Description

Fixing structure of wire harness
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a wire harness fixing structure, comprising: a bracket fixed on the fixed object; one or more electrical junction boxes mounted to the carrier; auxiliary wiring harnesses extending from respective ones of the one or more electrical junction boxes.
Background
Conventionally, when a wire harness (i.e., an electrical junction box, an auxiliary wire harness, etc.) is routed in an automobile, the electrical junction box may be fixed to a frame or the like of the automobile. For example, in one of the conventional electrical junction boxes, a fixing arm portion is provided so as to protrude from an outer wall of the electrical junction box, and the arm portion is coupled to a vehicle frame by a bolt (for example, refer to patent document 1).

Patent document 1: japanese patent application laid-open No. 2022-14260
In the conventional electrical junction box, a fixing arm is provided for routing a wire harness (i.e., fixing to a vehicle body). However, in general, since the type and the specification of the vehicle on which the electric junction box is mounted are different, the shape of the vehicle frame and the like are also different, in the conventional electric junction box, an electric junction box of a dedicated shape is prepared according to the type and the specification of the vehicle. From the standpoint of further improving productivity of the electrical junction box and workability in routing (fixing) a wire harness using the electrical junction box to an automobile, a fixing structure of the wire harness excellent in versatility is desired so that the electrical junction box can be shared even if types and specifications of automobiles are different.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a fixing structure of a wire harness excellent in versatility.
In order to achieve the above object, the fixing structure of the wire harness of the present invention has the following features.
A wire harness fixing structure is provided with: a bracket having a fixing portion for fixing to a fixing object; one or more electrical junction boxes mounted to the carrier; an auxiliary harness extending from each of the one or more electrical junction boxes; wherein,
the one or more electrical junction boxes each have a commonly shaped locking portion for mounting to the bracket,
the bracket having a plurality of mounting locations capable of mounting the one or more electrical junction boxes; and a locked portion provided at each of the plurality of attachment portions and having a shape corresponding to the locking portion.
Effects of the invention
According to the fixing structure of the wire harness of the present invention, the bracket has a fixing portion (for example, a hole for bolting) to a fixing object (for example, a vehicle frame) and a plurality of mounting portions for mounting the electric junction box. In another aspect, one or more electrical junction boxes mounted on the bracket have a common shape of the locking portion. The bracket has a plurality of attachment portions provided with locked portions having a shape corresponding to the locking portions of the electrical junction box. For this reason, for example, a common-shape lock portion may be provided in an electrical junction box having a general-purpose shape (for example, a simple rectangular parallelepiped shape), and the number of electrical junction boxes mounted on the bracket may be increased or the electronic components stored in the electrical junction box may be replaced according to the specifications of the vehicle. That is, the electric junction box can be used in general. On the other hand, although the bracket has a different shape according to the specifications of the automobile, the bracket does not need a structure for accommodating electronic components therein like an electric junction box, and thus the influence on the overall productivity is limited. In this way, the wire harness fixing structure of the present structure can be used to make the electrical junction box universal, and can be used to construct various wire harnesses and fix the wire harnesses to the fixing object. Therefore, the fixing structure of the wire harness of the present structure is excellent in versatility.
The present invention is briefly described above. Further, the details of the present invention will be further clarified by reading the embodiments for carrying out the invention described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Detailed Description
(embodiment)
Next, a fixing structure of the wire harness 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in fig. 1, the wire harness 1 for the present fixing structure includes one or more electrical junction boxes 20 mounted on a bracket 10 and electric wires 30 respectively extending from the one or more electrical junction boxes 20. The wire harness 1 is fixed to a fixation target such as a frame of an automobile via a bracket 10. The wire harness 1 may be considered to include all of the bracket 10, the electrical junction box 20, and the electric wire 30.
Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, as shown in fig. 1 and the like, "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper" and "lower" are defined. The front-rear direction, the left-right direction and the up-down direction are orthogonal to each other. In this example, the vertical direction coincides with the mounting direction of the electrical junction box 20 to the bracket 10, and the "upper" side and the "lower" side coincide with the "upper" side and the "lower" side of the automobile in a state where the bracket 10 is fixed to the frame of the automobile, respectively. However, these directions are determined for convenience of description only, and the vertical direction does not necessarily correspond to the mounting direction, and the upper side and the lower side do not necessarily correspond to the upper side and the lower side of the vehicle in a state where the bracket 10 is fixed to the frame of the vehicle. The following describes the structure of each member used for the fixing structure of the wire harness 1 in order.
First, the electrical junction box 20 will be described. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the electrical junction box 20 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped resin casing extending in the front-rear direction, the left-right direction, and the up-down direction. The case of the electric junction box 20 may be formed of a single resin molded body or may be formed by combining a plurality of resin molded bodies. On the surface of the housing of the electrical junction box 20, there is no portion for fixing an electric wire, a connector, or the like (i.e., an auxiliary attachment portion described later). The electrical junction box 20 is mounted with various electronic components 21 and the like for controlling the vehicle (see fig. 1 and 2).
A lock portion 22 (see fig. 1 and 2) that engages with a to-be-locked portion 13 (13 a, 13 b) (see fig. 3, etc.) of the bracket 10 is provided on the front surface (front-facing surface) and the rear surface (rear-facing surface) of the electrical junction box 20. In this example, the locking portion 22 is constituted by a first locking portion 22a provided on the front surface of the electrical junction box 20 and a second locking portion 22b provided on the rear surface of the electrical junction box 20 (refer to fig. 2). The first and second locking portions 22a, 22b are different from each other in this example, but may be identical.
A wire insertion portion 23 (see fig. 1 and 2) is provided at a right lower end portion of the front surface of the electrical junction box 20. From the wire insertion portion 23, the electric wire 30 (i.e., the auxiliary harness) electrically connected to the electronic component 21 and the like mounted on the electric junction box 20 extends from the inside to the outside of the electric junction box 20 and toward the front (see fig. 2).
Each of the housings of the one or more electrical junction boxes 20 provided in the wire harness 1 has a common shape of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped. Each of the one or more electrical junction boxes 20 included in the wire harness 1 can be mounted on any one of two mounting portions 12 (12 a, 12 b) (see fig. 3) included in the bracket 10, and has mutually different circuit specifications.
Each of the one or more electrical junction boxes 20 (electrical junction boxes 20A, 20B) that the wire harness 1 has a lock portion 22 (first lock portion 22a and second lock portion 22B) of a common shape. The respective locking portions 22 (first locking portion 22a and second locking portion 22 b) of the one or more electrical junction boxes 20 included in the wire harness 1 can also be engaged with the locked portions 13 (13 a, 13 b) provided in any one of the two mounting portions 12 (12 a, 12 b) included in the bracket 10.
Next, the bracket 10 will be described. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the bracket 10 is a resin molded body, and has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped box-shaped body portion 11 extending in the front-rear direction, the left-right direction, and the up-down direction and opening upward. As shown in fig. 3, two mounting portions 12 arranged adjacently in the left-right direction are divided in a substantially rectangular hollow portion of the main body 11. The two mounting portions 12 each have a substantially rectangular parallelepiped common shape to which the electrical junction box 20 can be mounted. Hereinafter, when it is necessary to distinguish between the two mounting portions 12, the mounting portions 12 on the left and right sides are referred to as "mounting portions 12a" and "mounting portions 12b", respectively.
Each of the attachment portions 12 is provided with a locked portion 13 (see fig. 3) corresponding to the locking portion 22 of the electrical junction box 20. In this example, the locked portion 13 is constituted by a first locked portion 13a provided on an inner surface (rearward facing surface) of the front wall of the main body 11 that corresponds to the first locking portion 22a, and a second locked portion 13b provided on an inner surface (forward facing surface) of the rear wall of the main body 11 that corresponds to the second locking portion 22 b. Each of the mounting portions 12 has a locked portion 13 (a first locked portion 13a and a second locked portion 13 b) of a common shape.
