The invention provides a transfer stretcher door.
The present invention is described by taking the configuration of the vehicle 100 as an aircraft as an example, and the vehicle 100 of the present embodiment is not limited to an aircraft, and may be a vehicle such as a vehicle.
Furthermore, "parallel" in this application may be understood as parallel; for example: the description of parallel to the ground refers to parallel to the ground, and parallel to the door refers to parallel to the door. Of course "parallel" in this application is also understood to be slightly inclined, for example: the description below of being parallel to the ground may also refer to being slightly inclined to the ground.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the transfer stretcher door is used for a carrier 100 provided at an access port 110, the transfer stretcher door includes a door 200 and a stretcher 300, and the door 200 is rotatably provided at the access port 110; the stretcher 300 is provided in the door 200, and the longitudinal direction of the stretcher 300 is parallel to the width direction of the access opening 110.
The fact that the longitudinal direction of the stretcher 300 is parallel to the width direction of the access opening 110 means that the longitudinal direction of the stretcher 300 is parallel to the width direction of the access opening 110.
Specifically, the stretcher 300 is arranged on the cabin door 200, and patients can be transported into the carrying cabin of the carrying tool 100 or out of the carrying cabin of the carrying tool 100 by opening and closing the cabin door 200, so that compared with the scheme that the traditional stretcher is lifted into and lifted out of the carrying cabin by manpower, the scheme can save the time required by the stretcher 300 to carry, can effectively provide quick boarding and transportation functions for patients inconvenient to move and needing to be fixed by the stretcher 300, and can improve the labor cost of rescue workers and the transportation efficiency, thereby improving the rescue efficiency; in addition, the traditional stretcher is fixed after being transported into the carrying cabin, so that the situation that the carrying vehicle jolts in the driving process and the patient is injured secondarily is avoided, the stretcher 300 is directly arranged on the cabin door 200, the procedure of re-fixing the stretcher after being transported into the carrying cabin can be avoided, the time is further saved, and the rescue efficiency is improved; furthermore, the stretcher 300 is directly arranged on the cabin door 200, so that the redundant weight of the single structures of the cabin door 200 and the stretcher 300 can be reduced, the space of the carrying cabin is saved, the space utilization rate of the carrying cabin is effectively improved, and the length direction of the stretcher 300 is parallel to the width direction of the inlet and outlet 110, so that the installation stability of the stretcher 300 can be improved. Therefore, the technical scheme of the invention can improve the efficiency of transporting patients into the carrying cabin of the carrying vehicle 100 and out of the carrying cabin of the carrying vehicle 100, thereby improving the rescue efficiency.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the door 200 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the access port 110, the door 200 is opened rotationally downward, and the stretcher 300 is rotatably disposed on the door 200, so that it can be understood that when the door 200 is opened rotationally downward, the stretcher 300 rotates relative to the door 200 and always maintains a state parallel to the ground, so that when a patient is transported out of the carrying cabin, the patient can also always maintain a state parallel to the ground; similarly, when the cabin door 200 is rotated upwards to be closed, the stretcher 300 also rotates relative to the cabin door 200, and always keeps a state parallel to the ground, so that when a patient is transported into the carrying cabin, the patient can always keep a state parallel to the ground, and the patient can be prevented from tilting, and the comfort of the patient is improved. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the door 200 may be rotatably connected to the side of the access opening 110, and the door 200 may be opened in a left or right direction.
Furthermore, when the door 200 is rotated downward to be opened, the stretcher 300 rotates relative to the door 200 to keep a state parallel to the ground, and the stretcher 300 can also be used as a pedal for a rescue worker to step on; the traditional aircraft pedal is designed to be smaller and smaller for saving weight and reducing resistance, and only one person can enter and exit the carrying cabin at a time, so that the cabin entering and exiting efficiency is particularly important for the rescue type aircraft. According to the scheme, the stretcher 300 and the foot pedals are subjected to structural fusion design, the traditional pedal arrangement can be omitted, so that the space utilization rate can be improved, the length of the stretcher 300 can meet the requirement that three people come in and go out of a carrying cabin of the transfer stretcher door at the same time, and the rescue efficiency in rescue tasks is improved. The boarding mode of the traditional transfer stretcher door is single, the boarding mode is mainly arranged in the mode of an external pedal, and the boarding pedal at the outer side can also increase the aerodynamic resistance of the airplane. The stretcher 300 is used as a pedal and can be folded into the carrying cabin, the aerodynamic shape of the aircraft is not damaged in the driving process, and the aerodynamic resistance of the aircraft with the fixed wing cruising ability can be effectively reduced, so that the energy consumption is reduced.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, alternatively, the stretcher 300 has a pedal state in which the door 200 is opened and a stretcher state in which the stretcher 300 is parallel to the ground; in the stretcher state, the cabin door 200 is opened or closed, and the stretcher 300 is parallel to the ground; it will be appreciated that the pedal state allows a user to step in and out of the carrying pod, and the stretcher 300 in the stretcher state is parallel to the ground, and the stretcher 300 can be used as a stretcher for fixing a patient regardless of whether the door 200 is in the open or closed state, and when the patient needs to be fixed.
