In the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, 6, 7 and 8, the blending part 6 includes a support table 601, a hopper 602, a cartridge 603, a powder flow sensor 604, a solenoid valve 605 and a vibrating plate 606; the supporting table 601 is fixedly connected to the upper ends of the two supporting blocks 2 through four supporting columns, a rectangular through hole is formed in the middle of the upper end face of the supporting table 601, and a collecting hopper 602 is fixedly arranged in the rectangular through hole; three medicine cartridges 603 are uniformly arranged on the upper end surface of the supporting table 601, a medicine outlet at the lower end of each medicine cartridge 603 is connected with a powder flow sensor 604, and an electromagnetic valve 605 is arranged at the lower end of each powder flow sensor 604; a vibrating plate 606 is mounted on the rear side of the collection hopper 602; by providing the blending part 6, a dispensing work can be performed instead of a veterinarian.
When the first transmission shaft 505 rotates clockwise with the connecting sleeve 508, the connecting sleeve 508 rotates clockwise with the outer ring of the one-way bearing 706, the inner ring of the one-way bearing 706 and the input shaft of the pump body 701, and when the first transmission shaft 505 rotates anticlockwise with the connecting sleeve 508, the connecting sleeve 508 only rotates anticlockwise with the outer ring of the one-way bearing 706, but not with the inner ring of the one-way bearing 706 and the input shaft of the pump body 701, so that the situation that the input shaft of the pump body 701 rotates reversely is avoided, and the reliability of the lubricating oil circulation mechanism 7 in circulating lubricating oil is improved.
In the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 8 and 9, the knocking component 8 includes a mounting plate 801, a moving frame 802, a knocking motor 803, lateral sliding rods 804, a cam 805 and a knocking post 806, where the mounting plate 801 is fixedly mounted on the rear side of the vibrating plate 606, the lower end of the mounting plate 801 is slidably connected with four lateral sliding rods 804, the front ends of the four lateral sliding rods 804 are fixedly connected with the moving frame 802, a spring is sleeved outside each lateral sliding rod 804, and the spring is located between the mounting plate 801 and the moving frame 802; the front end of the moving frame 802 is provided with two knocking posts 806; the knocking motor 803 is fixedly arranged on the front end surface of the lower part of the mounting plate 801, a cam 805 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the rotating shaft of the knocking motor 803, and the cam 805 is positioned on the inner side of the moving frame 802; the knocking motor 803, the powder flow sensor 604, the electromagnetic valve 605 and the driving motor 501 are all electrically connected with the controller 10, and a display screen is arranged on the controller 10; by providing the knocking member 8, when the knocking operation for the vibrating plate 606 is required, the vibration operation of the aggregate bin 602 can be achieved by starting the knocking motor 803.
When the protrusion of the cam 805 rotates to face backward, the moving frame 802 is pushed backward, and the springs outside each lateral slide bar 804 are in a compressed state at this time, and the springs are charged.
When the boss of the cam 805 is rotated to be directed forward, the moving frame 802 moves forward rapidly with the two striking posts 806, and the front ends of the two striking posts 806 collide with the rear end surface of the vibration plate 606, at which time the vibration plate 606 vibrates.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the veterinary medicine is prepared for powder commonly used medicines, firstly, three powder medicines are respectively added into three medicine boxes 603, then, according to the medicine amount of the prepared medicines, the flow values of three powder flow sensors 604 at the lower ends of the three medicine boxes 603 are preset through a controller 10, then, three electromagnetic valves 605 are opened through the controller 10, the powder medicines in the three medicine boxes 603 fall into a collecting hopper 602, the powder medicines fall into a mixing bucket 4 through the collecting hopper 602, when the powder flow sensor 604 detects that the powder flow reaches the preset value, the corresponding electromagnetic valves 605 are closed through the controller 10, so that accurate quantitative medicine preparation work is realized, and in the medicine preparation process, the powder medicines are poured into the mixing bucket 4 after being not manually weighed, so that the mixing machine has higher automation degree.
In the dispensing process, the controller 10 starts the knocking motor 803 to enable the rotating shaft of the knocking motor 803 to rotate with the cam 805, then when the protruding part of the cam 805 rotates to face backward, the moving frame 802 is pushed backward, the springs outside each transverse sliding rod 804 are in a compressed state, then when the protruding part of the cam 805 rotates to face forward, the moving frame 802 is enabled to rapidly move forward with the two knocking posts 806 under the action of the external spring force of the transverse sliding rods 804, the front ends of the two knocking posts 806 collide with the rear end face of the vibrating plate 606, so that the vibrating plate 606 and the collecting hopper 602 vibrate, the powdery medicine is prevented from adhering to the inner wall of the collecting hopper 602, and the influence on another medicine is avoided when the other medicine is dispensed.
Then the sealing cover of the mixing drum 4 is covered, the driving motor 501 is started by the controller 10, the rotating shaft of the driving motor 501 drives the worm 502, the worm wheel 503 and the left rotating shaft 401 to rotate, and the left rotating shaft 401 drives the mixing drum 4 to rotate, so that the mixing of various powdery common medicaments is finally realized; and during the operation of the driving motor 501, the first belt pulley 504, the second belt pulley 507, the second transmission shaft 506, the second bevel gear, the first transmission shaft 505 and the first transmission shaft 505 are driven to rotate; when the first transmission shaft 505 rotates clockwise, the outer ring of the connecting sleeve 508, the outer ring of the one-way bearing 706, the inner ring of the one-way bearing 706 and the input shaft of the pump body 701 rotate clockwise, so that the lubricating oil in the transparent lubricating oil tank 9 is conveyed to the upper ends in the two bearing seats 3 through the three-way pipe 703 and the two oil conveying pipes 704, and then flows back to the transparent lubricating oil tank 9 through the oil outlets at the bottoms of the two bearing seats 3 and the two oil return pipes 705, and the circulation operation is performed in such a way, so that the condition that the lubricating oil in the bearing seats 3 is accumulated on the lower side in the bearing seats 3 is avoided, and the upper side in the bearing seats 3 can be lubricated effectively.

