The upper sealing rubber 222 is used to prevent air leakage from inflation and the lower sealing rubber 224 is used to prevent body fluids in the pneumoperitoneum from entering the annular balloon structure 4.
As shown in fig. 9-10, the annular balloon structure 4 comprises a compression balloon 41, an annular compression space 42 is formed between the compression balloon 41 and the fixed seat assembly 5 in the circumferential direction of the puncture sleeve 3, an air guide groove 43 is axially formed in the outer wall of the condensation air duct 2, one end of the air guide groove 43 extends to the inner cavity of the compression balloon 41, the other end of the air guide groove extends to the air guide cavity 26, the air guide pipe 23, the air guide cavity 26, the air guide groove 43 and the compression balloon 41 are sequentially communicated with each other, and a sliding opening and closing structure 44 is arranged in the air guide groove 43 and at the upper end of the compression balloon 41.
After the compression balloon 41 enters the pneumoperitoneum, the air duct 23 is used for inflating to enable the compression balloon 41 to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the pneumoperitoneum.
The sliding opening and closing structure 44 includes a sliding switch 441 disposed at one end of the air guiding groove 43, two ends of the sliding switch 441 are slidably disposed in a connecting chute 443 disposed at two sides of the air guiding groove 43 through a sliding connection portion 442, and a pressing spring 444 is disposed in the connecting chute 443 and on one side of the sliding connection portion 442. When the inflatable air guide groove 43 is inflated, the sliding switch 441 is jacked into the inner cavity of the compression balloon 41 against the pressure of the jacking spring 444, so that the inflatable air guide groove is inflated, and the inflatable air guide groove is in a daily locking state.
In summary, the principle of this embodiment is as follows: the compression balloon 41 is brought into the pneumoperitoneum through the puncture needle 1, the air duct 23 is used for inflating the compression balloon 41 to enable the compression balloon 41 to be clung to the inner wall of the pneumoperitoneum, meanwhile, the outer wall of a pneumoperitoneum wound is compressed through the fixing seat assembly 5, so that the inside and outside of the wound are sealed, in addition, the suture line of the suture puncture wound is clamped through the thread clamping assembly 6, and the condition that the suture line loosens and slips to cause air leakage at the suture position is prevented; in the operation process, the fixing seat assembly 5 is circumferentially positioned by using the circumferential positioning mechanism 6, and the wire clamping assembly 6 is fixed in position by the plug-in type locking assembly 8, so that the fixing seat assembly 5 and the wire clamping assembly 6 are prevented from rotating.