As shown in fig. 1, the electrical junction box 20 is attached to the attachment portion 12 from above. In a state where the electrical junction box 20 is attached to the attachment portion 12, the locked portions 13 (the first locked portions 13a and the second locked portions 13 b) are engaged with the locking portions 22 (the first locking portions 22a and the second locking portions 22 b), whereby the electrical junction box 20 is prevented from being separated (detached) upward from the bracket 10 (the main body portion 11).
In each of the attachment portions 12, a wire insertion recess 14 (see fig. 1 and 3, etc.) cut into a concave shape downward is provided in a portion of the front wall of the dividing body 11 corresponding to the wire insertion portion 23 of the electrical junction box 20. In a state where the electric junction box 20 is attached to the attachment portion 12, a root portion of the electric wire 30 extending forward from the wire insertion portion 23 of the electric junction box 20 is accommodated in the wire insertion recess 14 (see fig. 1). The electric wire 30 extending from the electric wire insertion portion 23 is connected to a corresponding electric component (not shown) mounted on the automobile.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, and the like, a plurality of auxiliary attachment portions 15 for fixing auxiliary members (for example, wires, connectors, and the like) different from the electric junction box are provided on an outer surface (rearward facing surface) of the rear wall of the main body 11 of the divided bracket 10 or the leg portion 16. Since such auxiliary mounting portion 15 is provided on the bracket 10 side, a portion for fixing an electric wire, a connector, or the like is not required on the electric junction box 20 side as described above.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, and the like, the leg portions 16 integrally extend from a plurality of portions (two portions in this example) of the outer surface of the main body portion 11 of the bracket 10. One or a plurality of bolt holes (through holes) 17 are formed in the front end portion of each leg portion 16. When the bracket 10 is attached to the frame of the automobile, the bracket 10 is coupled and fixed to the frame of the automobile by bolts (not shown) inserted through the bolt holes 17. The structure of each member used in the fixing structure of the wire harness 1 is described above.
As described above, each of the one or more electrical junction boxes 20 provided in the wire harness 1 can be mounted on any one of the two mounting portions 12a, 12b (refer to fig. 3) provided in the bracket 10, and have mutually different circuit specifications. Therefore, for example, the electrical junction box 20 can be prepared in advance for each specific system (specification) of the automobile to which the wire harness 1 is applied. That is, the one or more electrical junction boxes 20 may each house an electronic component 21 corresponding to an electrical component (not shown) of a specific system of an automobile to which the wire harness 1 is applied. In other words, the electric wires 30 respectively extending from the one or more electric junction boxes 20 may be connected with electric mounts implementing a specific system of the automobile to which the wire harness 1 is applied.
Specifically, for example, as the electrical junction box 20, a case is assumed in which a standard electrical junction box 20A corresponding to an electrical component associated with an automobile standard equipment device (hereinafter referred to as a "standard electrical component") and a mating electrical junction box 20B corresponding to an electrical component associated with an automobile selectively equipped device (hereinafter referred to as a "mating electrical component") are prepared (see fig. 4 and 5). Examples of the standard electrical component include an electrical component used in an automobile of an engine specification, and examples of the optional electrical component include an electrical component used in an automobile of a hybrid specification.
In this case, the standard electrical junction box 20A is mounted on one of the two mounting portions 12a, 12B, and the corresponding optional electrical junction box 20B is mounted on the other of the two mounting portions 12a, 12B according to the selected optional electrical components. In the example shown in fig. 4, the standard electrical junction box 20A is mounted on the mounting portion 12a, and the optional electrical junction box 20B corresponding to the selected optional electrical component is mounted on the mounting portion 12B. In the example shown in fig. 5, the standard electrical junction box 20A is attached to the attachment portion 12a, and on the other hand, the optional electrical component is not attached, so that the optional electrical junction box 20B is not attached. The electric wire 30 extending from the standard electric junction box 20A is connected to the standard electric component, and the electric wire 30 extending from the optional electric junction box 20B is connected to the selected optional electric component.