the lubricating oil circulation mechanism (7) comprises a pump body (701), an oil suction pipe (702), a three-way pipe (703), an oil delivery pipe (704) and an oil return pipe (705), wherein the pump body (701) is fixedly arranged at the rear side of the upper end face of the base (1), an oil suction port of the pump body (701) is connected with the oil suction pipe (702), the oil suction pipe (702) penetrates through the top end face of the transparent lubricating oil tank (9), and the outer peripheral face of the other end of the oil suction pipe (702) is in contact with the bottom end face inside the transparent lubricating oil tank (9); an oil outlet of the pump body (701) is connected with a three-way pipe (703), two ends of the lower part of the three-way pipe (703) are connected with an oil conveying pipe (704), and the other ends of the two oil conveying pipes (704) are respectively connected with oil inlets on the two bearing seats (3); the number of the oil return pipes (705) is two, the two oil return pipes (705) are respectively connected with oil outlets on the two bearing seats (3), and the other ends of the two oil return pipes (705) are respectively connected with the top of the transparent lubricating oil tank (9).

A self-regulating mixer for livestock and veterinary drug as in claim 1, wherein: the driving device (5) comprises a driving motor (501), a worm (502), a worm wheel (503), a first driving shaft (504), a first driving shaft (505), a second driving shaft (506), a second driving shaft (507) and a connecting sleeve (508), wherein the driving motor (501) is fixedly arranged on a supporting block (2) at the left side, and the worm (502) is fixedly arranged at the rear end of a rotating shaft of the driving motor (501); the worm wheel (503) is fixedly arranged at the left end of a rotating shaft (401) at the left side, and the worm wheel (503) is meshed with the worm (502); the rear end of the worm (502) is fixedly provided with a first belt wheel (504); the first transmission shaft (505) and the second transmission shaft (506) are both rotatably connected to the upper end face of the base (1), a first bevel gear is fixedly arranged at the left end of the first transmission shaft (505), and a second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear is fixedly connected to the rear end of the second transmission shaft (506); a second belt wheel (507) is fixedly arranged at the front end of the second transmission shaft (506), and the second belt wheel (507) is in transmission connection with the first belt wheel (504) through a belt; the right end of the outer part of the first transmission shaft (505) is fixedly connected with a connecting sleeve (508).

A self-regulating mixer for livestock and veterinary drug as in claim 1, wherein: the blending part (6) comprises a supporting table (601), a collecting hopper (602), a medicine cartridge (603), a powder flow sensor (604), an electromagnetic valve (605) and a vibrating plate (606); the supporting table (601) is fixedly connected to the upper ends of the two supporting blocks (2) through four supporting columns, a rectangular through hole is formed in the middle of the upper end face of the supporting table (601), and a collecting hopper (602) is fixedly arranged in the rectangular through hole; three medicine cartridges (603) are uniformly arranged on the upper end face of the supporting table (601), a medicine outlet at the lower end of each medicine cartridge (603) is connected with a powder flow sensor (604), and an electromagnetic valve (605) is arranged at the lower end of each powder flow sensor (604); a vibrating plate (606) is arranged at the rear side of the collecting hopper (602).

A self-regulating mixer for livestock and veterinary drug as in claim 2, wherein: the lubricating oil circulation mechanism (7) further comprises a one-way bearing (706), the one-way bearing (706) is arranged between the input shaft of the pump body (701) and the connecting sleeve (508), and the inner ring of the one-way bearing (706) is fixedly connected with the outer peripheral surface of the input shaft of the pump body (701); the outer ring of the one-way bearing (706) is fixedly connected with the inside of the connecting sleeve (508).

The self-regulating mixer for livestock and veterinary drug according to claim 4, wherein: when the first transmission shaft (505) rotates clockwise with the connecting sleeve (508), the connecting sleeve (508) rotates clockwise with the outer ring of the one-way bearing (706), the inner ring of the one-way bearing (706) and the input shaft of the pump body (701), and when the first transmission shaft (505) rotates anticlockwise with the connecting sleeve (508), the connecting sleeve (508) only rotates anticlockwise with the outer ring of the one-way bearing (706) and cannot rotate anticlockwise with the inner ring of the one-way bearing (706) and the input shaft of the pump body (701).
