Detailed Description
The following description is presented to enable one of ordinary skill in the art to make and use the invention. The embodiments in the following description are by way of example only and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art. The basic principles of the invention defined in the following description may be applied to other embodiments, variations, modifications, equivalents, and other technical solutions without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
The present invention is described in further detail below:
as shown in fig. 1-12, the present disclosure provides a dental cleaner that can be fitted over teeth for hands-free use.
The tooth cleaner includes:
the first support piece 1 is provided with first bristles 2, and when in use, the first support piece 1 is positioned on one side of the tongue 5;
a second supporting sheet 3 provided with second bristles 4;
the first supporting sheets 1 and the second supporting sheets 3 are oppositely distributed, the space between the first supporting sheets 1 and the second supporting sheets 3 is used as a containing groove 6, the first bristles 2 face to one side of the second supporting sheets 3, the second bristles 4 face to one side of the first supporting sheets 1, and the first bristles 2 and the second bristles 4 are positioned in the containing groove 6 and are oppositely and alternately inserted;
the upper teeth 7 and the lower teeth 8 of the containing groove 6 which are opened and closed up and down are inserted into a space formed by the opposite staggered insertion of the first bristles 2 and the second bristles 4, the upper teeth 7 and the lower teeth 8 move up and down in the space for cleaning, and the first supporting plate 1 is provided with an inner side surface 9 facing the tongue 5, and the inner side surface 9 is used for pushing the tooth cleaner to move transversely along the teeth by the tongue 5.
The first bristles 2, 4 may also be arranged in opposite intervals, except that the intervals are smaller in size than the thickness of the teeth, so that the first bristles 2, 4 can grip the upper row of teeth 7 and the lower row of teeth 8.
The first bristles 2 and the second bristles 4 are oppositely staggered and inserted, so that the cleaning brush can be clamped more reliably and has stronger cleaning force.
In order to more easily move the tooth cleaner, as shown in fig. 12, the outer shapes of the first and second support plates 1 and 3 are circular, or are varied or elliptical, and the receiving groove 6 is positioned between the two circular plates, so that the tooth cleaner of the present disclosure looks like a train wheel and the teeth are rails. When it is desired to move the present disclosure, the tongue 5 may be pushed against the teeth cleaner first, then the upper teeth 7 are moved upward to be separated from the space, so that the teeth cleaner is clamped only on the lower teeth 8, thus reducing the resistance to movement, and then the tongue 5 licks the inner side 9, so that the teeth cleaner can be easily pushed.
It is of course also possible to move the tooth cleaner directly against the inner side 9 by means of the tongue 5 instead of rolling, which is just one preferred embodiment.
The first support sheet 1 and the second support sheet 3 are in quadrilateral, heart-shaped, plum-blossom-shaped, apple-shaped, strawberry-shaped and the like, so that the quadrilateral is difficult to roll and move, and the tooth cleaner needs to be directly moved by the tongue 5 against the inner side surface 9.
Apple shape is shown in fig. 15, for example. The first support sheet 1 and the second support sheet 3 are made into different shapes, so that tooth cleaners with different shapes can be obtained, and the tooth cleaners are favorable for attracting users with different ages to purchase.
Fig. 12 shows the tongue 5 in a state of pushing the tooth cleaner, i.e. the tongue 5 licks the inner side 9.
It is also possible that the tooth cleaner is moved without pulling out one side of the teeth, but in the bite state, pushed by the tongue 5 with a relatively large resistance.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, a connecting shaft 10 is disposed between the first support sheet 1 and the second support sheet 3, one end of the connecting shaft 10 is connected with the first support sheet 1, the other end of the connecting shaft 10 is connected with the second support sheet 3, and an annular space between the first support sheet 1 and the second support sheet 3 around the connecting shaft 10 is used as the accommodating groove 6. Thus, on the one hand, when the upper teeth 7 and the lower teeth 8 move up and down in the space, the user can know that the teeth are snapped in place when biting the connecting shaft 10, and the use is convenient, on the other hand, the setting of the connecting shaft 10 is convenient for realizing that the first supporting sheet 1 and the second supporting sheet 3 are relatively distributed and arranged to form the accommodating groove 6, and on the other hand, the connecting shaft 10 is arranged, so that the annular space between the first supporting sheet 1 and the second supporting sheet 3 around the connecting shaft 10 is used as the accommodating groove 6, and therefore, the insertion direction does not need to be distinguished, and any part of the circle can be used as an inserting port of the teeth. The material of the connecting shaft 10 may be soft or hard.
The first support sheet 1, the second support sheet 3, and the connecting shaft 10 may be integrally manufactured, for example, by a mold; the first support piece 1, the second support piece 3 and the connecting shaft 10 can be manufactured separately under the split manufacturing, and then the three are connected.