In this way, the corresponding electrical junction box 20B for mating may be added to the wire harness 1 according to the selected electrical component for mating. Thus, no wires or the like (so-called laying circuits) are required to be provided on the wire harness 1 irrespective of the presence or absence of optional electrical components.
In addition, instead of preparing the electrical junction box 20 for each system (specification) of the automobile, the electrical junction box 20 may be prepared in advance for each specific area of the automobile to which the wire harness 1 is applied. That is, each of the one or more electrical junction boxes 20 may house an electronic component 21 corresponding to an electrical component (not shown) provided in a specific area of the automobile to which the wire harness 1 is applied. In other words, the electric wires 30 extending from each of the one or more electric junction boxes 20 may be connected to electric mounts provided in a specific area of the automobile to which the wire harness 1 is applied.
Thus, the wires 30 are independent in each specific region of the automobile. Therefore, in addition to the easiness of the operation of laying the electric wire 30, when the electric wire 30 corresponding to the specific area fails, only the electric wire 30 needs to be repaired, replaced, or the like, and thus the maintainability of the wire harness 1 can be improved. In addition, if the electrical components provided in the specific area are the same, the same electric wire 30 can be used even if the vehicle type of the automobile is different, and therefore, the versatility of the wire harness 1 can be improved.
< action, effect >)
As described above, according to the wire harness 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, the bracket 10 has the fixing portion (for example, the bolt hole 17 for bolting) fixed to the fixing object (for example, the vehicle frame) and the plurality of mounting portions 12 for mounting the electric junction box 20. On the other hand, one or more electrical junction boxes 20 mounted on the bracket 10 have a common shape of the locking portion 22. The plurality of attachment portions 12 of the bracket 10 are provided with locked portions 13 having a shape corresponding to the locking portions 22 of the electrical junction box 20. For this reason, for example, the common-shape locking portion 22 is provided on the electrical junction box 20 having a general-purpose shape (for example, a simple rectangular parallelepiped shape), and the number of the electrical junction boxes 20 mounted on the bracket 10 can be increased or decreased for each specification of the automobile, or the electronic components stored in the electrical junction box 20 can be replaced. That is, the electric junction box 20 can be used in general. On the other hand, although the bracket 10 has a different shape according to the specifications of the automobile, since the bracket 10 does not need a structure for accommodating electronic components therein like the electrical junction box 20, the influence on the overall productivity is limited. As described above, the fixing structure of the wire harness 1 of the present structure can make the electrical junction box 20 versatile, and can constitute various wire harnesses 1, and can fix the wire harness 1 to a fixing object. Therefore, the fixing structure of the wire harness 1 of the present structure is excellent in versatility.
Further, since the body portion 11 of the bracket 10 has a box shape, the attachment portion 12 of the electrical junction box 20 can be provided inside the bracket 10 (body portion 11) to protect the electrical junction box 20, and the auxiliary attachment portion 15 for fixing other wires, connectors, and the like can be provided outside the bracket 10.
< other modes >
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be adopted within the scope of the present invention. For example, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be modified, improved, and the like as appropriate. The material, shape, size, number, arrangement position, and the like of each component in the above embodiment are not limited as long as the present invention can be realized.
In the above embodiment, the main body 11 of the bracket 10 has a box-like shape having the mounting portion 12 inside (hollow portion). In contrast, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the main body 11 of the bracket 10 may have a rod-like shape having an attachment portion 12 on the outside. In this case, the rod-shaped body 11 may be made of metal or resin. In the first modification shown in fig. 6, the main body 11 has a rod-like shape extending linearly in the front-rear direction, and in the second modification shown in fig. 7, the main body 11 has a rod-like shape extending in the front-rear direction while being bent in the left-right direction.
