cleaning agent and a using method thereof.
Background
The Chinese semiconductor market has the advantages that the demand of the packaging amount of the Chinese semiconductor market is rapidly increased, the labor force is short, the labor cost is continuously increased, the demand of manufacturers on automatic equipment is increased, and the Chinese semiconductor market has obvious effects of reducing the production cost and improving the product yield. The existing wafers (sapphire sheets, silicon wafers and the like) need to be subjected to multiple procedures such as cleaning, gluing, pasting, shoveling, storage and the like when being processed. Professional cleaning agents are needed in the cleaning process of the flat sheets.
However, the conventional cleaning agent lacks a durable antibacterial ability on the surface of the flat sheet after cleaning in the use process, and the surface of the flat sheet is easily fogged when used in winter, thereby causing inconvenience in use.

The invention aims at: in order to solve the problems, a cleaning agent for flat sheets and a using method thereof are provided.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a tablet cleaning agent, the tablet cleaning agent comprising: 0.5-3 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 5-10 parts of coconut fatty acid diethanolamide, 4-8 parts of dodecyl betaine, 5-8 parts of thickening agent, 4-6 parts of stabilizer, 2-5 parts of friction resistance agent, 0.1-0.3 part of corrosion inhibitor, 1-3 parts of sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate, 0.3-0.6 part of lubricant, 0.2-0.4 part of preservative, 85-100 parts of deionized water, 85-100 parts of compound antibacterial complexing agent and 85-100 parts of anti-fogging compound agent.

s1: firstly, weighing raw materials for producing the flat sheet cleaning agent, and weighing: 0.5-3 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 5-10 parts of coconut fatty acid diethanolamide, 4-8 parts of dodecyl betaine, 5-8 parts of thickening agent, 4-6 parts of stabilizer, 2-5 parts of friction resistance agent, 0.1-0.3 part of corrosion inhibitor, 1-3 parts of sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate, 0.3-0.6 part of lubricant, 0.2-0.4 part of preservative, 85-100 parts of deionized water, 85-100 parts of compound antibacterial complexing agent and 85-100 parts of anti-fogging compound agent;
s2: weighing hydrogen peroxide, coconut fatty acid diethanolamide and dodecyl betaine according to the weight parts weighed in the step S1, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture A;
s3: adding the deionized water weighed in the step S1 into a dispersing kettle, and heating to 40 ℃;
s4: adding the mixture A prepared in the step S1 into deionized water in the step S2, and stirring and mixing the mixture A in a dispersing kettle to obtain a mixture B
S5: adding a thickener, a stabilizer, a friction resistance agent, a corrosion inhibitor, sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate, a lubricant, a preservative, deionized water, a compound antibacterial complexing agent and an anti-fogging compound agent into the mixture B, then controlling the heating temperature to be 30 ℃ and stirring for 30-40 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixture C;
s6: and (5) storing, collecting and packaging the mixture C prepared in the step (S5), and then obtaining the prepared flat sheet cleaning agent, and ending the whole preparation flow of the flat sheet cleaning agent.
In a preferred embodiment, in the step S1, the thickener is one or a combination of more of propylene glycol alginate, sodium hydroxymethyl cellulose and sodium polyacrylate.
In a preferred embodiment, in the step S1, the corrosion inhibitor is one or more of hexamethylenetetramine, disodium edetate, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, tetrasodium edetate, and benzotriazole.
In a preferred embodiment, in the step S1, the stabilizer is one of magnesium stearate or 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol.
In a preferred embodiment, in the step S1, the method for preparing the friction resistance agent includes the following steps:
according to parts by weight, 10 parts by weight of polyphenylene sulfide resin, 3 parts by weight of fatty acid diethanolamide and 9 parts by weight of alkyl trimethyl ammonium chloride are added into 110 parts by weight of N, N-dimethylformamide solvent, and the solvent in an autoclave is heated to 148 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen atmosphere to promote dissolution; and after the dissolution, rapidly cooling the solution to a temperature below the boiling point by using ice water, precipitating resin particles, flushing by using ice water to extract the particles, filtering and drying the resin particle hydrolysate to obtain resin particles, wherein the resin particles are the required flexible friction increasing agent, and the particle size of the flexible friction increasing agent is 40 mu m.

The method for using the tablet cleaning agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step S1, the anti-fogging compound agent includes: 30 parts of nano titanium dioxide hydrosol; 20 parts by weight of a polymer emulsion; 5 parts of auxiliary agent; 15 parts of titanium dioxide; deionized 25 parts by weight.