Optionally, the stretcher further has a storage state, in which the stretcher 300 is disposed parallel to the cabin door 200, and the stretcher 300 is disposed close to the cabin door 200, and the storage state can be stored, that is, the stretcher 300 is rotatably folded and fixed to one side of the inner wall of the transferring stretcher door, so that the stretcher 300 can be prevented from occupying the space of the carrying cabin, and the effective carrying cabin internal loading space provided by the transferring stretcher door for other devices and personnel is increased. The space utilization rate of the carrying cabin is improved.
The stretcher 300 has a pedal state, a stretcher state and a storage state, which can improve the flexibility of using the stretcher 300 and increase the functions of the stretcher 300.
Further, the transfer stretcher door further comprises a locking device, and the locking device is arranged between the cabin door 200 and the stretcher 300; it can be appreciated that the locking device provided between the door 200 and the stretcher 300 can lock the stretcher 300, increase the stability of the stretcher 300, prevent the stretcher 300 from shaking, and improve the comfort of wounded persons.
Further, the locking device comprises a locking state, a half-locking state and an unlocking state; in the locked state, the locking device locks the stretcher 300; in the semi-locked state, the locking device provides torque to the stretcher 300 to slow down the rotational speed of the stretcher 300; in the unlocked state, the locking device unlocks the stretcher 300; it can be appreciated that the setting of the locking device can quickly lock the stretcher 300, thereby avoiding manual locking of the stretcher 300, and thus improving the unlocking and locking efficiency of the stretcher 300, so as to increase the rescue efficiency, and the locking device has a half-locking state, so that torque can be provided for the stretcher 300, the rotating speed of the stretcher 300 is prevented from being too fast, and the comfort of wounded is further improved.
Further, the locking device is in a locked state when the stretcher 300 is in the pedal state and the storage state; when the stretcher 300 is in the stretcher state, the locking device is in the half-locking state; the stretcher 300 is in an unlocking state in the switching process of the pedal state, the storage state and the stretcher state;
it should be noted that, when the stretcher 300 is in the pedal state, the personnel of the rescue personnel need to get in and out of the carrying cabin, the stretcher 300 can be used as the pedal for the rescue personnel to trample, and the locking device locks the stretcher 300, at this time, the stretcher 300 is in a static state relative to the cabin door 200, so that the stretcher 300 can be prevented from shaking when the personnel tramples, thereby increasing the safety, improving the personnel entering and exiting efficiency, and further increasing the rescue efficiency.
Further, when the stretcher 300 is in a storage state, the tightening device locks the stretcher 300, so that the stretcher 300 can be prevented from shaking in the driving process of transferring the stretcher door, further, personnel in the carrying cabin are accidentally injured, and the tightening device locks the stretcher 300 in the storage state, so that the stretcher 300 can be prevented from occupying the space in the carrying cabin, and the space utilization rate of the carrying cabin is improved.
Further, in the process of switching the pedal state, the storage state and the stretcher state of the stretcher 300, the locking device is in an unlocking state, that is, the stretcher 300 can freely rotate relative to the cabin door 200; because the stretcher 300 can be opened along with the downward rotation of the cabin door 200 or closed along with the upward rotation, the stretcher 300 can freely rotate relative to the cabin door 200 in the switching process of the pedal state, the storage state and the stretcher state, the stretcher 300 can be kept in a state parallel to the ground at any time, and when the stretcher 300 is provided with a patient, the patient can always keep in a state parallel to the ground when the patient is carried out of or in the carrying cabin, the patient is prevented from inclining, and the comfort level of the patient is improved.

Further, the stretcher 300 can increase rescue functions such as a quick-dismantling railing, a safety belt, a telescopic bed board and the like according to the functions.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the material of the stretcher 300 is configured as carbon fiber, firstly because the carbon fiber is light in weight, the weight of the stretcher 300 can be reduced, secondly because the carbon fiber has excellent energy absorption rate, the collision energy absorption capacity is six to seven times that of steel, three to four times that of aluminum, the safety is higher, the third carbon fiber has higher vibration damping, the light alloy takes 9 seconds to stop vibration, the carbon fiber composite material can stop for 2 seconds, the comfort of the stretcher 300 can be improved, the fourth carbon fiber has higher fatigue strength, the fatigue strength of steel and aluminum is 30-50% of that of tensile strength, and the carbon fiber can reach 70-80%, so that the reliability of the stretcher 300 can be improved, and the fifth carbon fiber has stronger designability than that of metal, so that the development of the stretcher 300 is easier to be flattened, modularized and integrated. Therefore, the carbon fiber stretcher 300 can be modularized and integrated, the types of parts are greatly reduced, the tooling investment is reduced, and the development period is shortened. Of course, the invention is not limited thereto and in other embodiments, the material of the stretcher 300 may be configured as plastic.
The invention also provides a carrier, which comprises a transfer stretcher door, and the specific structure of the transfer stretcher door refers to the embodiment, and because the main carrier adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, the carrier at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the description is omitted herein. Wherein, the transfer stretcher door is rotationally arranged at the inlet and the outlet.
The vehicle is not limited to an aircraft, and may be a vehicle such as a vehicle.