In the example shown in fig. 6 and 7, the leg portion 16 is omitted, and bolt holes 17 through which bolts (not shown) for coupling and fixing the bracket 10 to the frame of the automobile are inserted are formed in a plurality of portions of the rod-shaped body portion 11 in the front-rear direction. Mounting portions 12 (12 a, 12b, 12 c) to which the electrical junction box 20 can be mounted are provided at a plurality of positions (three positions) on the left and right side surfaces of the rod-shaped main body 11, respectively. The common-shaped locked portion 13 is provided at each of the attachment portions 12 (12 a, 12B, 12C) in correspondence with the common-shaped locking portions 22 of the plurality (three) of the electrical junction boxes 20 (20A, 20B, 20C) of the wire harness 1. In the rod-shaped main body 11, the electric wires 40 (electric wires different from the electric wires 30 extending from the respective electric junction boxes 20) extending along the rod-shaped main body 11 are fixed by predetermined fixing portions (not shown) provided in the main body 11.
Each of the three electrical junction boxes 20 (20A, 20B, 20C) of the wire harness 1 can be mounted on any one of the three mounting portions 12 (12 a, 12B, 12C) of the bracket 10, and on the other hand, have mutually different circuit specifications. The locking portions 22 of the three electrical junction boxes 20 (20A, 20B, 20C) included in the wire harness 1 can be engaged with the locked portions 13 provided in any one of the three mounting portions 12 (12 a, 12B, 12C) included in the bracket 10.
Each of the electrical junction boxes 20 is attached to the corresponding attachment portion 12 from the side (left or right). In a state where the electric junction box 20 is mounted on the bracket 10, since there is no wall or the like in the periphery of the electric junction box 20, the degree of freedom in the shape of the electric junction box 20 is improved.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the shape of the main body 11 of the bracket 10 is bar-shaped, so that the shape of the bracket 10 itself can be simplified. Further, the attachment portion 12 of the electrical junction box 20 may be provided at a predetermined position on the side surface of the main body portion 11 of the bracket 10, and the auxiliary attachment portion 15 (see fig. 7) for fixing other wires, connectors, and the like may be provided at other positions (side surfaces) of the main body portion 11 of the bracket 10.
Further, in the above embodiment, the housings of the plurality of electrical junction boxes 20 included in the wire harness 1 have a common shape of substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having the same size, and accordingly, the plurality of mounting portions 12 included in the main body portion 11 of the bracket 10 have a common shape of substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having the same size. In contrast, as in the third modification shown in fig. 8 and 9, each of the plurality of electrical junction boxes 20 included in the wire harness 1 may have a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a size corresponding to the number of electronic components that can be stored, and in response thereto, each of the plurality of mounting portions 12 included in the main body portion 11 of the bracket 10 may have a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a size corresponding to the size of the corresponding electrical junction box 20.
Specifically, in the example shown in fig. 8 and 9, the wire harness 1 includes, as the plurality of electrical junction boxes 20, an electrical junction box 20A capable of accommodating ten electronic components, an electrical junction box 20B capable of accommodating six electronic components, and an electrical junction box 20C capable of accommodating five electronic components. The housing of the electrical junction box 20A is larger than the housing of the electrical junction box 20B, and the housing of the electrical junction box 20B is larger than the housing of the electrical junction box 20C. Each of the plurality of electrical junction boxes 20 (20A, 20B, 20C) can constitute a circuit of mutually different specifications. The main body 11 of the bracket 10 has two mounting portions 12a corresponding to the electrical junction box 20A, two mounting portions 12B corresponding to the electrical junction box 20B, and six mounting portions 12C corresponding to the electrical junction box 20C. The mounting portion 12a is larger than the mounting portion 12b, and the mounting portion 12b is larger than the mounting portion 12c. The two mounting portions 12a are arranged adjacent to each other in the left-right direction, the two mounting portions 12b are arranged adjacent to the right side of the mounting portion 12a on the right side and adjacent to each other in the left-right direction, and the six mounting portions 12c are arranged adjacent to the rear side of the two mounting portions 12a and adjacent to each other in the left-right direction and the front-rear direction.
