Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of ton bucket green cleaning agents, and particularly discloses a regenerated IBC ton bucket green cleaning solvent which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of sodium gluconate, 5-15 parts of sodium metasilicate, 4-8 parts of sodium carbonate, 3-6 parts of trehalose ester, 5-10 parts of sodium citrate, 6-12 parts of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 4-10 parts of an emulsifier, 3-8 parts of silicone oil, 2-5 parts of organic base, 2-4 parts of a corrosion inhibitor and 100 parts of deionized water. The cleaning agent disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation method, small in pollution, mild in cleaning condition and good in cleaning effect, and is especially suitable for cleaning sulfuric acid residues in the high-density polyethylene HDPE material ton barrel, and the damage to the HDPE ton barrel is small.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of ton bucket green cleaning agents, and particularly discloses a regenerated IBC ton bucket green cleaning solvent.
Background
IBC ton barrels refer to IBC intermediate bulk containers. Is a necessary tool for modern storage and transportation of liquid products. The packaging barrel is formed by combining an inner container and a metal frame, wherein the inner container is formed by blow molding high molecular weight high density polyethylene. The adoption of the container barrel for packaging can greatly reduce the production, storage, transportation and operation costs. Saving a great deal of manpower and material resources. Compared with the traditional package, the storage can save 35% of space, and the loading and unloading can be operated by using a forklift, so that a plurality of troubles of manual transportation are reduced. And (3) filling: 1 ton bucket = 5 200L barrels, the trouble of repeated operation many times has been reduced in the filling process, avoids simultaneously in the filling process to leak material, spill etc. extravagant. In summary, the container is convenient to use, economical and durable, and along with international development, the container gradually becomes a main stream product of liquid packaging. The liquid density of the liquid for containing the II type dangerous goods and the III type dangerous goods is 1.5g/cm < 3 > at the maximum, and the liquid density of the liquid for containing the II type dangerous goods and the III type dangerous goods is 1.8g/cm < 3 >. The product has reasonable structure, is firm and firm, can be directly loaded and unloaded by a forklift, and can be stacked and stored. The liquid discharge valve is arranged at the bottom of the product, so that the liquid discharge is convenient, rapid, thorough and safe, is convenient to clean, can be used in a circulating way for many times, saves energy and is beneficial to environmental protection.
The IBC ton barrel can be prepared by adopting PE reclaimed materials, is green and environment-friendly, but the reclaimed HDPE has the following defects of small hygroscopicity, easiness in melt fracture, easiness in decomposition after long-term contact with hot metal, large shrinkage range and shrinkage value, easiness in shrinkage cavity, dent and deformation. Therefore, the existing regenerated IBC ton barrel for storing 98% sulfuric acid is also required to be cleaned by a specific cleaning agent, so that the service life of the IBC ton barrel can be prolonged to the maximum extent, and the cleaning effect is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a green cleaning solvent for a regenerated IBC ton barrel, which has the advantages of simple preparation method, less pollution, mild cleaning condition and good cleaning effect.
The invention comprises the following technical scheme:
the regenerated IBC ton barrel green cleaning solvent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
further, the regenerated IBC ton barrel green cleaning solvent is characterized in that the emulsifier is one of sorbitan monooleate, sorbitan monooleate or sucrose fatty acid ester.
Further, the regenerated IBC ton barrel green cleaning solvent is characterized in that the silicone oil is selected from polysiloxane or hydroxyl-terminated polysiloxane.
Further, the above-mentioned green cleaning solvent for a regenerated IBC ton barrel, wherein the organic base is selected from one of triethylamine, triethylenediamine or pyridine.
Further, the regenerated IBC ton barrel green cleaning solvent is characterized in that the corrosion inhibitor is selected from one of 3,7, 11-trimethyldodecyn-3-ol, polyaspartic acid or 3, 5-dimethyl-1-hexyn-3-ol.
Further, the regenerated IBC ton barrel is a high-density polyethylene ton barrel.
Further, the preparation method of the regenerated IBC ton barrel green cleaning solvent comprises the following steps:
mixing sodium gluconate, sodium metasilicate, sodium carbonate, trehalose ester, sodium citrate, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether and deionized water to form a uniform solution system, stirring, and standing at room temperature;
(2) And adding an emulsifying agent, silicone oil, organic base and a corrosion inhibitor into the solution system, uniformly stirring, and standing to obtain the water-based cleaning agent.
Further, the use of the above-mentioned regenerated IBC ton barrel green cleaning solvent is characterized in that the green cleaning solvent is used for cleaning the IBC ton barrel storing 98% concentrated sulfuric acid.
Further, the use of the above recycled IBC ton bucket green cleaning solvent, the temperature during the cleaning process is kept at 20-30 ℃.