In some embodiments, the connecting shaft 10 is provided with a cleaning agent, and the upper row of teeth 7 and the lower row of teeth 8 bite into the connecting shaft 10 when they bite up and down to release the cleaning agent into the teeth and/or the space. For example, a cleaning agent is provided in or on the surface of the connecting shaft 10. After such design, on one hand, the step of manually applying the cleaning agent can be omitted for users, so that the convenience of the use of the novel tooth cleaner is further improved, on the other hand, the purpose of releasing the cleaning agent is achieved by utilizing the movement process of up-down occlusion cleaning of the upper teeth 7 and the lower teeth 8, the operation process is very simple, the users are more familiar with the use, on the other hand, the novel tooth cleaner is provided with a structural scheme as a disposable tooth cleaner through the arrangement, so that the novel tooth cleaner can be widely popularized and used, and can be almost suitable for all people and various environments, such as various hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, transportation tools, the ground, spaceflight aviation and the like, and the users can immediately start tooth cleaning by only disassembling the disposable sterile package and sleeving the novel tooth cleaner on the teeth.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the connecting shaft 10 is circumferentially provided with a flexible storage part 11, the flexible storage part 11 is filled with a cleaning agent, the flexible storage part 11 is provided with an outlet, and when the flexible storage part 11 is pressed by the occlusion of teeth, the cleaning agent is released into the teeth and/or the space through the outlet. For example, a soft gel such as a silica gel, a thermoplastic Rubber TPR (Thermo-Plastic-Rubber material) or the like is provided which can be filled with a cleaning agent.
The purpose of filling the flexible storage part 11 with the cleaning agent can be achieved by injecting the cleaning agent into the flexible storage part 11 through the needle cylinder, the needle eye left by the needle cylinder is simultaneously used as an outlet, and the cleaning agent is naturally extruded from the outlet in the process of up-and-down occlusion cleaning of the upper teeth 7 and the lower teeth 8, so that the structure is simple, and the cost is reduced.
The cleaning agent is generally toothpaste.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the inner surface 9 is provided as a concave surface recessed toward the second support sheet 3. This facilitates the tongue 5 to apply force, improving the convenience and efficiency with which the tongue 5 pushes the tooth cleaner along the teeth. The concave surface arrangement is preferably a spherical concave surface arrangement.
To increase the friction or to facilitate a better application of force by the tongue 5, ribs and/or friction surfaces may be provided on the inner side 9.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the first bristles 2 are multiple layers circumferentially arranged on the first supporting sheet 1, a first annular space 12 is arranged between adjacent layers of the multiple layers, the second bristles 4 are multiple layers circumferentially arranged on the second supporting sheet 3, a second annular space 13 is arranged between adjacent layers of the multiple layers, each layer of the first bristles 2 is inserted and sleeved in a corresponding second annular space 13 in a radial sequence, and each layer of the second bristles 4 is inserted and sleeved in a corresponding first annular space 12 in a radial sequence. Therefore, the first bristles 2 and the second bristles 4 are oppositely staggered and inserted to form the space, the production and the manufacture are convenient, in addition, after the comb bristles are orderly arranged as described above, the containing groove 6 can also facilitate the upper teeth 7 and the lower teeth 8 which are opened and closed up and down to be inserted, and in addition, the multi-layer design is beneficial to improving the cleaning efficiency of the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the upper teeth 7 and the lower teeth 8.
The number of bristles per layer may be one or more than one, as shown in fig. 3, the first bristles 2 have two layers, the outer bristles have two rows, the inner bristles have one row, as shown in fig. 4, the second bristles 4 have two layers, the outer bristles have two rows, and the inner bristles have two rows. The specific number of rows may be determined based on specific needs or multiple experimental screens.
In this example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, each layer of the first bristles 2 is inclined radially outward, and each layer of the second bristles 4 is inclined radially inward. By the design, on one hand, the resistance of the upper teeth 7 and the lower teeth 8 are optimized, so that the teeth are easy and comfortable to bite, and on the other hand, the cleaning efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 to 11, the first side 14 of the first support sheet 1 facing the second support sheet 3 is convexly disposed facing the second support sheet 3, and the second side 15 of the second support sheet 3 facing the first support sheet 1 is concavely disposed away from the first support sheet 1, and a space having a curvature adapted to teeth is formed between the first side 14 and the second side 15. This is more suitable for the biting movement of the upper teeth 7 and the lower teeth 8, and the user can use the teeth more comfortably. Preferably, the protrusion is set as a spherical protrusion, and the recess is set as a spherical recess.
For environmental protection and sanitation, the dental cleaner of the present disclosure may be manufactured using a silicone material, for example, the first support sheet 1, the first bristles 2, the second support sheet 3, and the second bristles 4 are all made of a silicone material, and of course, the connection shaft 10 and/or the flexible storage part 11 may also be made of a silicone material.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 13, the connection shaft 10 is provided with a storage chamber 16 for storing a cleaning agent, and when the connection shaft 10 is pressed by the bite of the teeth, the cleaning agent is released into the teeth and/or the cleaning space through the outlet. The outlet may be an eye of a needle provided at the connecting shaft 10, which may be used for communicating the inside and the outside.
In some embodiments, the first support sheet 1 and the second support sheet 3 are not required to be integral, and the connecting shaft 10 is not required to be integral, but may be provided as separate bodies, and the number of the separate bodies is not limited. As shown in fig. 14, the first support sheet 1 is composed of two parts, differing from fig. 8 or 15, fig. 14 belonging to a split design. Also as shown in fig. 14, the connecting shaft 10 is composed of two parts, differing from fig. 8, fig. 14 being of a split design.
In understanding the present invention, the above-described structure may be understood together with other embodiments/drawings, if necessary, and will not be described herein.
The foregoing description is only illustrative of the present invention and is therefore intended to cover all such modifications and changes in form, details, and materials as fall within the true spirit and scope of the invention.