The plurality of electrical junction boxes 20 (20A, 20B, 20C) included in the wire harness 1 each have a common-shaped locking portion 22, and accordingly, the common-shaped locked portions 13 are provided at the respective mounting portions 12 (12 a, 12B, 12C). The electrical junction box 20A can be mounted on either one of the two mounting locations 12a, the electrical junction box 20B can be mounted on either one of the two mounting locations 12B, and the electrical junction box 20C can be mounted on either one of the six mounting locations 12C. The locking portion 22 of the electrical junction box 20A can be engaged with the locked portion 13 provided in any one of the two mounting portions 12a of the bracket 10. The locking portion 22 of the electrical junction box 20B can be engaged with the locked portion 13 provided in any one of the two mounting portions 12B of the bracket 10. The locking portion 22 of the electrical junction box 20C can be engaged with the locked portion 13 provided in any one of the six mounting portions 12C of the bracket 10.
In the example shown in fig. 9, the electrical junction box 20A is mounted to all of the two mounting portions 12a, the electrical junction box 20B is mounted to all of the two mounting portions 12B, and the electrical junction box 20C is mounted to all of the six mounting portions 12C. However, depending on the specifications of the automobile, the electrical junction box 20A may be attached to only a part of the two attachment portions 12a, or the electrical junction box 20A may not be attached to either of the two attachment portions 12 a. The electrical junction box 20B may be attached to only a part of the two attachment portions 12B, or the electrical junction box 20B may not be attached to either of the two attachment portions 12B. The electrical junction box 20C may be mounted to only a part of the six mounting portions 12C, or the electrical junction box 20C may not be mounted to any one of the six mounting portions 12C.
As shown in fig. 9, a cavity or the like to which various relays, connectors, or the like can be attached may be provided in a portion of the inner space of the bracket 10, which is different from the attachment portions 12 (12 a, 12b, 12 c).
In the example shown in fig. 8 and 9, by selecting and using the electric junction box 20 of an appropriate size corresponding to the number of electronic components that can be accommodated, the number of electric junction boxes 20 mounted on the bracket 10 can be increased or decreased according to each specification of the automobile, or the electronic components that can be accommodated in the electric junction box 20 can be replaced, and the space inside the bracket 10 can be reasonably utilized. This can further improve the versatility of the fixing structure of the wire harness 1.
Here, the features of the embodiment of the fixing structure of the wire harness 1 of the present invention described above are briefly summarized as the following [1] to [7], respectively.
[1] A wire harness (1) fixing structure is provided with: a bracket (10) of a fixing part (17) for fixing the fixing object; one or more electrical junction boxes (20) mounted on the carrier (10); auxiliary harnesses (30) respectively extending from the one or more electrical junction boxes (20),
the one or more electrical junction boxes (20) each have a common-shape locking portion (22) for mounting to the bracket (10),
the bracket (10) has a plurality of mounting portions (12) to which the one or more electrical junction boxes (20) can be mounted, and locked portions (13) provided in the plurality of mounting portions (12) and having a shape corresponding to the locking portions (22), respectively.
The wire harness fixing structure according to the above [1], wherein the bracket has a fixing portion (for example, a hole for bolting) to a fixing object (for example, a vehicle frame) and a plurality of mounting portions for mounting the electric junction box. In another aspect, one or more electrical junction boxes mounted on the bracket have a common shape of the locking portion. The bracket has a plurality of attachment portions provided with locked portions having a shape corresponding to the locking portions of the electrical junction box. For this reason, for example, a common-shape lock portion may be provided in an electrical junction box having a general-purpose shape (for example, a simple rectangular parallelepiped shape), and the number of electrical junction boxes mounted on the bracket may be increased or the electronic components stored in the electrical junction box may be replaced according to each specification of the automobile. That is, the electric junction box can be used in general. On the other hand, although the bracket has a different shape according to the specifications of the automobile, the bracket does not need a structure for accommodating electronic components therein like an electric junction box, and therefore, the influence on the overall productivity is limited. In this way, the wire harness fixing structure of the present structure can be used to make the electrical junction box universal, and can be used to construct various wire harnesses and fix the wire harnesses to the fixing object. Therefore, the fixing structure of the wire harness of the present structure is excellent in versatility.
[2] In the fixing structure of the wire harness (1) described in the above [1],
the one or more electrical junction boxes (20) each house an electronic component (21) corresponding to an electrical component provided in a specific area of an automobile to which the fixed structure is applied.
The fixing structure of the wire harness according to the structure of the above [2], wherein the auxiliary wire harness is independent in each specific area of the automobile. In addition to the easiness of the wire laying work, in the case where the auxiliary harness corresponding to the specific area is failed, the maintenance of the harness can be improved because only the auxiliary harness is required to be repaired, replaced, or the like. In addition, if the electrical components provided in the specific area are the same, the same auxiliary harness can be used even if the vehicle type of the automobile is different, and therefore, the versatility of the fixing structure of the harness can be improved.
[3] In the fixing structure of the wire harness (1) described in the above [1],
the one or more electrical junction boxes (20) each house an electronic component (21) corresponding to an electrical component of a specific system of an automobile to which the fixed structure is applied.
According to the fixing structure of the wire harness of the above-mentioned [3], the auxiliary wire harness is made independent for each specific system of the automobile. Thus, maintainability and versatility of the wire harness can be improved. Furthermore, the expansibility of the wire harness is also improved. Specifically, for example, the standard electrical junction box corresponding to the electrical component associated with the standard equipment on the automobile and the optional electrical junction box corresponding to the electrical component associated with the equipment selectively equipped on the automobile may be respectively configured, and the corresponding optional electrical component may be applied to the wire harness. Thus, no wires or the like (so-called laying circuit) are required to be provided in advance on the wire harness irrespective of the presence or absence of the electrical component for optional use.
[4] In the fixing structure of the wire harness (1) described in the above [1],
the bracket (10) has a box-like shape with the plurality of mounting portions (12) inside.
According to the wire harness fixing structure of the above-described [4], the bracket is shaped like a box, and the electric junction box can be protected by providing the mounting portion of the electric junction box inside the bracket, and the fixing portion for fixing other wires, connectors, and the like can be provided outside the bracket.
[5] In the fixing structure of the wire harness (1) described in the above [1],
the bracket (10) has a rod-like shape with the plurality of mounting portions (12) on the outside.
According to the wire harness fixing structure of the above-described [5], the shape of the bracket itself can be simplified by the shape of the bracket being a rod. Further, the mounting portion of the electrical junction box may be provided at a predetermined position of the bracket, and the fixing portion for fixing other wires, connectors, and the like may be provided at other positions of the bracket.
[6] In the fixing structure of the wire harness (1) described in the above [1],
the bracket (10) further has an auxiliary mounting portion (15) capable of mounting an auxiliary member different from the electric junction box (20) at a portion different from the plurality of mounting portions (12).
According to the wire harness fixing structure of the above [6], the auxiliary attachment portion is provided on the bracket, so that the shape of the electrical junction box is not complicated, and the expansibility of the wire harness can be further improved.
[7] In the fixing structure of the wire harness (1) described in the above [1],
the one or more electrical junction boxes (20) each have a size corresponding to the number of electronic components that can be housed in the electrical junction box (20).
According to the fixing structure of the wire harness of the above [7], since an appropriate electrical junction box corresponding to the number of electronic components that can be accommodated in the electrical junction box is selected and used, the number of electrical junction boxes mounted on the bracket can be increased or decreased according to the specifications of the automobile, or the electronic components accommodated in the electrical junction box can be replaced, and the space inside the bracket can be reasonably utilized. This can further improve the versatility of the fixing structure of the wire harness.
